Joey was very professional and knowledgeable about solving our plumbing issue. Also gave us information on keeping the house plumbing in good condition. Great customer service they kept in contact all day to make sure the appointment was on time. Overall very satisfied!

I wish I had known about the Sunny Plumber sooner. Their representatives are friendly and knowledgeable about plumbing and the products in our home.
Our other plumber represented themselves as having experience with our system, and we were constantly having issues with call backs. The other plumber said they checked out our system and apparently did not know we had problems.
The Sunny Plumber checked out all the plumbing in the home, gave us suggestions on upkeep and made sure all our drains were clear. We had new product installed along with a guarantee that they will come out 'free of charge' if we have any issues with the products. In addition they will come out twice a year, once before the summer and once before the winter to check out the systems. They were fair in their pricing, did a great job and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend them.

COVID lockdown interrupted our bathroom remodel, and we had originally planned on doing our tile flooring ourselves, and but found ourselves pressed for time and no ability to get all the material we needed. Allstate Service Group answered our request for estimate from Angie's List, and within a week Michael was out to see what we needed. Not only did he give us a quote for our tiling, but was honest that they had a minimum charge, and what else did we need done? In truth we needed drywall work and painting, and Allstate was able to roll all of it into their fee.

We went from no floor, holes in the wall, and mismatched colors to brand new tile, not being able to tell where the patches in the wall were, and fully painted in three days, including new baseboards and swapping out a toilet. Lest anyone think it was perfect, we actually had a bit of a miscommunication regarding the transition between the tile and the carpet, but no less than 3 people were on top of it, calling us to go over options and getting it replaced before ever asking for the balance due.

I would absolutely recommend them for their promptness, attention to detail, follow through, and generally being really great about cleaning up after themselves.

Bumble breeze came over for a maintenance check and before the technician went up in the attic everything was working correctly and once the technician touches the equipment BOOM the fan is stuck on and won't turn off unless I flip the switch from the breaker outside the house , and the company refused to fix the problem , crazy thing is we didn't call for them to come fix anything , they were coming just for a routine maintenance check and they end up breaking the fan and then after they break the fan they want to try and charge me 700 dollars and make it sound like they are doing me a favor by taking 200 off the original 900 dollar price for a circuit board (SMH) and then the service manager Chris tells me over the phone he can try to fix the fan issue but can't warranty the work .....well why didn't your technician just do that from the beginning. They didn't want to take accountability for there mistake , don't use them go elsewhere and if you do use them do not sign up for there maintenance program , there just going to try to find something wrong with your equipment or purposely break something so that they can make money , they can care less about the maintenance of your equipment and I wouldn't be suprised if I get a rude response from the owner like one of the other complaints I've seen on here . I hate writing negative reviews but after having someone come in my home when everything is working completely fine and then for them to leave and have my equipment not working properly and try and charge me 700 dollars for something that was NEVER BROKEN to begin with is just totally wrong just straight WRONG. Karma is going to bite these guys where it hurts

TL was our technician. He was very friendly, professional and did a thorough review if the system before proceeding to do routine maintenance. He was efficient and did a great job explaining how the process worked. I would recommend this place and this tech, they were outstanding.

I had a low water pressure issue. No emergency, but in a few hours the problem was solved. A new pressure regulator was a simple fix for them.

Ken was a very stand up and intelligent tech. Our issue with our unit was super complex but Ken was able to go over the options and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Highly recommend and would definitely request his services again down the road.

I had a Sunday night emergency where my outside faucet broke off (in the stucco wall) I had to turn off the water at the street meter. I called Alaskan and was told one of their Tech's was nearby and would be there shortly. Sure enough Tony Sanchez shows up, gave me a couple options and he replaced the faucet in about 1 hr. Professional, courteous excellent work. Thank you Tony and Alaskan Plumbing, Heating and Air! Oh, the price was one of the best parts, Sunday night-Covid19 restrictions- and the charge was as low as it gets, way lower than you'd think! Ben S.

Myles was great. Showed up on time and finished the work sooner than I thought it would take. Called on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend and got same day service. Time it took from my initial call to completion of a water heater replacement was less than 4 hours.

Had a leak coming from my shower valve that was determined from my contractor as I was remodeling my bathroom, I called BEST based on their reviews and they sent out technician Dustin! Not only was he informative but he was quick and efficient at determining what needed to be done! Not to mention a super personal and caring individual! He took care of my issue and also taught me about our water quality here in Nevada and recommended a softener system for my entire home to prevent future build ups!Thanks again Dustin! I highly recommend you and your company!!

Food was great

Nathan was extremely punctual, even called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Came in and quickly addressed our problem and had it fixed and was out within the hour!!! Very happy and will certainly be recommending to friends.

My installation man was David Thompson who was the ultimate installer.He was friendly, obviously knew his job & was prompt.David was very clean & did the installation flawlessly.He hauled the old toilets away by himself & seeing that I had a week wait to get booked, turns out I was lucky that there was a cancellation & actually I moved up in wait time, so everything went well.I will use Max plumbing & air conditioning whenever I need professional plumbing work done & know that this company is top class.5 stars out of 5 stars...well done Max & special thanks to a great job !

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
