I needed a PRV replacement for my townhome and after getting quotes from 5 other plumbing companies, I went with J W Ayers. Not only did they offer to do the work for the best price, but they were extremely polite and courteous throughout the entire process.

I was overjoyed to find this plumbing business because they repaired all of my pipes and gave me a terrific bargain as well! I'll be suggesting them to all of my friends because they run a truly great business.

Folks have been friendly, but so far the work has been unimpressive. In our guest room bath they first installed incompatible drain pipes with the sink drain, did not tighten the hoses connected to the faucet enough (and installed the hot on the right and cold to the left). The result? Water dripped all night onto the shelf of our brand new vanity, destroying the laminated edge and swelling it. They sent someone to repair this, and to finish our hall bath sink, and managed to mostly repair the guest sink, except for temperature directions. But, now the vessel sink in our hall bath leaks water onto the counter top. It never did this before, so I suspect they installed the drain incorrectly.

They are supposed to come out again, so I will update this if they manage to resolve the outstanding issues. So far, like I said: they've been friendly, but I am not yet pleased by the work.

He had excellent response, communicated before, during and after. He did an amazing job in minimal time.

Called in to have my septic tank pump as it was urgent and I was told someone would be out sometime the following morning only to get a call from them around 11am stating no one was available until the next morning. I was highly disappointed as I couldn't get back to my normal life until the septic tank issue was resolved and this company had no problem playing with my time and leading me on to believe they were coming out. This was done to keep me from calling another company who may have had an availability. #DoBetter

Had them at my house in Cobb County twice and everything was great both times. They responded quickly, did great work and gave me good information about the problem and charged a very reasonable price. Great work!

Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

Both employees were very professional and handles themselves at very high standards. I will recommend rotor router to everyone I know with good employers like they were.
