Best Bathroom Plumbing in Atlanta GA

Quality work for my small commercial job, but the price was much higher than expected and I was never presented with an estimate prior to the work being done. They heard my concerns though and agreed to refund some of my cost afterwards, which was very much appreciated. I'll call them again when needed, but I'll be sure to get better price quotes before the work is started.

Legwork Plumbing Solutions is by far the best Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with. I live in a older home and have issues often with my Plumbing System. Before Legwork I used to dread calling other companies because they would always up-sell me or weren’t professional. The techs at Legwork seem to be very fair in pricing compared to my previous experiences. I also like that when you call them they arrive quickly and make repairs quickly.  I typically don’t write  reviews but I am hoping I will save someone the money and hassle I went through by sharing my experience.

My experience with Delta Plumbing started off disappointing.I had employees that were not experience. A 2 day job ended up being almost 2 weeks. The leak detector showed a leak under slab and when the Jim and Dylan jack hammered the concrete they could not find the leak. So they told me that their supervisor would call me that afternoon. But I did not receive a call. I had to call the next day to find out what was going on. They left the jack hammer, a hole in my floor and plus a crack pipe. The next day Jacob came by and did nothing but check other bathrooms in my house. The next day I didn't get a phone call so I called the office again so they apologized to me. The next day Steven came, very knowledgeable and found the leak. He told me he would be back in the morning but was a no show so I called the office again. I asked to speak to the manager; per Jason he didn't know he was a no show. He promise he would have someone out the next day. The next day Nathan Just came out The A Team. He was very professional and knew his job. He explained what he was doing and assured me that my problem would be fixed. He kept me informed, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He stayed until the job was done. Nathan apparently know what customer service stands for, somehow Delta have lost how to treat paying customers. If Delta Plumbing gives out awards, Nathan Just truly deserve recognition for his hard work. Thank you Mr. Nathan Just for being a true PROFESSIONAL!

Kind and friendly, fair priced. Called for pricing on water heater installation. Guys came out the next morning and were done in under two hours. Hauled the old one away and everything went smooth and works great. $200 cheaper than other guys too. Can't recommend enough.

3 hours of work cost $500. Very polite, but that seems excessive. Won't use again.

The guy was very helpful when he came out, but my appointment time was from 8-12, and no one showed up until 2 pm, and I had to call them to ask why no one had shown up. Also when he filled out the form there was no indication of where he got his price from, i didn't know how much he was charging for labor, and what was for parts, and when he told me the price he looked like he just threw out a random number, and didn't look anything up. However, he knew what he was doing, was very polite and got the job done. I had gone with roto-rooter before when needing a new garbage disposal and was more impressed with that visit, which is why I went with them when my shower was leaking this time.

John Henry was great at installing our new Tank less Water-heater and moving some other plumbing. He was very professional and worked efficiently! Would highly recommend!

I love the fact that Troy loves his work. He told me that he loves nothing more than to fix a leak or unblock and drain, and you can really see his passion for his work. It shows in his professionalism and quality too. Great technician. Thoroughly recommend Troy of Royal Flush Plumbing of Decatur!

I am extremely pleased with the work from Fletch-Barney to fix the plumbing problems at my house! I have had this issue for years where backup/clogs were happening almost every two years. Victor and Nate came out and took care of the clog that day but also assessed my bigger plumbing problem and talked through my options with me, which I had heard from another plumbing company nearly 2 years prior for nearly double the cost that Fletch-Barney charged.

Victor was very knowledgeable and provided the most comprehensive explanation so I could really understand what they needed to do. He answered all my questions and what if's that made me feel comfortable to have him come back and do the job. In my case, the if that doesn't work, we'll have to do... ended up happening after digging up my front lawn to uncover that Plan A was not going to work. Victor reassessed and brought out the big guns - the owner, and they assured me that drilling into my foundation would resolve my problem from happening again. It turned out to be a much bigger job than what I originally expected, but Victor and Nate made sure that I was fully functioning and my yard was back to order before they left that night - they even brought in additional guys to make sure they could get done before it got super late. All the work and communication they did really eased my mind and reassured me that I made the right decision to use Fletch-Barney.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Their excellent customer service and very fair pricing set them far apart from the others, no doubt.

They were very profesional very clean and courteous . All worked performed done in a timely fashion, It's nice to see old fashion customer service. Will use them again and recommend them in a hot second.

The guys that came out to install the water heater were AWESOME! The install was done professionally. Great pricing and will be using them for future plumbing issues.

I am in customer service, and I know that your drivers and staff are the face of your business.
I was merging onto 78 this morning and had nowhere to go other than straight. One of your drivers proceeded to stay in the far right lane and did not allow me to merge onto the interstate. This is unethical and a dangerous safety hazard.

As the ambassador of your company, you need to retrain your drivers on road laws and safety.
