A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

Mr. Ray and his partner did a great job fixing the leaking pipe underneath my concrete slap. He was very professional and kept me informed on what needed to be done during and throughout the entire process. The price was also reasonable due to the work that needed to be done. We would definitely call this company again for any of our plumbing needs.

Worst company ever. Their bulldozer did severe damage to my driveway in 2 spots(drove the length of driveway), you could see the tractor marks. Manager said for any concrete company I found that confirmed his tractor did the damage he would find someone that would dispute that. The tire treads from tractor and the pic of bulldozer where the damage is should be proof enough to fix. I would never recommend this company.

Two weeks earlier, Roto-Rooter came out and spend several hours trying to figure out our issue and fixed it. Thankfully, they stand by their work because today I needed them again. John came out and did a thorough investigation of our situation and promptly corrected it. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Reggie installed the wrong size toilet in my bathroom, the toilet started to link around the base. One of his plumbers removed the toilet and installed another toilet it was also linking and it was having flushing issues. He installed another toilet it have the same problem. The conversation I had was Reggie would come out himself to see what was going with the toilet. That conversation happen the week before April 6th. It's almost May and I have not got received a phone/nothing.

The technicians that serviced our home were prompt and courteous. The service manager worked with us to install our water heater and bring our gas lines up to code. They technicians also provided us with other best practices for maintaining our plumbing and septic system. I highly recommend Best 1 Plumbing.

This wonderful company is operated by such caring & wonderful people. They're truly a blessing to the community & the world. I couldn't recommend & suggest a better company than this one.

We got a leaking pipe replaced on 2/5/2021 by Reggie and Kyle from Atlantis Plumbing. They were great! They showed up early that morning, took one lunch break, and was done before dark the same day. The work was professionally done and still looks really good. We were also pleased with the cost as Atlantis was the cheapest of four companies we were considering.Great Job!!!

Matt responded to my message within an hour and was at my house the same day to fix my heat. When I told him my heat wasn’t working he made me a priority due to the cold weather.
