Best Drain Inspection in Greensboro NC

So our AC unit quit blowing cold air, I called ARS to come to my home and check the unit inside and outside. The Tech came and told me the unit was old and needed $1300.00 in repairs. He told me I might as well buy a new unit and quoted me that around $4300.00. He talked me into setting up an appointment with their sales team. I got a second opinion from a second company and the Tech told me that it was a simple switch that had gone bad in the unit, he over rode it that day and the unit began to blow cold air again. He replaced the switch two days later and the charge for this came to a little over $65.00. I don't know if the ARS tech was incompetent or a dishonest sales man trying to make a sale but I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY!

My mother is putting her house on the market. The pre inspector found a problem with the water heater. Mom keeps good records so it was easy to find the paperwork for Affordable. I called and talked to Mike who immediately started working to resolve the issue. 36 hrs later and repairs were made at no charge to my mother. The key that shows the integrity of this company, the hot water heater was installed 5 years ago. Mike worked to resolve the issue, not blow me off. Thanks Mike, great job!

Driggers Plumbing is on time and on the mark! They came to visit same day when I reported a septic issue and were here the next day to open and pump my tanks and clean the filter, which was what our primary issue was. Everything is working great and the price was extremely fair for the service. Daven, our technician, was informative, effective and friendly. Highly recommend!!

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
Do you not even offer a senior discount?

I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. I had two separate non-emergency services performed by him and both times, he came out the very next day. I will continue to use AAA in the future for any well or plumbing needs I have.

Matt just replaced the water heater he came out to fix, on Christmas Eve, three years ago. He got us three more years out of a 20+ year old water heater, then replaced it with a more efficient model when it finally gave out. Love 1st Triad Plumbing!!!

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.

As a property management company we have been doing bushiness with Vortex for years. for the most most part we have been satisfied with there work only having to call them back on a couple of occasions. the way the owner spoke to my son today however has me questioning the level of professionalism that can be expected from Vortex. we fear that even if they may be a cheap option it may be better to go with another option for drain cleaning in the future. we are now concerned with the cost of possible ramifications from such unprofessional conduct outweighing any amount of savings in the long run. -attached are images of texts between the owner and my son.
