Worst company ever. Their bulldozer did severe damage to my driveway in 2 spots(drove the length of driveway), you could see the tractor marks. Manager said for any concrete company I found that confirmed his tractor did the damage he would find someone that would dispute that. The tire treads from tractor and the pic of bulldozer where the damage is should be proof enough to fix. I would never recommend this company.

Sewage/drain had collapsed due to age and tree roots. Roto Rooter did a great job quickly.

I had the worst day ever! I had a plumber come out and tell me that my air conditioning was the cause of a water leak in my garage. I’m not a plumber but I was pretty sure there was a leak in a pipe in the wall because you can clearly hear it! I called Atlantis plumbing and Robert Camp came out and was more than professional, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly! He found the issue the other plumber missed and took care of it! I was so impressed by the way he handled the situation! He deserves a raise! He was awesome!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Alliance Plumbing and Drain. I called them at 9:00pm at night on a Wednesday (I was a brand new customer..this was the first time I had ever contacted this place), explaining to them that my 12 year old water heater was leaking water all over my house, and it needed to be replaced ASAP (as I had been told by other companies). Well, I was thinking that this couldn't be done until Friday at the earliest. But to my surprise, Alliance Plumbing came all the way to my house immediately. I am beyond impressed that they drove to my house at 10pm at night to install a new water heater for me. Who does that??!!
