I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

well I'm going to start by saying I called Ray to My home to fix a leak I had and He came out and did a good job with fixing it I thought until it started to leak he had to come back at lease 3 times within a 1 Hour period. I have Brand new Hradwoods installed inside my home recently. so I offerd him foot protection and he VERY rudely refuses them because he is un professional & Most likely upset with the Leak problem we were having. I thought using them would be good but, I Hate to say it But u get what u pay for I would Rather be over charged Next time then to Deal with this Company ever again. But they did Fix the Problem Thank God. Hopefully they do a better job for u then they did for me and my family.

My experience with this company was exceptional from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and certified plumbers ready to serve and address my needs. They gave me options as to the best routes to take for my repairs and completed the job in a timely fashion. When you’ve got plumbing issues, you need someone quick. They exceeded my expectations and the staff were very courteous.

We had an emergency as our whole house was backed up and we couldn't use any toilets, sinks , etc.... I called late in the day...almost 5pm and they sent someone out within the hour. He was courteous, quick and got the job done. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spoke with Reggie Sr about the service fee to change a Cartridge on the shower valve. The job only took five minutes however, the service fee was 7x's the actual part. It's not like they removed tile from the shower wall. Reggie Sr promised to reimburse us a portion to be put as he quoted right back to us As of today no refund. I would not recommend his service to anyone. He doesn't live up to his word that he promised.

Reggie Sr you told my husband on the phone you would reimburse us $50. No one from your office called us or left a message regarding the refund or the check you are holding. We called your place of business and the lady said call after hours and you would answer the phone.
Have some integrity if you are running a business. We would not lie about the matter however, very disappointed on how you handled this. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Expecting a phone call to settle this matter and not on Google review.

We've used Atlantis Plumbing several times over the past few years with no issues. They've always gotten someone out right away. Recently, we had John Massey come out to find a leak and replace a couple toilets. He was friendly and thorough!

Matt was absolutely wonderful! Another company told me it would be over $1200 to repair the unit, Matt repaired it for 86.50!

This company is truly incredible! I have gotten to know them for their support of the American Diabetes Association over the last 3 year....so, when my AC stopped working I knew exactly who to call!Everyone has been fantastic! We have had great customer service, very knowledgeable and incredible professionalism. Thanks to all who assisted with this! Joel helped me schedule someone to come out right away to assess our problem. Chris B came out and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and most importantly - explained the problems and gave us all the options to consider. Russell H came out the next day to show us the options of a new system and gave his honest recommendation for our needs. Donald B and Clay W. just spent 9 hours here on a hot Saturday doing the entire install. They we're neat and respectful to us and hour home. And of course, Tommy was incredibly gracious to connect me with the right people and get this taken care of quickly!I am so grateful to work with a company I know and trust on such a large home repair. If you are considering replacing your equipment YOU MUST CALL ESTES! They won't try to sell you things you don't need. They will give you accurate and professional guidance.
