Matt and the crew are FANTASTIC. My email was answered within an hour. They came out quickly to give a very reasonable quote, the lowest we got. He scheduled us in very quickly, and did a great job. I called for a quote for a tankless hot water heater, and he talked us into a tank at roughly 1/3 the cost. We're so grateful for his quick action to get us back up and going again. I would highly recommend this company!

We used them just before thanksgiving. We had some toilet issues. They arrived right on time as scheduled. Cleared the toilet. A child confessed to flushing the blue candyland man while he was there. Everything has been working fine ever since. We will call them again. It's good to have a plumber and these guys are great!

The very definition of professionalism and quality. It was easy to get an appointment and they were prompt in their response and diligent in the repair (I had an outside spigot that had ruptured at one time or another). Mr. Rockwood was knowledgeable and courteous, and the rates for 1st Triad were very affordable.

Goodness knows that I wish to never have to utilize plumbing services, but chances are I will need to. And 1st Triad Plumbing WILL be the company I enlist to repair and protect my property! Thank you again!

Matt recently installed two new toilets in our home. Did a fantastic job, one of the toilets was defective from the seller and while this was not his problem he took it upon himself to take the bad toilet back for us to the store, trade out for a new one and still came back the same day to do the work, completing the job. I would use him over anyone else ANYTIME of the day, night or year! #lovemyplumber

As an homeowner of a house built in the 1940’s, needles to say we have had our fair share of plumbing issues. For each and every one of theses we have used 1st triad Plumbing. Matt just replaced the water heater he came out to fix, on Christmas Eve, three years ago. He got us three more years out of a 20+ year old water heater, then replaced it with a more efficient model when it finally gave out. Love 1st Triad Plumbing!!!
