I have hired Coretech Plumbing on a number of occasions for a variety of plumbing issues at my new home. Each time I have encountered a knowledgeable, friendly and professional plumber. Most recently I worked with Ryan and Frank, who both went above and beyond walk me through their diagnostic process and provide pros and cons to each possible solution. My wife has also worked with Jamie who also went out of his way to ensure we understood the problem at hand and was friendly and professional. If you are seeking a respectable plumbing service with reasonable pricing and friendly personnel, look no further.

I lived here at my home and have met very few honest people that provide service with integrity and I will said that Mr. Stanley represent that few. I understand that the word business is service provided for a fee and I have been disappointed and disatified with serviced becaused of greed! I thank Mr. Stanley for having God in him.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

These guys are great! Excellent service and responded very quickly. He knew what he was doing and fixed my busted pipe at a great price and was very friendly. I highly recommend NG Plumbing and will certainly be using them in the future.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

Trey was amazing! My garbage disposal started leaking and Smiley Plumbing Company was recommended by a family member and I am glad he was! He was able to come out the next day and install a new disposal very quickly and efficiently. Trey was also very professional, courteous, and clean with his work. He also explained what needed to be done and prices with his services, which I really appreciated. I will recommend Smiley Plumbing to my family and friends and use his services again!

I will give 2 stars because the techs (Shawn and Jose) were friendly, hardworking, and professional. If not for them, I’d give 0 stars.

They didn’t show for 3 appointments that had to be rescheduled a fourth time. When I call their line to ask for help about all the missed appointments and techs not showing up when we are told they will show up, I was told “we will let dispatch know and they will call you” and then they never call.

We called Saturday to report the issue and was scheduled 5-9 that day to have someone come out and look. No show. It gets rescheduled to Sunday, 8-12. No show. Rescheduled 11-3, no show. We then received a call to schedule the appointment 5-9. I explained that we had been waiting on a tech since the day prior and was told they didn’t have a work order for us until that afternoon. It became clear that the individuals who answer the phones were not scheduling appointments properly and there was zero communication. Tech shows at 6:00pm and reports there is a leak in the coil. The next day, someone was supposed to come back out from 12-5. No show. We then receive a call being told our part has to be ordered and will be in Wednesday. Repair is scheduled for Thursday.

The day of our scheduled repair, we received a text saying the tech was on his way (we were told we would be notified when they were 30 minutes out). An hour later, still no tech. When I call to ask about it, I was told “oh, he’s on his way to Durham to get your part” - we live in Greensboro. When I asked about the text I got at 7:45am saying the tech was on his way, they say “well that’s an automated text that just gets sent out - we can’t help what it says”.

This place is a joke honestly, and they have zero respect for your time. If our landlord didn’t use this company, we certainly wouldn’t deal with the headache. Highly encourage you to use another company.

I called upon Water Improvement Technologies to evaluate an issue I had with a leaking tub/shower installation. Danny very quickly diagnosed they rather unusual cause of the leaking, which he found to be coming from two separate sources. He was able to apply a fix on the spot. The price could not have been better. Danny was competent, cordial and professional.

I called and found they do not service my area but the gentleman I spoke with was still so helpful and answered some of my questions. Thanks!

After having gone through several HVAC companies in the past years and recently having one keep pushing appointments off, we found Master Plumbers; and was able to get an appointment the next week for HVAC maintenance.

Joel and Zack showed up first thing in the morning and explained what they would be doing and made sure no work, after inspection would be done, until we approved it. They were very professional, polite, and friendly. They found a few issues with our systems (with pictures) and explained options had. There was no sales pressure and thoroughly explained the options. I told them I was pleased they didn't rush through everything and was told they only do a handful of jobs a day, so they can focus on the customer and not just the job.

We were so impressed with the service, we signed up for for the maintenance plan.

Lastly, the negative comments which are on here are nonsense. I don't thing some people understand how HVAC companies operate when it comes to maintenance. Master Plumbers are very competitive with their prices so don't let the negative reviews fool you.

Justin from Aurora came out and was knowledgeable, friendly, and went over pricing options. Great company judging from this interaction and I’ll use them again. I’m ibye rested in the membership he talked about when we move to our new house.

Travis and his team were wonderful to work with. They responded very quickly and followed up when needed. All issues were addressed and we now have a great new toilet that no longer leaks. Would highly recommend for any future needs

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

Great experience! I used Dave's Plumbing a repair thru my warranty company. The first plumber came out and did all he could and the toilet worked fine..until a few weeks later I noticed the problem again. Well this time DAVE himself came out and made it convenient for me and I feel confident that he did all he could to fix my problem!
