Our home warranty sent Ideal services to check out my heater which was not heating up properly. Edwin P was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what was wrong with our unit. He fixed the problem and also gave us some tips to keep our house nice and warm for the winter.Thank you so much for your service. 🙂If I ever have an issue again I will definitely give them a call

NEVER HIRE OR USE IDEAL SERVICES, WHETHER PRIVATELY OR THROUGH YOUR HOME WARRANTY...NEVER!!!From our bad experience with Ideal Services including their plumber George and their service responder lady, we found them very unprofessional, never honest, have lack of integrity, and does not take responsibility for their no-show appointments!They will blame others, won't return your calls, cancel appointments at the last minutes, constantly lie that they visited the premise (although residents and camera footage proved that they did not), and disappear with no responding. This is what we had to deal with. This is what you will need to deal with...But never again!!!We strongly recommend against hiring them or accepting them as repair company by the Home Warranty's dispatch.We learned our lesson, the hard way!DON'T MAKE OUR MISTAKE! Had a stopped up bathroom sink. Called Ideal for service and they came the next day at the time scheduled. The technician, Carl, was very courteous and professional. He fixed the problem and left the sink area clean. Thank you.

Very responsive company. Scheduling was easy! The technician they sent, named Dwayne, was awesome. Even though the problem we were having was nothing he could address, he took the time to check everything out in the house and explain to such a novice as myself (1st time home buyer) how our systems work. They came on Wednesday 5/20/20 to fix a problem on my kitchen sink by Friday the problem was worst we followed steps for a recall. Now they saying they will have somebody to comeback to re do the job till next Wednesday 6/3/20. Very frustrating. Bad service.

Ideal Services responded quickly to my request for service and was able to get somebody scheduled within 48hrs. Anthony came out and quickly diagnosed and explained the problem and fixed it. Great service all around. Thanks.

They did a quick diagnosis and found the problem. We had a one day delay as they needed to order a blower motor that was not in stock. The next day they came and did the work and all is well. Good communication and job done right the first time.

Our home warranty company assigned our claim for a leaking pipe in our garage to Ideal Services. Ideal promptly scheduled our appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived on time. He promptly identified the problem but needed a part to fix it so would have to come back the next day. The next day, the technician, Edwin, arrived on time and fixed the leak. He was polite and answered all our questions. He left the area of the repair very clean. We were very happy with the service.

This was the best experience I think I’ve ever had! My tech, Dan H., was phenomenal! He was patient, explained everything thoroughly, and really cared about making sure that everything was in working order. He literally walked through the house with me and took the time to help. It gets so hot in Vegas during the summer, but thanks to Dan, I have no worries and know I'll be set!

Ideal Services is the best company with the best employees and customer service around. Just had Ryan over for a few plumbing repairs. He was extremely friendly knowledgeable and professional! I use Ideal Services for all my home warranty needs!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing electrical havoc and restoration!!

They called and asked if they could head over before the scheduled time. In my book that is a plus. David and Nick got my A/C fixed fast. They were both friendly and polite.

Garbage! These people cannot even schedule a job correctly. The customer service rep, if you call her that, argued and argued with me. The technician did not even show up! Don't waste your time with such incompetent people.

Unfortunately this company uses my home warrenty co..so they are the 1st to get dispatched but no more..I have a block on my account now for them.1) 1st time out. Wrote down water heater could explode, refused to service.2) lost money honestly cuz..they could of replaced it3) spanish mans English poor..so wrote reciept poor. Gave me unclear pink copy.4) went to office..filing systems so horrible the couldnt find their copy so I could read it. Manager/owner kicked me out and said take him to court to get it5) what are they hiding that I can not get a copy of my reciept?Next service call. Shower sink n toilet backed up. No use of home. 24 hrs for 1st service.Guy said I dont have a clean out valve and that U have to pay $600 to have one done. He also says my toilet is cemented to the floor and can not be removed without damaging my tile floor.He leaves. I GOOGLE clean out valve for a picture. Then walk my yard Idiot walked right over it 3x. I call back. Now they dont have anyone on duty over the weekend and I still have loss of use of home . Monday is holiday..He finally comes back and I show him where the clean out valve is..duh..and he snakes 6 ft if it. He never inspects the actual toilet for any issues.3 days later.. it clogs AGAIN..this time I REFUSE THIS COMPANY and req a new one dispatched..New plumber comes in, removes (unremovable toilet) w no damage and determine the actual toilet is not working. Orders me a new toilet and installs.Again..this company lost money on a new water heater installation and a toilet installation. They lost my respect and my business for horrible customer service. The last straw was the owner kicking me out for asking for a clear copy of my reciept stating a judge would have to subpoena him.

Usually when I request service from my home warranty company I expect some random company with poor reviews. However, this past request was sent to Ideal Services and wow, seriously an amazing service. Jonathan was sent to my residence and called 10 minutes before his arrival. He really explained the problems I was having and taught me a lot in a short period of time. He could train new plumbers easily as I feel more knowledgeable after a brief lesson on sink plumbing. I was really impressed by this company and would recommend them for any HVAC/Plumbing issue. Thanks Jonathan and Ideal Services!

LIARS. ZERO STARS. GEORGE was our liar... I mean, tech. These people are crooks. There is reason why home warranty companies use this awful company, they will LIE and try to pin the blame on anything they can to save the Home Warranty company money. It's OK though, we got it all worked out w/another company and it was painless. The owner did have to come out of pocket, but at least it was done correctly.I'm SO glad our landlord didn't listen to their BS and found a real plumbing company to fix our issue. The home warranty sent this joke to our house to assess a leak. They were on time, that's really the only good thing I can say about them. They said there was mold, and they needed to have their abatement team come out the next day, no big deal, and in the meantime they would cap the leaking pipe. I don't know what pipe they capped, but it wasn't the leaking one. We had to have another plumber fix that TOO. We continued to have flooding for several more days, proving they capped the wrong pipe. Even their own mold people said something about it not being done right the next day. Anyway, their assessment came back the it was MY washer causing the leak. Well, thankfully my landlord had some sense, and since none of the other legitimate plumbers that came to provide a quote said anything about my washer, she declined their services/scope and moved on.REAL CAUSE: It ended up being the pipe connected to the hot water heater, underground. Absolutely NOTHING to do with my washer. Even after I explained that our washer had not been used in nearly a week, they were satisfied with their findings. This is why home warranty companies use this awful company, they will LIE and try to pin the blame on anything they can to save the Home Warranty company money. It's OK though, we got it all worked out w/another company and it was painless.Also, since I see the owner likes to engage w/the reviewers, I have 3 quotes from other plumbers to dispute your findings. You have our contact info on file, I'm sure with some deductive reasoning you would be able to determine which client I am.

Ideal Services was great! Dwayne and Chris showed up right on time, gave me a heads up they were ten minutes out. They fixed my disposal in a jiffy, were extremely professional and a pleasure to talk to. Gave me some tips on what not to do and how to try to fix it in the future. Would definitely recommend!

Previous tech misdiagnosed problem with my dishwasher. He ordered wrong part!!! Now I have to wait even longer for repairs. I am confined to wheelchair & this is a major problem

I loved how fast and excellent quality Dwayne made his job ! He was very professional! Fast to resolve the leakage at the sink disposal in the kitchen , he replaced the old one with completely new . Garbage disposals are a pain! But not when you call a good company with great plubers like the one they sent me Joey Gonzalez i remeber his last name because he gave me one of his cards and i will keep that card just in case i ever need him again i will specifically request him. Not only did he know what he was doing he was on time he called me and gave me enough time to get back home because i steped out of my house for somthing i needed. He was quick he was on time very profeasional i had an overall great experiace.

Our water heater was leaking and Ideal Services came by to assess the situation. The technician, Basil, was very helpful. He was patient, informative, and went above and beyond to complete the work that had to be done as soon as possible. We truly appreciated him returning on the same day to finish the job.

Really horrible experience. I never write reviews, but working with Ideal Services was so frustrating, I'm compelled to write this. Their operators took over 40 minutes to answer the phone and could not schedule until they placed the work order from my warranty company into their system. Although they confirmed that they had received it, they did not put it into their system - this took 4 days. I had to make multiple calls to finally be able to schedule and was on hold for 20 to 40 minutes each time. The staff was not very competent nor professional. When I was able to schedule, they told me one date but they entered a different one into their schedule. As a result, when they showed up, I wasn't there and I had to reschedule. Several days later, when Dwayne the tech showed up to fix the problem, he said he needed to contact my warranty company before he could do anything although I had the company on the phone while he was there and they authorized the work. He left and I heard nothing back. I called twice to find out what was going on and was told I had to call my warranty company. The warranty company told me Dwayne reported that item to be repaired was broken by force and it was not serviceable - which is not true, the fix was just hard and he didn't want to do it. Because he lied, I had to go through a long drawn out process with my warranty company to get another service provider who was happily able to fix it without any difficulty. Ideal Services was the worst service company I have ever worked with. Save your time and effort and go with any other company. I used Redline Plumbing - they were super friendly, very competent, skilled and hyperresponsive.

Couldn’t even fix a simple smoke detector. We had to call another company because they didn’t know how to replace them after TWO visits. Never again. Plus, the guy had an attitude.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances. Horrible customer service and inexperienced techs. Home warranty company insisted that we use them. It took over two weeks- 3 no shows with no call from the office to finally get the air conditioner fixed. They give customer a 4 hour window for appt. Even if you confirm on the day of the appointment that you will be home- if you missed the call from the tech that he is on his way they won't show up. Unacceptable.

Had a service call with Nathan today. He was on time, super professional and diagnosed the issue right away. He was very thorough in explaining all the options to remedy the situation. Thanks Nathan for a job well done!

My appointment was scheduled very quickly, and the assigned Technician was very personable, knowledgeable, and found what was happening with my home's waterpipes quickly. For the duration of the issue's detection and repairs I noted the Tech to be very organized, prepared, and did a very thorough job in finding where my home's waterpipe was leaking which made his repairing it very fast. His efforts quickly found the issue, explained what repair work needs to be done and recommend ways for me to minimize water damage. Really happy with the quality of repair work done!

Had a problem on Sunday afternoon. The office scheduled an appointment for Monday. Nathan was very knowledgeable and solved it in a few minutes. No fumbling around, just took care of it. He knows his stuff.

Our bathroom tub was clogged. We tried do unclog it ourselves first, but that didn't go well. Dwayne came and saved the day! One time, friendly, explains everything, and most importantly fixed what was wrong! Great service! It also made me feel good that he came with a mask!

Very impressed by Plumber Kyle. Two leaky shower faucets were repaired and a bad kitchen faucet was replaced in record time. He even cleaned up after himself. Super happy that it’s all done and done right. Everything looks and works great.

Technician from Ideal Services does not know what he’s doing, claiming and telling my daughter that there was no “clean out” outside my house and denied the service requested. The office staff are all rude and no telephone manners at all snd very disorganized. We contacted a different company on our own expense and it was proven that Ideal Service technician and we sent a picture to our insurance company for dispute. We will never use and recommend Ideal Services to anyone. Please hire someone that can speak English so customers can comprehend them.

My warranty company sent Ideal Services as a second opinion to address a plumbing issue, and to my surprise, it was truly a disappointment with the quality of work performed. Installing a new toilet should not look as if a you tuber type installation was performed. Management never returned my calls.

I have had 2 interactions with Ideal Services, both with Nathan the technician. Both times the company and technician have been prompt to respond and schedule, as well as arrive on time. He quickly diagnosed our breaker issue that was affecting our kitchen, and the second time did some wire work on our house. He was patient to explain the issues and quick to solve the problem. The office personnel were also ideal with scheduling when I had to call and reschedule due to a surprise issue. They got Nathan booked the very next day for me. I would definitely recommend them, and will be looking to use them in the future should my house need it!

We called on 7/12 about our broken AC , 4 DAYS LATER on 7/16 a technician showed up to see what the problem was. We have been calling and calling to see when this will be fixed but no answer at all. Our home warranty company said they don’t even see any order to do or fix anything in our house from this company . It’s been already a week without AC, we had to send our kids and our dog to my sisters house , how can we survive Vegas temperature without AC??? This is just unacceptable, this is an emergency! They’re just so inhuman and unprofessional.

I had a couple of plumbing issues centered around both toilets within my condo. I have a home warranty company and they assigned my job to Ideal Services. I called them to set up an appointment and spoke to a very friendly, yet professional woman. I told her I was hoping I could get someone out the following day and she said “of course.” Abel from ideal Services arrived the next morning. He quickly and efficiently assessed the issues, then got to work and fixed them. I am so pleased with him and his work. Abel sets a great example for your customers in their knowledge and also confidence in your company! Thank you so much!

Ideal Plumbing is just a warranty plumbing company to do simple stuff. They really are the worst plumbers in Las Vegas. I hiired Active Plumbing and Heating. ACTIVE Plumbing has the Best service and knowledgeable plumbers, willing to go above and beyond.

We were having electrical issues, so we called our home warranty, who sent out Ideal Services. The technician was polite and took the time to educate us on the issue. We would definitely consider contacting Ideal Services ourself in the future.

Kyle was in and out to fix my water heater. It was just the pilot light. I didn’t know how to do it and he was kind enough to show me how to get it started if it goes out again. He was on time. When I scheduled the guy on the phone to get me In was honest and got the ball rolling fast so I could get some hot water again. Thank you Ideal Services!

Had them come out to my house to look at the electrical going to my HVAC. They were quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Nathan answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease.

Our garbage disposal broke. Luckily Dwayne came and fixed it exactly on time and fast. Usually when you get a window of time they are towards the end of the window but he called at the beginning of the window and was here and finished within an hour. It is so refreshing to have such nice and professional people come fix broken appliances.

Dwane was a Very rood technician he was called to replace a water line that goes to the fridge he said he doesn’t fix appliances and just left very bad people skills will not be using there service ever again

Came to my house three times to fix a refilling toilet tank and we’re unable to do so. Told me they needed further authorization after third visit but never felt the need to get back to me with a response. I would not recommend using this company as they are far from Ideal Services.

If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and go with someone else. They were sent by our home warranty company for a busted water heater. They would continually send someone out and wouldn’t call with a quote until the next day which kept getting More and more expensive. First it was they had to do things the home warranty would not cover and every contractor has spoke with since have said those items are part of a normal install. Then on the third day of them supposedly trying to find the correct size water heater they tell they can’t install it due to the water damage from the leak on the dry wall which will take a day or two to fix. So they finally offered a temporary water heater for a additional $300 while they repaired the drywall even though they now had our water heater in their possession. So like I said before I did my self a favor I called someone else and scheduled a time and they showed at a specific time and immediately gave us a quote on the spot and started working the same day. Ideal would always give us ranges like we can be there somewhere between 12-6pm (ridiculous). These guys are the worst. It’s not hard to make one more phone call and get another quote. Trust me it is worth it. Oh and forgot to mention that the 2nd company’s quote was nearly 50% cheaper for the same services.

Ideal is used by my Home Warranty. In the past they have been good. This experience was iffy. Brandon tech I thought was nice enough. Had to cut drywall for access. Failed to leave the cutout so we could repair hole. Ready to leave job. Didn’t tighten fixture flush with wall, when shower turned on only 1/2 of the water dispersed to shower. He fixed that. It to was not flush. He said he would return next day to caulk. No show or call. I called office today to see why. Here my HW does not cover caulking. That’s fine, the issue is. He told the office girl when she called to find out why he didn’t show the next day that he .... informed me of this and the cost would be 80.00 and I wouldn’t agree to this. That statement was never made to me. Exact conversation was... it’s needs caulked I have none I’ll come by tomorrow and then you can sign the completed W/O. at that time. Caulking is not the issue... the lie is a big issue. Brandon will not be welcome back to my home.P.S. Ron the owner was quick and courteous to fix this matter within a day.

We had something wrong with a leaky bathroom faucet. We called Ideal Services and a man named Miguel helped us. He was very polite and got the job done. He called me before he was on his way both days, and was able to easily explain and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend him.

Ideal Services was dispatched to our house by our home warranty company. They called us within an hour and set up an appointment for the next day. Jason wad on time, very professional, and quickly fixed the problem. We are very pleased with the service we received.

We scheduled service for our tankless water heater. It was very easy. After booking our appointment with Claudia, she notified us 30 minutes before arrival. Our service person was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We are very happy with our decision to choose Ideal Services.

Luis’s knowledge and experience made quick work of his visit. He was able to explain circuits simply and is easy to talk to. He was fast, friendly, and on time.

Truly the worst customer service I've experienced.When we scheduled, we were given a 4-hour appointment window. I cleared my schedule to be home the entire time. Day of, during the window while I was waiting at home, they called my husband while he was at work and left a message saying if he didn't return their call within 5 minutes the appointment would be cancelled. He called back 15 minutes later (as soon as he saw his phone) and they informed him the appointment was cancelled but could be rescheduled for 5 days later. We were never informed of the strict stay by your phone policy. It just seems absurd that they didn't even come to the house, and within a 4 hour window they give a customer 5 minutes to call back.Customer service resolving the issue was dismissive and unapologetic. I truly don't understand their business model. I get that they don't want to drive all around town showing up to empty houses when people forget appointments. But maybe do a confirmation call the day before or even an hour before. Allowing only 5 minutes (within a 4 hour window) is ridiculous.

What can I say. Great service. Was able to arrive quickly, prices are very reasonable. Solved my problems very quickly and the Service Rep was very courteous. I would highly recommend this company and most defiantly call them again. Thank you so much.

Ideal was selected by my home warranty. I had an malfuned ecelectric water heater w/no hot water & water leaking from the top junction box. I explained this during my initial call w/ Ideal on a Tues evening. They made an appt for Thurs 11a-3pm. The technician showed up at 1153a, and gave me a call ahead of time to tell me he was on his way.When he arrived he was in and out of my property in under 15 min. Right away he noted the internal damage and confirmed the unit needed to be replaced. My current unit was 2 yrs 7 mo old, and still under warranty. He took a picture of the flooded junction box and the electrical whip. He told me I would have to have an electrical disconnect installed. I replied that I didn't need one, that I was within code because my circuit breaker box was located right on side of the garage door. I've been through this previously with the plumbing company that installed the original water heater. According to the City of Las Vegas Dept of Building Safety, there needs to be an electrical disconnect within site of the water heater or is lockable. I didn't quote this to the tech, I just explained that I'm within code. He was kind enough to remind me that he knows better because he deals with this on a daily basis.Before he left, I asked him about getting a replacement. He told me that I likely wouldn't get one until the following week because there's a possibility they have to wait for one to come in from California. I asked if it were possible to locate one in Vegas and he said there's a chance, but he had a busy schedule on Friday and wouldn't be able to install.So, I gave them a heads up Tuesday about the issue. I let them know I contacted the manufacturer and they said it needed to be replaced under warranty, and at this point I'm expected to wait until the following week to get a water heater.The home warranty Co didn't get a report from Ideal on Thursday. I called the warranty Co at 4pm (4 hours after tech left) and they called Ideal to request the report. I contacted Ideal Friday morning at 845a to ask about the report. I was told the tech was currently working on it and should be done in 20 min. They said I would hear from them or the warranty Co prob within the hour. I called back at 1045a to follow up because the home warranty Co still hadn't received the report. I was placed on hold for just over 20 min. I was told the tech hadn't submitted the report, but the supervisor would reach out and I should hear something within the hour. I decided to call the tech. He told me he submitted the report to the office in the morning and it was in the folder. He said he would call his office.I contacted Ideal at noon and the office explained the charges they submitted to the home warranty. Part of it was for new electrical disconnect and they had to wait on approval from the home warranty before they could proceed. My coverage with the home warranty actually covers additional costs like this. Most plans don't. I told the office staff I was within code and she told me I would have to get a licensed contractor to send them that info and they would note it on the account. Ideal does electrical work, so having this unneeded addition only benefits them, and delays my install.Here's some important info for any consumer reading this. You have what's called a cash out option with your home warranty. They'll pay you to do the work yourself and if it's not done by a licensed contractor, then it wouldn't be covered any longer. I called my home warranty company and took the cash out option. I called my water heater manufacturer and located a different authorized dealer. They had 4 identical water heaters in stock (and another dozen or so comparable for a swap out). I swapped out the heaters, installed the new ome myself, and have hot water. It's now 5:35p on the same Friday.I'm very unsatisfied with the process with Ideal. I have to give credit to all but the last office staff I spoke with. Brooke, Claudia and Trish were very polite and patient. I saved time and money by not using Ideal.

I really feel he knew his business and felt very safe that he did his job great, so that I didn’t have to worry about an indoor fire in my walls due to faulty wiring from old outlets or loose connections. I would call them again if I ever need electrical services!

My service repair technician Willy was very friendly and professional, he identified that my garbage disposal had gone bad and was the cause of the leak under my sink. I thought that I would have to reschedule another service appointment after he ordered the part, but he had a new one in his truck and made the repair within 15 minutes. I’m very pleased with the service I received today and will be referring this company to all of my friends and family.

This is the company sent out by my home warranty company when our drains backed up. They came out a total of five or six times. Every time they gave us a four hour window, they showed up at the very end. They snaked the line more than once, ran a camera, and then told us our sewer line was broken outside of the property line (meaning we'd have to pay out of pocket, warranty would not cover it). This means digging up the street, replacing a large section of line, etc. It took us 9 days to get a quote for this. Since it was such a big chunk of change I had the line double checked by another local plumber with a camera: he snaked it fine, showed us the video, there was no line break. Ideal sent a supervisor out to verify the line with a camera again, and returned the $250 they charged for the camera run the first time, but that in no way covered the cost of the other service calls nor the inconvenience of 9 days without water (any water down the drain came right back out on the floor in the bathroom) while they tried to fix it and just lollygagged getting us the repair quote. We bought a camping toilet because we were tired of running to local stores to go. Of the five or so visits we had, they only money they returned was for when they ran the camera.

We had an issue with our AC and called Ideal. The owner,Ron Madruga made sure a Tech was sent to our house the same day. The Technician was knowledgeable, honest and within an hour we were back in cold air! So refreshing to deal with a company with integrity and truly customer focused. Ideal services has been to my home numerous times to fix things at my home. Today was by far my BEST experience! Shaun came to my home to fix my garbage disposal. He was very polite and efficient. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Miguel helped twice now, quick fixes for both, a sink and a backyard hose spigot. He was friendly and professional, explaining each step along the way. Would call again.

I had to use Ideal Services through my home warranty company and wouldn’t use them again if I had to. Technician showed up on time but he misdiagnosed the issue. My toilet tank was not filling with water even after he replaced the filler valve. He said he needed to do a flush, which is not covered under warranty. Quoted me $235 and came back another day to do that. It didn’t fix the problem. He was about to cut a hole in my wall and pull out the toilet to find the source of the clog. Said it would cost another $450 if he could find the source without having to cut out more of my wall. Before he did that, he realized he should probably check the PRV valve. Fixed the issue. I didn’t need the flush but of course I still got charged for it in addition to my warranty fee. Seems like checking the valve should’ve been the first or second thing to check before doing the flush. Also, he tried to charge me $250 for the flush even though he quoted me $235. Then he tried to justify all the work he did like replacing the filler valve (which I provided) and adjusting my water pressure for why I shouldn’t be frustrated and said “at least I didn’t have to take out your toilet.”

Absolutely no respect for any customer whether it be through a home warranty company or if directly with a client.If Ideal feels like giving you the runaround or put you at the end of the list, that's what they will do.I am not sure if this company is a mom's and pop's business, but it is definitely inconsiderate and bad service even after many attempts to repair.They send out none english speaking, so-called a/c technician to your home (wow) that, by the way, lack in experience.Good luck to those future clients. (good for you) If you take this advice, DO NOT USE THEM.

OMG the service was excellent! My water heater busted and I thought this is going to cost a mint. I called Ideal and set up an appointment with Claudia It They came the very next day! They were on time as promised. They were clean and did not leave a mess. Jonathan explained everything to me in great detail. Most important is they did not try to RIP me off! Still not able to wrap my head around what happened with the service call I had with this company through American Home Shield. We were having trouble with our smoke detectors. One morning several of them went off at once. Of course, I called the fire department. They came out and told me that one or more of the devices were bad and when that happens more than one would go off. My understanding was the detectors were interconnected so I was afraid to put them back in the ceiling. I thought this would be covered by the home warranty. The technician came over and without looking at anything said the warranty would not cover the detectors and he could not do anything since they were not in the ceiling. I tried to explain why they were taken out in the first place and I did not know they had to be in place when he came over. If they were left in the ceiling, the sound would be blaring through the house. It is unreasonable to suggest we would leave them in like that with the siren going off. In any event, the 6 smoke detectors were on the table and I could have put them back in the ceiling pretty quickly (even quicker with his help) but I got the impression the technician was not interested in waiting for that. In other words, the customer service was really lacking here, especially since the fee was $125.00 for not even 10 minutes of talking with the technician. Really very disappointed to say the least. First time I had a bad experience with a company American Home Shield sent out.

Jason was so helpful! Turns out all I needed was a valve connection to be tightened, but I couldn't have diagnosed the problem on my own.

I had water damage and upstairs bathroom. Called Ideal Services they had there plumber and flooring technician come out to write up estimates. This was on 11-4-22. I have called them several times, and was always promised an estimate right away. This is now two weeks later. Still have now got the estimate. I called Pinnacle Restoration on 11-16-22. The job was completed in two days. Pinnacle restoration is who I would recommend for these types of jobs.

Called and requested an electric receptacle be installed at a client's Las Vegas office. Left explicit notes with Alex regarding the proximity of the breaker box (within 6 feet, in the same room), the exact type of receptacle needed, and was told that not only would we get an estimate same day, but that we could approve over the phone and have it installed immediately. The electrician Steven arrived and had no idea what needed to be done. The onsite staff had no idea what needed to be done, we were contracting the work remotely. Steven then tells me that the work cannot be completed today, which means we need to reschedule the installation of the battery backup and other electrical devices onsite.If you need service in a pinch, look elsewhere. Unreliable.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! Luis from Ideal Services came out to fix our AC unit and he was awesome! As a first time homeowner we know nothing about our AC unit except for the headache we've unfortunately had since buying the house. Luis fixed a leak and even stayed after hours to ensure the job was completed properly instead of calling it a night and us wait for a follow up. He walked us through the process and told us things to look for so we don't run into any other problems. Fingers crossed we don't run into any now, but if we do I will definitely use Ideal Services again.

This company is absolutely horrible at treating their customers. Our ac went out last Thursday and we called that same day to schedule an appointment and they gave us an appointment on Monday so we went 4 days with no ac in this vegas heat. On Monday a man came to fix the ac and he did his thing and it worked fine for ONE DAY!! On Wednesday morning we wake up to the ac not working again! So we call them up again and they gave us an appointment for the following Monday! They really expect us to go for a week with no cold air! We have small children in the house and a pregnant woman. I'm so disappointed in their service.

Ideal was sent out to fix my garbage disposal. technicians name was Zack. While he was working on the problem he also found out that I had a leak from water filter line fitting. He did clean job, and I highly recommend Zack from ideal services, you wont be disappointed.

Miguel from Ideal was sent by the home warranty company used by our landlord. I am editing this review now because I cannot let it go. The first visit to confirm that the water heater needed replacement. The return visit to actually install it was horrendous! Our quoted time frame was 2-6 PM. so I altered my work schedule for the day to be sure one of us was home while the other picked up the kids from school. He showed up at 8:10 after a call to our landlord letting us know he was running late and would be here about 7. We have a non-op car in our garage and Miguel argued with my husband about what needed to be moved after NOT mentioning it the first time he was here.The new heater was finally installed for a hefty co-pay of $525. I think my landlord and the homeowner policy was overcharged. This heater is commercial grade and I am nervous about the fact that I can hear it heating and feel the heat from the pilot, when I never could before. We have kids, who should be in bed b y 9 and need to shower first. We had to figure out other arrangements tonight because of the late arrival of our new heater.

The handle to my bathtub broke off. I have a warranty contract with AHS and Ideal Services was the contractor that was assigned to the case.After 24 hours Ideal Service had not contacted me as per the contract. I called them. The first time I was on hold for ten minutes. I hung up. Tried again the following day and was able to get a service appointment for the following week. A technician came out and said he didn't have the faucet handle that would work on my fixture and he would have to look for one as my fixture was an older model. He stated that it may no longer be manufactured and that would mean the entire fixture would need to be replaced.I didn't hear back from Ideal Services again, but I did get an email from my warranty company a week later stating they had received an estimate from Ideal Services for replacing the entire fixture because the piece that was needed to repair the broken handle was no longer being made. My out of pocket cost was quoted at over $700.A quick Google search found two different websites with the part I needed. Both sites had the part listed for under $20. Ordered it, it arrived the next day and I repaired it myself.Wish I had done this from the start but I thought it was best for a professional to handle it, especially since I had a home warranty contract. It seemed like the smart thing to do....that smart thing almost cost me $700+.

This company is a total scam. They have terrible customer service. The ladies who answer the phone go out of their way to be rude and unfriendly. They spend more effort in trying to not fix anything and charging you rather than just fixing the issue. Their routine is to say it is your home warranty comapny’s and not theirs. So they get paid without ever even coming out to your house. Avoid this company like the plauge

They are refusing to repair My friend home because its a warranty issue his 70+ mother has had to suffer in 110 degrees heat of hot summer months this has been going on for 1+ months and still no date to replace the unit hopefully his mother will be ok while awaiting this poor choice of the warranty company to do the repairs. Also extremely expensive replacement uncle tried getting his replacement done by them gouged him over 10,000 more than other companies because of his advanced age.

Salesman sold me a 16 seer unit but when I checked it after it was installed, it was only a 13 seer. Called the owner and he told me they were the same price. If I wanted a higher seer it would cost more but a lower seer isn't less???Tennant called me and the unit was leaking water into the building. Owner didn't want to fix he said it rained 2 days before and that was the cause. It was 110 degrees out and there wasn't a drop of water anywhere on the roof. I called Trujillo Refrigeration out to look at it and they found a motor to be bad causing a ice build up.I can't wait to call them to be reimbursed for that. They always want to blame everything on something else and take zero ownership in problems.Good luck to anyone who does business with them..

If you don't read anything else read this...you can request that your home warranty company NEVER SEND this company to your house. It will prevent a lot of hassle to do this now. They are the worst/rudest when it comes to customer service! They were assigned to come out through AHS about a month ago, and I was screwed by the you didn't call back in 10 minutes rule. Finally they said someone would come out but then they didn't call at all, and I was the bathroom. My son tried to explain that I would be out but they just left. THEN they charged AHS for the visit. They are so dishonest, I will reconsider my contract w/ AHS simply because they use them.I also think the amount of 5 star reviews here on Goolge is questionable. If you look on Yelp, there are VERY different types of reviews

I have routinely called Miguel the plumber and Steven the electrician both from Ideal, for over a year now with consistently superb results in troubleshooting issues on my house.Neat, efficient, clear and direct communicators who get the job done right the first time.In particular I value their advice on which/when older equipment on my older house will require service/replacement for planning my budget.Appointment on-time is a non-issue since they have always been on-time. Modest if not nonexistent parts delays. Ready solutions for modernizing weird old parts.You get what you pay for. They aren't always the lowest bidder but the peace of mind is fairly priced. Zero failures on their work in any form.

We had a scheduled service for a small leak. Dwayne gave me a courtesy call and advised me of his ETA. He was on time and very professional. He wore his face mask which I appreciated and now that I think about it I should have put mine on as well.

There was no hot water coming out of my shower. My home warranty sent out Ideal services to look at the issue. the technician Joey called 15 minutes before coming to my house to make sure I was home. He had all the parts on his truck to fix my shower issue. He was polite and informative on what he was doing. Now I have a working shower and I had a great experience with the technician and with the company. I would definitely use them again.

Had them come to my house for an electric outlet issue. I do not believe these people are honest in their diagnosis, and only try to upsell. Also, when you try to call customer service for information you just get put on hold for a long time over and over again

Nate came in I explained to him what was happening. He listen and then he let me know which switches the main switch was protecting my house. How they all work together to keep from setting the house on fire. I really appreciated all the information. He changed the main switch and all is back to normal. Thanks Nate excellent work.

What kind of company does not call you back to finish the job? This one! The service ticket was opened through my home warranty company and after several days, a plumber showed up to inspect my toilet, which has a bad seal. A brief 5 minute visit confirmed this and I was told They will need to get approval to replace the seal. After weeks of not hearing anything back, I called the home warranty company. Supposedly the claim was denied, there was a completely different report given on the situation. We got the ticket reopened and asked for the company to come back out. After 6 WEEKS and multiple calls from the warranty company, we still have not been contacted. The job has been assigned to another company to be completed. Very unprofessional.

The company was nice, but the technician was lazy/not capable.This was for a home warranty insurance claim; The technician came to look at my water softener and all he did was test my water. He confirmed that I had Hard water and said my unit must be working.I explained that I have not added more salt to the unit for 5 months and the salt I put in 5 months ago was still there.1. anyone with a water softener knows that for one it should soften your water so it is not Hard.2. you should have to add at least 1 bag of salt a month at a minimum.I would recommend going somewhere elseI have to now get a second opinion so my insurance will take my claim seriously

I had a GFI for my spa replaced at an extremely high charge of 550.00 and had a problem that evening with the power on my spa. I called to schedule the electrician, Steven, to come and look at the problem. I received a phone call five minutes later from the electrician that it couldn't be the gfi. I then tried to call the office to inform them of this call and would still want someone to come look at the problem. I was then transferred to Ron, the owner, who proceeded to argue their point without verifying that the gfi was installed properly. I was very frustrated with this customer service. It is very unprofessional to assume everything was done properly without even checking and arguing with the customer. I had my spa company come out and rectify the problem. The gfi was INDEED installed IMPROPERLY. Ideal services has completely lost a Las Vegas native customer and will certainly voice my opinion to others.

Ideal Services is an excellent company! I have used them twice in the last year for AC issues. The office staff is always friendly on the phone! David Arena, my HVAC technician, was very thorough, explaining to me what needed to be done. Courteous, friendly, timely and hard working! I will reccomend this company to my friends!

Ideal Services came to my house to install a kitchen faucet. The technician was Victor. Victor did excellent work. He removed the old faucet, replaced it with the new one. I recommend Ideal and Victor!

Had a leg of power out at my property and called home warranty that contracted with iDeal Services. My well was shut down with no water to my house, horses and all animals on my property. I was EXTREMELY happy with them. I called and whined quite a bit about getting someone out there and they did. They dealt with me very well and had Mat out there early. We ended having to contact NV Energy to do a meter pull and he waited after hours with me till they showed up around 8pm, even got someone to meet him to bring a 200amp breaker out to us from Henderson, mind you I'm in the far Northwest. Mat and iDeal Services went WELL ABOVE the call of duty for me and my family. I can't say enough good things about them right now!! Thank You!!!!

Nathan (Technician) was very professional and knowledgeable about my electrical wiring problems. He arrived in a timely manner and wore a mask/ face covering within my home. He was also honest of the wiring mishaps found and gave options regarding repairing the damage. I would recommend him and this company to other home owners and friends, in need.

Ideal Services was sent to us through our homeowners insurance. Kyle showed up on time or early each time an appointment was scheduled. Kyle was very professional, created a log of the issue, and the company came up with a plan to repair the issue. Kyle made the repairs on the second appointment, and the issue is resolved. No more leak, and the water to the fridge works. It was quick, professional, and Friendly.

i was very satisfied with the service...i needed more work than expected and the worker got a prior authorization in minutes when it normally takes 24 hours. he completed the work and cleaned up after himself. he was bery curtious and i couldnt be any happier thanks guys!

The tech, Anthony, was great. Very professional. No problems; however, the issue I experienced was with lady scheduling my service. I received a text today stating, Thank you for confirming your service from 2:00 - 6:00 pm. First off, I never confirmed it. Second, my appointment was scheduled for 8:00 - 12:00. I called and the lady (M) said that time is booked. You have 2:00 - 6:00. That was not the original time we had agreed upon the week prior. I would have NEVER agreed to that time, for it would not have fit to my schedule. She was not apologetic at all and did not try to resolve the issue. Luckily I was off, but had I not been... Upon concluding the call, still no apologies nor thank you or good bye. Very poor. The people that answer the phones paint the picture of your company.

I had an issue with my lights not working in my bathroom and garage. I paid a service fee over $70, to have them take a look at my lights. Someone came, fixed the bathroom lights by just clicking a reset button, took no more than 3 minutes. Then I was told they couldn’t fix the garage light issue because it was in a different room and I didn’t specify that I had more than one issue. $70+ for 3 minutes of work!? Extremely frustrating.

From the moment Claudia answered the phone she sounded confident, knowledgeable and compassionate. She also kept me informed about the expected arrival time of the technician and any financial obligations I may be walking into. My husband and I have had the BEST experiences working with IDEAL SERVICES for our plumbing issues. FRANCISCO in particular has been amazing. He knows what he is doing, plus he's so pleasant and careful with your home. Also he helped us with getting approvals with our Home Warranty which was above and beyond. We called them to come and check strange noises on the pipes. The guy said a valve needed to be replaced so he was going to report it to the insurance companies. However for the insurance they just said there was no problem. We lost the chance of using the insurance. The problem is still not fixed and they just don’t explain what happened after the visit. We asked for a visit report but they said the guy did not take notes. Despite we’ve payed for visit they just don’t care about coming with an answer. Lost of money and time. Absolutely disrespectful.

This company deserves 0 stars. What a waste of my time and money. Came out and didn't diagnose and left and is sending a bill for $75. No work was done I'm not paying for him telling me it wasn't covered when electrical outlets are clearly covered. When I tried to complain the owner or supervisor never returned my calls. Ivan added to paperwork after I signed it, Do not let these crooks into your house. Scary that they are connected with so many home warranty's. I'm doing my best to ensure they are not going to be a perfected provider for American First based on Ivan's treatment.

Ideal replaced a leaking water heater with a tankless. Techs (Dwayne and Tim) were awesome answering questions and providing info all along the way (I can be a little nosy).

Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and on time. Serviced through the home warranty and he fixed our exhaust fan in less than 5 minutes.

Ideal services replaced a broken garbage disposable on 7/25. The tech was in and out, in about 15 minutes. At first, I was very happy with the speedy installation. Later on that night, I’m doing dishes, and water starts to flood my kitchen from under the sink. I open the cabinet door under my sink and the garbage disposal is hanging freely while water runs like a waterfall into my kitchen. I’m very upset about the situation, but I remembered the tech said his work is guaranteed for 30 days if anything goes wrong. Cool, I’ll just give them a call and they will be back tomorrow. Right!? No!! They give me the run around telling me it is not an emergency so they can’t see me until Monday afternoon!! I have had no use of my sink or dishwasher for about a week and dishes are starting to smell!! Instead of trying to help me out, I am put on very long holds, and talked to very rudely by a woman name Noria ( felt like this was a fake name ). I tell her that I have 4 kids and eating out every night is getting expensive. She has no remorse for me and tells me that this is not an emergency and I will have to wait. I thought the work was guaranteed!?! Not on the weekends though!? Maybe this company is only “Ideal” on the weekdays. Because there has been nothing “Ideal” about any of the services provided. What happened to people doing good work? I understand that mistakes can be made, but after the mistake has been made, somebody should offer to help!! Not push us off until Monday, just because we are going through a home warranty and we aren’t paying you directly. Who cares right!? If you want “Ideal services” please look elsewhere.

Hiring a plumber can be so stressful!! Not with this company. Claudia, in the office, is very compassionate and sweet! Miguel came to our home and he was extremely professional and very quickly diagnosed our issues. We were quite concerned about a leak and he took the time to teach us how to read our water meter, in case we have the same fear in the future. We are very pleased with the service that has been provided to us. We couldn't be happier!

Poor service, unprofessional technician, problem was never solved, unprofessional call center, will report them to the home warranty company, very bad experience, The guy just came in, took a few pictures for his work order so they can bill the warranty company and get paid, hope you do not have to deal with them, not recommended.

Ideal services has the contract on my home warranty.A day before thanksgiving suddenly I was without power in several of my outlets. Immediately I checked the breaker box. No issues there. I called to report issue. Of course there were no appointments available until the following Monday. I asked the gentleman on the phone at ideal services was there anything besides the breaker box I could check. His response was no. Here we are Monday. Ideal services shows up ask me to access garage reaches over to outlet presses button and says that will be $75. What a scam!!! He knew exactly the problem without asking me a single word. What a joke of a company!

Perhaps you might want to talk to the employee who pulled out in front of another vehicle (Red Toyota Pick-up) while leaving the bar at Village Pub off of Gibson on November 5th approximately 4 PM. Perhaps since he lives at 80 On Gibson apartments, he figures it is only a 1 mile intoxicated drive, no harm no foul. Might want to rethink your decisions while driving a billboard for your employer. Positive about the date and time. Tech as a long beard.

AMAZING SERVICE! Ideal Services is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I have AHS warranty - they had another company come out to the house (All Desert Electric). The rep who they sent out who was supposedly an Electrician literally did nothing. He went into my home, checked a couple plugs ( the issue was OUTSIDE not inside). I told him it was the sensor for my porch lights. Because it was raining, he didn't want to get his fancy clothes all wet, (he wasn't dressed to do actual work) he said he didn't have the part and would be back to fix it... he then left. A couple hours later, AHS denied the claim saying the tech had said it was rain damage. I was furious. I spoke with AHS who then said they would have another company come out for a second opinion. They sent out this FANTASTIC company, Ideal Services, for a second opinion. Within literally minutes, 8 minutes to be exact, the Electrician, Luis Diaz, with Ideal Services had the diagnosis of the problem that the photocell had gone out from age and the fix all taken care of! Thank you so much for all the exceptional work you provide!

First American home warranty never sent over my work order, but Kalena from Ideal Services called them, got the order and sent Nate over to my house within 15 mins. He replaced my breaker and I now have air conditioning! Thanks guys.

Rip off... I was told I had to pay 1000 out side of my warranty but they do not provide any invoicing for the work just a receipt...now how am I supposed to pay for something I have no knowledge off.EDITOh thanks for responding Ronald. Is $345 your new price? As it is the 3rd I've been given from your company. At least this one has been provided to me in writing. Thank you$1045 to $685 and now $345 for earthquake straps in a one story home where the pipe is secured in the foundation???? After you were informed that I had a single story home (since you've never been to my home) you still insisted that I needed them because my pipe (which is only 4 feet off the ground) runs up to the ceiling. Still with all the correct information being given you have still stated that you won't even repair the leak you agreed to repair unless I agree to be extorted for an earthquake strap that no building code says I need.

The manager there was absolutely horrible, escalated multiple conversations with me or my warranty company. Made me pre pay for a water heater then refuse to install or made decisions without even speaking with owners of the property. Had to repeat my self multiple times to different people, worse experience I have EVER had with a company. Even the warranty company doesn't want to work with them. I would HIGHLY recommend using any other company then this one. I went 10 days without NO RUNNING WATER. Hired a new company they came out next day to fix the problem.

Gabriel, came out for plumbing in our laundry. He was very efficient and gave us great customer service. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. When using this company I highly recommend him.

Once a work order had been established with Ideal Services through our home warranty company, we were contacted and an immediate service call was set up to restore power to our AC unit that had gone bad. Without this prompt service, our AC repairs could be further delayed, so thank you very much to the service technician Nathan who promptly and efficiently completed the job in the same day notified.

Company is used by my Home Warranty and would not only absolutely not recommend them but they should be barred from the home warranty company. They came out for a leak in my kitchen and left only to find out from the home warranty company that he could not find the leak even though I told him where. He said to call him on his cell if leaks again. Kitchen got flooded and he would not answer text or cell for two days so called office and they said he closed it out and had to recall with home warranty. Called them back to get them back out and he said he could not find it again after I told him 3 times he was looking in same spot. Finally found it after I showed him point blank myself and he leaves and said he was going to submit the authorization. Instead he lied and went back and submitted that I caused the leak when showing him. Kitchen flooded again and now getting a different plumber with home warranty after multiple calls, lies, and incompetence.

Just a few weeks after moving into my home the electrical in some of the rooms went out. After one company came out and couldn’t figure out the issue ideal sent Julio out and he was able to fix my electric in just a few minutes. He’s was very knowledgeable, and professional. I needed to patch a small opening in the wall, un professional guy came to the house with patching materials like mad and water , didn't use any floor cover or furniture cover, he left the patch un done stating that the company doesn't pay to smooth the patch.at the end the guy used a dust pan metal to clean the hardwood floor ,caused damages to the floor.This company is definably not Ideal to me its a disaster I will never use this horrible company . Be carful who comes to your house

I don't typically right reviews, in fact I'm the guy who won't even send food back if it's wrong so you know I feel strongly about this review. Service was part of a home warranty ticket for a leaking sink and stuck faucet. For starters, each and every visit by a technician was later than the quoted block of time and not once did I receive a call from the technician informing me of the delay. Only when I called into the office 30 min prior to the end of my allotted window was I given an update. I'll grant that they did fix the leak. The faucet was rife with complications ultimately leaving us without water to the kitchen for approximately a week. Scheduling a revisit was delayed by warranty company approval even as I offered to pay out of pocket for expedited service (admittedly I'm not sure if this is standard practice but inconvenient nonetheless). Once the hose was repaired, the technician closed the ticket stating all was fixed when in fact the water pressure at completion was dribbles compared to baseline. A second tech was requested to inspect the work, who was in the house what couldn't have been more than 20 minutes. He took video, hemmed, hawwed, didn't use a tool, and left to consult his superior. I waited 2 business days before calling myself to inquire on an update. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I was told the tech left notes and that my water manifold would need replacing at a cost of 2300 dollars. When a manager was requested, I was put on hold 5 minutes and then told none were available. I called the warranty company, obtained a second opinion from a separate company. The new tech was there 20 minutes, inspected the hose, cleared debris and my pressure was 100% improved without even inspecting the water manifold. Ultimately, I felt this company did not respect my time and call into question their competence as they intended to charge 2300 for extensive work when it was simply a clogged hose.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.It has been a disaster dealing with these people the last 3+ weeks.They don't follow up, their customer service stinks, and they do not take care of customers.Their technician showed up to my place to fix a plumbing issue. Not only he didn't fix the issue, he made matters worst. He misadjusted / broke my water knob and I haven't been able to take a warm shower in my own house for a week. The owner Ron, wants me to pay them almost $400 in order to send the so called technician back to fix what they damaged / caused in the 1st place!Every time I tried to contact someone in upper management, a dispatcher responds to me.I think the owner is too good to reply to my concerns.I had a major surgery and I haven't been able to take a warm shower at my own place.These people do NOT take care of customers. Stay away from these people. Do NOT do business with this company. Take my word.Perhaps when they receive the demand letter from my attorney shortly, I'll get the attention of someone in upper management rather than a dispatcher.

51 days ago I came here and wrote a GLOWING positive review for this company. I WAS SO VERY, VERY wrong. Alfred (from Ideal Services) installed my garbage disposal and it started leaking again in the same way. It obviously had been leaking for a while because there was black mold. I called Ideal Services and they told me because I used my home warranty company (First American Home Warranty) for the job order they can not take responsibility for their poor work even though Alfred is now fired and no longer works for the company.Now I am told I must file a new clam with the First American and pay ANOTHER $75.00 to fix bad job done by Ideal Services (who were assigned to me by First American).This seems like a circle scam to me. So, you pay one company $75.00 to send someone they have chosen to do the job. The assigned contractor does a poor job that holds for just over the 30 day Warranty. Then as soon as it breaks again the first company gets to charge another $75.00 and it is at their discretion to resend the original contractor that did the bad job in the first place. This vicious cycle can go on and on.This should be illegal. Do not use Ideal Services or First American Home Warranty. I would not recommend either of them anyone.

Ivan was the electrician that came to resolve my electrical issues. Ivan was knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived on time and was able to figure out the problem quickly. He resolved and fixed my electrical problem in no time! Thank you!

Had to have home warranty work done and this is the company they sent. The big issue they made sure to make sure to word it in a way we would have to pay out of packet and not be covered, it should have been. I had them do it because it needed to be done and just wanted it done. I should have called around for estimates. After they fixed it the very next day it broke to where water was running out causing flooding on the side of the yard. So we had to turn off water to the whole house. They send out their on call person who said they plastic places (normal plumbing pipes) needed replacing due to being installed incorrectly but he didn't have them on his truck. The guy who installed it has the pieces on his truck and he is off weekends. So we have to be without water for a whole weekend due to them not installing correctly and their workers taking their trucks home when off for serveral days!!! We have kids who need to shower (will miss school Monday since they haven't had a shower since Friday night) and toilets even when we pour water in doesn't have enough press to flash so it will just sit in the toilet till we have water again and the paper in the trash. All of which is very unhealthy!!!

I am typically not one to complain but this company sucks! I requested their services to fix an electrical problem I had and they charged me about $850 for something I later found out could have been done for about 1/3 of the cost. 2 Electricians came out to fix the problem, and they were supposed to give me an estimate before they did any work but they didn't they just went ahead and fixed it and over charged me. I was told that one of the techs was standing around half the time and smoking cigarettes outside and they were only there for about an hour. So after that I called to complain about the big bill I received that was supposed to be just an estimate, and every time I asked to speak with a manager they would put me on hold or told me that I would get a call back, (worst customer service) but I never got a call back so about 3 days later I speak with owner and says that he cant do anything for me, finally he said he would take off 10% for the bad customer service. Ideal services provides the worst services that I have ever had to dealt with, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ideal? This company's services are nowhere to ideal. They sent a tech out named Colton through home warranty, he opened two faucets and falsified a report saying he did a full inspection. When I called to sort out the situation a lady called Trish disconnected the call on me.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

More complaints than I have time to post this morning. I'm waiting for someone else I hired to come and (hopefully) get the plumbing repaired that the Ideal tech couldn't fix in 3 different trips. Oh, and there wasn't an option for no stars._________OK - I rented a 75' snake from Home Depot, and hired a guy upon the recommendation of our realtor. He brought one guy to help him. When he got here it took maybe 5 minutes to explain everything that had happened with the warranty co and the (alleged tech) from Ideal. That tech told me last Thursday he was going to get permission to look in my drain with the camera because he was in about 10' with the snake and couldn't go any farther. Never heard anything back. Called yesterday and the girl in the office was going to check on it for me. Hour and half later I finally called First American Home Warranty - they called Ideal. They were told there was a foreign object in the drain and that isn't covered.Well the guy I hired today was here about an hour and 20 minutes. The only blockage he found was hair! Carried the snake upstairs, ran 75' of snake through the drain, reinstalled the toilet, carried the snake back down, cleaned up and even did a small repair on our front door - all in less time than it took Ideal's tech (so called) to make up excuses! 18 days later ..... finally unclogged - WITH NO THANKS TO IDEAL SERVICES!!!

I had ideal services come out to service my clogged sink. The tech that came out was Joey. He was very polite, clean, and offered to put on shoe covers.He resolved my problem in less than 10 minutes and was very knowledgable on taking care of the issue. Would definitely recommend this company.

Nathan arrived within the scheduled time frame for electrical service. This being the pandemic months, he was also wearing a face mask. He quickly troubleshooted the problem and resolved the issue (outlets not working). He explained how some of the wiring works on GFCI outlets. On the second issue, with a broken GFCI breaker at the power panel, he verified the problem and worked quickly to replace the malfunctioning GFCI breaker.

My call was answered by a real person, Claudia was so nice and helpful. Got an appointment the same day. Service tech was on time and fixed my problem in speedy time. He was nice, friendly, and respectful as well as being a genius! I would absolutely recommend them and I will use them whenever I need them for future issues.

Like the review previously I’d give no stars if I could! My recent experience with Ideal Services was horrible. My home warranty assigned them to find out where a leak in my bathtub was coming from. Frankie comes out and says it’s the tub spout/diverter, which he has to order but will take 1 to 2 days (its Wednesday) and as long as we do not use the tub it’ll be fine, he noticed that the wall was damp. No call or follow up from Ideal Services so I call Friday, part isn’t in should be Monday. No word on Monday, in the meantime there is water now in the walls that has carried to the shower because there is still a leak. Come to find Frankie misdiagnosed the problem. I call on Tuesday, the girl there, Nicole I believe her name is was very impatient and just rude even sighed when I asked for the name of the part needed asked for a supervisor after being out on hold for 15 mins Jae come on the phone extremely nice got Frankie out on Wednesday (a week later). He comes out and says he has to send pictures to warranty place and would call or come back out next day.... surprise no call so I call oh I’m sorry ma’am claim was declined not sure why. So over a week later I am still with a leak (water has been shut off no walls in my bathroom because Ideal services dragged their feet on getting the supposed part that wasn’t even the part I needed in the first PLACE! So they quote me an amount for them to fix it, are you serious after no follow up, a misdiagnosed problem, a rude office girl, again no follow up to tell me it was declined I want to use you. HORRIBLE SERVICE! It’s not about the claim being declined it’s the lack of follow up and misdiagnoses because it caused more damage and made it a longer process!

Remember when commercial flying used to be pleasurable?....When an airline treated you with respect...LIKE YOU ARE AN ACTUAL PAYING A CUSTOMER!!!Steven's expertise, efficiency, and respect for me and my family reminded me of those days. He diagnosed and repaired our electrical issues in a cautious and calculated manner that insured safety for himself and my home. It turned out that our problems could have resulted in great damage to our home and potential harm to my family and Steven was genuinely concerned that diagnosis and repair be complete and correct. He worked at a pace that was systematic, methodical and still expedient. I feel that my family is now safe with regard to the electrical in the house. Ideal services was contracted to replace my water heater through my First American Home Warranty. The plumber, Victor, was decent and did get the water heater replaced. The issue is with the office and administrative staff. Hold time is ridiculous. Every time you call, you’re greeted with “thank you for calling ideal services, Please hold”. And you’re holding for usually an hour regardless of what time you call. I brought up the issue with being put on hold for hours and the representative was not apologetic at all and even said I can ask First American for another contractor.Also, ideal services managed to charge me an extra 530 dollars for some dubious “upgrades” to piping that they said were “out of code”. My house was built in the mid 90s and the water heater they replaced was only 1 year old. The company was unprofessional in letting me know what exactly I’m paying for out of pocket that isn’t covered by the insurance. Felt ripped off but I had no choice since I needed hot water.Worst part is once they NEVER called me or told me the county inspector for the new water heater was coming and that they scheduled the appointment without my knowledge. I was not in town and they had come and I wasn’t there. The county inspector said they usually do this and rescheduled with me directly. Extremely unprofessional of ideal servicesRecommendation to others: ask your home warranty to change providers if they assign ideal services to you.

It all started out just fine..Ideal Services sent a wonderful plummer to my home. The toilet would not stop running. He fixed the toilet and it stopped running, however after he left I noticed the toilet would not flush.. I called the company back to request the plummer return. After being on hold for 8 minutes. I was told the 1st available appointment was 4 days away. I explained to the semi rude phone operator the driver just left my house..and to get the toilet to flush I have to put my hand in the bowl and that's disgusting, long story short I called my home warranty people and told them that I didn't like the level of service, they immediately sent someone else from a different company to fix what the first plumber should have fixed.

Worst service ever. Stay far from this fake company. update! They stole your money working with the insurance, they will never fix your devices because they are partner with the insurance. They are liers, please stay away from these unbelievable ignorants.

The office was great about rescheduling the original appointment when it did not work with my schedule and keeping me updated about the technitions arrival time. Victor arrived in a timely manner and worked efficiently and quietly (I work nights and was sleeping) without need for supervision. He sent my son to get me when everything was finished and was sure to show me the new garbage disposal and test it prior to leaving to ensure there were no further issues. Great work, Thank you.

They are the worst!!! My home warranty company contracted them out to fix my larger downstair's a/c unit and first they made us wait a week in a heat wave, and when they did arrive the technician worked on the wrong unit and proceeded to take a power panel out of my smaller working unit stating it was burnt out and had to be replaced. When we realized they worked on the wrong unit we called and they returned with the panel and admitted their mistake. Then they finally looked at our broken larger unit and claimed it was an electrical issue and had an electrician come look at it. Once the electrician came it had been two weeks in over 110 degrees with no air downstairs and he reported that there were no electrical problems at all and it is an a/c problem. Now my home warranty company wants to send them out again but they cant make it out for 4 more days! They could care less about customer service and have incompetent techs! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!

George came out to replace a leaking disposal and he couldn't have been nicer. He made quick work of the repair and was even early. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely call them for future work.

Ideal was dispatched to my home through American Home Shield to fix an electrical issue. The tech Nathan M. Was on time and diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. Turned out to be a bad breaker which was fixed promptly. Nathan was great and if the other Techs are as good as Nathan I would have no problem recommending Ideal.

Nathan the electrician was very professional and the ceiling fan installed quickly. The company had the foresight to send a replacement fan with Nathan so I didn’t have to wait for the fan to be replaced. The only issue is that I had to call to set up the appointment even though they had the order in their office and should have called me.

This business is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service and practices. You can wait for hours for the technicians to show up but if you’re not in front of the door to sign their paperwork within 5 minutes, they’re gone like the wind. Ideal gave a advanced call and arrived on time, the plumbers seemed to know what needed to be done. The installation of the garbage disposal went well but there was a issue with the power cord but I knew what to do and fixed that problem myself, the disposal works great.

I had a 32 year old a/c that went out: It blew a coil line and leaked all the Freon and would not cool. I called the home warranty company and they sent David to diagnose and repair the unit. You know how home warranty companies are...repair before replace. David filled it with a thousand bucks worth of Freon and patched the broken line. Three days later, the old beast sprung a new leak in a different location and I had a Freon cloud spraying from my unit that was 20 feet tall and my neighbor thought my unit was on fire. The fire department came and did a thorough inspection. Everything checked out just fine...just Freon.David became my advocate with the home warranty company and recommended the unit be replaced, not repaired. Needless to say, this was a long process. I was without a unit for a total of 10 days, due to the warranty company having to go through their process of authorization.Once the authorization was completed, Ideal called to let me know they were ready to rock and roll. They wanted to schedule the install for a few days out, and I asked if they could do it the following day, as I had gone quite a few days without an a/c. She put me on hold for quite some time, and came back with great news: We'll be there between 8 and noon tomorrow.I am happy to report David showed up with his helper, the crane and a BRAND NEW UNIT!!! I have A/C today and it's a lot quieter.Thank you so much!Edie

Dan came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed my toilet. He was pleasant, professional and efficient. He triple-checked everything before he left. I highly recommend Ideal Services.

They were referred by my home warranty. 1Visit technician was almost 2 hours late no call that they were running late. 2. I had to call to find out if they got it authorized from home warranty. They told over $500 for none covered parts. Ok when can we get this done on Thursday 8am.3. Waiting on Thursday at 9:45 get a call asking if the water heater stand was fixed. I said no . No one told me it need to be fixed when called she told me they could fix it and it would be another $1,000 above and beyond the 500 plus for the supplies and parts that are not covered. I was so upset and distraught obviously I said yes. by the time I left and got back to work I was so upset my daughter had to come and take me from work to take me to a quick care because I was so upset over this they almost put me in the hospital. So to me this is poor customer service and I would never recommend or do any work or any type of job with idle services they are nothing but trying to scam you as the client. So needless to say I went to somebody else and I had everything done as far as the water heater installed and paying for labor for $1,000. So as I said Ideal Services is doing nothing but trying to scam people out of money. I did get a cash out from my home warranty which just about covered everything for another company to do the repair.

I called the number and was put on speaker phone. They asked me if I could give massages. Then, said I could meet at their house to practice. I am so embarrassed. I heard laughing in the background. I called the main number and was given a cell number. The man answered it as the A-1 Truck School. How can this be a school? I hope no woman ever calls there again! I am incredibly hurt. I am a Christian woman and and former educator. I am incredibly embarrassed.

A leak was improperly diagnosed. The root cause of the problem was a gasket missing from the drain of the shower. Rather than the common sense approach of looking at what may be the main source of the leak, 2 holes inside the walls we made as well as a hole outside the exterior of the house. To make a long story short, the initial repair of the shower handle being incorrectly installed did not correct the issue. After incurring another leak, more time wasted as well as $$$$ since I rent the room out, the root cause was identified. A missing gasket on the shower drain. A $25 kit fix from home depot. the costs for the services were over $4,000. I had made the initial claim with my Old Republic home warranty who sent the plumber. I told them I had AAA and they informed me they work with AAA. the bottom line is, due to the initial miss-diagnosis, the costs of repairs were increased and I believe exaggerated . In addition to that, the painting was poorly done and I had to repaint the bathroom and closet. I requested to speak with the owner who basically didn’t care about the poor service provided. He just stated the insurance claim paid needs to be paid to them. I already paid them close to 2k out of pocket and all he cared about was the rest of the insurance payment. Basically, if you mention you have insurance, this company will figure out the best way they can to increase the services by falsely miss-diagnosing services and extend unnecessary services.

We had been experiencing intermittent troubles with our hot water. Another plumber came the day before and stayed about 7 minutes and said nothing was wrong. We called Ideal and they sent someone out that night. Dwayne was our service person and he listened and spent time diagnosing the problem. He came back Sunday and installed our new water heater. He was efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. I would definitely recommend him and this company. Thanks, Dwayne , and we LOVE the hot water!!!

Sorry for the late review, but I wanted to keep my promise to technician Connor and his associate technician (I believe his brother) that came out to take care of a water issue 7/25/23 in my first floor bathroom. Connor and his brother were awesome, professional, friendly and a pleasure in having in my home. They also came to install an emergency water shut off valve closer to my house as oppose to the sidewalk out-front of my house. Both jobs they showed me what was up, and how it was repaired. Dwayne was our Technician today. I have dealt with 4 companies over the past 3 weeks using my home warranty. Dwayne fixed our issue and has a plan to ensure that it's fully fixed. The services that are not covered by my warranty are also much more affordable than their competitors.I highly recommend Ideal services.They also performed AC work for me last year and did amazing with that too.

Had a leak under my faucet and Gabriel with Ideal Plumbing was able to come out within a couple hours. He called twice to let me know he was on his way. Once he got here, he quickly diagnosed the issue and promptly fixed it. Couldn’t ask for more responsive and helpful service, especially at the last minute on Sunday.

Got them through a home warranty claim. 2 young guys did the work and it was great, really knew what they were doing. Will go through this company again for any plumbing repair I need. Thank you very much for everything Ideal Services!

I initially thought my disposal was broken. Purely my fault. I dumped shredded chicken down the drain. I know. Bad idea. Ideal Services said they could be out the next day so we took the appointment. 10 minutes later we got lucky and were able to get a same day appointment.Dwayne and Jason were awesome. They even showed me what my brilliant move had resulted in lol. After some much needed fatherly mentoring about how the drain works they showed me the parts when it was taken apart. Now it makes sense!I am appreciative of the patience and educating from Dwayne and Jason. I will definitely use a ideal services again and hope all their guys are as awesome as these two!

I called so many places, being Saturday morning and not able to get a hold of a lot of businesses or they would charge so much. Finally came across ideal services and Claudia was able to get Luis to come check out our bath tub that the water wasn't going down. I'm so happy with how clean and fast they work, most important with in my budget.

My experience with Ideal Services Restorations couldn't be further from ideal. I was put in touch with this company by my home warranty company to inspect and repair a leak in the ceiling of my house. The leak was located almost directly under my master bathroom toilet. Ideal came to my house on three separate occasions (each visit a separate 75$ charge for just coming out from my home warranty company mind you). The first time that Ideal came out, they told me that the leak was being caused by our master bathtub being over filled, and was told to just make sure that the bath tub doesn't get overfilled, and the overflow drain for the tub wouldn't leak over and leak down to the down stairs ceiling. Meanwhile, the leak is about 15 feet away from the bathtub. A few weeks later, the leak happened again. I called again, Ideal sent someone out again, this time saying that they were unwilling to cut into the drywall to diagnose the leak, because they were concerned there would be mold. So they left, I got charged $75 again, and they literally did nothing. A third time they send someone to my home, this time with a gadget that can see where there is and is not moisture behind the drywall. There was no moisture found. They then went up to my upstairs master bathroom, and noticed the master bathroom toilet was loose, and suggested replacing the wax ring, but they didn't actually replace the wax ring, offer to replace the wax ring, or do any actual work to address the problem at all. Instead, almost a week later of playing phone tag with ideal's office staff, we were offered a quote by email of approximately $850 to simply cut the drywall in my downstairs ceiling and diagnose the leak. Mind you, the leak is directly below a master bathroom toilet that is loose enough the caulking is coming apart and clear needs a new wax ring. So I call ideal, and ask what it would cost to replace the wax ring in the toilet, something I am more than capable of doing on my own, but frankly didn't feel like messing with because i work 65+ hours a week. They schedule an appointment to fix the wax ring for me for $130. They were supposed to arrive some time between 8am-12pm. They showed up after 12, when I had already left for work. Once they finally showed up, they replaced the wax ring, but did not remove the old caulking from the base of the toilet, reset the toilet on the wax ring and didn't bother to recaulk the toilet at all. They literally wasted $130 of my dollars, because the job was not done correctly and will now need to be redone. What kind of amateur hour stuff is that?! Then, to make matters worse, they simply threw away the old wax ring in my small bathroom trashcan, which was already half full, stuff literally overflowing out of the trash can. You can't even be bothered to clean up your work space after you are done with a job? Seriously?!! They also left stuff (from the mess under the toilet) smeared on the tile around where they did the work. Then, without calling to tell me or anything, just note on the repair order that there is rotting near the left side of the base of the toilet in the subfloor. When you saw rotted exposed subfloor, it didn't occur to you to offer to repair it? I would have been willing to pay to have the entire subfloor repaired if that's what it took to do the job correctly, but ideal is so incompetent they didn't even think to ask. I will never do business with this horrible, unprofessional, rip-off artist company ever again, and I hope that you will chose not to do business with them either after seeing this review.

Water heater broke water all over our garage. Called our Home Warranty company and they sent Ideal Services to fix my water heater. Miguel was the rep that came to our house He was a nice young man, professional who did his job exceptionally well. Thank you for the repair and for installing our new water heater as well.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we rent, so they had to deal with our property management company to replace it. They stayed on top of it in order to get the work approved, I didn't have to do a thing. David arrived on time, he was extremely professional to me and my dogs. I believe it took him less than 20 minutes to replace the disposal, make sure everything was in working order and leave. I would recommend David and Ideal services to anyone needing plumbing!

I contacted Ideal Services to check the heating unit at my home. I was afraid that I would have to replace the entire unit. However, the technician was very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. In addition, I had a billing question and Eric was able to answer everything right away. If i could give more stars I would.

I have used them through my insurance (first american home warranty) and each time they messed things up by not contacting, not showing up and not providing reports.Scheduled an appointment for 2-6 pm on 3/2 with 30 min advance notice, which is standard practice, some places give an hour advance notice. I got a call at 3:47 and told them that someone will be home by 4:20 the latest and got home at 4:05 pm, a 15 min later and waited. Then I got a call at 4:34 saying that we have to reschedule because the technician decided not to come. Basically cancelled without informing me.

Carl was early he was prompt he was very professional about what he was doing and he was respectful . He even took the time out to explain other little problems I might be having with my plumbing. He left his workspace clean and neat and check for any trash that might’ve been left behind. I definitely will call ideal services for any plumbing needs I have.

Scheduling was bumpy. When they called to confirm technician was on the way I was in the shower. I didn’t know that You only have 5 mins to confirm. I missed the call and had to plead for the service call not to be rescheduled to the next day. Once Dan H arrived it was smooth and well done.

Steven the manager from restoration was vey helpful and respectful, he explained all the options we had with our insurance deductible and we were able to replace our AC unit, I would definitely recommend contacting Steven (restoration department) at IDEAL Services

Do not recommend. They were contracted via our home warranty program and though they were extremely nice on the visit there has been no follow up. We were told there was a follow up call and that was not true. No voicemails were left informing us of any wait period. We were also told that they won't contact home warranty companies until the end of the day which shouldn't be the case, especially on a Friday. We are clients and they are getting paid to take care of our problems as a client so my home warranty company should have been contacted on site. Now I am left over the weekend with a non working toilet. This is the first company that hasn't contacted our home warranty company on site to solve the issue. Maybe they would be more diligent in contacting a homeowner if it wasn't through a warranty issue but if I ever have a problem that is outside warranty I won't contact them. In addition, I have a contract that states the affected item is covered. So overall frustrated.

This company is not respectful of their customers time. I should’ve known from the beginning. I submitted my claim with Old Republic Home Warranty. They assigned ideal services, I guess. I waited for two days for them to reach out to me to schedule. At that point I reached out to them. I scheduled an appointment for the service call. We schedule a time in the morning from 7 to 11. The day of the service call comes and they email me that they are rescheduling my appointment for 11 to 3. Because they were short staffed. They didn’t ask if it was ok or give me a choice to reschedule. Just we are rescheduling you. To which I replied, absolutely not. My day is scheduled around your four hour window, so no. At which point they said that their service person would still be out by 11. And he was late.Fast forward to date of service call for them to actually replace the hot water heater and they scheduled me from 11 to 3 then at 2:45. Called me to tell me they would be an hour late. I called the office and asked why they would be late to which she replied. He has been running behind his entire day since his very first appointment took a really long time and so did his second one. To which I replied, why didn’t you contact me then and tell me that you were not gonna be on time. If I hadn’t already wasted 2 days of my life on them I would 100% just find someone else!

Ideal Services is the way to go! Had an emergency water heater leaking and soaked all of my drywall. Steven G. Took care of me and my wife. He handled all of our insurance papers. It felt awesome! Knowing that he was taking care off all the paper work, he called every day to make sure everything was running smoothly I recommend Ideal Services Restoration!

Our service technician was Brandon. We had an excellent experience. We needed home warranty service for our electrical. He was right on time for our appointment and very knowledgeable and addressed all our concerns. He fixed everything to my husbands satisfaction and was done in no time. We were very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to call on them again if anything else arises.

Missed a call. Called back within 2 minutes, got put on hold for 10 minutes, then was told I needed to reschedule because I didn't call back within 10 minutes. Absolute trash, missing work for this? Office likes to play games.

Worst service ever. Because of our home warranty company we have to use them. Every time we have used them it has been a horrible experience. Between the guys that come out and the management I'm surprised they are still in business. They left us without a water heater for 6 days. This time no air conditioner. They came out Friday said they needed to order a part, it would be in Monday. They would be out Monday or tuesday. It's Wednesday night and surprise surprise we are still waiting. I wish the home warranty company would stop using these incompetent jerks.

I worked with Idea Services via my Old Republic home warranty. I had a horrible start with a missed appointment or “scheduling mishap”by this company. The day of service someone named Chris came to my home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful, and quickly resolved my issue. I paid him my service fee cash and he gave me a receipt.Four months later I get a bill stating I never paid my home warranty service fee. I call Old Republic who tells me call Idea Services. A lovely woman explains to me my visit is marked unpaid but Chris is no longer with the company for similar complaints. She then tells me accounting will further investigate my complaint and call me back. They never called back and Idea Services has not made this right.Now I am stuck arguing with my home warranty company trying to avoid being double billed the service fee. I would not use either company. Furthermore, this Chris could have robbed/hurt me the day of service or came back later to rob me since he walked freely around my house. Idea Services is a croaked company.

I had this service done on my AC unit under warranty for First American. I did not get a chance to preview this repair until a few months later. It is on the side of my house that I never go on. They replaced the fan motor and this is how they left my unit? When I called them to request they fix it properly they claimed there was nothing wrong with it? Bolts too long sticking up with the caps on the end is not the way it’s supposed to look. The wires sticking up exposed looks very poorly repaired. Exposed to the elements and all. Not sure how this repair was properly done? I’m sure a home inspector would fail this upon visual. When you look at my other units the bolts are flush against the top of the unit and the wires are tucked into a protective cover and safely tucked away from the fan blades. It’s very clear this was a lazy tech that didn’t want to do the job properly. Is this how you want your equipment to look after their repair? The worst part is they don’t care about their customers or their reputation so I want to let all of you know!

Victor was great! Sometimes with warranty contractors you’re not sure if they’re going to be a hit or miss, Victor was a total hit! He was professional and friendly and even called to let me know he was 15 minutes away, which is super helpful with my constant coming and going 🥴Should other plumbing needs arise, I will request Victor with Ideal Services from now on.

I used this company as a second opinion for an AC issue. The first company did little to evaluate the problem, then turned in incorrect information to the home warranty. David and Chris came from Ideal Services evaluated the situation fixed the problem. They were professional, polite, and efficient. I would use this company again.

My home warranty has sent this company out several times. Every time they try to scam me for something they say is not covered, and is not the problem. This time they were sent for a leaky sink. Which the technician was saying The fixtures need to be replaced and they are not covered under my home warranty. (According to technician) The fixtures work fine, the leak is coming from the pipes under the sink. They took their $75 deposit over two weeks ago and never contacted me again to do the work. I’ve called several times to only be left on hold, with their recording saying I’m #1 and when they do come on, I’m out on hold again.

I used this company again for my water heater replacement. I wanted to put a new review, but Google won't let me. Anyway, Wayne came out first to inspect my water heater. He was amazing. He was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem. Then Wayne came back 2 days later and changed out the water heater. They would have come the next day, but I was working. Wayne has to be the best plumber I have ever used. Wayne and Victor did an amazing job. My new water heater works great.Dan H from Ideal Services came to check my air conditioner. He was very professional and knew his stuff. My house feels cooler already. The lady in the office was also very professional and got me help right away, and I am very grateful as it is the desert and it is May. Colt also came out and fixed my toilet last month, and he was also professional and timely, and did a great job.

I lost power to my kitchen, the technician came to my home 3 different times trying to fix the issue and could never figure out what was wrong. The last time he came he told us he had to submit a report to my home insurance company because it was going to be a bigger more expensive job than he originally anticipated. The next day I called the warranty company and they told me the tech said he had fixed the issue. I had to fight with the warranty company to send another company out because it was not fixed.The next day another company came out and fixed it on the first try with no problem.

Was grateful to have Ideal Services assigned by the home warranty company as they had assisted previously for electrical work and I found them to be honest, professional, and prompt.Victor came to diagnose a plumbing leak and arrived early, thoroughly explained his process, and quickly identified the issue.

Irwin and Victor were prompt, courteous and professional. They came, accessed the issue with my 75 gallon hot water tank, obtained approval from the insurance company. Four days later they returned with the tank and parts and did a great job replacing the tank. They answered all our questions and advised us how to maintain it.We are totally satisfied!

Dan H. came and saved the day. He arrived on the early side of the window and assessed the AC issue and was able to resolve it quickly. Dan also instructed me on what the problem was and how to maintain my AC temp system to prevent future complications. Thank You Dan!!!

I discovered my garbage disposal was leaking and did not work late on a Thursday evening. My landlord placed a service call the following morning and Ideal Services called me and said a technician would call between 11 am and 3 pm. I received a call at 11:15 am and the technician was at my home within 15 minutes. Miguel came prepared to replace the disposal unit, repair the leak and ensure my sink was completely operational. He was punctual, polite, and professional. He had the job done in less than 30 minutes. My problem was resolved within 12 hours from the time I discovered it. Awesome response and customer service!!

Dwayne was great to work with, he was early and knowledgeable. We are in the process of investigating a potential main line leak and he fielded all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. He cleaned up after he was finished working and of all the plumbing services we’ve had lately I felt he and Ideal Services were the best to work with.

We have been using Ideal Services through our home warranty for various plumbing repairs. They've always done okay work. It has never been top notch. First, they replaced our hose bib in our front yard. It looks terrible, water sprays out, and it is not straight, but it works. Second, they replaced our water heater in our Casita. They didn't measure, so the water heater doesn't fit in the location. We fixed it our selves. Last and MOST IMPORTANT. They were dispatched through our home warranty to replace our main house water heater. After going back and forth with their office staff and Fidelity for almost 3 weeks we finally get a date for replacement. The morning of the scheduled replacement the receptionist calls and asks us if we moved the built in garage cabinets and repaired the shelf the water heater is on. First off, you just called us the night before to tell us you were coming the next day. During that time you did not mention anything about this. You wait until the day of to call us early in the morning. Completely unprofessional. Next, the cabinets are built in and you want me to remove them....why? There is a good 2-3 feet between the cabinets and water heater. And it is completely clear on the other side. There is plenty of room. Second, how are we suppose to replace the shelf when the water heater has sunken down in the shelf. The water heater needs to be removed first. Well, the receptionist put me on hold for 20 minutes so she could speak to her manager. She did not return. When she called back she asked for pictures, even though she just told me she has pictures. I of course asked to speak to the manager. I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager.

These people are not a firm that I would ever recommend. They sub for First American Home Warranty (FAHW) and appear to only interested in the payment of a deductible rather that doing the repair. A request to repair a ceiling fan was met with lies, delays, misinformation, and incompetence. They told FAHW that the fan had a wireless connection to the fan (which it didn't) and they could not get the parts (which were available from several vendors). They then told me that the fan could only be replaced (not true or needed) then later said that FAHW was going to give me a payoff rather than a fix (also not true). They falsified paper work to FAHW or are just plain inept . In either case, be aware who these people are and stay away. FAHW is sending a new contractor to verify my claim and will replace the switch provided it is indeed hard wired. I have four ceiling fans that are the same. Why would I ever accept a fine with a different style and not keep a Casablanca where the motor is warrantied for life. Shame on Ideal!!!!!!!!

The service was excellent. That said, getting this company and my First American Home Owners insurance on the same page was a nightmare. Although I was assured by the insurance company that the job had been approved and giving me a work order for it, Ideal Services apparently would never find the work order or the emails from my insurance company. It has been very frustrating. No hot water for12 days. The repair man who came was great though. Nice person and quality work. I’ve given them 5 stars because of the repairman. Not because of the office staff. One more thing, be ready to be put on hold for more than half an hour when you call.

Chris came out and fixed the leak in our master bathroom shower. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Additionally, the office staff was equally friendly and professional. I spoke with them around 8:00 in the morning and Chris was at my home in the afternoon. Service like that is rare these days. If you’re looking for a reliable plumbing company, look no further — call Ideal Services!

After my Garbage Disposal went out at the beginning of the month, I called my home warranty and was contracted with Ideal Services. Per my warranty, I was supposed to receive a call from Ideal within 48-72hr to schedule my appointment. The following week, well outside of the 72hr window, I finally received a call.Fast forward to four scheduled appointment windows later, over twenty hours of missed wages due to having to be home during those windows, over a month without a functioning disposal or sink, and I was told after my last missed window that I would be the first call of the day for my FIFTH appointment. I informed her that I could not be home any later than 10:45 as I could no longer continue to miss work due to their negligence. She confirmed I would be the first call and that it was written in the note.At 10:20 the contractor called to say he was 20min away. I informed him I could not be home any longer because of the previously discussed appointments, and he said that his sheet read no later than noon, and there was nothing about being the first call of the day.Their associates are rude and condescending, and offer nothing more than an “Oh I’m sorry” rather than actually making anything right. I’m absolutely DONE with this company, and will make sure that my home warranty company is as well.

If you want the best plumber in Vegas who can do a perfect repair, try Carl Rowe, a Sr Tech at Ideal Services. I had problems and went through 3 plumbers, then had the good luck to have Carl and since he knows his business, he did the perfect job!

If you have any fixtures that needs replacing in your home this is the BEST company to call. The installer Nate was very helpful reviewing our current needs. The company also gave us a very good estimate for the electrical labor needed to complete the job. There was no hassle/delay setting up the appointment and completing the work. Nate was also the installer for our project. He is a very efficient worker, nice, and friendly, we will recommend/request him for any future projects. We will be using this company again for additional work. I only add a couple of pics of a all day job at our home. Again, I would highly recommend this company for your future home projects.

I have used Ideal for A/C services in the past and was pleased with the results. When I had issues with my heater and air vents I called them again. Edwin from Ideal responded promptly and performed the annual heater maintenance. Our heater was in good shape but the air vents were in desperate need of cleaning. I had no idea they were so bad. Edwin returned and conducted a remote camera inspection of every single air duct. I was able to view this inspection as it was being conducted. Following the visual inspection Edwin set up a time to return with Ideal's duct cleaning equipment, along with another Ideal technician. Every duct was cleaned.We now have a fully functioning heater to include clean safe air ducts and vents. Edwin gave us some tips on how to keep our system maintained properly. Ideal Services has proven to be reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate their professionalism and will definitely use them again. They are also affordable.

The first two times they were suppose to come out here I was called halfway through the appointment times as to why they couldn't come out that day. Today they were suppose to be here between 1100-1500 and its almost 1600 and they are still not here...what a waste of another day... I had to cancel an appointment because I am still waiting for them. I had to contact the receptionist to find out what was going on, the technician never even tried to give me a courtesy phone call.....an hour and a half later they finally arrived. As for the technician himself... he was very nice. He offered to change my fire alarm battery because it keeps beeping and I do not have a ladder to change it myself.

Yesterday I called my home warranty company. They assigned this electric service provider company which is ideal services.Our master bedroom toilet lighting fixtures had problem. Technician said warranty is not covering this replacements. Than I said how much is the replacements? I already paid $85 service fee which is going this ideal services. Anyway technician said $285 total lighting replacement. I said thanks for price.Even he said he has smaller lighting I think my old one was bigger than 15inch. Why you’re asking $285 for replacement? I google it and I found it has price starts from $35 even you charge for 5 min. Replacement how much your total labor? I found your service and labor fee is too much! I don’t recommend this company. I went to Lowe’s and bought lighting fixtures only $37 and it took only 5 minutes to replace bad lighting.When you giving prices please be fair for everyone. You can’t charge $250 labor for 5 min. Who can make this money in this days..

Walter and Conner did a great job detecting 2 slab leaks that I had. The re-route was done in a couple of days and they worked with my insurance/home warranty company as well to help recoup most of the cost. Would never wish this situation on anyone but if it happens to you, ask for Walter and Conner! They're phenomenal!!!

We got this company assigned to us through our home warranty company. Our thermostat was not turning off when our house was reaching the desired temperature. The person came and said we had the wrong thermostat and replaced it with some old one he had rolling around in the truck. He did something on the roof with the a.c. and left after making sure it would turn off when it reached a temperature. Our once super cold air is now coming out at a warm temperature and after running the a.c. for 5 hours our house is hotter than it was when he left! We called and they said they could not get anyone out until Saturday even thought it's triple digits and we have a child in the house. Completely unacceptable! It's not our fault that they messed up our air! Why should we have to wait 5 days for them to come fix their mistake?! I would advise NO ONE EVER use this company!

Claudia answered my call about a clogged sink and my garbage disposal that stopped working. She was able to schedule an appointment for the following day (not an emergency issue). The plumber arrived promptly and were very friendly. It took him about an hour, which was the quoted time, and the issue was resolved. Ideal Services completely met all my expectations to the highest degree.

If I could give a zero I would. I called my home warranty Company and put a request in for a plumber to come out and look at my hot water heater on July 3rd. I explained to lady I needed it to be an emergency situation. I have a handicap son with sensory issues already. I Never received the call from the company so I called them. The woman gave me a time 6pm to 9pm. I thought it was normal for an emergency situation. The lady said he will call 10 to 15 mins out when he is on his way. I get a call at 9pm when I decide to go to bed from Marcus and he said he is still 25 mins away. I tell him I can't wait my son is on a blood pressure pill to sleep. I can't wait. So he said he will call me the tomorrow. On 4th of July. He said they are closed for the holiday. The office called to put me on the schedule for the 5th. She gives me the 2 to 9 schedule again. 7pm I call and get Jenna (i think that's her name) and tell her my appointment is from 2 to 9pm. She said our appointments are until 6 pm. The tech is on his way. I'm now on the phone with the warranty company and spoke to a supervisor to speed the process up to get it approved for a new water heater. The tech starts fixing it I leave him alone and he calls me out about 9 or a little after 9 pm and said he don't have the rest of the parts to fix my insta hot that connects to the water heater. He said you will have hot water in 25 mins. The tech leaves. Before he does so says I will come out tomorrow and than says I was going to take the day off. Come to find out the water is leaking from inside the wall into my laundry room. I call the the company back and no one there to answer the phones but they are open 24 hours a day. I don't get it. I call the warranty company and was told to control it the best I can from Kevin in the Dominican Republic. I just can't.

Ideal Services was called to investigate and fix our Tankless Water heater problem. The technician Terrance was AMAZING! Very thorough and methodically tracking down the problem! EXCELLENT service by Ideal and Terrance. Would rate them higher than 5 star if I could!

I have been having major issues with this company since April 2023, when they replaced a water heater at my condo under warranty (I paid $910 for this) but left the unit not working properly. When asked to return to fix the problem they said it needed a check valve.My question is -1. How was it working before without a check valve?2. And if they are such a great plumbing company, why didn't they just put one in to complete the job?I have filed a complaint with the NV Board of Contractors since this has been on going for the past 3 months. It is something I would recommend doing in order to prevent companies from taking advantage of people who don't know any better.We are still awaiting an investigation into the job poorly left undone.

My lady and I have been without a/c for over a month in this unusual high humidity heat vegas weather. CHARLES HINSLEY( lead tech) saw my frustration and worked his hardest to provide us with quickest solution. After 3 visits Him and associate DAVID ADAMS. solved the problems. Coil repaired replacement and Recharged less than 3hrs. GOOD JOB!!!!

Our electric stove was not working properly and after having one handyman come out they recommended we get an electrician. We had already been out of a stove for over a week and we had family coming to town in a couple of days. Ideal services took this into account and sent someone over in 24 hours. When Nate arrived he was friendly and quick with a solution to our electrical issue. Great work all around!

Charles H. and David A. were prompt, polite, respectful and very pleasant to work with. They immediately diagnosed the problem and had it taken care of in a matter of minutes. They then turned the unit on and walked through my home, making sure it was working and that each vent was performing correctly. I was very pleased with their service and demeanor, and would be happy to have them if my A/C needed work again, though fingers crossed, it won't be any time soon 😉 I should also mention that the scheduling department was also pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Ideal Services.

Ideal Services was assigned to me by my home warranty company. I'm not always thrilled with the service providers they assigned, but I was very happy with Ideal Services. Nathan was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable, and checked the concerns I had with my outlet to provide peace of mind. I'll definitely put Ideal Services on my list of preferred providers!

They are rude. The 'plumber' comes out to change a spigot. Messes it up even worse than it was. Tells me to turn off my water for the night so the leak doesn't cause damage. I call the main office and they are extremely rude. They wouldn't come out and fix the damage done by their own guy. Worst customer service possible. I have a leak in my house and have to keep the water off until they get permission to get it done. Never use this company. They are terrible.

Please read this review. The worst company ever. They lie and try to sell you their parts for a much higher price. Tell you you need things done when you don’t. The first visit the tech didn’t even look at the problem the second visit they asked if we wanted things removed we told yes and they use it against you. On your home warranty. Will never use this company again! The tech that came out to repair my cracked toilet tank was suppose to call my warranty company and order a new one the following day. A week later I still hadn't heard from them. I called to see what the hold up was and was told some one had called me (which they hadn't) and my warranty company would not cover the problem. Long story short the communication with this company needs some work.

Walter fixed our running toilet as promised. While it was his second visit for the same problem, he was nice enough to fix another unscheduled issue in my home. Thank you Walter!

We placed a warranty order for a heater leak on Sat am, the tech didn't come till Tuesday 6pm.The tech Gabriel didn't even bother shutting off the heater water and left it spraying on the walls.Crew came back on Thursday just to let us know that they cant install the heater because water heater stand is wet and they have to call the demo and restoration team (in house restoration team - you know heater leak turns out to 6-7k restoration insurance job)10 days later still no hot water and we have a newborn.Called and wanted to talk to a supervisor and some guy called me back extremely rude and profane language, wish I met him in person .Overall its very disappointing and unprofessional experience. There are plenty of other companies in town.

Bad service from the start. The tech was not dressed professional having only half his shirt tucked-in. He came and left within minutes, and within the hour my house AC was still not working. Instead of sending the tech back out, the office decided to give me a window of 2 pm to 9 pm the next day. That is not acceptable. Ideal services failed to provide a satisfactory service. I will never use them again.

Had some difficulty with scheduling and timing, but having Jason come by made the whole situation much better. He was able to find the source of the problem and the water shut off very quickly and was able to solve the issue very quickly and efficiently. Jason deserves praise, thank you!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. They were contracted by my home warranty company. Plumber they sent out, came out and did the absolute minimum, while complaining they whole time. Then took over 6 days to file a report and lied in it, so he would not have to do any work. After 4 days of calling and getting promised that things would be done right, I was told the supervisor Luis, said I should pay for a second opinion. To give you an example, they did not test my water pressure to make sure the PSI is correct, the plumber that came out simply turned on the shower and said looks good to me. No diagnostic or testing work, just how fast can I get out of here and do the bare minimum. They did fix the leak at the toilet. Horrible company, who apparently employees people who are lazy and are allowed to fail at their job and lie. I asked to speak to the owner , and was told he is not in but maybe he could call me tomorrow. Don't waste your time with this company if you want to do anything other than wasting your money and time. Absolutely disgraceful.I received a response from the owner regarding my review. Interesting to say the least. If I am to read his response correctly, I am to purchase a more expensive Home Warranty, and by the way we have the top of the line that First American offers, then the employees of his company would suddenly actually come out and do the work they are suppose to? They apparently would bring the right equipment and use it and then would not lie about things to get out of actually doing the work they are suppose to. Apparently according to the response from the owner the home warranty you have is directly related to the qualification of the employees and the amount of standard work and diagnostics they do. I would think as an owner an employee who does not do their job and then lies about it would be a direct reflection of the company and the poor culture management and owners allow. Just a thought. So to the owner of Ideal Services, thank you for your insightful response. However, i would venture to guess the problem lies in your business practices and the caliber of the people you hire and allow to represent your brand, and not in my home warranty. By the way Owner, I did ask to speak with you directly to explain what I believe was a failure by your employee, but I was told by one of your supervisors that you told them you would speak with me.

Although the issue is still at a bandaid stage, Chris was absolutely patient and informative.He was scheduled out 3 times and every time, he called ahead, giving us time to get home and did what he could to help the issue.Now, the issue at hand is a big project and will require a lot of time and money, however, he was understanding and willing to help give advice.

The technician that was sent out was incredible. He fixed our toilet after years of constant back ups. He relaxed it with a brand new toilet and did a fantastic job installing it. He also made sure that he showed me what he was doing and to check after he was finished. Thank you so much, Dwayne!

The technician couldn't have been more rude if he tried. This was a warranty work order and he treated us with such disrespect. My husband was home at the time or I would have just ask him to have left my property. Don't even get me started on how they switched my appointment time.

If you have a home warranty, don’t use this company. Request another company! The tech told us one thing ( which we could clearly see the leak coming from a pipe) and told the home warranty people something different so the service would NOT be covered. Not professional and wrong on many levels 😣

Claudia in the office, as well as David who came out to work on my AC unit were professional, friendly, and upfront. He showed me what he found wrong, fixed the issue and took pictures to include in their files. He suggested to change my filter more often to avoid low air flow. Thank you Ideal Services.

Ivan was very helpful and thorough when he came in to fix our lighting. He explained what had happened, showed me where the issue was (since my husband and I were trying to do a switch change with the help of YouTube and broke a wire) and answered all my questions. Ideal Servies is amazing! My home warranty initially sent out a joke of a company, L&S AIR CONDITIONING (would never recommend using them). Long story short, I finally got Ideal to service my heater issue, Jordan the scheduler and David Arana the service tech were so professional. David diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part and installed it and had the unit running in no time. Extremely satisfied with my experience using Ideal and I know who I will be calling next time I have an HVAC issue! Kudos.

We have been working with this company for almost 2 weeks and they have given us the run-a-round. No real work complete. They charge for services that are not done and take forever to complete anything at all. BEWARE: Stay far, far away!

Our home warranty company gave us Ideal Services to come and fix our heater, and we didn’t know what to expect. Edwin P was so professional and polite!He didn’t lie or try to make things wrong to get more money like we’ve experienced in the past. It was an easy fix, and he gave us tips and advice to prevent the issue from happening again.We are very pleased with the work Edwin P provided. Ideal services was sent to me by my home warranty company to unclog 2 sinks and a toilet. I talked with them the same day as the claim and they came out the very next day on time. The plumber Dwyane was very professional and friendly. He wore a mask and gloves and explained each step of the work he performed. He fixed all of my plumbing issues and left the area clean. Service call was placed on a Sunday afternoon and we received a return call about an hour later to schedule the service call for Monday morning. David, the technician, arrived during the scheduled service window time, promptly completed the job, cleaned up and left the place like it was before he actually arrived.

I had the Halo 5 whole house water filtration system installed today. The technician who installed the system, Zach Karakhanyan. was neat, organized, polite and efficient. He explained the system, showed me the important features and settings. Zach even took care of another minor issue for me with no additional charge. Very pleasant, professional and clean about the work area. I highly recommend Ideal Services. I am anxious to see how the Halo system performs.I also had some electrical work done by technician Steven MacBride. Steve installed three ceiling fans and three switches for me. He was clean, professional and careful about his work. He took the time to discuss options with me and help me decide on the best options for me. Steve was relentless in correcting one of the ceiling fans that wobbled when initially installed. I am very pleased with Steven's work.

They say free estimate. Lie!!! A salesman came out with the tech and tried to bully me into my cc number. I explained that I am getting a home equity loan for a couple projects. I only needed an estimate to calculate the loan amount. Philip said that doesn't work. I needed to commit today.This is a high pressure sales tactic!!!Stay away from a new unit sale!!!

Technician Jonathan saved the day when our AC stopped working. He was very informative when it came to explaining what went wrong and what the next steps were. We appreciate his hard work and hope he's available if ever we have another HVAC issue.

Very dissatisfied. IDEAL SERVICES installed my HVAC Unit through First American Home Warranty. IDEAL SERVICES allow for a 90-day workmanship warranty. Las Vegas has experienced heavy rain recently and due to the incomplete installation there is water pouring out from the main duct. Since Las Vegas did not experience weather conditions like this within the 90-day workmanship warranty, the owner, RON, refuses to send a technician to complete the faulty installation. RON wants $$$. IDEAL SERVICES is not concerned with doing the right thing, but is rulesd by the mighty $. Surprised, no. Disappointed, yes. The right thing and the profitable thing sometime is not the same things.

Just wanted to shout out this company. Since moving here dealt with a lot of places and they are fast. Knowledgeable. Responsive. Even though the insurance recommended them I will continue to use them for all my needs!

I have had used Ideal services for many plumbing repairs over the years. As luck would have it, I needed a plumber again. They assigned a gentleman to come out by the name of Harry to complete the job.He was nothing but rude. At the completion of the job, he asked how I was going to pay, I told him Visa, He literally whined like a 2 year old, and demanded that I pay with cash or check. (I have ALWAYS) paid ideal with a visa.... He then asked how much money we had around the house, and began looking for himself.... Im not even kidding.He then looked around at my home, and commented and various items, and how much things are worth (cds, videos, etc). So not worth much.Oh, and he asked if I could pay with any stripper money. (I'm definately not a stripper).Eventually, he went to get the credit card form from his rig, whining all the way too and from (a mere 5 feet away). I like ideal, but I will refuse to have this tech in my home again.

Kalena was very helpful in fixing our electrical problem. She made a horrible situation as pleasant as she could by assuring us that a technician would fix our problems. Edwin was our AC repair guy. He was very thorough and patient, explaining everything about exactly what was wrong with the AC. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the fan motor and the coolant leak. We are so thankful to have our AC up and running!

Service Tech was on time and very professional. He verified that my microwave wall plug was actually burnt out and replaced. He also noted the my breaker box in the garage was mislabeled and made the the correction.

Dwayne came out initially and determined we needed a new toilet. On his way out of our house, he noticed our sewer cap was missing, and gave us some good free advice! Dwayne and Connor came for the toilet installation, were prompt, professional and completed the work well. We will use them again!

In regards to plumbing, my experience with this company was TERRIBLE. We contacted our Home Owner’s Insurance about a plumbing issue and this company was sent out. We have standing water in 2 of our drains causing a very steong smell to permeate through our home and a possible leak. After 5 days, the company finally called to schedule. The man came out (with NO equipment), looked around outside, and said he’d need to come back with a snake and a camera to look through our drain system. He wasn’t sure if insurance covered it but he said he would check and call us back and return the next day with the snake. No one ever called or came back. We waited over 3 weeks before I contacted AHS to find out they had closed the claim as completed. AHS had to call them to reschedule and come back out. When I talked to them about what happened all the lady said was, “We don’t cover for smells.” I told her I understand that(duh) but no one has treated the CAUSE of the smell, which is the standing water and blockage! She also said they closed the claim because our insurance wasn’t going to cover for a camera, etc. I told her I wasn’t even given the option of paying for anything because no one ever even had the decency to call and explain the situation! I was offered another appt where she said she’d make sure the plumber brings a snake(really?)I declined. I was never offered an apology for the inept service or being left hanging for over 3 weeks! I’d rather, and will, pay full price for a reputable plumber with better reviews and better service. A month of my time has been wasted due to their lack of professionalism. Avoid this company for plumbing issues!

Ideal came to us through our home warranty company and I'm so glad they did!! We had an extremely terrible clog over the weekend. Jonathan was dispatched to us by Monday. He came and diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He worked until the clog was cleared in its entirety. We are thankful for him and his skill/expertise and the information he provided.

We had an issue with another company that didn't even try to fix the problem with our Air Conditioner and tried to say something else was wrong with it. I was referred to Ideal Services. They came out the same day to fix the Air Conditioning. Dion Elvenia was knowledgeable and very professional. They fixed our Air without a problem. I am definitely going to use them in the future with any additional problems.

We had issues with our A/C in the worst part of the summer heat for 2 weeks, thanks to a couple of companies that were very slow to respond and deceiving. Ideal came out and took care of the issue immediately, Edwin and his boss even went a step above in making sure we would be cool, no lies or trying to sell something we didn’t need. Thank you Ideal!

I'm so happy I'm able to change this review. I dislike leaving bad reviews. Initially, there was a scheduling issue, but the technician was able to fulfill the appointment and I'm glad he did. The technician, Steven, is very courteous, professional, and knows his stuff! Thank you, Steven!The only suggestion I would make is that if the customer says they will be home, please knock on the door instead of just making a phone call and leaving within a few minutes. Some cell phones don't always receive phone calls (thank you, T-Mobile), and after waiting almost a week, and taking the day off work, I wasn't too keen on rescheduling. Again, thank you for returning and getting me power back in my bathroom and thank you, Steven, for your professionalism.

Had a water heater replaced cos there was a leak on the old one. Home warranty sent ideal service to fix the water heater. The tech, David C, did an awesome job getting it done in a timely matter. If I were to need another repair or service, I'll be sure to get Ideal service again.

Warranty service. They broke my plug and turned it in as a foreign object so warranty wouldn't cover it. Never would call back. Beware and ask your warranty company for someone else.

Nathan at Ideal Services completed my doorbell installation in a quick and professional manner. The wiring needed to be replaced and he fixed it and made sure the chime and transmitter were both working and correctly wired as well. I appreciate his time and quick service.

I would never use this company. They say they called when no one did. When they did come out, they did nothing except try to extort more money. AHS referred me to them. They are so bad, I'm going to cancel my AHS account. If they use companies like this, I want nothing to do with them.

Unbelievable POOR customer service. I have a home warranty with First American Home Warranty. I placed a service call about my garbage disposal. I called on a Sunday and scheduled my appointment for Friday 10/30/202. I was given a window of 8am - 12pm. I get a 7:15am call to let me know my Technician was overbooked and my appointment was moved to a window of 12pm to 4pm. The technician Kyle arrived and determined that he did not have the correct size disposal and stated he would return the next. I called the office and spoke with a non-caring male that stated he would reschedule me for Monday between 8am - 12pm. I explained that my appointment was scheduled with a four day advance time frame because I'm not at home Monday through Thursday. He then rescheduled my appointment for the next day 10/31/2020. My Technician Irwin arrives and the first thing I say is what happened the day before and asked if he had 1/2 disposal. He said yes. 3 minutes later he is telling me that he too only has the 1/3 disposal and will need to drive back to the office to get the correct disposal. RIDICULOUS!!!!! I called the office to see if Irwin will really be coming back to install the disposal this date. I spoke with a very friendly and professional male, Lemuel, who assured me that Irwin will return today. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber. I will also be sending this review to First American Home Warranty. I think they should rethink having this company as one of their vendors. Sincerely J BrooksUNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! P.S. I was assigned to this company throw my home warranty because my A/C stops working......this happened 5 days ago!!! They give us an appointment for today! 07/18 between 11am and 3pm... and guess what? Nobody call us or give us a heads up!!! They will be not able to come or something. I called them they put me on hold like 3 or 4 mints and they said they will call back as soon as they have any news... it's been almost an hour since...With this heat... I mean what unconsider company!!...WHAT A POOR SERVICES!!!

I contacted Ideal Services, upon recommendation from a local plumber, for a quote to replace my water heater. (Quotes from a variety of vendors ranged from $650 to $2200, not including any necessary cost upgrades to meet codes, etc.) I had been living without hot water for 3 months due to the expense. The tech from Ideal Services was Karl and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Karl was knowledgeable and pleasant. He provided options to lessen the cost, was efficient and professional. I recommend this company without hesitation, based on my experience.

Our Master Bedroom had a few sockets that decided to go out on us. So we contacted our home warranty company, and they assigned Ideal Services as our electrician. They called and gave us a 4 hour window for the technician's appointment. Very friendly lady on the phone and was courteous.Our technician was Nathan, and I must say that he did an outstanding job on the repair! He arrived within the time frame, was courteous, and was able to fix the problem, which was a loose wire in the socket. He tested them before he left, and they worked just fine.Then....when he left, our outlets decided they wanted to be like, ohhh, we're not going to make it that easy for you!, and stopped working again. Luckily, we called Nathan, and he immediately came right back out. This time, the sockets looked like they were all good, but the problem still existed. He made sure to check each socket...the circuit breaker panel...and when the problem still continued, he did a sweep of other rooms to see if there was a problem socket. He finally found the problem...which was the socket in a bathroom down the hall! It ended up as a socket on the circuit leading to our Master Bedroom...who knew? We didn't know that was the case. So, when he opened the socket, he saw the problem, and took the time to show us that the wire was loose and not connected properly. Then he fixed the socket, which took care of the problem in the master bedroom.I would recommend Nathan for anyone asking for electrical repair, as he not only was polite and courteous, but was that way even when we had to call him back out after the first repair try. I know how some things, like electrical work, can be fickle...especially with an older house like ours. So, I am very appreciative that he took the time and effort to fix our problem! They were great! They came by on Father's day to fix some plumbing issues I had. They were actually early and we didn't have to wait around. The tech was personable and kept us up to date with the process. They left the area clean and didn't charge us anywhere near what I thought a Sunday visit would cost! They came to fix a faucet leak and replace toilet parts. Was very quick and professional. They did a great job.

Duyane replaced the old parts in our master bedroom toilet and now it runs smoothly with no gurgling or sound. Ideal was sent out for my hot water heater through my home warranty. They installed my water heater one year ago and replaced all lines. It went out again. They are charging me for replacing the water lines that were not replaced I have pictures before and after showing they were not replaced but no one will let me speak to a supervisor to discuss this. They put a new gas line on which did not need replaced since it was still like brand new they put in on one year ago. Had my plumber look at it and showed him the lines were not replaced. Supervisor is always unavailable to talk to me. I have no problem paying for items that need replaced but I won't pay for things that didn't need replaced and wasn't replaced.

Nathan was very professional and courteous and resolved our electrical problem within 10 minutes. Bria in the office was also very responsive, professional and courteous.

I just had a plumbing issue and water all over. I placed a call and Duane was fantastic. He is the company diamond in the rough. He was sent to my home,checked the problem and fixed the issue in my home. I have to say he calmly did his job and put us at ease. I will truly continue with ideal plumbing because of Duanes respect and extensive knowledge of his job. He diserves a special commendation .

Talked first to John then Dulce and Alex finally. My house is just close to their office and thus I wanted them to do this job. I could give them a big job(roofing, plumbing, electrical). Sent them home inspection report by email. No reply. Eventually they said their email does not accept files with attachments. Called them and waited for 4 business days that they arrange preinspection. Today Alex said that they are too busy to get new customers. Why the could not tell me it 4 days ago? Frustrated

Great services right from the start all the way to the finish. I talked to a very helpful dispatcher Jess and she was able to get me same day service for an electrician. Reasonably priced and now my lights are working.

Brandon was super fast and friendly when replacing a busted wired smoke detector and a faulty outlet! Service itself was great, Freddie was efficient and polite. But took Ideal a week to contact me, and even then, I had to follow up with them.

Company replaced water heater. Woke up next morning to entire house smelling like gas. Came back out and said oops we forgot to tighten gas line. Now pilot light won’t stay lit and refused to come service without new work order from home warranty company. Long wait times and terrible service.

I was assigned this company by my home warranty company, my air conditioner was not working and since I am in Las Vegas (with triple digit heat) she assigned it as a rush dispatch. After 4 hours of not hearing from the company I called to schedule the appointment for my air conditioner; I was on hold for ten minutes to just schedule the appointment I was given an appointment for this morning between 11-3 but since I told the receptionist that I had a previous appointment she assured me that I would get the first appointment at 11am. Fast forward to this morning a plumber not an ac technician showed up and when I called the company they said that they called me, which they had not, to reschedule for the ac technician because he could not make it. When I asked why she said she did not know but that they could send one out tomorrow again from 11-3pm. This is completely unacceptable, there was no apology or empathy, and before I was hung up on by their supervisor Stephanie she told me I could either accept the new time or call my home warranty to request a new company; this is the person that mentors your team members and this is the attitude that she has. I would Never use this company and highly recommend that you do not either.

On time, great service and he called before coming which is always helpful, showed me some helpful tips on where things are around the house. I will use him again if anything else breaks.

We recently had an a/c problem. Old Republic, our warranty company, sent Ideal Services to us. Our tech was David. He was absolutely awesome!!!! So professional and helpful. We are extremely impressed by this company. The staff is also very helpful. We won't hesitate to insist on Ideal Services with Old Republic should we have any other issues.

Ideal Services technician Luis came through solid and really did a great job fixing our home air conditioner after a failed repair from a previous company. We had been without ac in the summer in Las Vegas for over 3 weeks and once our home warranty contacted Ideal Services they sent Luis out the next day, they made it so urgent Luis even came to do this repair at 9:00 pm on a weekday. Luis showed up on time and had a great attitude about getting our home cooled down again. Luis was the first person in this entire ordeal that we dealt with that genuinely cared. After dealing with home warranty for nearly a month I’m pretty sure the problem is fixed and my family and I thank Ideal Services so so much!

We rent our home and our landlord sent out this company to repair what we thought was out garbage disposal. Miguel Licea was our plumber. He inspected the disposal and let us know it wasn't the issue, it was a hose from our dishwasher that was actually in poor condition that was causing all the water leaks. 10 minutes later, problem solved!Thanks, Miguel. Service with a smile is ALWAYS welcome in our home! We will definitely be calling you when we need any future plumbing/electric/a.c. issues resolved!

They really went all out to make sure everything was working properly and in good condition before they left! They did an indoor repair on my bathtub and he was in and done within 10 minutes. It was the diverter and Jason had it fixed and was out of there in no time. Excellent workmanship and very good customer service over the phone with the office. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used ideal services multiple times now through my warranty company. The first was for a water heater replacement, and the second is now for a main sewer line clog. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is not easy, but two of the three plumbers that have come out, have done a great job and focused on the task to do the job right. Victor came out today on a re-do after the first plumber missed the clog. He was very professional and did a great job clearing a main sewer line that had been blocked even after two other plumbers had come out. He took the time to do the job right and now all of our water flows smoothly. I would use Victor again.

Nathan called 20 minutes before he showed up and was on time. He was polite and went right to work trying to find out why the electricity in our spare bedroom had stopped working. When he found the problem he showed and explained to me what happened and how he fixed it. He was here for all of 10 minutes and then on his way. Great service and a very polite. Thanks, Nathan!

Wish you could leave NO STARS!....What a worthless company. We have been without a working main shower for two months because of Ideal's negligence. Our shower stopped working two months ago. We contacted our home warranty and they sent out Ideal Services. the person who came out looked at the shower and stated he needed to order a part. We didn't hear anything for several weeks. We then called them and they setup a time for someone to come out. My husband took a day off of work to ensure he would be home to have the shower fixed. When Ideal Services arrived, it was a different person who informed my husband he wasn't there to fix the shower but to look at the shower to order the part. he then told my husband the first person who came out quit and didn't order the part before leaving. Fast forward a month later to today. I took a day off work to ensure I would be home for this scheduled visit. I never once left my house. I was told by Ideal I would receive a call 15 minutes before arrival. I received no call, no email, no voicemail, no text message. I decided to take a quick shower in a spare room. When I got out of the shower, I see Ideal driving away from my home. I immediately called my home warranty to have them send the tech back. I am then told they will have him back shortly. I wait an hour and nothing. I then call back my home warranty and the new representative states they cant send anyone and they need to reschedule. Why do I need to suffer for this companies failures? Informed my home warranty to remove Ideal Services from any services calls we ever have and they are not welcome on our property. DO NOT USE. if you go through a home warranty company tell them to send anyone but Ideal.

We received great customer service from Claudia in the office. My plumbing issue was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Not over priced.I am pleased to recommend Ideal Services. I have used their services twice before and will definitely use them again.

Having just moved from California to Henderson I had to relie on reviews for contractor services. Ideal Services reviews were consistent - while pricing was higher, the quality of the work was excellent. My plumbing issues had me working with Colton. From his initial inspection he told me exactly what was required. Colton showed me items that, for now was still functioning, but due to age, I needed to keep an eye on. I never felt any pressure to purchase something right now. After I accepted the bid, Colton returned in a reasonable amount of time to complete the job. He made sure to show me the replacement parts were new and that I understood how the parts he replaced worked. Colton cleaned his work areas of debris before leaving. It was clear from talking to him that he loved plumbing and that he took pride in his work.

My family was provided with excellent costumer service by Ideal Services! My air conditioning went out and my technician went above and beyond to fix it. He was extremely attentive to our home. I was assisted by a technician named Edwin P who was extremely amiable and diligent. My family is very pleased.

None of the light switches for our cans were working. I called two different electricians and Ideal was the only company that actually answered the phone. The dispatcher was very kind and scheduled me for the next day with Luis. He came out and corrected the problem in about an hour including all new rocker switches. The service was impeccable. I was connected with Ideal Services through my home warranty team. From the time I called my home warranty until completion of the project it was less than 36 hour turnaround. Miguel, the plumber who arrived was patient in explaining the situation and what needed to be done. His customer service was excellent. Ideal Services utilized a very efficient texting system whereby I was quickly provided an appointment, was kept apprise of the status and was informed by the plumber when he was near arriving. Excellent service on this interaction and would recommend them based on this and Miguel’s customer service and work. Thank you!

The dispatch/ customer service lady was awful, she is so rude! I had an appointment for a plumber that was made in a Monday for them to come out on Wednesday, then when Wednesday gets here no one shows up! They didn’t call me I had to call them to find out where their plumber was and they said they didn’t even know where he was and couldn’t get ahold of him. So no one came out on our scheduled day that I took time off work for. So obviously I was upset and hung up the phone, when calling the next day the same dispatch person answered and had to inform me that I hung up o n her with an attitude. She said that they moved the appointment to Thursday with no notice and no attempt call me and let me know of my new appointment. so I will AGAIN have to miss work for their plumber to come out!

If you are looking for incompetence, lack of well-trained professionals, and a fairly snotty call center, you have found the right place!This was a warranty claim through First American. Ideal Services has been assigned a couple of times over the years -- and most every time, they continue to disappoint with long delays in service times, undertrained/rookie technicians, and employ a practice of gouging through modifications where they recommend repairs that the Warranty only partially covers and require a large out of pocket from the home owner -- when there were options to repair without modification (but Ideal Services wouldn't make as much net net in that case).In this particular case, the company took over a week to visit my house (well beyond the 48 hour SLA) and the technician did nothing but visual checks. Didn't even test any of the issues in question, test water temperatures, and then proceeded to inaccurately reflect the issues when reported to First American -- causing a delay in service response.Ultimately I just called First American and they assigned a competent plumber who came out, assessed all the same items, filed the paperwork correctly, and resolved the issues quickly and accurately.Ideal Services is not the best choice for your plumbing needs if you are in control of your selection -- and even if auto-assigned by a Warranty Company, you'd be advantaged by requesting a change as soon as they are assigned (due to delays in their ability to service you and their Yelp/Google reviews) and typically the Warranty Company will oblige.

Nathan came to inspect why my ceiling fan was no longer coming on with the light switch, he diagnosed and fixed it right on the spot. He explained to me what was wrong and how it’s should have been connected. I will definitely use this company for any of my future electrical needs.

They have been to my house 5 times and my shower still isn’t fixed. We had our water shut off completely for 3 days and was told I would have to wait another week but they came down and instead of fixing it put a piece of tape on the faucet so it would stop leaking and they turned the water back on. They came back again and did nothing, the fourth time they said they didn’t have the tools. The fifth time they called to say they were on the way and I told them I was too, they called back in 20 minutes and told me the technician had waited half an hour and left I told them it wasn’t possible since they called me 20 minutes ago and said they were on their way. One time they gave me a 7 hour window of when they would arrive. So 5 attempts later the shower still isn’t fixed and they need to reschedule a sixth time. They are literally the worst company you could imagine dealing with. I have never had any issues with a repair company that comes close to the horrible service of this one. I could have put take over the faucet myself if I knew that was all they were going to do their first three visits. I have nothing good to say about this company the customer service is absolutely horrible. Also one of the visits they were supposed to be there from 2-6 and they called at 11 and asked if they could come then I said no one is there I’m working and they said could someone be there because it’s the last call of the day and they’d rather not wait. Choose anyone one else to do your plumbing.

Ideal plumbing was very professional but they are very busy all the time. I think that the delay in receiving service is waytoo long a delay. It was 8 days from first contacting First American Warranty online to get the job done. From 1/17/23 to 1/25/23. That was too long. Especially when I pay on time every month. I expect the job to be conducted in a timely manner. 48 hrs would be reasonable, not 100 hours. This job was for faucet leak in the tub and patio. Lots of wasted water while waiting.

I called Claudia today at the office and she could not have been more helpful. Luis was polite, efficient and fixed all my issues quickly and professionally. It was a very positive experience.

Had to use Ideal services for our home warranty for a leaky angle valve under our bathroom sink. The plumber came out and diagnosed the problem stating what the problem was and how it had to be handled by converting galvanized to Cooper for the stop. This then went through home warranty that stated they will pay for repair except for the access behind the wall which was 120$. I approved the order paid the 120$ and rescheduled for the repair and upon wall access they drop another 135$ charge for pipe fitting which was known had to be completed on initial evaluation. The plumber also promised to do both angle valves since the wall was open already, and it wouldn't be that bad of a fix since he is already there. The additional fee of 135$ was never discussed or mentioned and the management at Ideal services was contacted and take no accountability or even assistance in solving this issue on their end. They operate a terrible business model that is literally nickel and dime the customers for everything possible, they also fail to take any accountability for there workers making promises to the customers. This has been a nightmare of service dealing with this business and they should be ashamed how they operate.When I asked the plumber why he didn't do the other angle valve after he told me he was going to do both he hesitated and said alright I will do it. He then came back in stated he contacted his boss and due to me complaining and contacting the warranty company and his office that he would not be able to do the repair anymore because of me calling and raising concerns. Seems as if you have a problem with this company they will literally do everything they can to make your life more difficult, I now have a much larger hole in my vanity under the sink because he opened more than needed for the second angle valve and then he backed out of the repair.Extremely disappointed with the service provided and I would not recommend this business to anyone, I strongly recommend reading the reviews from all outlets their star rating does not lie it is awful.If this company loses the warranty contract which they should, be careful they probably won't last in business very long based on their track record.

They easily could have overcharged for an emergency AC repair. They didn't. They found the problem and got it handled for a fraction of what other companies had tried to charge. Would recommend in a second!

Worst service I've ever had. Ivan announced immediately he wasn't happy to be hear on a Saturday, changed the paper after I had signed it and denied claim. On his way out he pushed me, which could have been an accident, but he didn't apologize. I wouldn't want anyone from this company back in my house and as a women alone I would be afraid to have them in my home at all. I do not believe Ivan is bonded, he was not at all professional. Please call anyone else before calling Ideal. And the supervisor refuses to take my calls.

I am very pleased with the a/c repair provided by Chris from Ideal Services. Even though the job was a difficult one, he had a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills each time he returned. I would recommend this company.

Worst experience ever, do NOT use this company for anything ! Doug was one of the technicians and complained alot through out the whole process and argued multiple times. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. They missed that their was mold in our master bedroom which has no door and I was exposed being 5 months pregnant to mold for days! After months of issues the job is still Not completed! I’ve tried to work out all the issues w/ Ron the owner over the phone and he was disrespectful, now is threatening to take my husband and To court so he doesn’t have to talk to me ever again. My husband is Airforce and I was Navy... never in my life have we been so disrespected especially when all we wanted for this company was to do their jobs right! It is not that much to ask for, instead they want to try and get away w/ fraud by charging us wrongly. My husband and I are 110% willing to go to court to seek justice. I hate dishonest businesses ! This company has hundreds of complaints and shouldn’t even be up and running still!

Please learn from our experience and do not hire Ideal Services for any job! They came to fix our AC. Among other things, they stated we needed a secondary drain pan and we paid $435 for just that. The day they installed the evaporator coil they had us sign a work order that included the secondary drain pan being installed. When they came back to clean the other coil, (because they forgot the parts to do it the first day) we asked them to show us where this secondary pan was. They ultimately admitted not installing it!! When we asked the technician why we were told (not by him) that we needed it and paid for it, he didn’t know. A couple days later they came out to fix an issue with the new coil they just installed (meanwhile no AC because of the issue and there wasn’t any sense of urgency on their part to fix their own issue) and said oh here is your secondary pan. We will install it. Oh so now that they have been called out they want to install it? So if we didn’t call them out....they got away with fraud! Oh and two of the appointments were no show, no calls. When we called Collana the HVAC manager she “claimed” these were rescheduled. Ummmm with who? It wasn’t us and no messages were received. Collana was extremely unreasonable, wouldn’t listen to our concerns, and did not try to make any situation right or apologize. So if you want good service and not be ripped off, do not use this company!

Horrible service. I put in an appointment with my home warranty to replace wiring on my thermostat. I asked over the phone, the day before, if it was covered and they said they would let me know when the tech shows up. When the tech (Julio) showed up, an hour late, he was rude and didnt even try to help. I wouldn't mind if the service wasn't covered by the warranty I would have paid out of pocket for it anyway but he didn't want to answer any questions and just said he couldn't do it and left within minutes. Now I'm out $75 for some rude tech to tell me he can't do the work. Again, I would have paid out of pocket if it wasn't cover but Julio and Ideal Services was just not helpful at all and couldn't answer a single question.

Our service tech was Ramon and he did an excellent job for us! We had a leak in the shower which we thought was leaking in the wall. Within minutes Ramon identified the problem as our faucet and not in the wall. Saved us tons of money and even got our garbage disposal working at no extra charge. The bad review below WAS left by a competitor, Las Vegas Hot Water Heaters. THEY are the shady ones. Don't call them, call these guys!

Had some plumbing issues water leaking from the wall and faucet not working. Gabriel from Ideal Services assessed the situation and needed to do more to fix my shower. I thought it would be in the thousands but when Gabriel gave me the estimate I was like Yes!!! I can get it done!! Honest and reasonable! During this Covid 19 situation.. every penny counts!

Nathan came out to fix my doorbell. He was on time and fixed it within a few minutes. He practiced social distancing and wore a mask. He explained what was wrong with my doorbell. Nice young man. Thanks Nathan.

My kitchen sink was leaking and Victor found the problem and quickly gave resolution. It isn’t fixed yet because I need a new part, but I’m very pleased with his service and knowledge.

If you need your AC fixed don’t call this company. We ended up firing them. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you off the phone for a week and when you call back nothing literally has been done and Ron acts like he cares about peoples needs. Stop accepting new clients if you can’t handle the work load.

This is the third time I've used the services at ideal services. Dwayne has been out the past two times for plumbing issues. He is fantastic and so professional. This time our water heater went out. He came out, inspected it. The base was soaked so we had two options to have the base taken out, dry out the wall and replace the base box or replace the water heater with a tankless system for a little bit more than the wall work and a tanked water heater. We went with the tankless as it will save money and be more efficient in the long run. Dwayne was so nice and explained everything to us about the new tankless water heater and after the install he followed up to see how we liked it that night. We love the new tankless water heater. It is so nice to always have hot water and never worry about it getting cold. I highly recommend ideal services for your plumbing needs!

Doesn't deserve this 1 star. I called ideal services to get a quote on some electrical work I needed done in my home. On the scheduled day of my appointment the technician came out and did a walk-through of my home. I was then told that he would email me a bid for the job first thing in the morning. It has now been a week and a half I've called twice and I keep getting the excuse as to the person who does the proposals not in the office or that's not my job that someone else's job. Therefore I will take my business elsewhere. I shouldn't have to call you multiple times to get a bid. My experience with this company so far has been less than ideal should probably think about changing the name of the company from ideal services.

My water heater decided to stop working on Tuesday. I called my home warranty company, and they set me up with Ideal services.We were considered an expedite due to no hot water in the house.They came on Wednesday evening to check it out, and turns out we needed a new water heater (ours was 10 years old).Jorge was our technician, and we are very pleased with the work he did!Today, Friday, he came back and finished the install with another technician who is in trainingHe’s very friendly and polite.He was very careful to keep our home neat and tidy while getting his work done.Thank you, Jorge and Ideal! I can’t wait to take a shower in hot water!!!

David has helped me on multiple air conditioning items and is always nice and explains everything in detail so I understand. After completing a diagnostic and finding my compressor is amping high, but still working overall, I decided not to do any replacement at this time. However, due to having pets, I was concerned about the indoor temperature and I only had a standard thermostat. David and I discussed getting a programmable thermostat so I can monitor the indoor temperature of my home in case my a/c stopped working. David just installed a Sensi programmable thermostat (made by Emerson) and I am so pleased with the install and the peace of mind it gives me. Scheduling was easy and David was communicative to let me know he was on his way. The installation was professional and the thermostat is hard wired, so I don't have to use anymore batteries. I'm so glad David took care of this for me because I know the install was done correctly and I can be rest assured that when I'm not home, I know what temperature my home is. In addition, I've used Ideal Services for other work in the past and they are always friendly and willing to help if I have any questions, even after the install. Thank you!

Ideal Services sent Steven MacBride out to my house to repair an electrical issue i was having in the garage. I was told by the home warranty associate that my window for the repair was between 2 and 6. Steven called at 4 pm to say he was on his way, and was at my door within 20 minutes of his initial phone call. He introduced himself and started on the task immediately. He quickly discovered that my issue was easily fixed and gave me helpful advice for preventing the same issue from happening again. Steven was quite personable, polite and was back on the road to his next destination after we chatted a bit. He's a pro who took care of business in an efficient and orderly manner and i give kudos to Ideal services for having professionals like Steven on the job.Thank you!

I won't be able to say enough good things about my experience with Ideal services, from the office staff to my tech Dwayne. I needed two cartridges replaced in two showers, along with the kitchen faucet replacement. I tried getting everything taken care of through my home warranty company, but that turned out to be a lot of unnecessary frustration and a waste of time. But that is a whole other issue. I am grateful AND thankful to have had Dwayne as my tech. He came back to my house a second time when he technically didn't have to. He was very professional and communicative in keeping me in the know of all that was being (or needed to be) fixed and why. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I will definitely be requesting Dwayne in the future.

I have a three hour window to show up. I travel for a living, this is my one day off. 15 minutes before their four hour window is over. I get a text message telling me their technician is running behind. This is not OK and a complete waste of my time I feel like they owe me money. I understand many services are this way, it needs to change. I would think twice before using these people.

My technician, Luis Diaz was great. He checked all of my outlets make any corrections needed and told me which face plate to get to change the one I had. Thanks Luis great job.

Ideal services was sent out for my old republic home warranty to fix my water heater that had died. after spending 5 hours on the phone between them and my warranty company. Ideal services kept telling me that I would be responsible for $690 worth of services my warranty didn’t cover. Yet my home warranty said they never had anything submitted from Ideal. They wanted to put my card on file so that when the technician came out they could charge me. I told them I’d put it on file but wanted nothing charged until my warranty company could tell what was not covered and why. Needless to say I had enough of ideal’s lies and requested a new company to come out. I then called my credit card company to find out Ideal services had a $690 pending charge on my account when they had not provided any work for me. The new company that came out Air Pro services was wonderful and professional to work with and I had $0 out of pocket expenses!!! So glad I trusted my gut and realized Ideal Services were trying to take advantage of me. Air Pro’s Alfred diagnosed and installed my new water heater within 24 hrs.

Rating should be 0 stars. Plumber came out to check tankless water heater. He gave it a quick look, saw some water leakage and said it was shot and we needed a new one with a rough estimate of 2 to 3000 thousand dollars. He would call the next day around noon with a definite price. No call by 4:30 so we called them. The receptionist said she would check then after a few minutes said it would be $4200. We called another plumber who came to check. He made a few adjustments and thought that we probably just needed a specific part which he ordered. After he left we turned on the water and it was working fine (even without the new part). Total cost about $200.

Our garbage disposal stop working and Miguel from Ideal Services diagnose the problem and replaced it with a new garbage disposal. Last time we had a broken water heater about a year ago, Miguel and his partner was also the one that replaced it for us. They are very good at what they do, I never had a problem with any work they do, their work is very good quality and very honest. Unlike some dishonest business who are only there for your money. I definitely recommend Ideal Services for any Service you need for your home. Thank you Miguel and Ideal Services!

Early morning of 8/25 I file a home warranty claim For an electrical issue in my laundry room. They assign this company to the claim. Over 24 hours go by I don’t hear from them so I call in. Never had to do this with any other companies they always reach out ASAP to schedule appointment. Strike one. So I do get an appointment scheduled for the 27th with a window from 11am-3pm. All day I hear nothing from them. Strike two. Call in at 3:30 and get told the service guy is leaving his previous appointment and is on his way to mine next. Well here we are no call no show still this evening. Strike 3. Putting complaint in with the home warranty company this is very unprofessional and shows ideal services doesn’t value their potential clients time. Communication is key to everything. I’ll be using a different company to complete the job and any future work.

Made an appointment; service company came out. They did not make repair due to miscommunications with management. We reschedule and they did not show up at all! They did not even have the common courtesy to call and let us know that they were not coming.This company shows bad business practices. I will never recommend them!

I called this company for a repair. It was last summer. I had a bad breaker in my circuit box. It was found my air conditioner repairman. This company ( Ideal) also did some work on my fuse panel inside the home. I was charged $925.00. This would have been okay but my air condition man was here again to check everything before installing a new air conditioner. Much to our surprise we found the back of the box still burned from the first breaker problem. See the picture with this. He told me that I was told about this. I should have been shown this. Instead it was like a cover up. When called out to check this again. I was told it was only cosmetic everything was fine. I was told to replace this our it would void my warranty on the new air conditioning unit. Would you feel safe with this cosmetic work on your home.????? Plus the cost to fix his problem was $2,400.00. Backed into a corner with the price. I later got a courtesy call back could fix it for $1,400.00. I got the job fix for under $60.00. So, I would think twice about using this company.

I had to deal with them through my home warranty. I booked an appointment to fix a leak/blockage which is preventing me from using my kitchen. I booked the appt on Saturday mentioning it was a rush. They could only come on Monday. The tech came and told me he had to submit for approval, my understanding was he would do that right away. I was then told by the home warranty that he hasn’t, it has been 1h30… and now the company is telling me the tech has 24h. In the meantime, I am getting a flood in my laundry room and cannot use my kitchen sink. Nothing is fixed and it seems their customer is absolutely not a priority to them. Avoid them at all cost.

(Not) Ideal Services IS THE WORST! I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. Unfortunately for us, our home warranty company (First American who are horrible as well) contracted with Ideal so we were stuck with them. If your home warranty company sends them - do yourself a favor and request a different contractor. We had an issue with a water heater replacement and it was a nightmare. They installed a cheaper, inferior model (not the model that was ordered for us by our home warranty company), they removed our recirculation pump (which provided hot water on demand) and took it away, and they did not attach earthquake seismic straps (which are required to pass code) and bent the draft hood. The installer grossly miscommunicated with us, and their manager (dispatcher) was incredibly rude and flat out lied to me stating that earthquake restaints really aren't required, the installer didn't have the proper tools, etc. Avoid using Ideal Services at all costs. They are awful. Poor workmanship and horrible customer service. By the way, we switched home warranty companies as well. It's been our experience that First American uses bad contractors probably because they bid the cheapest. Working with First American to try to resolve my issues with Ideal was another nightmare that I never want to experience again.

Edwin came on time and fixed my leaky toliet. He was quick and efficient. He did a really good job.

I had a bad light switch which controlled the outside lighting on my front door and on each side of the garage.. Ivan and Luis fixed the problem without a hitch. They are the Dream Team of electricians. I highly recommend Ideal Electric for all your electrical needs.

Just had my heat repaired by Willy with this company. He came, ordered parts, and came baxk when the parts arrived and came late to conform with my schedule. And afyer that he syayed very laye to make sure he got my heat fixed. He was very nice, professional, and did a fantastic job. Could not be hapoier with the service i received.

My poor garbage disposal started leaking from the bottom. A quick Google search told me there was no turning back. A new garbage disposal was needed. I placed a service call with my home warranty company and they assigned me to Ideal Services. The next day, a very professional woman from ideal services called me and scheduled an appointment for the next day, between 11 and 3. Victor called me around 1115 and told me he would be there in the next 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, he rang my bell. I showed him the sink and let him do his thing. About 20 minutes (maybe not even!) he let me know he was done. He left my kitchen exactly the way he found it. He was fast, efficient, and clean. Thanks Victor and Ideal Services!

Called them to fix the thermostat and temperature, because the automatic control isn't working the house gets to cold and the temp doesn't goes up. They went to check it and now the air condition is blowing a hot air. They said there is a problem with condensation or etc they came back the next day and now they said there is a problem with the mother board of the air condition. Should have never called them and complain about the house getting to cold since it's summer. This company is a SCAM and WORKERS ARE SCAMMER AS WELL I WONDER IF THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS HERE TO FIX THE AIRCON ARE ACTUALLY CERTIFIED OR JUST A CROOK stealing peoples money If I can give negative star that's what they are worth

I wish I had called Ideal Services sooner, I called two other companies prior and got the run around. We were able to get an appointment right away with Ideal Services, Brandon was our electrician he diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed it. He was the right guy for the job. He was very professional and courteous. I truly recommend Ideal Services, everyone I dealt with was very pleasant.

This company had no intentions of assisting me with my issue. I was referred to this company through my home warranty claim to repair my heating system. They were quick to come and begin the diagnostic on my system but them proceeded to keep us waiting in the coldest months here in vegas for approximately one and a half months before starting that they cant repair my system since the issue was maintenance related only. After being notified of this I simply fixed the problem myself which took about 10 minutes. I thought that I was done with this company then recieved notification that in 10 days they were taking me to collections for an unpaid billed which I never received. It was an error through the warranty company but Janine in account services truly was no help at all. I explained the situation in detail multiple times but she would only accept payment for this so called service and nothing else. I was forced to pay an extra 85 dollars plus 3% credit transaction fee to avoid collections until my warranty company resolves the issue. I was extorted in paying this amount and would not recommend this company at all.

Chris was our installer and was very professional and informative. He did a nice job with the install and cleaning up. The office staff was also very accommodating as we had a personal circumstance we had to work around. Highly recommended!!

Our garbage disposal started leaking out of nowhere. We put in a repair request through our landlord, received a phone call from this company the following day and booked an appointment for the day after. They said their technician Chris would come between 11a-3p and will call 15 min before arrival. Chris called, he came on time and was very professional. In and out in maybe 15 min. Easy fix for him. Highly recommend his services.

I have used this company many times over the years for a variety of maintenance issues as well as new projects in my home and have NEVER been dissatisfied with them. I recently used them again and wanted to share my praises only to find some really absurd complaints. They are honest and eager to provide great customer service if given the chance. I've had too many friends truly ripped off in Las Vegas so I tell everyone I know to use them! They will work with you to accommodate your schedule as much as possible, not only do they offer you a time frame for your appointment but they will call you and let you know they're on their way to your home...all you have to do is answer your phone. Their prices are very fair, because let's face it a business is in business to make money. I don't know about you but I don't go to work for free and I don't expect to hire someone to do work in my home for free either.

This is the best plumbing company that I've found. Since I've moved to Las Vegas in 2000 nine, representatives are kind and courteous. The people that come out to do your fixing. Explain things to you very clean, clean up after themselves. Very friendly. A, I wouldn't choose any other company.

Beware using them for home warranty repairs! Everything you fear about a plumber or other service person ripping you off with junk fees, over charging, and unnecessary repairs comes true with them. We had a water heater fail that was covered under our home warranty. The water heater was covered under warranty, but Ideal Services threw in all sorts of crap that we were told we had NO CHOICE but to replace, or they were not allowed to do the work. “Gas Sediment Trap”. This is simply a T in the gas line, so heavy sediment had a place to fall before getting to the water heater. Yea. I bet there’s a lot of sediment in the SW Gas natural gas lines. New earthquake straps. Mine were replaced 6 months earlier when I bought the house. New drain pan. My old pan was just fine. New ball valve. This only had to be replaced because his new Gas Sediment Trap, i.e, the “T”, changed the length of the inlet gas line. New flex lines. How much was my bill for this junk? $745.00. What a joke. Steer clear of Ideal Services. They are the kings of crap charges.

My 84 year father in law called this place to check for water leaks, they immediately told our elderly Dad that there was no way to check for leaks under ground, which is false. They then told him that the Water Main had to be replaced and that it would cost $2700 , that's with my dad doing all the trenching, cutting the concrete, and so on. Once they replaced the Water Main, he noticed the water bill was still just as high, nothing had changed or been fixed. He then did a walk around the property ( which is exactly what they were supposed to do for the free estimate) and noticed a leak that he fixed for 55 cent's. That's right folks. He paid this company $2700 because the lied to him and said his main was busted. All together after getting the concrete cut and everything he spent $4000 on the whole project. And in the end all it needed was a 55 cent cap on the irrigation system.Due to the unethical nature of this incident, an official complaint was accepted by the State of NV Contractors Board to investigate this company.*American Leak Detection provides the best service and is honest. They found our neighbors underground leak and repaired it.*

Tech came out and fixed patio porch light. Worked just fine until he left. It doesn't work again. Called the office and spoke to a Bria who was rude on the phone. They said replace the bulb which we did. As I was talking, she placed me on hold which was very unprofessional. I wish my home warranty company would have sent out better company. They charged me for a box access that it was already there and they quote me $400 to replace a cartridge that was replaced by other company for $190. I have read the reviews previously, but my home warranty insurance contracted them.My advise is to get other quotes from other companies even if the home warranty is sending them out. Usually it's free to get quotes. Many times other contractors will be cheaper even if you loose the home warranty fees.

Horrible service!!!!! Monique is a complete nightmare for a customer service representative!!!! Have not had a working sink for 4 days!!!! They called two days ago to set a appointment for a 4 hour window. After a hour of waiting I must not have heard my phone ring. I called back only 15 minutes later. Monique In her rude tone stated they have moved on to the next job!!!! They can not come till tomorrow. Hot water heater went out Sunday morning. I was contacted by dispatch and a new one was installed by 3pm the same day. Most of the cost was covered by my 1st American Home Warranty. Outstanding service done by a professional plumber.

Henry C came out for free, showed up on time, wore booties, assessed the situation and then gave me a professional estimate. Once I approved, he got to work, eventually traced the problem to an outside outlet with a VERY loose wire. If Henry C hadn't solved this a fire would have eventually started. Thank you HENRY!!!!

No no no no NO! Look at my review history, my worst review is probably the 3 stars to rc willy and that was a terrible experience. Stay away from these home insurance scammers. Called on a busted hot water heater. Used my home warranty through old republic. Old republic was not the problem. These guys come out and say the water heater has to be replaced. This much was obvious. There was some water that made it's way into the drywall. They said they needed to send out their restoration crew to check it out. They come out for their 4pm appointment at around 730 PM. Keep in mind part of their outright stealing from me was because they were late for the appointment they insisted on. They get there, check it out and take 2x2 feet of drywall out to check the damage. At this point I asked them what they were trying to charge above and beyond what the warranty company covered. They said they didn't know and that I would need to speak with the office. So we called. Without seeing anything in person, or talking with the men working at our home he had the gumption to tell me it would be 3k plus. No way no how was this 3 grand of damage. He asked if I would like them to stop and give me a more accurate quote in the morning. So they left two fans and left. This is the best part. In the morning they stuck with their joke of a quote and then said if i didn't do the work i already owed them $500 plus regardless for the work they had already completed and for the late night call. Nothing was done folks. They came out, busted my drywall and put down some fans. I called my attorney out of principal to know my options and he told me if I let them start I was pretty much stuck. I ended up paying over $400 after haggling with these clowns for hours. The actual work was completed by another company for under $800. They will tell you that you should just pay the deductible on your home insurance and let them cover it. I wonder how many elderly residents or folks who simply don't know any better get roped in by these insurance scammers. Old republic paid me to pay the real company for the water heater replacement. I have no issues with old republic. In the end I was out of pocket about a nickle for this company to come tell me my water heater was broken. Companies taking advantage of people like this should be shut down.

We had an underground mainline leak at our facility which only became apparent because of our increased water bill. Ideal Services sent out a technician to locate it and then repair it. The service was outstanding, the gentleman at the office, Eric was very nice and helpful.

Company sent by home warranty, with good reviews on here I was not worried. Tech was in and out very briefly. Did not bother walking and looking for GFI reset, if he did he missed it. Basically said circuit overload not covered by home warranty. Tech should have called me as I was not home to see if I had questions. I tried to call tech back several times the same day to ask questions. Why after a year of same appliances plugged suddenly it's overload From my personal experiences, typically you can reset GFI and if it's overload the GFI will quickly click back, unplug some appliances and it'll work. I'm not even an electrician!Nonetheless, Tech did not call back, so I called the company directly and dispatcher (nice guy) had no knowledge and Google's my questions?!?! He admitted he's not trained so I ask since tech isn't calling us back (dispatcher called 4x) who can I ask my questions. He advise me to call back Monday and ask for supervisor.I did that on Monday, and dispatcher advised supervisor was unavailable and dispatcher went ahead and advised tech to call me. The tech never called me back. In the end, it was a missed GFI reset in bathroom!!! Not circuit overload. Poor customer service and diagnose. I almost spent few hundred dollars for a mis-diagonose! Be careful! Get second opinion. No one to ask questions. Dispatcher was nice and helpful but couldn't answer my questions.

Ideal Services is the company that my home warranty (AHS) uses. I called for a problem with a ceiling fan that had stopped working (light worked but the fan would not spin). Within an hour of calling AHS I was contacted by Ideal Services for an appointment. I was given an appointment window from 0800-1200 for the following day. At Approx 0805 (the day of the appointment) I, received a call form their tech (Riley) who stated he was on his way and gave me an estimated arrival time. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem (fan motor) and stated that he could replace the fan or I could opt for the cash payout. He informed me that while they did not have the same model of fan that I currently had installed, they had a similar model. The size and the finish of their model was the same but the light fixture and globe were different. Riley went on to suggest that he might be able to swap out the light fixture and globe from my current fan to the new one. Within 35 minutes of his arrival the new fan was replaced and looked exactly like the one that was previously installed. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of Riley or Ideal Services. As long as AHS continues to use Ideal Services, I will have no reservations about their quality, timeliness of work or professionalism.

We were not getting any hot water from both of showers, although we were getting hot water out of bathroom sinks and tub. The technician accurately and efficiently fixed the issue. Very professional and thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed. Very satified!

Ideal electric was very professional. Luis found the problem right away, fixed it and his advice to me was excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous and went beyond my expectations. I’m not an easy one to please but I would rate them A+ and will recommend Ideal Electric to any of my friends and family.

They installed a water softener I bought from them. I paid $3000. It didn't work. They sent someone again and again, finally they sent a more experienced tech. Still doesn't work. They said I bought a generic one that can't work by its very nature. They recommended it to me. They sold it to me. Then they basically said go screw yourself. We'll fix it the hard way, I guess. They look a lot like thieves and fraudsters.

After a week long vacation the last thing I want to come home to was no AC. I called the Ideal because I had used them in the past and was happy to hear they could have someone out today!! Now the dread of wondering how much it will cost. We just paid for vacation and now Ac. Ugh. Thankfully David showed up just in the time frame that was promised. Within a few minutes he assured me with a nice smile that he would have the problem fixed in no time. Within half an hour the ac was back on and working!!!! It was capacitor battery that needed to be replaced. He throughly showed me the old one and explained what happened. He has a new one on his truck and put in , in no time. Fast , efficient and reasonable

Nate and Justin were very professional and knew their stuff. I've lived in my house for less than one year and when the power went out to one of my bathrooms and my outside electric, I figured I could flip the fuses in the fuse box and that would solve the problem. When it didn't and I had tried all my other options, they came in and were able to trace it to a GFI switch in the garage that I didn't even know existed. They were quick and efficient, and even though I felt stupid for not figuring it out myself, they assured me it happens all the time. They were great guys to work with

My Technician was wonderful. Dwyane is very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable of his job. He has been here for another job, and I must say, there is noone better. Ideal has an excellent, well knowledgeable and professional employee. He checked out the problem and showed the problem to me, then he made the repairs in minutes assuring me the problem had been resolved. Thank you Ideal Plumbing division for a great Technician. If ever needed, I would be more than happy to refer Ideal Services.

Chris called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and after assessing my shower he realized that more items were needed from the store in order to properly fix my faucet. So he apologized for the inconvenience and promptly ran to the store to buy everything needed to complete the job. He worked fast, efficiently and was very professional when explaining everything that was wrong and why he needed certain items to fix it. He definitely took his time to make sure there were no more leaks and cleaned up after he was done. Highly suggest requesting Chris from this company if you are having work done.

Walter came to my house and helped with an issue I had with my water softener system. He was very nice and friendly. He explained things to me thoroughly. He asked if I had any questions and made recommendations for me. If I had any future plumbing issues I would request Walter to be the technician that comes to my home!

I asked them to come out to check noisy pipes at my house. The plumber showed up and checked a valve and said it needed to be replaced. He said he would report it to our insurance company. However he reported to them that the valve was working properly, so they closed the claim. We didn’t hear back from the company. When I contacted them, they said the claim also was closed. I said, but the pipes are still making noise, and asked them why? She said the plumber didn’t have any notes as to why and she couldn’t tell me anything. She said that they would look into it and call me back. Still haven’t heard back from them. She just wanted to get me off of the phone. Still with noisy pipes.

This is the worst company in Las Vegas! It took two weeks to solve a simple leak issue. No sense of urgency, the customer service agents are utterly rude & incompetent. Left multiple complaints & canceled my home warranty for hiring these unprofessionals.

I was getting estimates for a new tankless water heater! I called ideal services and Peter came to my home! Peter was very knowledgeable about his products he installed a new norits tankless water heater! He and his helper frank where very professional and thorough! When a city inspector tells you that that installation looks fantastic you know you hired the right people! I highly recommend you use this company for your plumbing needs and ask for pete!

Very unorganized with no follow through. Tech Victor was great but randomly had another guy named Chris that came to the house two days later, was not wearing a mask, did not take his dirty shoes off in the house and seemed lost on how to troubleshoot a water heater program.We had an error light and he stated it was normal after he spent five minutes on YouTube and Google. We gave our make, model and error code ahead of time so they would be prepared.Victor states the water heater is leaking internally and needs to be replaced. Chris said it’s the pressure engine. Obviously two things are wrong.Chris said he was more senior than Victor which is why he had to come out for a second opinion but seemed to know nothing about our water heater not heating.He unplugged our recirculating motor and left. Now, of course we have no hot water because multiple items are not working.Problem called in on 4/6 and promised several steps of follow through and two returned calls and still no responses.

So, I just had to worst service ever...I had someone tell me that plunging a toilet is not normal wear and tear on a toilet because the seal broke while plunging...They do not want to honor there warranty of 90 days because of this. Not to mention someone came out on the 29 of may to fix it and said they had to oder a thicker glue, and that they would call me within the next 2 days bit, they never did. And now that it is june they say the warrenty has past any way. I am very upset with there service and the way there phone people handle these situations. Very rudely...

This company is awesome. They came out on a day notice and even on a Sunday. Erik the technician had great friendly customer service and was very patient in explaining what the problem was with our broken air conditioner

Miquel came to service due to stoppage however was not successful. Miquel did not listen to my complaint. He quoted a outrages price for a cleanout procedure that I already had in my home resulting in over charging me for something I didn't need.......can't trust this company.

We have been working with this company through our home warranty through First American. We have not received any “service” at all, and the company just answers the phone and leaves you on hold all day. We still have no working washing machine and can’t get ahold of anyone, absolutely disgusted with this
