Best Gas Line Repair And Installation in Atlanta GA

We had an outdoor leak surfacing that we contacted this company for. Morningside sent a technician out to diagnose the issue. Within 6 minutes of the arrival time, the technician sent photos of what he assumed was an irrigation control valve issue. We called an irrigation company to assess and repair. The irrigation company found that there was nothing wrong with the irrigation valve. I called Morningside back out to look again since we paid a $125 service fee for an incorrect diagnosis, Morningside advised that we needed to contact a Leak Detection Company to locate the leak because it had to be underground. Decided to call another plumber for a second opinion, it took a different plumber less than 3 minutes to find the issue, which was less than 6 feet away from where Morningside advised that it was, they corrected the issue the same day. I contacted Morningside to let them know what the issue was, that the technician was wrong and requested a refund. NOW, I have been trying for a MONTH AND A HALF to get a refund for this service call for the incorrect diagnosis. Each time I call, Dawn advises I promise someone will call you back. I put a big note so I don't let them forget. No call has came, no emails have been returned and no refund has been issued. Steer clear if you don't want to be ripped off.

wish you could put a zero, called told them my problem, and could tell they didn't want to handle it, so they said it would be expensive and couldn't get to me for over a week. Terrible!

Technician was great, problem was I called waited a week, called again, then was scheduled for appt. tech showed, accessed, then scheduled for another day on that day he canceled. Showed a few days later at closing time having my guys wait till complete after closing. Not cool!

Great work. Great price. Dependable. Replaced my water heater. Took away old one.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Tim provides the best plumbing service you could find in GA. He’s very responsive and responsible. He makes sure you know how to use your new equipment if you’re replacing a new one. He cleans the area after the work which is very thoughtful in my opinion. You can ask him any questions and he’ll be happy to assist if you’re new to plumbing service. I was referred to GTB Plumbing through a neighborhood Facebook page. Jon returned my call right away and was on-time to both appointments I had with him. He fixed one of my problems and didn't charge me since it was a simple fix. The other issue required him to find and purchase a part. When he came back to install that part, he only charged me half of what he had estimated since the repair was not as involved as he had originally thought. I appreciate Jon's honesty and professionalism and will call him again when I have plumbing needs.

Our main water line burst due to a fitting the builder buried that should not have been buried. Dmitri and Vitaliy diagnosed our problem, gave me some different options, and gave us a professional opinion on the option they would choose. Dmitri, Vitaliy, and Devon came and ran a new water line to the house in less than half a day and did great work. They did a great job of placing the sod back and you can not tell anything was buried. Now I have the piece of mind that our line was run correctly and came with a warranty. I highly recommend these guys and will use them going forward for any of our plumbing issues.

Did a great job on replacing a section of drain pipe in my basement

When we bought our house, the hot water worked but it was the original from 1994. Of course, we knew it would eventually need to be replaced. That day came yesterday (on a Sunday of course) when we discovered a big leak from the bottom of the HWH and a flooded garage. I had been saving coupons for this inevitable emergency and called the first company - they could come out on Tuesday they said. Really? I needed to shower! Plus I was on hold forever and the price they quoted me seemed high. Next call: North Atlanta Plumbing. They answered on the first ring. Their prices were super low AND they had a technician come out 3 hours later to drain the HWH line & stop the leak -AND no charge at all even on a Sunday! Right now, on Monday morning, less than 24 hours later, they are installing our new HWH. They called several times to confirm the appointment and arrived early. What great customer service! Shout out to Brandon, John, Blake & Red for being so smart, professional and nice. Would highly recommend them!

Fix & Flow was very professional and easy to set up an appointment with. They have a tracking link which makes it easy to know when the plumber will actually be here.

For my plumbing issue, I had an issue with my washing machine drain. I originally called BestBuy since I had a geeksquad warranty and they told me to get a plumber. Fix & Flow came out for a service call and said that it was actually an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue. I was really frustrated with Bestbuy for their shoddy advice, but Fix & Flow very generously waived the service fee. They also did an inspection of my water heater since it is getting close to needing to be replaced. I will definitely call them when my water heater needs replacing (hopefully not for another year or two!!)
