Legwork Plumbing Solutions is by far the best Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with. I live in a older home and have issues often with my Plumbing System. Before Legwork I used to dread calling other companies because they would always up-sell me or weren’t professional. The techs at Legwork seem to be very fair in pricing compared to my previous experiences. I also like that when you call them they arrive quickly and make repairs quickly.  I typically don’t write  reviews but I am hoping I will save someone the money and hassle I went through by sharing my experience.

I had an extremely positive experience with this company. Very attentive, knowledgeable, fast and fantastic customer service!

I just found out about this company, and it's great! The salesperson was nice, knew what she was talking about, and was very helpful. I thought I had a great experience with the business.

Do not use them at all!!!!! Bison Plumbing is horrible!! They over charged me!!!!

I have used That Plumbing several times. CJ is very good at his job and he is very professional. CJ responses in a very timely manner.

Nathan was very professional and took time to answer my questions about my plumbing issues with this old house. Very glad I called, by the way the receptionist I talked to was like talking to an aunt about a cousin. Thanks guys

I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

Derick, Brandon, and Jed were SUPERB crew!! This Roto-Rooter crew were VERY professional by introducing themselves (Derick) to my husband and I, listening to us to ensure they didn’t dig over our existing sprinkler system pipes in lawn. This Superb crew is highly knowledgeable and skilled in the plumbing profession, etc., they successfully completed the water service line repair in our front yard, and cleaned up after the repair.Please knowledge Derick who I considered the lead of this crew was training Jed by guiding him on what tasks are required to complete the water service line repair! Derick and Brandon both need to be recognized and promoted because they’re leaders, knowledgeable in the plumbing profession, provides superb customer service, very impressive to ensure the customer is pleased with the finished results. When I think of Roto-Rooter Phillip (Service Technician), Derick, Brandon and Jed come in my thoughts because they treated my husband and I with the upmost respect and provided quality work!Thank you Roto-Rooter!

I am so very pleased with Best 1 Plumbing. I spoke with Eric about my issue and he was able to have a technician at my house the next day. Dillon had great communication and did the repair quickly, without issue.
