Ryan was very professional and informative. I bought my house in June and all of a sudden I was getting water coming up through my floor this month. I called this morning and I was able to get Ryan out in a couple of hours. He thoroughly checked my old water and finally determined it was leaking. They had a new heater in stock and Ryan was able to replace mine the same afternoon. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and he took the time to explain everything to me when he finished. I would recommend Coretech to anyone needing plumbing services.

Matt and Jason were professional and understand positive customer service. When Matt came on Tuesday to evaluate the problem, he explained the problem in detail using terms that I could understand. Then, when they arrived on Thursday to do the work, I asked Matt to explain again exactly what they would be doing. He took his time and explained exactly what the problem was and how they would fix it. They took their time and kept me informed of each step of the process of solving my plumbing problem. Without hesitation, I recommend them.

We have used this company for two repairs, a shower drain, and issues with our AC unit leaking. Both times the technicians were very professional and explained all issues and repair options very thoroughly. Today Joel came out to fix a leak in our AC unit and he was very nice and professional. He even gave my little nephew a keychain flashlight to play with. Would def recommend.

This company is the worst and if you get them be prepared for being over charged. They will take advantage of any and every moment and will not put anything is writing for you. Everything is done with a hand shake or I gotcha! The owner is a rude person and the tech will do the job but won't follow through with any paperwork. Happy Birthday by the way Charging me 400.00 dollars for a pan that was less than 20 dollars. You also lied about the logs as if you turned them on and didn't do that either. I also watched you from my camera didn't even flush the tank like you said you did. I just hope your son don't follow these qualities.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Had them come out to check flashing lights. Was a breaker box problem.

My water went out on a late Saturday night and I waited until Sunday morning to place a call to T.W. Stanley. My call was answered right away and they came out same day and had me up and running with much better water pressure than before. They were very courteous and professional and would not hesitate to call them again.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

I was stood up for my appointment not once, but twice in one week. No courtesy call on either day or even the day after. I am quite disappointed since this business is local to me and I was hoping to establish a good customer relationship with them.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.
