UPDATE 2020: Coretech did it again! They never fail to impress. When I needed a faucet repaired, I called Coretech and spoke with Amanda. When I requested some extra COVID precautions, she was so positive and even offered to order the style mask I requested for the tech-Kyle. Well, she called back and said he already had one! As promised, he arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, looked at another potential issue for me and was very professional and competent. He is obviously knows his craft. I appreciated him explaining what was needed, what he did, what our options were and what suggestions he had for future improvements. Just as before, I was so pleased with Coretech from start to finish. When we are ready, Coretech will be our first call to complete our future improvements!

My insurance company chose Core Tech Plumbing for work associated with water damage, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was so impressed! Ryan and Kyle were knowledgable, efficient and thorough. They did a great job and gave me an accurate and very clear estimate for the work I requested. Guess what? The final bill was EXACTLY what they estimated, too! My insurance company may have chosen Core Tech this time but I will definitely choose them myself for any future plumbing work! Thanks Core Tech!

As a maintenance supervisor for multi family properties I have used this company a few times. They do the cleanest, highest quality work that I have ever seen. Always on time, and will not compromise quality. The quality of work does come at a premium, but if you need it done right the first time, they are by far the best option.

I had called 9 plumbers on Friday when I had my master toilet go out of commission and Coretech was the only one that had availability on Monday with the best reviews. The scheduling lady was really friendly and helpful. I love how I got a reminder text about them coming and also a courtesy call with ETA. Kyle was very professional and super fast. He analyzed the issues, made some calls, got the parts and repaired the issues within a couple hours. He also advised me of their 1 yr parts warranty. Very pleased. I met Chris and Tyler while they were working on my neighbors house this fall. I asked them to come look at a few issues I had with a new sink that had not been properly installed. I asked them about the sink being seated incorrectly and a pipe that was leaking. They were honest about the fact that there was nothing that could be done about the mounting unless the counter was redone, which I was happy about because they were honest about the situation - and you don't get that from everyone. They found the source of my leak, found me new supply lines, new shut off valves and did the work incredibly quickly and for a very fair price. They were respectful of our schedule and our home, and I couldn't ask for more. Two of the nicest and most responsive professionals I have had come do work on my home. Any plumbing issues I ever have I will be calling Coretech.

I went to the local plumbing supply and asked for a plumbing referral. They referred me to Chris Chilton at Coretech. After calling Chris and scheduling an appointment, I looked at the Coretech website, read their Google and Facebook reviews, and I even checked on the company's plumbing license. These guys are young, but everything about the way they conduct business and execute their work impressed me very much. Chris and Ryan came out to the house to see the three improvements I wanted to make (replace the main water shut-off and install two outdoor spigots) and followed up promptly with a detailed and professional estimate via email, which I was able to approve with a click (we had already agreed on the exact terms presented in the estimate). They then arrived on schedule and provided plumbing service that actually exceeded the terms of our agreement. After seeing the quality of their work and interacting with them, I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs. Great local company.

Justin and a co-worker installed a new sump pump in my basement today (Monday). A few days ago, they came to my house to see the three inches of water covering 3/4 of my basement floor. My 20 year old sump pump had stopped working just before we had a huge rainfall. Justin generously allowed me to use his portable sump pump through the weekend. Between his and my portable sump pumps, the basement was drained in five hours. Justin was quite polite and explained clearly all of the work that was done. I am totally satisfied with the workmanship and reasonable cost for his services.

Bob and I have done a lot of updates on our NC home and these two, Chris & Tyler, are definitely the best people we have found to help us. We changed from an electric cooktop and a propane fireplace to natural gas. Tyler & Chris knew exactly what to do; they kept us updated on each step as we went along. The inspector for the gas company told us that the people who did all the work under our house to route the gas did an outstanding job. Wow! That is exactly what you want to hear! Tyler & Chris will soon install new plumbing in the kitchen and later will work on our baths. It is so nice to be in a relationship with professionals such as Chris & Tyler.

Just received excellent service from Kyle today. He was prompt and very helpful. He explained the issues and provided several options to fix them. He also entered with a mask and shoe coverings for protection ro lower any potential risk from covid19. What a life savor these guys are! I called on Thursday bc my hot water heater went out and honestly was in desparate need for help. I called Chris and couldn't believe they came out same day. I was so impressed with how confident on the phone he was with knowing what my problem was and how to fix it bc at the time i didn't even know what the problem was. Ryan and his partner were at my house at the time discussed, we're incredibly professional but very nice, and they clearly knew what they were talking about. Ultimately we did not do the work but it had nothing to do with the lack of skill on their part or a pricing problem. Coretech Plumbing is the only plumbing service in my phone contacts. I've used them before and will continue to use them in the future. There is a reason they have five stars on Google.

This team has come out to help our family several times, and we have ALWAYS appreciated their fast service and good work! I TRUST this team to work with integrity and tell me the truth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

First of all they were late. That wasn’t really the big problem. When they arrived, they were very nice and looked at the clogged toilet and slow drained sink. This took around three minutes; 1flush of the toilet and I ran the water to show them the sink. They advised me they needed to go to the truck to discuss a price. After 10 minutes, they told me the price would be around $700, this being the most. I stated it was too much and I would pay the $49 for them to come out. He said the $49 was the dispatch fee but for them to diagnose the problem would be $85 more dollars. I wish this would have been explain to me on the phone before they came over. Very dissatisfied customer!!!

I was very impressed with the whole experience of working with these guys. We had a leaking drain pipe that couldn't easily be replaced due to proximity to hvac ducts. The job required two visits and coordinating with hvac techs on short notice. They were flexible with my schedule and arrived on time both visits. The work also took exactly as long as they estimated, allowing time for the hvac guys to come back and get the whole thing done in one day.

Tyler was on time as promised. Excellent work replacing a pressure valve under the house as well as fixing a last minute outside buried pipe leak that I threw at him this morning. He stayed extra after the repair to check it and made sure it was completely fixed. Plan to use him in the future when I am ready for a new water heater!

It took extensive probing to locate the source of the leak. My water loss was coming from the supply line between the meter and the house. Tyler and Daniel fixed a leaky pipe near our well, which had given us recurring issues in the past. The service was great. They identified the problem, provided a solution, and fixed it in a timely manner. Their price were very reasonable, and we couldn’t have been happier with the work that was done.

I called around this morning looking for a plumber to come out on an emergency. One company even stated it would be 2-3 days before they could send someone. I called Coretech and they sent someone the same morning. Austin and his apprentice did a great job installing a new faucet and stopping the leak under the kitchen sink. After they completed the job, they cleaned up the area and removed all trash. I will definitely recommend Coretech to friends and family and I plan on calling them for future service!

Tyler and Chris with Coretech Plumbing did a bunch of work for my wife and I in our new home that was built in 1926. They did all the plumbing for a brand new bathroom and laundry room, installed a clawfoot tub and fixed one of the feet that had broken off (looks like new) as well as replumbed the lines in our cellar that were not up to code. We can't say enough good things about their professionalism and the quality of work. They had quick and thorough communication and got the job done in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable and they are super nice guys. I was impressed and I highly recommend this business!

Wow...I'm so glad I found Coretech. We had an emergency issue with an outdoor spigot and its connection in the back of the wall in the garage. I called late on a Sunday evening and they were at the house the next morning (They convinced me to wait until the next day to save on weekend/after hours costs). Kyle was prompt and very professional--he called when he was on the way, telling me exactly when he'd arrive. He got straight to business and not only fixed the 30 year old piping that broke, but also installed the new spigot. In fact, I had bought a spigot to use and he sold me on a better spigot he had on the truck--and it was cheaper and came with a warranty. We talked for a while about other plumbing issues and he didn't hesitate to offer his advice, knowledge and recommendations on DIY products and remedies. How many plumbing companies do you know that will help you in that way? Most will just try to convince you to get them to work on the problem. I haven't used too many plumbing services but I can say for a fact that they are the best value around! I can't say enough about Coretech other than they've earned my business (and I asked for business cards to give to friends and co-workers)

Great guys, had 4 plumbing issues (water pressure control valve, two outdoors spigots, inside hot water pressure tank), they handled it without a sweat. Returned from vacation to no water due to broken water main from the meter to the house. Kyle was very responsive over the July 4th weekend to repair my water line the next day after working until 11:30 the night before. I would definitely recommend Coretech for all of your plumbing needs!

A drip leak developed in a shutoff valve on the cold water side of a 23 year old bathroom sink. Carl, the Coretech representative who arrived was professional, courteous and an excellent communicator. Carl changed out the problem valve then suggested we change out the old hot water valve even though there was no problem with it. He explained how it would eventually develop a spontaneous leak as the other one had. I agreed that would be a wise thing to do. Carl then told me that I may eventually have a problem with one or both of the old water supply lines leading from the valves to the faucet but suggested that could wait for now. Now, here is why Coretech Plumbing Services is best in class: The next morning I was on the phone with Coretech asking them to come back because there was water on the floor. It wasn't from the replaced valves, it was from one of the two water lines. Carl returned that day to investigate. Out of his truck, he had two new water supply lines in his hand. Rather than simply tightening the water line connection nut, he replaced both the hot and cold lines. After confirming no further leaks, he began to leave for his next appointment. When questioned about payment for his services or extra parts, he said no charge, I should have replace them yesterday. He further showed me how the original water lines were improperly installed 23 years ago. I was shocked! So I gave him a couple slices of my wife's freshly made spice cake with salted caramel icing. Coretech is my go to plumbing services company. They should be yours too!

My husband and I contacted Coretech yesterday after we noticed a leak in our restroom toilet. They were able to send a tech out next day. Kyle and J J, was very informative, friendly and fixed our issues timely.

After calling to schedule a time after being stood up by another local plumber with no responses... Not only did they get me an appointment for the next day at 9am, I received a call back letting me know that Kyle Tuttle would be able to arrive the same day I called between 2pm and 3 pm. He was on time and very professional. Kyle took the time to go over what the issue was and how much the repair would be. I had three bathroom sinks that were draining very, very slowly. On May 1, two Coretech men, Kyle and Justin, came to my home to repair them. I as given a quote of charges before they started. I accepted the price. But since the jobs were not as serious as first thought, I was charged a smaller amount! The service was excellent. The men were genuinely polite and nice. The team at Coretech plumbing were very responsive and had excellent communication. They were a little later than “Appt time” because of a previous Appt running over (which I fully understand in the service they’re in, some times you just don’t know what you’re getting into until you’re there!) but with that being said I did receive a call from their office alerting me as well as a call from Kyle when he was on the way. They presented me with a couple of options and then went get supplies and then returned to finish the job timely and efficiently! They worked clean and made sure all was wiped down after. Both Kyle and his assistant (sorry I forgot his name 😟) were courteous and personable. I’d deal with Coretech in confidence again.

So this review is long overdue as the work was done 6 months ago in January. I am still satisfied and happy by the professional work completed by Ryan and his team. They did a very professional job and everything is operating as it should. The prices were better than the other quotes we received. The work completed was done quickly and on time. We had a basement pipe leak that went from our washing machine under our basement floor to our septic tank. He was able to reroute the pipe around the house with minimal changes to the house or yard. Ryan was very professional and informative. I bought my house in June and all of a sudden I was getting water coming up through my floor this month. I called this morning and I was able to get Ryan out in a couple of hours. He thoroughly checked my old water and finally determined it was leaking. They had a new heater in stock and Ryan was able to replace mine the same afternoon. I saved over $12,500 by switching away from Coretech. Here's what happened.

Day 1: toilet overflows in downstairs bathroom. Coretech guy #1 responds, diagnoses possible faulty backflow valve, ultimately says clogged on city side. City responds, says clog cleared. Service apparently restored. $507 (it was a weekend call).

Day 2: toilet has overflowed again. Service only seemed to be restored because Coretech guy #1 had cleared the sewer line looking for a clog, and now it's full again. Coretech guy #1 says call city. City responds, says no clog their side. Coretech guy #1 recommends outside cleanout install, says that will allow them to clear farther clogs. I accept suggestion.

Day 3: Coretech guy #2 (my best technician! said Coretech guy #1) arrives to install outside cleanout. $854 (Coretech guy #1 waves service fee, $1,361 cumulatively). Doesn't help; sewer still backed up. Coretech guy #2 diagnoses clog even further into line, farther than their equipment can reach. Says his camera has found a blockage 107 feet into line, just on my side of city junction. Could be clog, could be broken pipes. Gives options: 1) additional external cleanout ($2,241.75) or replace entire sewer line (necessary if broken, $6,938.75). The concrete driveway will need to be cut and replaced, major digging equipment necessary. I opt to replace.

Day 10 (day of scheduled replacement): Coretech guy #1 calls. Says Coretech guy #2 didn't know how to estimate this job. Says Coretech guy #2 had not known how deep the sewer line was (this is incorrect; Coretech guy #2 had told me it was 12ft deep). Says the actual price will be at least $14,000. I say I will ask for more quotes.

Day 10 (later): I call alternate plumber and bring him up to speed. He recommends a few options to effect a solution without cutting driveway. Quotes the most expensive of them (full sewer replacement while boring under driveway without cutting it) at just over $7000, says likely unnecessary; a targeted replacement would suffice.

Day 12: the alternate plumber replaces the necessary sewer pipe (all 12ft deep) and installs an additional cleanout at a total cost of $1,485, or at least $12,500 cheaper than Coretech's minimum estimate. Service restored.

I waited three weeks to post this to ensure the issue was really fixed. It was. Now that the dust has settled, I can't fault initial Coretech's diagnosis. I don't even fault them for missing that a clog was still present after the city left (although a few minutes running a shower would have done that). However, their pricing was extreme and they failed to either think of or consider (take your pick) the far less expensive solution. Going elsewhere saved me $12,500. Cannot recommend.

My hot water heater wasn’t working properly so I picked Coretech from an online list of service companies and I am glad I did. Ryan the technician was very professional, he diagnosed and repaired the water heater without issue. If you need a good company to work with give these guys a call.

I was having some plumbing issues with my toilets and had loud noises coming from my pipes and called coretech to come out. Within a day the technician Chris showed up on time and repaired both toilets and found that I had a pressure issue. After installing a new pressure reducing valve, the loud noise had stopped. I had the most pleasant experience with this company and would highly recommend them!

After great reviews...I contacted Coretech Plumbing.They came out within hours to fix my water leak under the house so we could have water in the house :)...They are prompt and courteous! I can't recommend them highly enough!!!!!

Called 8pm Monday night, they were at house Tuesday morning at 9am to diagnose problem. New ejector pump needed. They were back 24 hours later Wednesday at 10am to replace. Pump works which is great but loud banging noise still remains from when waste water is pumped out to septic. We were hoping there would be a way to correct issue. Thanks to them, we can use bathroom downstairs again!!

Ryan and his assistant did a great job. He called prior to arriving, assessed the leaking pipes, a reduction valve. He needed to obtain the part. Provided an estimate prior to getting the part. The valve was replaced in a clean and efficient manner. Ryan checked the work by verifying that the problem was solved with the pressure and that the new part was not leaking.

Appointment made for a couple days later. Called back few hours later after a cancellation and came the same day for a simple drain clog. Techs were honest and friendly and my resolved my issue quickly.

Coretech performed plumbing services in a house that I was selling. They collaborated with me to decide the best course of action for retrofitting a kitchen sink and two bathrooms. The results were great! They also cleared and tied in gutter drain lines as well as replaced washing machine supply faucets. They were great at keeping me up-to-date with progress, sending pictures to me since I wasn't always present at the house. They are very trustworthy to do what they say they will do.

Had a clogged drain that was causing back up into my spare bathroom. Called 8 different companies and no one was able to get out to the house. Called Coretech and they were out at the house within an hour. One of the guys that came out wasn’t even on call and he came to fix the problem. I spoke with the company on a Friday and they were out ready to fix on Tuesday. Kyle showed up and looked at the problem, gave me a quote on the spot. Within an hour he had the parts, (old system and had to go get the correct replacement), and just like that, no more leaks....I know it's tough to pick a good contractor these days, that's my job at a local university. But I will without any reservations recommend them for your next job. Local and honest....works for me.

Great service! I had a leak and called every plumber I could find on google. Everyone said they would put it down as an emergency but couldn't get there until the next day. I was attempting to replace a kitchen faucet when I could not remove the supply lines from the water valve. I called CoreTech and Dallas was dispatched to our house within an hour. Dallas was very professional and was very honest about the faucet I purchased. He went and purchased a better quality faucet. He completed the work in no time. I had Coretech come out twice after buying a new house that needed a little sprucing up. The first time Justin came out he was very professional and friendly, offering to answer any questions had or explain things I didn't. He fixed my leaking water heater and capped off some plumbing we wanted to remove. There was a plumbing emergency and they were the only ones who had availability at 9pm at night on a Saturday.

Expensive but you pay for what you get.

Kyle and Justin were prompt, professional, and friendly. Kyle took the time to not only help clear the clog in my main sewer line he went even above and beyond to help further diagnose the issue. Even though damage was evident within the main line due to roots being present and causing the clog, Kyle explained all of my available options going forward thoroughly. I highly recommend Kyle and Justin along with anyone from the Coretech team!

Did not perform the repair. Charged $192 for housecall and diagnosis. The diagnosis was wrong. It was a thermal couple problem, not a gas valve. Claimed to have examined tank. Did no such thing. Pushed the igniter a few times and misdiagnosed the problem first as a lack of gas (proven to him to be wrong by taking him to the kitchen and lighting the stove) then spent half an hour on the phone and writing a bunch of lies about what he did and saying it would cost another $600.00 to fix it. I want a refund.

The technicians that visited my home to provide an estimate were extremely professional and polite! I did not choose to use them however due to the expense. I did have a number of things that needed to be repaired and even for the simplest task (replacing the seals in bathroom sink faucet) the prices were extremely high. Unfortunately I do think this may be the nature of plumbers.
NOTE: I am revising the rating of the review after receiving a follow up call from the owner to discuss other options for the job. The fact that he cares enough to make the effort to follow up does speak well of the company.

The manager Chris gave misleading information and will not return my calls to explain why things were not as he said they would be. I have placed a couple of calls with the last call placed was July 15, 2020, today is July 21, 2020 and still no response.

I contacted Coretech to get a quote for replacing a portion of sewer line and was very pleased with this company from the beginning. I received a very thorough response from Chris, much more so than the other companies I contacted. The price quoted was very reasonable. Carl and Frank were the technicians that performed the work and I was very impressed with both of them. They did a great job repairing the sewer line and kept me up to date throughout the process. It was a tough repair given the depth and proximity to the sidewalk, but they had a great attitude throughout the project. They even cleaned the sidewalk after they were finished which was a nice touch. Coretech exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

Justin was very timely and responsive throughout my ordeal. I had an underground waterline leak in my front yard caused by tree roots. A new water line was installed and rerouted around the tree in one day to prevent any further problems. I'll definitely be using Coretech again for any plumbing need.

Chris was awesome from the time I called him to the time he showed up and resolved our issue. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of what could be causing the issue we had. After complete examination of all the components (hot water heater, bladder tank etc.) he found the issue. He did a great job of fixing the problem area and did so with careful attention to detail. He even did a great job of cleaning up once the job was complete. I know I have now found my go-to source for all of our plumbing needs.

Ryan was very professional, skilled and effective when dealing with our problem. We needed to replace a section of the original cast iron sewage pipeline that the house had from when it was built back in the 50’s. The toilet was leaking because that section of the sewage pipe was broken and Ryan recommended a definitive solution which involved the removal of a big section of the cast iron-lead pipeline coming from the toilet and replacement with PVC. He did a great guaranteed job following North Carolina plumbing code and he is a very approachable person with excellent technique to deal with this kind of problem. I recommend him and I will definitely call this company for further repairs if needed.

Chris and Ryan were able to schedule quickly based on my convenience. I had actually scheduled them for one issue with a leak in the bathroom (which they handled with ease) and then asked them to also check on a drip in my shower. The second issue required a return visit which was again scheduled quickly and based on my convenience.
Both Chris and Ryan are very professional, flexible and extremely nice...the prices are reasonable too! All of these qualities are very important to me as it's literally a zoo at my house with all of the dogs and a really cool bird.

We called Coretech in November to fix a few things in our historic home. One of our shower fixtures stopped working, one of our toilets had grey sediment in the bowl and we wanted a circulator to speed up our hot water output. The first guy came out and looked at the shower and toilet and said he would come back and fix the issues (or at least try). Then he sold us a new water heater, saying that the new heater would have a circulator on it. When they came back to install the new water heater, we were told the original gentleman had retired. The new guys Chris and Kyle installed the new heater, then Chris looked at the other issues that we had. Not easy fixes I'll acknowledge. So we got the we'll be back to work on it. Whenever I would call there was another excuse as to why they couldn't come back....but empty promises of when will think of a fix we will get you on the schedule. Well, after a few weeks my husband figured out a fix for the shower so at least it's usable again. Moral of the story: get a work order for every little thing from these guys. The only thing that the original guy wrote up was for the expensive water heater. He didn't write up anything for the smaller jobs that he claimed he would fix at no charge. We would have paid them...that was never an issue. Nice guys though...and the water heater works. Otherwise I would have given them 2 stars for unreliability.

I called them and did not get an answer when I called Wednesday morning, however Grace called me back and left me a message. I had already lined up another plumbing company but canceled with them because of the recommendation I had for Coretech. It was a great decision. Chris and Austin came out to look at the water heater later that day and gave me recommendations and a few options. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. Austin was very kind and helpful. Grace, is super nice and did not leave me hanging to get back to me on when hey could come out. . They gave me a time between 12:30 and 3 that they would be out on Thursday to replace the water heater. Tyler and Austin were here little bit after 3 and they worked until 9:30 p.m.! Chris even came out after he had finished up on a job to help. They cleaned up their work, were professional and very courteous I will be using them again very soon for some other jobs around the house.

Fantastic! Ryan & Austin came out and found my leak, assured me they could repair it with no issues, explained it to me very clearly & came back the next day to repair the leak. Both days they showed up ON TIME (which you can’t seem to find people who do that anymore). Took videos of the leak and then videos of the repair. Showed me the damaged pipe and explained the repair to me. Leaks scare me but they definitely put my mind at ease. AND...the price wasn’t scary. 😆 I will MOST DEFINITELY refer this company and these guys and I’ll definitely use them again!

Called requesting repair of a leaking water heater. They were able to come the same day, actually within a couple hours of my call. Quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. Explained how the system works, what likely caused the issue and how to prevent it from happening again. Also flushed the water heater. I had an outdoor faucet that was leaking and he gladly agreed to fix that while here (even though I had not mentioned that when requesting service). Chris was amazing to work with and very professional! They temporarily repaired our main water line the morning after a break and then installed a new one the next day. Chris and his team provided superb service! We had a clogged sewer line outdoors that needed to be repaired—it had been invaded by LOTS of tree roots and due to previous building failures, no longer laid on a downhill grade. I called on a Sunday and they arrived promptly on Monday. Chris walked me through what was wrong, explaining in detail in terms that I could understand, and what needed to be done to fix it, providing price quotes along the way, one quote for what had to be done and then another for what he recommended in addition. My parents and I really appreciated the transparency, being able to know exactly what was being done. After we decided on the best course of action, he unclogged the line temporarily and then returned with a full team on Thursday to excavate and replace our sewer line. They did it all in one day! Arrived bright and early in the morning and finished by early evening, doing a great job refilling the hole and replanting grass on top. Everyone was friendly and professional. We'll definitely be reaching out to Coretech for any future plumbing problems (and if you're reading this looking for a plumbing service, you should call Coretech, too)!

We had a leak in the main line between the meter and house. Tyler arrived on time, and had the job finished in about 2 hours. He explained what happened (a rock had slowly wore a hole in the pipe over time). He removed all rocks near by in the area around the new pipe so this hopefully won't be an issue in the future. Tyler was extremely professional, left the work area in a neat condition, and the bill was VERY reasonable . Chris and Ryan do great work! I received a recommendation about Coretech from a local plumbing supply store so I called them for help with a plumbing leak…. A slab leak. Since the work was going to be extensive and my 40+ year old townhouse needed updates and had other plumbing issues, I decided to get it all done at once. Chris and Ryan have taken care of all of my plumbing work, and continue to work with me as I finish up current renovations on my home. They fixed the leak, retrofitted my tub and shower with levers to replace old three knob faucet handles, replaced three commodes, installed three vessel vanity sinks and faucet sets, re-set my kitchen sink and installed a new faucet, and installed a new dishwasher. 7/29/20 - I called CoreTech Monday evening expecting voicemail but got Amanda and was scheduled for the following morning. Carl and the other Technician arrived this morning and gave me an estimate and were able to make repairs quickly. They did good work and checked to see if I had any other plumbing issues while they were there. They cleaned everything up and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. This was my 2nd time using CoreTech and I will continue to use and recommend them.

My toilets are unclogged and the services were great. The gentlemen did a great job and their customer service was excellent would recommend them to come back to make repairs at my home.

I had a tree root cause a leak in the water one in the front yard. Chris was very thorough about the process to fix the problem and gave me an estimate. The work did not take as long as expected and he adjusted the price accordingly. Chris and James made sure everything was fixed and the landscaping was put back in place. Chris and James were very professional and friendly. I have already recommended them to someone and will do so again.

Needed another job done at a different home. Dallas did a great job fixing the broken toilet flange and installing the toilet. These guys always do a great job and while plumbing repairs aren’t cheap, they have fair pricing!

I needed a rather large job completed. Chris was very helpful in getting me all the information I needed prior to any work being completed. They kept me informed throughout the project and completed all the work from start to finish, including debris cleanup, in a timely manner.

Over the last couple months I’ve had an issue that I finally was able to get around to calling about. Chris made it back to the property the next day and fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction!

This is a great company, and a great team. I highly recommend them to anyone. After the initial job was completed, I told Chris I would only ever use them and I still stand by that.

Today was the second of two times I've needed emergency plumbing services in the past two years, and Coretech delivered both times. I also had a shower installed in between those two times.
Kyle is AMAZING - on-time, courteous, and 100% professional. He was the person who came out for both emergency services (water heater and a main line clog). I cannot say enough good things about him and Coretech.

Our water stopped working, and they installed a new switch. Unfortunately, they had to come back a 2nd time because the water stopped working again. We discovered it was a problem with the well, which they are not licensed to repair at this time. So even though I’m going to have to get another company to completely resolve the problem, these guys tried their best. They were very courteous and their prices very reasonable.

We had a sudden need of plumbing work due to a leak, and it was a Saturday. I called CoreTech and Austin was available and arrived at our house within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new ice-maker valve within a couple of hours. The price was reasonable, and he was a pleasure to work with. I'll be using CoreTech from now on for plumbing needs - couldn't have been happier at their responsiveness and customer service.

Kyle and his assistant were so nice, courteous and professional. My appt window was for 11:00-1:30pm but Kyle called and they were able to come about an hour early, They came to the door wearing masks and booties which I greatly appreciated. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my original reason for calling which was my water heater not working. We also had a leak that had just come up in the past couple of weeks so had them take a look. Again, they quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a range of options and then efficiently fixed my leak in the wall. Having to call about the water heater may have been a blessing in disguise as the wall leak was the bigger problem and had it not been attended to most likely would have turned into a much bigger problem. Tyler at Coretech was great to work with. I recently purchased a home and needed a new gas hot water heater and some other plumbing lines ran for the washing machine done fast. The work was done quickly and they were very clean (boot covers on their shoes) as well as with disposal of materials. Tyler stayed within budget and was available when I needed him. I would highly recommend Coretech for any plumbing needs.
I almost forgot to mention that he took the time to show me how my new hot water heater worked and also showed me how to light, turn off the gas and properly use my gas fireplace insert. Being a first time homeowner, these are very helpful things!

Austin was great and the guys that helped were very professional ! Austin is a great people person and is very particular, and makes sure everything is done right !! They also had to dig in the yard..after they were done you couldn't tell they dug !! When they enter the house, they remove their shoes !! Great company and team !!

These guys came out when I had a leak between the city box and my house. They suggested that I call a leak detection service, find out where the leak was and call them back. Core tech did not charge me for this visit. I found out where the leak was and called Coretech. Colin and Justin called 30 minutes before they were to arrive. They fixed the leak in about an hour, explaining how they were going to fix it. They were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing issues.

We had a water heater replaced by Core Tech Plumbing Service, Inc. The old water heater failed and had to be replaced. Core Tech responded the next morning to evacuate the problem and provided an estimate for the repairs. They had a replacement heater the next business day and installed it in a few hours. I had some requests on how I wanted the water heater installed and they did an excellent installation. The call in coordinator was excellent and the technicians were professional and took great care with the installation.

This company was very easy to work with and completed the job quickly. They did take a couple weeks to come out for the original estimate, but we weren't needing anything urgently. Once they provided multiple estimates for us, they weren't pushy or being salesmen. We called about a week later to move forward with services and the entire water line was replaced less than a week later. Kyle was very helpful and informative. Thank you! Better priced than anyone around too.

My husband and I used Coretech Plumbing for our leaky toilet. They sent us Ryan and Austin who were very nice and professional. They told us in detail what was wrong, and gave us options of what to do. Once we decided, they did a full rebuild of our toilet and got it done quickly. After they left, our toilet wasn’t flushing 100% correctly. I was able to text Ryan and he got right back on it and fixed it with no problem at all! Very reasonable prices and great workers!

I am so happy I called this company. They were awesome, QUICK with no crazy sale pitches or gimmicks. Justin was amazing. We were concerned that the wall would have to be cut open to change our washing machine valves. Normally it wouldnt have been an issue but when your walls are 1960 knotty pine...its an issue. Justin gave us honest information and told us he would do everything to limit the need for wall repair. To our amazement he was able to fix the problem without cutting out the wall. We are really satisfied with this company and will use them from now on.

Carl and Frank arrived a few minutes early after calling ahead. They quickly identified the likely cause of my toilet leakage (between the tank and seat) and presented me with a couple of options for repair or replacement. I make my choice and they completed the replacement in a more-than-reasonable amount of time and left no mess behind.

I had water damage from a cracked toilet and used Chris and Ryan to replace my toilet, my bathroom vanity and sink top. While there, I asked about an issue with my tub faucets leaking. I was given a price quote and scheduled a time for those repairs. These gentlemen maintained a professional manner during both repair jobs.
