I called Delta to pump/assess the condition of my septic system. I hadn't it pumped or looked at in 9-10 yrs. Our appointment was made and scheduled without any problems. On 2.3.21, Frank Lancaster and his Associate arrived as scheduled. I had the property marked since I had a telephone land line buried over the tank.The minute Frank started to layout his plan or tentative plan of action, I felt very comfortable that this Man knew what he was talking about. He cautioned all the objectives of my service call work would be speculative until they opened up/took the lids off. Frank explained the workings of a properly functioning septic system.Once he completed his assessment and did the initial pumping of the liquid, he then gave me a determination of what work (individual remedies) would have to be completed for the system to become healthy again. He completed the work order and itemized what the charges would be for each task of the total job. He explained over again the proper functioning of my tank. He explained the need for replacement T- baffles. He hydro-jetted my field lines. I now feel good about the work, the restoration of the soil, care of my property and the future of my septic system.Frank Lancaster is a true serviceman. He was sincere and concerned of me as a senior customer. Frank is an asset to Delta Plumbing. I would recommend Him to others needing septic work, my Mother or Grandmother, if they were still alive. Very resonable pricing, excellent customer service, they were on time, and they were very knowledgeable on what they were doing. If I ever have another need for a plumber I will definitely be using them again!

Shop around! Do not overpay for a company like this!—I was really excited to finally find a plumbing company that offered leak detection in my area. Unfortunately, it had to be this company. This company has costed me two days out of work waiting around on them to never show. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, and got several calls stating the technician would be late. I understood and didn’t mind since I had already taken the day off to get the service done. However, the last call I received from them they told me they would not be able to come out. No surprise. After explaining how big of an inconvenience this was, I was told they could get another tech out instead. I was gracious she went out of her way to help me. Until... that technician called me and told me he was NOT a leak detection tech. So now I have to take ANOTHER day off work to facilitate a leak inspection. This has costed me two days off of work! Atlantis Plumbing did not seem remorseful in the slightest way. The mere arrogance from the manager/owner tells me that they do not care about their customers. The good news is, I found another company that is able to complete the task for me and for CHEAPER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not care about their customers and are charging more than what you can get elsewhere! Not to mention they are dishonest with what they tell you about the techs they send out. No telling what else they will tell you to get your money.

Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!

Jon was great to work with! We couldn’t find our main water shut off valve or the water pressure reducing valve in an older home we purchased 2 years ago, and thought we needed to get both added to the home. Jon did his own sleuthing around the house and property and hypothesized they were located behind a section of the wall that was sheetrocked in. After agreeing to cut into the wall, he was right! We did have a main water shut off and the pressure reducing valve was there too but needed replacing. I really appreciated he took the extra time to figure out what was going on instead of just adding new valves. He communicated everything thoroughly along the way and asked permission before starting new work. On top of all of that, he helped fix a leaky spigot on his way out. He’ll definitely be my only go to plumber from now on!

I asked the two workers at the door for the invoice and what was the price discussed with owner. His answer the invoice is in the van. His next question....what was the price the owner discussed with you i an sure it is the same.
No thank you your service is not needed. Personally, I thought they were casing my home.

Fix & Flow was very professional and easy to set up an appointment with. They have a tracking link which makes it easy to know when the plumber will actually be here.

For my plumbing issue, I had an issue with my washing machine drain. I originally called BestBuy since I had a geeksquad warranty and they told me to get a plumber. Fix & Flow came out for a service call and said that it was actually an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue. I was really frustrated with Bestbuy for their shoddy advice, but Fix & Flow very generously waived the service fee. They also did an inspection of my water heater since it is getting close to needing to be replaced. I will definitely call them when my water heater needs replacing (hopefully not for another year or two!!)
