Be aware! I had called to have my water dispenser removed. I had the components disconnected from underneath but did not have the proper tools to take off the spout. Talked to Carl and told him exactly what needed to be done. He quoted a price of $19.95. I was pleased with their honest and fair approach; nevertheless, I asked him twice more if that's going to be the total cost with no surprises when his rep showed up? He confirmed and reassured me 'that's not the way they operate'. The rep showed up on time and took a look.
Rep: It'll cost you $176
Me: But I told Carl the exact situation and was quoted $19.95 total
Rep: Ma'am, that's just for my trip, my time and my gas
Me: That's why I asked and confirmed with him 3 times
Rep: Ma'am, it'll be $176! Do you want it done or not?
Me: There must be a mistake, let me call Carl.

TL came to our house to fix the AC. He text me and told me to call him when I got home. I didn’t have to fuss with any long window times. He was professional and courteous. My toddlers were running around the house and he was more than happy to be kind and speak to them. He had my AC running within the hour. Best service I have ever had.
I reached out to the Active after our water heater broke, they offered a better price and warranty, came in the next day and replaced the heater quickly. The tech is professional and knowledgable. I'll use them again.

LV Water District was complaining about a leak on the property. My neighbor used this company and raved about thier work. I was called by them in the morning and the leaky faucet was replaced in less then 6 hours, same day by T.L.

I hired Active Plumbing to install a natural gas line in my home, with permits pulled and inspection. They installed the natural gas line in my home on January 25th. They were paid-in-full for the project.
However Active Plumbing never pulled a building permit , nor had the work inspected. They have given me , 6 different dates as to when the building permit and inspection would occur. Nothing happened.
The last conversation with the Owner, Eddie, he told me it was hard to pull a permit.
I am a senior citizen. I have written and called them and asked for a resolution. They have not responded. They took my money and I believe they have abandoned my unfinished project. Their reported 100% customer service does not exist.

I love that they were available to come out and install a water heater the same day. Even when I was indecisive on whether to use them. Opio came to inspect the first time, he was though and knowledgeable in explaining the problem. Willing to do the work that moment. I hesitate because I thought I could do it cheaper. After calling different company out they seem like handyman. So I called Active Plumbing back which was the next day; and Issac came and did the work the same day. Their uniform are professional looking and their mannerisms was excellent. I felt confident I made the right decision. The water heater looks so nice and I finally have some hot water after being without for 5 days. I highly recommend.
I have used this company for plumbing and for A/C installation and repair. They are friendly, professional, on time or early. They ALWAYS explain what needs to be done and do it right. Never had to have them come fix what they were paid to fix the first time.

They replaced a connection fitting from wall to toilet and finished hooking up a bidet that we had started. They also flushed our tankless water heater with vinegar water, something we did not know should be periodically done. We decided to sign up for their service plan. The specialist not only diagnosed the problem with my toilet (root blockage), which I honestly found hard to believe, but gave me a reasonable estimate on the repair. My toilet continued to plug up so easily that I called him back to complete the repair. Upon removing the toilet, I was shocked to see that he was exactly correct and there was about 18” of roots almost the entire circumference of the sewer pipe. I am amazed anything actually flushed. He completed the repair, reinstalled the toilet, and charged me LESS than the initial quote. I could not be happier with the company or their specialist! !!

We had a seasonal maintenance check up scheduled. Prior to the date of the service we were notified of a time window they would be coming. The maintenance technician (TL) called early and arrived precisely on time. After a complete thorough checkout on both the AC and Heating of two systems everything was in good working order. It really pays to have the scheduled maintenance of a reputable business who you can trust to continually check the systems seasonally. TL let us know that the Duct Work will need to be cleaned in the future. Dust can be a problem in Las Vegas so we wanted to go ahead and get it done now before it got any worse. TL was able to get us scheduled the very next day for the duct cleaning. We appreciate this level of honesty and service and will continue to use them in the future. Incredibly good product these guys have with the people they have working for them. We are solid customers with Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning!

I have not had a lot of faith in some of the companies I have used in the past, but after seeing Active Plumbing add and calling for service for flushing out my water heater, the agent name TL, was so knowledgeable and professional we had him check our Ac unit before we turn it on for the summer, because we always had one part of the house cooler than the other, he checked out everything showed us what was happening with our unit, fixed it, he was clean, very pleasant and now we have a company that I feel comfortable with using and will be calling them again to check our heating system in fall. GREAT COMPANY and DEFINITELY GREAT STAFF.
So sorry that I forgot to leave a review! I accidentally skipped this part! Anyway... Tony came out and solved my dilemma quickly, and on a Sunday night! Tony did an excellent job of replacing my mothers water heater. We called late in the afternoon and they had Tony come out to her house within an Hour to look at her failed water heater that had begun leaking water. I thought they would come over to see what needed done and be back sometime the next day. He had a replacement in his truck and offered to replace it that night. He stayed until 1am to ensure the job was completed correctly. He repaired her recirculating pump and several other things that he found in the in the process but honored the price he quoted her. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism and the extra time he took to make sure the job was done correctly. He left the area clean and tidy and everything is working great. I would definitely recommend Tony and use this company again.

The person who was supposed to show up at my house and see what the problem is called me at 1:20 p.m. said he would be here in 40 minutes it is now 2:30 and still hasn't showed up when you call them and they put you on hold it says if we are going to be delayed for any reason we will give you a call that never happened and they said they're always on time which is another lie I would not recommend this company to anybody
I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services at Active plumbing and air conditioning. TL was very polite and more than helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care of faster than I could make it to the bank and back. Someone actually answered a phone on a Saturday night and got me scheduled for service on Sunday as my AC was blowing hot. Josh showed up the next morning diagnosed it as a capacitor... got that put right on... did a little minor maintenance while he was there.. prompt friendly on time will definitely use again..

No day is ever good to have a plumbing issue, BUT this one was horrible. Flooded my whole downstairs bathroom. After dealing with my home warranty company and getting the run around I called Active Plumbing. I wasn't going to be home until after 6pm and the plumber Chris said it was no problem coming out late. He explained the issue and gave me several different options to resolve my issue. He stayed until almost 9pm making sure the job was complete. If you have plumbing issues, Active is the only call you need to make.
Vendor was professional. Came out and identified problem fast and gave options for repair. Came back next day and replaced unit quickly.
Tony was great and answered all questions. We will definitely use this company again.

Active Plumbing came out to fix my master bath faucet. Another local company wanted $430- plus labor to replace my satin nickel finish faucet. Active Plumbing fixed it, parts and labor together cost me $138. Very, very happy with their service and honesty!

I contacted them to get an estimate on a a/c unit. I sent a text through the website and within 30 minutes I got a call back. The agent was friendly and professional. A tech came out within 30 minutes of the call. TL was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained in detailed and was very honest. I contacted Active Plumbing because of the good rating on Google. Unfortunately, they are extremely over priced. They provided an initial price for a plumber to come out to the house. Upon arrival the plumber looked and listened to the toilet when flushed and stated it was the fill valve. He had the invoice already filled out with the initial amount for service call and additional amount to replace the fill valve for a total cost of almost $350.00. They do not include the cost for the service call into the repair cost which other companies do. I did not have them complete the repair.
I did a Google search on the average cost for toilet fill valve replacement and it is 1/2 the amount this company wanted to charge.
If you are looking for repair at an affordable cost this is not the company for you.

My house is thirty years old after three slab leaks due to minerals in ground foundation my copper lines began to leak so asked around what to do and needed complete re-route water supply I was recomeded through word of mouth and great work ACTIVE PLUMBING due that they being in business form many years and great business ethics, to say that I now have great water pressure in my home and they have also replaced my bathroom shower valves FANTASTIC !.

Found our water heater leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Figured would be multiple days before I could get it fixed. They answered the phone right away at 5pm on a Saturday. Had someone out within 2 hours to take a look. Current water heater still had warranty so made sure I got a warranty replacement. Would’ve even installed that night if I wanted it done but opted for next morning. Tony arrived on time. Was professional and cleaned up after himself and had hot water again within 2 hours. Would highly recommend active plumbing if you have any sort of plumbing emergency.

Horrible service. The drivers are not very considerate or intelligent enough to pay attention on the road. Almost caused us to hit pedestrians because he swerved in Our lane. It is illegal to text and drive and the driver neglected the laws of Nevada. After the incident the driver rolled his window down and tried to provoke my husband in a fight in a very aggressive manner. I will never use the services

I needed a natural gas grill connected to a a natural gas built in stub at a new build house. The tech was able to show up day of requested which was a huge plus. Woke up with no hot water. Pilot wouldn't light. First plumber I called said my water heater was old and recommended replacing for $1575. Called Active Plumbing and spoke with Carl. He said it's probably just a bad gas control valve. Danny showed up within and hour and replaced the valve and saved me hundreds! He also showed me how to flush the sediment out of the tank to prolong the life of my water heater. Great company! Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Tony for my clogged pipe issue. Before arriving he called a few times to let me know his ETA which I greatly appreciated! He was super personable and did a great job with my kitchen sink, even gave me some tips and pointers! I really appreciated that cuz I am a first time homebuyer and kinda feel like I got hoodwinked with this house :(

I guess I should explain what happened, so our AC went out last night, and we were able to schedule something for this morning. One of the few companies that could get someone out so quickly and with a more precise timeframe. It is always difficult to find reliable, honest home services when moving to a new city. I needed some creative plumbing work and called two plumbers who did not know how to resolve the issue and then said they would do research and get back to me...they never did. In desperation, I found ACTIVE PLUMBING and they were able to do the work on the first visit as if it were routine. Because of this I called them back to replace all of my old hose bibs that were leaking and later had a water conditioner installed, and later a water softener. When one of the hose bibs and pipes began to leak 6 months later, ACTIVE PLUMBING promptly did all of the repairs at no cost since their work is guaranteed. No hassle. From the first contact with the receptionist to the completion of the work they show that they are there to satisfy the customer. They listen to your needs, give advice as to how the work should be done, and then complete the task. They happily answer all of the customer questions. They arrive on time and complete the work in a timely manner.Clean up after the job is done is immaculate. Some might complain about cost of work done, but I have no problem paying a tiny bit more than Joe the handyman plumber charges in order to have long lasting, quality work. If you need any plumbing work done and want it done right, call ACTIVE PLUMBING. You will not be disappointed and will become a loyal fan like I have.

My experience from start to finish with this company has been incredibly good!! Those I spoke to on the phone were great. So polite and helpful. TL was thorough and honest.
Called Active Plumbing for A/C repair, on the 16th of August, they schedule a technician to stop by on the following day to give us an estimate, the technician showed up 5 minutes earlier and after asking a few questions grabbed his tool box, and before we know it he was on the roof. There were multiple repairs needed, at first he recommended installing a new A/C due to the age of the existing unit, but because this was very costly I asked TL the tech if he can first try fixing it. he was reluctant at first, but then he said he would try his best, the initial estimate was $1000, that I accepted, after 45 minutes he came down and said there was another part that was damaged and the repair cost and part was an additional $900, I accepted, but I told him he needs to give me a discount, he left ,purchased the part and replaced it. He stopped by around noon and around 3:05 pm a part that physically looked good was faulty, and he also found out that our thermostat was faulty as well, so he changed the contactor and the thermostat, and he said this was another $400-$500 job. Once TL finished, the compressor kicked in and inside the house was 90 degrees, but the temperature started dropping gradually. He set the thermostat at 74 degrees as I asked for, wrote the bill and the total was $1895, for 3 1/2 hours job. Although it seems like it's a lot of money but when your A/c quits working for days and the room's temperature inside the house go up gradually, there is not much option left, especially when you have an A/C that is over 20 years old and in the past 13 years the only part changed in it was the fan motor. But I must admit that the tech (TL) was very professional and tried to help us out. And as a result so far in the past 5 days the A/C has been working fine. Last year my next door neighbor had issues with his A/C and I noticed the Tech(s) from the company he had hired to repair his A/C were on his roof 4 different times in a one-week period. Same company, same van. i highly recommend Active Plumbing, and I am grateful that they gave me a next day appointment , also I am glad that the Technician was very knowledgeable and professional, if you decide to hire this company for your A/C repairs ask for TL. he knows his business and does not waste any time. We greatly appreciate what TL did for us in such short time. Some companies will not even touch your A/C if it's that old. THANK YOU, ACTIVE PLUMBING.

The guy came out and explained to me what my ac needed . So I went to appliance parts and brought the the needed parts and installed the parts which got my ac back up and running with out tripping the circuit breaker. But the only problem was it was still blowing warm not cold air.So I called them back thinking I finally found an honest company to deal with. S I I called them again to have a guy come out to add more refrigerant to my system after all I had replaced the fan motor, blades,contacter.capasitorso the only thing left would be to add more refrigerant to my system. Do you know the technician refused to come out to add refrigerant to my system. It's like once they find out your not buying a whole new system they don't want to deal with you any longer. I say to all home owners if you find a reliable company here in las vegas you can depend on without having to buy a complete new system hang on to the and please by all means let us new homeowners know who to call.

Thankfully, I chose Active Plumbing to install two hose bibs onto the balcony of my home. This project involved some intricate, on-the-spot planning and difficult work: Connecting and snaking an insulated hose from a water softener in the garage, inside and up the wall, across the entire length of the attic through trusses(above a vaulted ceiling), and out onto the deck on a 110 degree day. I took several (four) bids for the project. One bid was ridiculously high, one bid pleasantly low but with a ridiculous plan, and two reasonable bids in the middle. Luckily, I followed my gut feeling and went with this company. The plumbers, Chris and Jacob, were polite, informative, and extremely professional. I highly recommend them.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Tl and the rest of the staff at Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning.
Last week I scheduled an AC tune up with Geottl. The tech came out and not only spent the appointment trying to 'upsell me' on unnecessary add ons and upgrades, but did not properly reassemble my AC unit at the end of the service call. That night my AC unit was louder than normal, and out of extreme fear, I turned off the system and refused to use it until I had a second opinion.
I made a call to Active Plumbing after seeing reviews on Yelp and Next-door app.
I am unsure of his name, but the representative the answered the phone got me on the schedule for the earliest date possible, and promised to inspect the system for any issues.
Tl came out and went above and beyond to ease my fears. He reassembled my AC unit that the Geottl tech left half assembled, and checked the crawl space to ensure additional harm was not done.
Tl was kind, and patient in explaining what he was doing, and why behind each action. The education piece is what will ensure I am a life long customer.
I will recommend this company to my neighbors, coworkers and friends from now until the end of time. Customer service and transparency with the consumer is what made this company stand far above from the rest of the competition for me. Their service is second to none!

Liked the web ad and phoned them believing that I had a serious leak in my 12 year old water heater. Chris arrived in less than one hour and made a quick assessment. My water heater was OK but I had a leak in another water line. He fixed it in short order and presented me with a very fair bill. What these people do is buy your review from you. They offer a discount if you leave a good review and to me that's pretty shady. We paid over $500 dollars to have our system recharged that was only a little low according to the tech and it made absolutely no difference to the efficiency from what we can tell. They charged us for 2 lbs of refrigerant at $100/lb and I know for a fact he didn't use 2 lbs since he said the system only holds 2 lbs and all he did was top it off. We purchased the maintenance agreement for 1 year but after that expires we will be finding another company to do business with.
One of your drivers cut me off when he was on a right turn only while we were exiting the 105 freeway. I had to swerve my way out so I wouldn't get hit because I had my kids with me. Please train your middle eastern driver a bit better and tell them not to do brainless things while driving in a company vehicle because it will come back to them eventually.

They accommodated me with a same day appointment. The technician Tony was on time and very professional, he diagnosed the problem & the price he quoted was very fair and reasonable. I called them, after my home warranty sent their guy, who took 3 photos, left, then reported the whole unit needed to be replaced. I then called Active, to get a second opinion. They sent Tony, WHO ACTUALLY BROUGHT TOOLS! He then repaired the heater... Like, in 20-30 minutes. He then discussed with me about possibly needing to replace the unit, which I was much more open to the idea of when he didn't just look at the unit for 5 seconds and call it dead. Quite satisfied.
Called, and within 45 minutes, Chris S. was at my home (He loves dogs and was so good with my puppy). He quickly diagnosed I needed a new water heater, and within a hour, I was back with a new water heater. I couldn't recommend this place, and Chris enough. Our house is 34 years old and just like humans our pipes and plumbing are breaking down. We have experienced faucet leak and replacement, mixet valve replacement, garbage disposal replacement, main sewer drain jetted, and now main water line to street replacement. They are my plumbers of choice. Stephen is professional and personable. Quality of work is exceptional and down time minimal. Do you have to pay a price? Sure you do. But I am not calling Stephen again for what he has already repaired. I have experienced cheap and Active Plumbing has repaired everything the last plumber was supposed to have fixed. If you want cheap call Uncle Bob and then a plumber in six months to fix the same thing again. Unless Uncle Bob is a real plumber then you are lucky. The laborer Bernie was the absolute best. He had a wonderful work ethic and Active Plumbing should keep him very happy. His attention to detail was exceptional. Very polite and professional. I called up a plumber to swap out a flapper in my toilet bowl. He literally replaced this part with old part from his truck and hooked it with a washer -see photo.He then asked for 280$ for repair. THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE RIP OFF. Be aware before calling them. The plumber tried to rip a military member off on a Memorial Day weekend.

So apparently I have a water heater that has hard to find parts. The technician Opie was friendly and knowledgeable and tried really hard to find someone in our city who could replace this part ASAP. Although ultimately I will be waiting for my hot shower I was impressed with the service and professionalism of this company.

TL is the man.
We woke up this morning to find our water heater leaking, and needed someone out to fix it, Fast! We called Active Plumbing because of their 24/7 emergency line - and reached Chris on the 2nd ring. He was at the gym, but promised to call us back within 30 minutes.
About 10 minutes later, Chris called and we explained our situation. He said he could come out around noon to check everything out. He arrived right on time, and immediately detailed all of the options available to us.
One unexpected surprise is that he went to the trouble to see if our current water heater was still under warranty. It was, and we would be entitled to a substantial discount if we stayed with the same brand.
We told Chris that we wanted to have a higher capacity heater, and unfortunately this was not an option. He did go over the physics of how our water softener shortens the life of our water heater, and we might want to consider a tankless solution. He patiently went over all of the options with us: Stay with the current brand, upgrade to a new brand, go with a standard tankless or go with a premium tankless.
The tankless option was clearly the best, but we were concerned that it may take a few days to install. It required an electrician and a special gas line - not to mention the basic install of the heater itself.
Chris assured us that he would take care of everything, and it would be ready by the end of the day. We signed up - and he got to work. He arranged for the electrician, who showed up within the hour to run the dedicated electrical line. He ran the new dedicated gas line, and arranged for the gas company to come out and hook it up. In the interim, he attached our existing gas line - which is permitted until the new line can be attached and tested. He removed our old water heater, and cleaned up the area after he was finished.
Chris worked non-stop until about 6pm, and did a masterful job. Everything is installed, running - and it looks great.
I can't imagine a better customer service experience than the one we received from Active Plumbing.
TL was great and had my AC fixed and running in less than an hour! Great service overall.

I work for a Property Management Company and we deal with a lot of vendors. An owner asked me to call Active Plumbing to request an estimate on a repair at her property. I have never dealt with such a rude, condescending vendor as Eddie @ Active Plumbing. He was very unprofessional, would not even allow me to talk as he had already spoken to our owner and said she was crazy and hung up on me. Who does business this way? Replacing 30 year old toilets. Broken flange. Eddie was out within 2 hours of phone call and had helped repair/replace the old flange so I could finish installing new toilet. THEN water leak in front yard near sprinkler system - Water service leaks and anti siphon valve needed replacing. First off they came out first thing in the morning and at least repaired enough of the leaks that I could turn water back on to house. When they had the time, Jerry came back out (on the hottest day of the year- so far) and finished full repair of pipes in front yard. Did a clean job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Their pricing is insane, and sell you work you don't need. After their estimate of $997.00 went to Home Depot, bought two augers for $85.00, a new toilet for $118.00, cleaner for $15.00. My neighbor and I installed the new toilet in 20 minutes, cleaned both drains in 15 and fixed a few other things along the way. $225.00 and one hour, better than $997.00 and a royal mess after, and of course they would find other crisis' along the way. Run don't walk from this company !!!

My water heater sprung a leak at 10 pm Friday night, shut the water off and called Active Plumbing at 8 am Saturday morning about it. Problem was I use propane and finding on on Saturday could be difficult, but Active found one, was here shortly after 1 pm and Chris was totally professional in swapping it out. He was finished by 2:30. I could not have asked for better service than I got Active and Chris. Active has a new customer now. Awesome job Chris.

I would like to start off with how they came on time & how friendly their employees were. TL was our A/C technician and he was fast and efficient and knew the problem quick. He made sure to give me every detail of the problem verbally and on paper. Never seen someone get the job quick like TL ! We will be calling him for any repairs we may need on our AC Unit moving forward. 100% recommend ! You won’t be disappointed.
We were notified by Active Plumbing and Air conditioning that the technician would be arriving in approximately 40 minutes right at the beginning of the appointment window. TL the tech introduced himself and went to work to determine the problem. He identified a leak in the condenser causing the system to lose it's refrigerant. He contacted Bryant the manufacturer and provided the information needed to process a warranty claim. Since he was told the part would be a minimum of three days out he made temporary repairs so the system would be useable until the condenser came in. TL kept up informed at every step, offered options when possible and explained everything he did. When Bryant responds on the warranty information he will get back with us and schedule permanent repairs.

We called around the valley for economical pricing for our commercial office to be serviced. Since we’ve bought the property we have not serviced our A/C unit and worried about the summer.
Once we called and heard Active explain their process and affordable pricing. We schedule and their Tech TL came on time and in a professional manner. TL told us what needed to be fixed and also informed us on other things but made very good cost analysis for us. Kept our budget in mind. Moving forward for all A/C and plumbing needs we will be using this firm.
I don’t have enough space to praise this business and the two gentlemen who attend us.

Years ago our water heater failed on a early Sunday morning. Water was everywhere. There were then phone books and I started calling the A's at about 5;30AM. ACTIVE was the first one that answered, and it happened to he the owner. He said he would be at our house in 2 hours. We live about an hour from their shop so I was very impressed when he arrived in 1 1/2 hours. He replaced the appliance and even squeegeed the garage floor helping to clean away the watery mess. They will continue to be the only plumber we use.
Overall experience with the company has been amazing, used them a couple times now and will continue to do so! Very quick to respond with service, realistic with times and expectations which is very appreciated. TL was great, very educated and experienced on the systems. Highly HIGHLY recommend

Look. All of these guys were very friendly. The person who came over did a very good job. But at the end of the day I was charged $250 (they were talking up to $400) for a job that literally only took the guy 30 mins to do (he actually left my house for 20 mins) then came back so for all I know it only took 10 mins. He had to replace 2 12” scheduled 80 pipes that went into a water filtration system because there was a small leak. I decided to go with a licensed professional because the guy who originally installed the system was unlicensed and some random guy on craigslist but overall he did a pretty good job and only charged me $300 for the whole job. So to charge $250 for this job just makes me feel like I was kind of taken advantage of. Anyhow, if you go with these guys you might pay more but they get the job done.
And to put this in perspective, I have a licensed guy who is working on my A/C unit right now. He will clean the coils and will do other preventative maintenance like checking air filters, taking pictures, checking for damage, etc. The job is estimated to take 1 hour and a half and he is only charging $59 bucks (ok it might be a special but still)! My advice is to just do your homework.

Today, after contacting over 5 different plumbing companies in my area, and reading each company’s review list on Google; I took a step out on ‘Faith’ after a brief prayer, and called this family owned and operate company called, ACTIVE PLUMBING & AIR CONDITIONING, here in the Las Vegas valley.
I am so very grateful that I did, for this company sent Tony to my home the very same day. Tony was a very polite, extremely experienced, professional, as well as a down to earth technician. He immediately identified and explained everything involved in my repair, as well as provided me with precautionary maintenance instructions, that helped eliminate additional future problems he identified in the awkward construction of this faucet’s concurring plumbing leak. Needless to say, I have had three previous licensed plumbers service this faucet within this year, from large renown companies in the Las Vegas valley. All had provided excruciating cost estimates & service. However, this technician; Tony, did not take my money, preform temporary quick fix work and leave, as the previous license professional plumber had; but, fix the leak the right way — on his very first visit. He assessed the problem, applied the extra muscle and additional elbow grease, and was done in no time. Moving quickly and with ease, he fixed my leak, and was on his way. His price was reasonable, simple and fair. ….After many weeks of fighting frustration and worry regarding that concurring costly plumbing problem….I finally am able to relax.

Had a wonderful experience with Active Plumbing! Woke up in the morning with a wet floor and a water heater with a blown lining. I had called looking for a part to Perform a diy unit repair(not recommended, hire a professional) Carl had spoken to me about a number of different scenarios. But he had taken the time to actually try to help me vs the handful of other companies I had called, who essentially hung up on me. TL Biggs answered the phone! No “leave a message”! I told him about our leaking water heater, and asked him if he had time to check it out. He said, “absolutely”. With a few hours he arrived and accessed the situation. We needed a new water heater, and we told him we wanted a good one. (The one that died was only 7 years old) He offered to install a Bradford White commercial quality, 10 year guarantee. This was exactly what we wanted. They are not cheap, but it’s worth every penny to know that you will have hot water everyday, all day long. He installed the product the next morning. At the same time our shower started running—all night long it dripped and kept us awake. TL fixed that for us the same morning as the water heater install. Great service! He is our go to guy from now on.

Carl as well as the technician who came out to our Las Vegas home were very unprofessional—especially when they were confronted on the idea of the remaining leak after they charged $500 to NOT fix the problem. The conversation with Carl resulted in him speaking with less disregard for the customer and more interest in not refunding the repair cost he promised he would. This is after the technician came out to reassess the first faulty job and stated he did not remember doing the job less than a week prior to that day—we were not comfortable letting him back in with the creepiness of that idea. It seems that, as long as you pay the hefty fee, they will pretend to be in your interest. As soon as you have a question about their poor service, the truth of who they really are is revealed. Save your time, aggravation and money—call someone else!

Called for a water heater leaking. Eric was here within 20 minutes. He told us we needed to replace it and he could replace it within about 2 hours. I want to first thank Tony, the plumbing professional sent out to help me! We had a kitchen sink that was backed up and to the point my kitchen flooded and it stinked! First, Carl at Active responded to me quickly and assessed the situation and was able to let me know when he could send someone out and was very flexible with my schedule as I work long hours and simply could not wait for a Monday through Friday company. Other companies wanted to charge a premium because of the time they came out, but Active was able to accommodate me. Tony reached out to me promptly and coordinated when I was going to be home. As soon as he got here, he assessed the sink and gave me the best case and worst case scenario of the problem. He got right to it and truly made sure he cleared the clog by snaking from the house all the out through the main line and ensuring he could see the snake. He was professional and super thorough he knocked the clog out entirely. He made sure he ran water and everything was cleared before he closed up. I appreciate a company that has very professional staff, are trustworthy, and are not trying to upsell any services or overcharge. Tony from Active plumbing flushed the water heater. After, I requested a quote to replace 2 hose bibbs. I thought the hose bibbs were threaded onto the waterline so I struggled to remove it.
Since Tony was already working on the water heater, I asked him to look at it.
Upon further investigation, Tony pointed out it was soldered onto the line. Tony provided a fair price to replace both hose bibbs.
Tony was very professional, thorough and completed the work in a timely manner.
He kept the work areas clean and answered all my questions.

Called Eddie this morning after discovering a water leak in the pipe coming from the water heater. In an hour Jerry arrived to remedy the situation which he did in less than a half hour.
Very courteous and quick to fix the problem.
Active will remain at the top of my list for any plumbing issues.
Thank you for coming out on Memorial weekend.

Received a great deal on Angies List: $49 for camera drain inspection. 2 men arrived during the requested time slot, very clean, very professional, answered all my questions without a big sales pitch. Great guys. Thank you.

As a fellow tradesman I would say these guys are good honest guys. We have done work side by side and I would not review them if I were any less than impressed. I'm very picky when it comes to detail and the serviceman that I have seen here are of high standard.
They were fast at responding to my request for service. TL got the system running and left us with a couple of options. Great service. TL thank you for fixing ac.

I hired them to fix a leaking toilet. Carl was in good contact throughout. Tony was the tech who came to my house. He did a great job. He was diligent working to fix the problem despite the late hour. Very happy with the service.

Great company always on time and fast.
Noticed a stream of water from the driveway on Saturday afternoon and traced it back to the hot water heater. Turned off the main water supply. Called the number left on the heater from last time. Josh W. came by a few hours later, implemented a bypass and got the water turned back on in the house. Came back Sunday morning and got hot water flowing back through the house. Between Carl from dispatch, and Josh W. the technician, in less than 24 hours on a weekend, we went from all bad, to all good. Five star review! Thank-you guys! Until next time...
I called the company to see if someone can come out to take a look at some plumbing issue I was having. They had someone out literally in 1 hr. Op and Wyatt were the two folks who came to my home. Both were very professional. Educated me on some of the plumbing issues I was having and gave me tips on ways to prevent for future. Definitely appreciate the info and the service they provided me.

From the moment that I met with TL, my encounter with Active Plumbing was really very professional. Every step in the process, from the initial discussion of purchase options, to the installation of the A/C coil was top notch. While TL was waiting for the coil to be delivered, I asked if he could check the other three A/C units. TL was amazing, he found issues with a filter and capacitor. He replaced them at no additional charge! He even went into the attic during a Vegas summer day, about 115 degrees out and checked those units. I have had at least four other A/C companies out and felt like I was bothering them with my A/C problem. I will definitely call this company again!
