I needed a PRV replacement for my townhome and after getting quotes from 5 other plumbing companies, I went with J W Ayers. Not only did they offer to do the work for the best price, but they were extremely polite and courteous throughout the entire process.

Their crew showed up promptly when scheduled, performed the work quickly, and did a great job.

I will definitely be contacting them in the future for any additional plumbing needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get great work done for a fair price.

Folks have been friendly, but so far the work has been unimpressive. In our guest room bath they first installed incompatible drain pipes with the sink drain, did not tighten the hoses connected to the faucet enough (and installed the hot on the right and cold to the left). The result? Water dripped all night onto the shelf of our brand new vanity, destroying the laminated edge and swelling it. They sent someone to repair this, and to finish our hall bath sink, and managed to mostly repair the guest sink, except for temperature directions. But, now the vessel sink in our hall bath leaks water onto the counter top. It never did this before, so I suspect they installed the drain incorrectly.

They are supposed to come out again, so I will update this if they manage to resolve the outstanding issues. So far, like I said: they've been friendly, but I am not yet pleased by the work.

I have used That Plumbing several times. CJ is very good at his job and he is very professional. CJ responses in a very timely manner.

I woke up this morning to a septic tank alarm and thought I had to pump the tank. At 11:00a, Frank and Luke were onsite to troubleshoot. In no time, they were able to determine that I had a tripped breaker. Turned the breaker back on, the alarm went away. But Frank didn't stop there, he took the time to teach me about my septic system. From the breakers to the distribution box to the field lines. They (Frank and Luke) lived up to your tagline of The Educated Plumber. I really appreciated the quick response and the knowledge transfer that these technicians and the company displayed.

I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

2. Spent the time to accurately find the reason of the leak, instead of just jumping on the first issue that might have caused it.

4. Day of install very prompt. Walked me trough the entire process.

Excellent service, price, and fast response. I appreciate that Saturday is a business day for them because I'm too busy during the week and I don't want to pay the emergency rate. I called them Saturday morning and Harold came by just 3 hours later to fix my garbage disposal. He was very friendly and professional and he was able to unclog the disposal and get it working perfectly again, which saved me hundreds from having to buy a new disposal. The price was excellent at $89. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Unfortunately I discovered after the fact they extremely overpriced. I found 3 different places later that would’ve done the job for a third to half the price. Also the technician left me with my toilet leaking after the repair and had an attitude with me when he had to return to fix that. I feel that taken advantage of. Won’t do business again with them.

I am a contractor and work with a property management company in Atlanta and have known Reggie The Plumber for years. I have met Reggie Jr. and Reggie Sr. and can say that this is the most disappointed and frustrated I have been with a contractor in a long time. We have a rental house that the sewer is backing up due to roots which I sent to Reggie The Plumber last week. I spoke to Reggie Jr. last week on doing a camera down the sewer to see where the problem was to know where to repair the line and he said they had it scheduled for tuesday of this week. I told him this was later than I would like and to see if there were any available openings before that and he said no so I told him that was fine. So, tuesday afternoon comes and I have not heard anything, so I call Reggie Jr. and ask for a status update and he told me the place they rent cameras from is out and they will have to reschedule for Thursday. I stressed to him the importance as the tenant was not able to use any plumbing at the house at this point and it was backing up, but he said the earliest they could get out is thursday 11/8. I told him to make sure it is done thursday and myself or somebody would meet him over there so we could decide there what to do. Thursday comes and the tenant notifies us that Reggie canceled via text and said their snake broke. So, I call their office and can't seem to get Reggie Jr and speak to a lady that tells me they can't reschedule until wednesday of next week and recommend another plumbing company....Reggie The Plumber obviously at this point could not do the job or did not want to, so i would have much rather of been told that from the beginning and not wasted a week on a very serious issue. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed on how this was handled and I will never use Reggie The Plumber again.

Great service. Plumber was there on time. I got same day service. And the price was fair. I would use them again for sure.

Matt responded to my message within an hour and was at my house the same day to fix my heat. When I told him my heat wasn’t working he made me a priority due to the cold weather. Steve T and Chadwick R came out, a little before the time they said they would be there, a big plus. They did the work quicker then Steve had said it would take. They even took a min to say hello to our dogs, which calmed down and enjoyed them being in the house.
The work was done very well.
We did find additional leaks that we didn't know about. So when we are ready to take care of those, we will be calling Steve back to do the repair.
Overall it was a good experience.
