Septic Tank pump and Hydrojetting.This is hard review, as the reason of the 3 stars is between the staff and the pricing. First, the 2 star deduction - Price alone. Once they open it up and identify a potential problem, they add services that are too high. I was charged 800 dollars to put in 2 PVC baffles, total of 2250 to hydrojet a residential septic drain line pre and post the septic tank. Once the tank is open and they are there, it is difficult to know the price of actual work they want to perform. So do your research on cost, even the tank is open, and discuss their cost... get someone else or quotes while they are there..... My post research states these should have been half that price, if not more. As far as the staff, they were great and friendly, just WAY overcharged for the services they performed.

We had a major blockage with our kitchen sink over the holidays. I called John and heard on his voicemail that he was on vacation until 1/5 so I decided to hang up. Less than an hour later he called me back and asked if he had missed my call and if there was something he could help with! Who does that in this day and age? We made an appointment and John came as expected. After a quick assessment, he diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He was so easy to work with and explained what he was doing with the appropriate level of detail as he went. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

He was completely booked for this afternoon , so he was able to show me how to reset my pilot light over the phone. I am incredibly thrilled to have my hot water back. I had a difficult situation where it was hard to determine where the leak was coming from, but they did the best they could to ferret it out with minimal upheaval and expense. They had to come out several times but did their best to take care of me and of my home.

Paul was fabulous and very thorough. In addition on his way out he saw a nail in my tire which helped me avoid a situation of being stranded on the interstate. Superior IS superior! We had them back today since our original post to replace hot water heater and experience was great. We had Paul again. Prompt, efficient and fairly priced. Plus, we love the guarantee.
