After missing first appointment date with late notifications the second appointment arrival was on time. The technician after use of equipment had to leave site to return the equipment for another job. The job was to repair sewer line do there was digging which after completed was a total mess to my driveway. The dig site was left with a trail and pile of dirt. The dirt was not compacted and look like a trail for underground dwellers. The leak was fixed but the site was very messy. My HOA was not pleased. Very skeptical yo use services again. I must say the customer service staff was very pleasant and helpful when I called about missed and late arrivals.

This is always my go to plumber for EVERYTHING! They cleanup after themselves and always make sure that the issue is fixed for they leave. If you want reasonable pricing and quality repair, this is who you need.

We it came to replacing my water heater, I had to choose carefully since it is in my attic. Anthony and his crew did an excellent job. He way went the extra mile including the running a pipe out to the side our house. Outstanding customer service and quality work are just two of the many reasons to choose Fix & Flow. I have also used them for a garbage disposal and to fix a leaking spiket. Stephen the owner is honest and very knowledgeable.

Bogus details on site and bad customer service

These guys were great. After another company failed to clear the clog and suggested major work to fix it, I called Zippy. They were able to quickly assess the situation and then able to clear out the clog in no time at all. They saved me a lot of money and time. I highly recommend.

First of all, the customer service rep placed more emphasis on payment for service, rather than the issue at hand. Yes, the techs came out and forced air to unclog the toilet, but the two techs also said their wasn’t anything else wrong with the toilet when there was obviously signs the tank wasn’t filling with water.
Less than 15 minutes of labor and over $450 later, the root of the problem was not identified nor repaired. Basically paid for a band-aid!
Definitely a rip-off!!!

Called for a neighbor's plumbing emergency. They responded within an hour and had the problem resolved. Office staff is courteous, prompt and professional. And the plumber who responded was quick and proficient. I'd always recommend Better Plumbing Service!

Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones.
