First met Bob Martinez at a Van Marke when I was trying to pour more chemicals down my drain to unclog. He spent about half an hour educating me on why that may not be a good idea which was awesome.

Then he came to my house and ran the snake and just found hair down there! That saved me a thousand dollars compared to what other plumbers were quoting for more serious repairs. No shade to the others but Bob Martinez got it done. 5/5.Will definitely call again when I need and will also recommend to friends. Thanks Bob!

Jimmie R arrived at my door, he was polite & professional. I explained the problem and he went to work. I also told him how old the system was & we went over some of the advantages of the new systems. Then he called Aaron C to come talk to me. Aaron arrived, confirmed what Jimmie and I discussed. Aaron was quite professional. My wife arrived home and Aaron patiently describe our options. Badda bing we are getting our new system installed Wednesday. I work for NVE operating a power plant so I understood how grave the pictures that Jimmie took & showed us. My wife is in sales all her life so she & Aaron came to a price. Jimmie made some adjustment & got my furnace working better. Donnalee & I are very grateful to Jimmie & Aaron for their help & understanding. Thank you Climate Control Experts.

Horrible company!!! Have dealt with them a few times and they were awful! Last time they came and said they couldn't do anything and still charged us! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Highly recommend this company. Greg was on time, professional, and was able to answer all my questions. He throughly explained what needed to be addressed and provided a full report. I will definitely use them again.

He knows his stuff & is very good about explaining everything you need to know to run the equipment. I had a problem with it at first and he came right out and took care of it and fixed it for me no questions asked Great company to work with would use them all the time

Very expensive overpriced now we know why they will not give you a estimate over the phone the gentleman that came to our home was very helpful and professional well mannered his name was Jose Vera he was able to contact his boss to get a price. We. Purchased our own faucet and the equipment needed and the company was still not willing to lower the cost to install it I feel bad for the guys that come to the house to install the equipment for the customers they must get yelled at a lot this Goettl is horrible !!!!!

They were very professional and explained my options so that I could make the best decision for my home. They installed the AC and the furnace. I then noticed a high-pitch noise the furnace was making when running. Alaskan Air was out in a jiffy and fixed it right away at no charge. THANK YOU!!!

Ideal? This company's services are nowhere to ideal. They sent a tech out named Colton through home warranty, he opened two faucets and falsified a report saying he did a full inspection. When I called to sort out the situation a lady called Trish disconnected the call on me.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I called yes man for ac tuning up . The staff showed up and instead of tune up ,he only saw the unit for 10 minutes and then told me that i have to replace the capacitor. He said it needs to changed but it was a TOTAL ripoff, I paid $633 .for the capacitor and its is only 15 dollars online with same product..It looks like the labor for 10 minutea was 300 per unit . Its too much . It should have been good if he inspected everything correctly ..It was a total rip off for my hard earned money.. and then he said i need ro change the motor which will cost 1000 dollars plus.. Now my unit is not the same as before , its even worse! During these difficult times, please be kind and generous to people who are working hard just for your convenience to scam people. remember , “do unto others what you want others to do unto you”.. i dont recommend this company !

Woke up on Saturday morning, 07/29/17, and saw a water spot in my ceiling. I grabbed the ladder and it was very wet. I went up into the attic and sure enough the AC unit was leaking. No problem, I thought, this is why I have a home warranty policy with AHS. I called and they put A&R in contact with me. A&R called me and set up an appointment for Tuesday, 08/01/17.

The technician, Dustin, arrived at our home in the time window and went straight into the attic to take a look. He was there for a little while and then started packing up his things. We asked him if the leak had stopped, he answered, It's still leaking. I asked him what he was doing since he did not fix the leak, he said he blew out the condensation line. I said, but there is still a leak, he told me the condensation line is not covered. He left.

I called AHS, right away. They said we can send them back out, I requested they send a different technician this time. On 08/07/17 A&R sent Dustin back out to my house. He stood at the door step and refused to come inside the house. I was recording our interaction this time, because I no longer trust this company. I asked him if he was going to come inside, he said no. I asked him if he reported to AHS that he fixed the leak, he replied, I told them I blew out the condensation line. I asked him 3 times for a yes or no answer and he would not answer me (probably because AHS did tell me that he called in and reported that the leak was fixed). Dustin then said to me that the condensation line was not covered. I pulled out my contract and read it to him word for word and showed him that it is covered. I also spoke with AHS who told me if he needs to cut a hole in the ceiling to fix the leak it is covered and they will fix the hole. Dustin's response was, 9 times out of 10 the condensation line is not covered. He said that all he could do for me is give me an estimate for the work that needs to be done. He gave me an estimate for $750 and left. I do have all of this on video.

If AHS or some other home warranty tries to send these guys into your home, say no. Ask them to send someone else.
