Paid $75 for them to come out through our home warranty, they came out that same night which we appreciated and the tech was very friendly. However, that was where the good experience ended. Home warranty was going to pay for new water heater and labor but we got a crazy and vague invoice from Allstate Service Group for $1,500+ for 'non-covered fees' to 'install' the water heater 'up to code'. When I asked them for a breakdown of the $1,500.00+, they couldn't give it to me and was told a supervisor would call. Never got an answer. Home warranty got some crazy breakdown about 'modifications' that were never discussed with me (I have an HOA so this is wild that they thought they could just modify my house without discussing things with me) and cannot even imagine how they came up with modification standards within the few minutes the tech was at my house (unless he is able to measure things with his eyes). Further, they did not even provide me with these 'modification' details when I asked for the breakdown. Overall, I know there is no way I was going to pay an additional $1,500 on top of what my warranty was paying to get a water heater replaced. That is nearly $2,000 in total. Absolutely shady.

Sent for inspection from our property management. Arrived before schedule, very knowledgeable and courteous. Changed the filter and washed the air conditioner. Also checked the vents. Very pleased.

Water heater stopped heating and they came out next day (filed claim with warranty company) . Of course it was over a holiday weekend and a part need to be ordered but thankfully the Vegas heat had a nice amount of warm water in the tank to manage a few days. The company kept us informed and the tech squeezed us in after hours the same day if getting the part. Yay! Technician was professional, courteous, friendly and timely.
Roberto was my plumber, he showed on time, and completed the job quickly and professionally. He made sure I understood what was wrong and how he was going to correct it. He also followed COVID19 guidance by kepting a safe distance, minimized touching of surfaces in my house and wore a face mask the whole time.
This was my first time using Allstate Service Group. I was happy with the service and price.

Needed to repair hot water leak underneath kitchen floor. The company was very competitive with their pricing and showed up as scheduled. I am happy with their work and hopefully I will not need to call them for any repairs from their work. Our plumbers that routed new hot water lines throughout the lower levels was professional and respected our home as he was very careful with covering areas that may get dirty.

Roberto came and installed a few shutoff valves for me and was an absolute professional. Knew his stuff and helped me diagnose another problem I was having while he was here. They do the job
This company has excellent customer service. I just had a toilet replaced and they did a wonderful job. The year before I had a problem with my kitchen sink. I called a plumber who did not fix the problem, so I called Allstate Service Group to come and fix the kitchen sink, and yes they fixed the issue. This company has been consistent in taking care of my plumbing issues. I highly recommend them to everyone.
In two days, I have had service performed on two separate areas requiring repair. Allstate sent two different technicians and each was excellent in his specified field.
If all technicians are as knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous as the two who provided service to my home, I’d use this company for every area they serve.

Absolutely the worst!!! Bought water heater from Lowe's and paid for installation. Received a call from AllState to schedule install between 3-6 pm. At 6 pm I had to call and ask where installer was, put on hold and then told installer running late. They then assured me by 7 pm he would be here. Well it's 8 pm and no installer or call. I call and then receive call back from installer stating his paperwork has different name and he can't install water heater. After an hour of dealing with Lowe's and getting manager involved they are now coming out to install. Worst customer service.
Update. Came downstairs Friday morning to water coming up through my flooring. To my complete horror, the water heater was leaking from the connection. I am now in the middle of a construction zone. My living room is taped and sealed w plastic, Direct TV main box is
disconnected so currently no tv. AllState told me to file claim on my insurance and they would pay my deductible, wow! So now they have completely torn my house apart and told me 2-3 weeks before they finish, because they are now trying to blame Lowe's for defective water heater. Their plumber came to my house and had to borrow my ladder and tools. Now I have their people out here sneezing and walking around my house. I will be at Nevada State Contractors Board first thing Monday morning. Complete disaster and owner hasn't even called me or been out to my house.
Here is the update. My house still isn't finished and then they were scheduled to come out yesterday and guess what? They call running hours behind after no call at time they were supposed to arrive and reschedule for today. They show up and then call me at work to inform me the sink that they were supposed to reinstall was now leaking in the laundry room. That they were going to do me a favor and repair. Do me a favor? They were the ones working on it and then proceeded to check upstairs bathroom to find excuse for the new damage. I come home and everything ripped out of my laundry room including the counter and wall. Ripped out baseboard in my living room. Now have fans once again in my house and house ripped apart. The owner won't even call or show his face. I am filing complaint at Nevada State Contractors Board and filing lawsuit against these guys. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS YOU CAN!!! They have no business being a licensed contractor in the state of Nevada.

This company goes above and beyond your expectations. My issue was every time I washed clothes, water would spill all over my floor. They came out and diagnosed the issue and took care of it. They also offered information regarding maintenance of your pipes that I was completely unaware. I'm very appreciative of their professionalism and expertise. I definitely will be doing business with this company in the future.

Horrible customer service. Technician was unprofessional and tried to charge my tenant the service fee instead of billing the company directly. Once tenant refused to pay, the technician left without giving her an update on the situation. No one from All State Service Group tried to contact our office for this service fee. My tenant has now been without hot water for over a week. I will not be using or recommending this service to my owners ever again as this is the second time I have an issue with this company. It seems all they care about is money. Shameful.

Roberto was awesome. He was able to fix our in-the-wall plumbing leak with minimal holes (to determine the source of the leak). He replaced the old copper plumbing line with poly line (I think that is what its called). Anyway, no more leaks. Thanks AllState Service Group!

Had a water that was passed it's time. Needed to have it replaced before it malfunctioned and caused problems. This is the second time I have used Allstate and would highly recommend them. Krassimir was my technician. He does outstanding work and is very thorough. This was a difficult replacement due to a very confined work space. He worked through the difficulties and completed the job in a professional manner. I would trust him with my future plumbing needs. Please consider Allstate for you plumbing repairs.

Our AC went out on Friday. Our home warranty sent them to do repair. Technician came out on Saturday said unit was frozen. He turn it off & stated they would be able to come out the next day (Sunday) to finish it. Received call from company Saturday evening stating they can't come out until Monday because there is no one available. They advertise 24/7 emergency service. Our tem hear has been 109 degrees, my mom is a senior & has a heart condition. We explained all this & we were basically told its not there problem. They were rude to my mom. Their advertisement is false because they do not have 24/7 nor do they care about seniors. This site would not let me leave zero stars which is the only reason they have 1 star.
Water heater replacement. They quoted me a price with info from pictures I sent. I appreciated that. I also appreciated that an experienced tech came out to do the job!
Quality work, fast and won't break the wallet!
Israel was easy to work with. He diagnosed the problem and provided pictures of the issue. New tank was installed promptly. Highly recommend this company.

My experience couldn’t have been any better or easier than it was. Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber, especially if you have a leak and potential damage to your home. The great thing is that not only were they quick to respond, super friendly and professional, and had someone out ASAP, they were also able to refer me over to their restoration department to get my water damage addressed before it turned into something ugly! They made the whole process with filing a claim as easy and painless as it can be when you’re dealing with home warranty companies. Everyone I dealt with, from the dispatchers to the plumber Krasimir to Hector the one who came to clear the damage, were professional, courteous and communicative.
I will most definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to my friends and family here in Vegas!

Stephen was dispatched and he was able to come earlier than scheduled which was a great help for me. My a/c was leaking and started going into the drywall, he replaced the P-Trap explaining to me every step of the way what he was doing. The job was done in an acceptable manner, timely, professionally, and cleaned up afterwards. I was contacted of his arrival and I would use this company again.

Allstate was extremely quick and responsive when I called to have my heater serviced. Their technician was very helpful and insightful. My experience was absolutely impeccable. I’d highly recommend.
After I bought a new fridge, I was most excited for the autofill pitcher. Finally, no more Sparkletts or Brita! Turns out, the janky water line from the previous fridge didn't fit. Rather than using YouTube and wasting time and effort trying to DIY something that looked easy, I put out a project request on Yelp. Allstate responded quickly and scheduled me for a consult later that afternoon. After he came and observed the need. He gave me a quote, ran to the store, and next thing I know, I'm enjoying nice cool water that I don' have to fill myself! The quote was on point, the work done quickly and work area cleaned up, and most of all, I got it done all in one day. No hassles, no drama. Will definitely call on Allstate again for my plumbing needs in the future!

Found their service to be professional, and very willing to work with. I own an number of rentals and will be sure to place Allstate on my call list for service providers.
Miguel from All-State replaced the water softener system under my kitchen sink in March 2022, dispatched from my home warranty company, Landmark. (I also paid another $65 for Miguel to do a pre-season AC system check, and I later found that the downstairs thermostat had disconnected wiring.) After Miguel left, I found that my garbage disposer had no power, same with the dishwasher, the plumbing under the kitchen sink was leaking, the fridge had no water, and stopped making ice. I paid another $65 for a service call, and Miguel came back, then left after 5 minutes. I later noticed a funky smell, and found the water softener canister sitting in a puddle of water, and my kitchen cupboards rotting. After another $65 for a 2nd opinion, and $65 for a 3rd opinion with the home warranty company, both technicians determined that the installation was faulty. Still no icemaker/water on the fridge, still leaking pipes, and I have 4+ months of water damage in my kitchen... All-State says it's Landmark's problem, and vice versa. July, and it's still not repaired. I wouldn't trust All-State to screw in a light bulb. If they ever take care of this repair and do it right, I'll revise my review, but until then, set fire to your money, and you'll be ahead.
I needed someone pretty quickly to change my valves for washer installation. They were responsive and got me I right away. Krassimir was professional and timely!

Billed my home insurance 3 times for no work done. Gave a run around and always blamed the insurer. Joke, just do the work.
Your team wanted $150 to cut a hole in drywall , then asked for authorization after you left. I cut the hole myself, took about 5min. Team, didn't return for days, wouldn't resweat an existing connection to reduce damage being caused. Stated that the entire circuit needed to be replaced including possible removing the front of my house. Left again after saying you needed further authorization. Never came back, gave up on the job because they don't have the skill to complete it. Amateurs. Wanted to make as many 5 min house calls to rack up charges.

Home warranty had this company come diagnose why water heater wasn’t working. I’m no plumber but water wasn’t getting hot so I expected a bad heating element. I wasn’t home at time of inspection. In short he put down water heater was leaking, which it was not and home warranty would not replace because they don’t cover tank (dumped them after that news). So, called tech that came out as to why he put leaking tank and he just said “ that’s what I wrote down” I said warranty won’t cover leaking tank. He had a oh well attitude and did not care his company cost me 500 bucks. If he did his job with integrity and honesty I wouldn’t be writing this.
Had a heating/water heater issue that was a real challenge. Allstate was diligent in getting it repaired and operational. Very friendly staff!

Thé best experience with a plumbing company to date! They schedule promptly (it was a weekend when I left a request, and did not expect it). Patient and courteous. Took time to explain what could be the ways to fix the issue (I was confused after what a couple other plumbers told me).
The plumber came on time, asked if we take shoes off in the house (always appreciated). Took time to understand what is happening and think of the best way to resolve. It really felt like honest desire to help the best way possible, not just charge a lot. They did not charge a lot either, comparing to other estimates I got.

After three outrageous bids to replace our 11 year old water heater, I found Allstates website and reviews and gave them a call. The technician arrived on time and gave us a price we could afford. Very professional and I highly recommend their quality product and service.

They broke the pipe connected to my toilet and shower from the bathroom to the middle of the master bedroom. It will cost over $6000 to fix the pipe and another $5-10k to redo the concrete slab, flooring, walls, etc. When I asked for their camera footage, they said it was stolen out of the tech's car the same day I requested it and sent me a police report with no dates or details....very suspicious

My ac went out august 28. Which also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. I reached out to several HVAC companies, but their prices are crazyyyy, despite of the crisis.. i came across allstate service group and decided to give me a call. Im very happy that i did reached out to them. I explained the situation and olga (owners wife) they will diagnose the issue and provide me with an estimate. Their employees arrive as schedules, diagnose the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done and provided me with an reasonable estimate. We scheduled a date for repairs and i was surprise, they do it sooo quick, with perfection and respect to other people. Our ac is working again, and it saved us money.

The plumber, Krassimir, arrived within his time bracket, identified the cause, and replaced the faucet. Identifying a potential future problem, he then devised a simple fix. I would recommend him to any friend requiring similar help.
I have used Allstate's service twice, so far, and plan on using them again should the need arise. I first learned of them when I bought a garbage disposal and they were the contracted company who arrived to do the installation. I was happy enough with that quick and simple experience that when it came time to do a new toilet installation I simply called them directly. I received a quick turn around response time for both my email and phone messages. I was given a quote up front and that is how the quote remained through completion of the installation, as no serious hiccups or issues arised during either install. The technicians were very nice, professional, and quick.

Easy and simple to navigate
Devid Sedoplatov from Allstate Service was the plumber sent to our location. He was in a rush to leave from the moment he arrived. Very impatient and rude. He claimed he had been waiting HOURS for payment when he had only been at location 55 minutes before he sent last invoice and waited 5 minutes for it to process. The drawer he removed to get to plumbing in restroom was not replaced back properly by him. He is not a personable person and should never work with actual people.

Our technician, Johnathan, was exceptionally talented. He performed the install efficiently and quickly. We had a 95 year old woman that was sleeping in the adjacent bedroom and she was never disturbed dispute the fact that he had to break one of the floor bolts and the toilet in order to remove it. I give him 10 stars and highly recommend them.
Technician Vlad is a pro and seasoned plumber. He was on time to both appointments and very cordial. He also explained the basic patiently.
The water softener was installed and configured. Plus, I’ve hired Allstate Service Group to provide maintenance on the a/c units.

i reached them from home warranty company. they sent a guy. he just took a picture and left the house. i tried to talk with him and try to learn problem. he didnt even answer any of my question. he left.i left 2 stars to him, company called me and asked me what happened. i explained. i didnt hear anything from company, i called next day and they said they didnt hear anything from home warranty. i called home warranty and they said they didnt make any report. after they scheduled him again. he showed up and he started to curse on me in my house. he tried to hit me. then my roommate came down. he called police. he was still trying to fight with me. when i told him police is on the way, he escaped. i called to compay and explained everything. they didnt even care. just really dangerous employees. if you guys are working with them, make sure your family is safe. i made police report, if something happens, im ready to sue them

Very complex water heater situation. Vladimir was a pro and was able remove it with some help from one of the Allstate Techs. It could have been a rupture and a disaster in our home due to the age of the water heater and the placement in a utility closet was a tight fit . I recommend Allstate and ask for Vladimir He knows what he’s doing

Found Allstate Service group through my home warranty. The warranty was a bust, but my experience with this team was fantastic. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and were very professional. I love that someone always answers the phone. Donald my main technician was superb. They were very competitive on their pricing which was also great . Awesome service at a fair price...what's not to love about that.

I was quoted a price of two hundred and twenty five dollars and after he spoke to me which I didn't seem to understand or could believe what he was . Saying. About my plumbing that? It would cost me an additional which was a total of $625 to install a faucet and reverse asymosis system. I feel the man is a good plumber but I feel that the price that he quoted me was very unfair and too expensive which I don't think. Plus I paid $350 for parts which I provided for this plumber can install this system. I think you're very much for having him coming over here and giving me his input. But I don't think it was a Unfair. fair price of his services so I believe that I won't be using this service any time now or in the. Future so thank you very much for your help have a great day..

Very 😊 happy. Drain clog and they came out in just over an hour. Great work, fixed the drain so it works better than ever before. Ran the auger over 30 feet in the drain pipe. All clear now.

How fortunate you all are to have a good experience. I am in the midst of getting a leak fixed that requires a remodel. It all started good and the teams that come to your home are professional. That is where it stops. I have literally been doing all of the communicating and following up. One claim is for home warranty and the other through my home insurance. The plumbing experience is so so so so negative, I am literally trying to find out what I have to do to change companies for the remodel. They submitted the wrong information to my home warranty. I called and explained that the original reason submitted to home warranty was not the actual diagnosis after my wall was torn down an a plumber looked at it. The plumber tells me we will be in contact. It will take more than one person to fix. CRICKETS. I had to start calling and calling and calling. My home warranty company stated that all they had to do was resubmit the claim for re-review. I was told that this occurred by All State. Home warranty stated they have nothing on record for a resubmission. I could go on and on and on. I have asked several times to talk to a manager. Apparently, everyone is a manager there. Where is the escalation process? So disappointing. I asked for them to provide me the details that were submitted to the home warranty company. They cant because they talked to them on the phone I am now stuck with the 550 plumbing bill. I manage projects daily in my career and if my team ever handled anything like this has been handled, they definitely would be held accountable. SUPER disappointed.

The price was excellent and compared to 3 other companies Allstate was affordable, but I didn’t feel like they were trying to cut corners or talk me out of what I knew I wanted. Ruslan was a lifesaver. Responded promptly on a Friday evening when my showers and toilets backed up. He was out first thing the next morning and cleared the clog. Then examined the whole line showing me potential future issues where my sewer line was separating. Later that week I had him come back and reline the pipe to avoid future issues. Fair pricing and and great responsiveness. Highly recommend.
I had really good experiences with this company..... from the first call to Kim, to the service call with Grant, everybody was very efficient and courteous. I had water heater problems on a Sunday and they were here today on Monday to get it taken care of. I highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service, shabby work, rude dispatcher. They have been to my home 3 times and have yet to fix the problem. I can change a fuse; I do not need to pay them to do it. I tried moving back my service appointment this morning a few hours due a family emergency and they wanted to charge me a $50 ‘reschedule fee’! What are they sending out, brain surgeons? I found a reputable service company which fixed the issue once and for all on the same day! As for the dispatcher, she must be related to the owner, because no employee could possibly be that rude and still have a job.

This was not my first time calling Allstate for my home repair needs. The level of service was excellent as always. However this time I want to share my rating due to being surprised in a positive way by an Allstate technician.
In my house we take street shoes off to protect the floors and to keep the house clean. It is customary in my culture to do this. Since it is normal for people to walk in their street shoes inside houses here, I usually ask all service personnel to put on shoecovers, which I provide upon their entry to my house.
It was amazing to notice Ruslan, an Allstate technician, taking his shoes off before entering my house without me even saying anything. He must have paid attention to my feet when I greeted him.
I appreciate this company for hiring the right people, and making sure their technicians not only know how to fix things, but also respect households they visit as part of their service.
I’ve used Allstate several times for various plumbing repairs. Krassimir is always professional, helpful, and courteous and does quality work.
COVID lockdown interrupted our bathroom remodel, and we had originally planned on doing our tile flooring ourselves, and but found ourselves pressed for time and no ability to get all the material we needed. Allstate Service Group answered our request for estimate from Angie's List, and within a week Michael was out to see what we needed. Not only did he give us a quote for our tiling, but was honest that they had a minimum charge, and what else did we need done? In truth we needed drywall work and painting, and Allstate was able to roll all of it into their fee.
We went from no floor, holes in the wall, and mismatched colors to brand new tile, not being able to tell where the patches in the wall were, and fully painted in three days, including new baseboards and swapping out a toilet. Lest anyone think it was perfect, we actually had a bit of a miscommunication regarding the transition between the tile and the carpet, but no less than 3 people were on top of it, calling us to go over options and getting it replaced before ever asking for the balance due.
I would absolutely recommend them for their promptness, attention to detail, follow through, and generally being really great about cleaning up after themselves.
Not responsive very unprofessional
These people are so unprofessional, shady and condescending. They tried to extort money from me in other ways even if the home warranty decided that it was covered in the first place. They're unreliable and made it really impossible to work with, not to mention the delay and inconvenience it caused me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED!

Devid arrived on time, was very professional, and went out of his way to complete the installation. I purchased a garbage disposal from Lowe’s that didn’t include all the parts necessary to complete the installation. Devid used a cord from the old unit to complete the installation. If not for his ingenuity, the task wouldn’t have been completed.

I used Allstate through my home warranty and david was excellent! He came and realized we needed a small snake to snake our bath tub and he didn't have one, so he got permission from the company to go to the local hardware shop to go buy one for his van, he went quickly and came back and got the job done :-) David is very personable and let my 4 year old watch him work. This company was contracted our Fidelity home warranty for a minor water leak.... these guys are FRAUDS! They attempted to get us to allow a mandatory asbestos test on a property built in 1992. Which no only is expensive but never covered by the home warranty and these guys know it. I tried to file a complaint with the Nevada contractors board and found this company isn't even licensed.

We had problems with our water heater that was under warranty and while waiting for the warranty to go through left us 6 days without hot water:/ (cold sink baths are not fun:/) as late in the day as it was we appreciated Vrassimir and Eric coming out and rigging the ranks so we could have hot water until the other tank could be replaced. We also appreciate Karina texting us, keeping us up to date when the techs were on their way and including a link to track their whereabouts so we knew when to expect them. It has been frustrating having 2 water heaters replaced and having manufacturing issues with 2 of them in the last month, especially with kids in the house. But working with Allstate has taken the anxiety level down a few notches with their efforts to make sure we are taken care of. We feel like we talked to and seen them so much they are almost like an extended family! Lol

Our Water Heater went out over the weekend, we put in a Service call on Sunday and got a Call from the Company within 1 hour. Highly recommend! Communication was great as the service tech, Israel, texted me each time to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. I had both of the HVAC units replaced which is a huge job. The fit and finish was fantastic and very professional.
Our main water line was leaking. Allstate gave me an appointment; I told them ASAP we don't have water. Rafiq the technician arrived early and spent an hour explaining the process. We were informed if the job was not completed by Friday they would work through the weekend. Next day we received a written estimate in detail. We got on the phone with Alex the owner and went over the payment plan. The work was done quick, clean and water running in 1 day, Thank you Rafiq and Alex. Some of the estimated work was not necessary. We were on the phone again with Alex and the invoice was discounted. In the event we have another problem in our home we will be contacting Allstate Service Group.

The pan in the air conditioning unit in the attic had to be replaced due to leaking. Timothy ordered the correct parts and installed in a timely and professional manner. The job was difficult and took a long time and he stuck with it and made sure it was completed correctly. I would definitely recommend Allstate Service Grou.
Great service! Second time at my house and they fixed my AC issues fast.
My AC stopped working. Called the next day early in the morning, they came in an hour and in another hour my AC was repaired and working perfectly. From the call to finish it took only two hours. I couldn’t be happier, it doesn’t it get better than that.

I don't often give a 5 star review, but this one is well earned. Allstate sent someone out to fix our AC unit within an hour of the initial call. The tech, Justis, was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC unit within an hour. Justis knew what was wrong with our unit as soon as I told him what was happening, he wore booties on the carpet, and he took the time to explain the repair once it was done. Thank you!!!

So impressed and happy with my service from Allstate today! The scheduler was very courteous and I was able to get a same day appointment. My service provider, Israel, called to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. Israel was able to not only fix the problem that I had requested service for quickly and efficiently, he also discovered the reason for two other issues we have been having.
