Sammy arrived at my home at exactly 2:00 pm. He did a survey of the issues we were having and described different ways of dealing with it. I made a selection and he immediately got to work. I watched him the entire time he was working as I am a do it yourselfer and was actually watching to learn from him. I was very impressed with the process as he put his equipment to work. Within a short time the drain was unclogged! He then assembled the system and ran several tests to assure that the problem was dealt with. He then carefully cleaned up the area and put his tools away. I am very impressed with the quality and efficiency of his work. he was here less than 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely call

Our fire pit has a gas leak and Tony has been working with me troubleshooting the issue and helping me make a plan to get this repaired. We are still in the process of gaining access to the gas piping so Tony can return to replace gas piping once the demo is completed. He’s is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Service tech was on time but after doing the standard maintenance on my two units he stated that I needed two 'dual run capacitors' which would cost $400 each. And I needed one 'Hard Start Kit' as well also $400. After I agreed to have him install them I happened to notice the brand and part number of the capacitors and checked the cost of them on Plumbers Supply website and shockingly the cost was merely $42.00 (Mars #14288...not $400 each. Quite an unbelievable mark up. Any company deserves to make a profit but really...this is borderline illegal!The tech stated that 'everyone charges that price' which I find hard to believe. After threats to have him remove the capacitors he called in to his boss and they lowered the price to a mere $300 each. Still a huge rip off and I'm certain 'the Hard Start Kit' was vastly overpriced as well.Would certainly not recommend this company by any means!

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
