Had a clogged drain that was causing back up into my spare bathroom. Called 8 different companies and no one was able to get out to the house. Called Coretech and they were out at the house within an hour. One of the guys that came out wasn’t even on call and he came to fix the problem. Was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. I will never use another plumber and will recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service.

I AM A HANDS ON KIND OF PERSON SO I WAS CRAWLING AROUND UNDER THE HOUSE WITH THESE MEN OBSERVING THIS ENTIRE PROCESS AND WAS AMAZED AT THEIR EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF WORK.ALL DUCT WORK WAS HUNG NEATLY AND SEALED AS CODE REQUIRED WITH MUCH ATTENTION DEVOTED MAKING THE JOB VERY PLEASING VISUALLY.STARTUP OF EQUIPMENT WENT SMOOTHLY WITH GENEROUS EXPLANATION REGARDING ITS OPERATION TO THE HOMEOWNER. THE LARGE THERMOSTAT MONITORS INSTALLED ARE EASY TO OPERATE, CLEAR TO READ AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO WI-FI FOR ON SCREEN INFORMATION THAT THE HOME OWNER MAY FIND BENEFICIAL..ie.. SUCH AS WEATHER CONDITIONS, CURRENT AND PENDING.WILLIAMS EVEN TOOK CARE OF MY BLOWN-IN INSULATION NEEDS WHICH PREVENTED USING ANOTHER OUTSIDE RESOURCE. WILLIAMS IS CAPABLE OF MULTIPLE SERVICES TO MEET A HOME OWNERS NEED WITHOUT SHOPPING AROUND.I LOVE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THIS VARIABLE SPEED SYSTEM BECAUSE IT KEEPS OUR HOME AT A COMFORTABLE CONSTANT TEMPERATURE. THIS SYSTEM OPERATES WITH DC DRIVES, (COMPRESSOR, FAN AND BLOWER) SO YOU WILL FIND THAT IT IS MORE ECONOMICAL TO OPERATE. WE HAVE A 2500 SQ FT HOME AND OUR POWER BILL FOR JANUARY WAS $173.00 WHILE KEEPING THE STAT SET AT 72*.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ONLY THE AMERICAN STANDARD VARIABLE SYSTEM BUT THE EXPERTISE OF WILLIAMS PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR AS YOUR RESOURCE FOR INSTALLATION.

Affordable Plumbing has done work for us a couple of times. We have been happy with both the service and price. We had what looked like might be a potential problem and Affordable Plumbing came to the house. They diagnosed the issue, gave me their recommendation and didn't even charge me for the service call. Can't thank them enough for their customer service

I called them out to replace a warped toilet flange. I was advised there would be a $90 service charge to come out to quote even though the scope of work was quite simple. They arrived and wanted to inspect all baths and faucets. We did identify an outside faucet that had a slow leak. They then went to their van for 25 minutes to “work up some options”. They came in and tried to sell me on a membership with lower service charges and then showed me the options. To replace one outside faucet and replace one $5.00 toilet flange was $2610.00! To replace just the toilet flange and have us install the toilet was $861.00! This is literally a 45 minute job. I paid the $90.00 service fee and would not recommend you call these guys as they are not reasonable at all. They also have a finance plan which is probably how they get away with these crazy prices. It is sad that people get abused by this type of process. Beware!

If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

We used Custom Electric to install a new electrical box and EV charger. I cannot say enough positive comments about both the work provided and the professionalism of everyone! Each day they showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the work on time. I would, without a doubt, use Custom Electric again!

My husband and I CAN NOT THANK YOU enough for standing behind your work from 8/2020. Due to lost information, we called Blaze Air & Plumbing when our water was out and didn't know why. The tech for Blaze said it hated BOTH our well pump and Bladder tank HAD to be replaced which would have cost us almost $7000.00! When I found you on Google, we spoke about the costs with Blaze, and you stood behind your work from 8/2020, and VOLUNTEERED your assessment THE NEXT DAY! You found a damaged wire on the pump, fixed it and we had limited access to water immediately due to the damaged Bladder tank. The pump is FINE and BLAZE LIED. Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
