Even though damage was evident within the main line due to roots being present and causing the clog, Kyle explained all of my available options going forward thoroughly. Price gouging!! They charged me $214.00 for a part (Motor Run Capacitor Part # 12786) available locally from Grainger for $23.26. The tech took off 2 wires and the removal and install was less than 10 minutes. Talk about a rip-off.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

I was very upset with the bill. What did I get for my 89, service call?
$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
Do you not even offer a senior discount?
