Update: Roto Rooter reached out to me and followed up on this review. I am very impressed with their customer service. While most companies wouldn't take the time, they asked me information, were empathetic and offered some solutions. I feel as a company they valued me as a customer and wanted to correct this situation to keep me as a customer. Very few companies go the extra step any more and it is much appreciated by this customer. I will most definitely use them again.I have been told by the water department that I must have a water leak since my bill quadrupled the past two months. Ive had leaks before and it’s very obvious when the main line running into my house breaks - water pours everywhere. So I was quite surprised to not see the extra 30k gallons of water they say I’ve been using anywhere. I called Roto Rooter and they came quickly, which is the ONLY reason for 3 stars, but only offered a quick “visual inspection” before telling me I need to tear my yard up because he couldn’t see the leak. I’m now waiting on an infrared leak detection from another company because tearing up my yard to hopefully find a leak sounds a little excessive when I’ve had no issues visually seeing leaks before.

My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend him and his business!

Mike Installed a new Water Heater at a fair price and the same day. Did a good clean up on the water that leaked out of the old heater for free.

I discovered this company by noticing truck in my community. I asked the technician(Desmond) to come to my home for an estimate. This was completed and appointment made for the following day for actual repair. Desmond arrived right on time with assistant Jadon. The work was completed with a promise if further concern they would come back at no charge.

The second day after the repair, the leak reappeared. A new appointment was made that same day. The team came back and advised the leak was more extensive than first determined. Additional supplies were purchased and the work was completed. The bathroom wall and the garage ceiling were the
impacted areas.

I am a senior citizen and I felt safe giving these young men the run on my home. They were extremely professional, and courteous. They kept me informed along the way and did a wonderful job cleaning up.

I highly recommend Zoom Drain. I will use them for any future plumbing needs....but only if I can get Desmond and Jadon:)

I received a text 30 minutes before the technician arrived with his picture and the note he was on his way. He arrived on time and promptly reviewed my situation. He wore covers on his shoes and was very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Kyle every time.

We needed a pressure gauge put in behind our ice machine and the entire process of booking was a breeze and very professional. I'm fairly used to getting the run around from service techs and it was refreshing to do business with a company that does what they say they will.

FAST AND AFFORDABLE

Called them on a Sunday morning at 10 am and they were at my house at 11:30 am to give me a free estimate. (on a Sunday!!!) The estimate was very fair and they replaced my entire water line the same day and even gave me friendly advice to getting my water bill reduced. Thanks Guys

After spending several hours analyzing our existing Rinnai water heater, we all concurred that our best choice was to install a new Rinnai Tankless water heater. All work was completed in one day! Very professional and answered all our questions.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Derrick came out on time. He was professional and courteous. He fixed my drain stoppage in about an hour. He knew exactly what to do and did not make a mess.
