Went in for a estimate on kitchen counter tops. And the lady who took care of us was absolutely amazing!!!! Her name is Edie, and she is the most helpful person. So, if you going to the home depot for kitchen counter tops, make sure you ask her for help 👍👍👍

We have a Pioneer Mini Split that was moved from my Son's garage to my Husband's workshop. We needed someone to flush the lines and check them for leaks and then fill with refrigerant. We called a number of places and no one wanted the job. I called 702PlumbAIR and spoke with Riley who immediately told me they were willing to help us.
They came out the very next day, checked the lines, made a repair and filled with refrigerant. They charged us a very fair price. There were 3 guys here to efficiently and professionally get the job done. Our main contact here was Clarence who was super to deal with.
I just can't say enough good about this company. In a world today where integrity, pride, Customer Service and work ethic seem to be declining, 702PlumbAIR proved there is still hope for American business.

You might be sorry you called this company - We surely are!!! Climate Control Experts have little to no concern, if you are not happy. They charge two and three times most other companies prices and try to get you to upgrade or do more work that is not needed.If you question them they throw away all customer service practices and get vicious immediately - Like a company that tries to Scam you.After many LETTER AND PHONE CALLS to get the chargeD price reduced to 150% of normal instead of 300% all we got were threat of taking us to court!!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU EVEN CLOSE TO THE PRICE THEY WILL ACTUALLY CHARGE...WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Others are much, much better.

We highly recommend In-House Plumbing and Angel! My husband was hanging some floating shelves in my office and drilled through a pipe behind the wall. Water came shooting out practically flooding the room. Several calls to different plumbing companies with no results, we finally called In-House and Angel came right over. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will always go to Angel for any plumbing issues!

Technician performed a diagnostic on our drain that was smelling and showed nothing major just that some liquid plumber should work to clean it up. He offered to pick up product and charge an hour of labor which would be $249 which i feel is pretty steep for that. I was a bit disappointed when it turned out i had the product already at home he couldn’t do it for a cheaper price but i wasn’t sure it was an option. The guy was professional and did his job so i still rate them good even though i was still a bit disappointed

Our first Goettl service experience, due to the current advertisement of Rejuvenation services. I have to say I was impressed. The technician, Adrian, was extremely polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable at the task he was assigned. Adrian took his time and did a very thorough inspection; he also informed me of recommended service I may/may not be interested in. I signed up for the annual services, that cover AC&R, Heating and Plumbing ... that are very reasonably priced. Looks like we'll be customers for a long time to come

I needed to have routine maintaine on my tankless water heater. Gary was the technician that came out to perform the service. He was professional, friendly and did a great job.

Worst service ever. Because of our home warranty company we have to use them. Every time we have used them it has been a horrible experience. Between the guys that come out and the management I'm surprised they are still in business. They left us without a water heater for 6 days. This time no air conditioner. They came out Friday said they needed to order a part, it would be in Monday. They would be out Monday or tuesday. It's Wednesday night and surprise surprise we are still waiting. I wish the home warranty company would stop using these incompetent jerks.

For two years we've been suffering with portable AC units. Yes! has saved our summers. They quoted us a great price and got central AC installed within a week..

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
