We had an outdoor leak surfacing that we contacted this company for. Morningside sent a technician out to diagnose the issue. Within 6 minutes of the arrival time, the technician sent photos of what he assumed was an irrigation control valve issue. We called an irrigation company to assess and repair. The irrigation company found that there was nothing wrong with the irrigation valve. I called Morningside back out to look again since we paid a $125 service fee for an incorrect diagnosis, Morningside advised that we needed to contact a Leak Detection Company to locate the leak because it had to be underground. Decided to call another plumber for a second opinion, it took a different plumber less than 3 minutes to find the issue, which was less than 6 feet away from where Morningside advised that it was, they corrected the issue the same day. I contacted Morningside to let them know what the issue was, that the technician was wrong and requested a refund. NOW, I have been trying for a MONTH AND A HALF to get a refund for this service call for the incorrect diagnosis. Each time I call, Dawn advises I promise someone will call you back. I put a big note so I don't let them forget. No call has came, no emails have been returned and no refund has been issued. Steer clear if you don't want to be ripped off.

I have referred Mr. White to many family and friends in the Metro Atlanta area and everyone, including myself, has only used Priority Plumbing for years. They are always on time, honest, clean, polite, professional, and reasonably priced! Keep up the great work!

Robert Camp and his assistant Demarcus were courteous, knowledgeable, forthright, thorough, and fair. Robert replaced the toilet's innards, double-checked, found another source of leakage, went to some trouble to locate the part for a 15-year-old toilet, made *that* repair, double-checked again, and charged a reasonable price. I've always had a positive experience with Atlantis.

Jon is far and away the best master plumber around. Last summer, I organized the replacement of water service lines for my community of 10 townhouses. I received quotes from 6 plumbers, and I ultimately made the decision based on my meeting with Jon. He is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. On the job, he's always upfront and happy to answer any questions (of which I have many). I called Jon again this week about smaller plumbing issues around the house, and, as usual, he actually made the experience enjoyable (hard to believe when it's a plumbing problem).

I was recommended to use this company last week so I was excited to work with them and have my plumbing issues fixed! First off, they showed up without any prior information and didn’t have the equipment to do the work that I called them for. Secondly, the woman who answers the phone quoted me an assessment price 1 week before our service date. An invoice was not sent to me to verify what was discussed so naturally when the service men came to our house, they told me a different price. When we called the office, the same women had the nerve to argue with me about the price she quoted verses what we discussed the prior week. Now whether she just didn’t explain their fees well could very well have been the case however, her lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with the customer couldn’t be denied. She demanded that I pay the amount with little care about the misunderstanding. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because Jeremy and his associate were kind, apologetic, and very helpful. My advice, find a company who cares a little more about customer service because those are usually companies that you can trust. If you decide to use Fletch Barney, make sure they send you a quote so all parties are on the same page.

When scheduling the call due to possible gas leak, I was only aware of the service call charge. When the plumber arrived, he then made me aware of a leak detection fee of $250. I believe that he could have detected the leak with out having to charge me a $250 fee. I respect having to pay people for their time, but it was a very obvious leak at the meter that he discovered without much inconvenience. He was at the property for less than 30 minutes.

Have always found Atlanta Plumber Repair, Inc great. Very reliable, they do a brilliant job fast and their customer service is excellent. They are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny!

We don't provide free estimates, they said, but we will charge you $69 that includes a full home inspection. Well, I didn't ask for a home inspection, I asked for an estimate for repairs on a water heater, or replacement if repairs aren't possible. Sounds to me like they're just looking for an opportunity to milk the prospective customer for unrequested repairs. No thanks, G-Force.

Ramon and an assistant were polite and knowledgeable. Once a decision was made they were diligent and cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed. I would use this service again

The company was very responsive after I scheduled an appointment online, reaching out to confirm the appointment and keeping me apprised of arrival times via text and a phone call. Alexis and Marcos arrived on time and did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen faucet. They were extremely professional, did the job very quickly and with great care. All in all, a very good experience. I would highly recommend them.
