On the evening of 5/12 at around 10:45P.M., after a thunderstorm we realized we had no water and the dial indicated no pressure, so here we were needing an available well repair company to come out and assess the issue ASAP! I called at 11:00P.M. and I was so happy when I got a live person, Teal the Owner answered, he ask some basic questions and was very accommodating and able to come the next morning at 9:30, he and his Son Trey did a full inspection of the well/system and it turned out that we needed our 18 year old pump replaced. They were very professional, friendly, and walked us through each step of the process. We were very pleased with their work and timeliness. After about an hour or so we were back up and running!! Very thankful for their speedy and efficient service!! I would highly recommend these guys!!

Never used them before now but we had a plumbing emergency and dispatch had me a guy within a few hours.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

We hired Custom to replace an existing ceiling fan. The tech got pretty far along in the process before realizing that the new fan required three wires and the ceiling had only two. He told us he couldn't install the fan and repackaged it. Custom still charged us the full cost of install which was $267. When I asked if they have something like a service fee that they charge in lieu of the full price of a job when that job's not completed like other electricians and plumbers I've worked with, they said no.

No show. Started at 12 pm was told they had the wrong address. I called them again was told they would be coming after they finished with the customer before me at 3:30pm. Waited then called at 5pm. Still same answer. It's now 9:30pm and no show and no call.

I have known Mike for many years and have found him to have an incredible work ethic; he doesn't quit 'til your problem is solved. And I have never had a question about charges. Affordable plumbing is reliable and available.

If anyone can afford this company, more power to ya. $90.00 to drive up your driveway then to just LOOK at your problem ,boom almost $400.00 without fixing anything. God help your checkbook when they replace parts and actual labor.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

They'll show up, tear your bathroom up, then disappear and not respond to all messages.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.

Marvin and Dan were both friendly and great to work with. When my water heater failed and I needed some plumbing rerouted and the new one to be installed, they came out the next day to assess the project, then fixed it in a few hours the next day (a Saturday!) Their work looked very tidy, they were fast, and everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and would recommend them!

Wow, what a fantastic company John’s Plumbing is! Through their longtime name recognition I called them to install a Toto Washlet that I’d purchased online. The young man who did the work was very polite, pleasant and extremely efficient. A few days later I found that I needed to have someone come back because there was a problem with the new system. John’s Plumbing promptly sent someone who discovered that the item itself was defective and he uninstalled it at no charge to me. But even better, John’s Plumbing was generous enough to schedule a return visit to install the replacement Washlet and since I was only marginally successful in getting the manufacturer to refund me the original cost of installation (of their defective product) the management of John’s Plumbing offered to reinstall the replacement at no additional charge! This was indeed above and beyond any service I have ever received from any outside contract services and I did insist on paying them the small amount that I was able to recover from the manufacturer. I am just so very pleased with the professionalism and personal attention that I have received from all of the staff that I’ve dealt with at John’s Plumbing. What a privilege it is to write this review and share it with anyone who is looking for absolutely the best in the business. I’m simply delighted!

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
