Needed my hot water heater replaced. Called them in the morning.Came out that afternoon and installed a new tank. Had hot water again in just a few hours. Very professional, didn't waste their time or my money.

Both Paul and Bradley did a phenomenal job installing my bathroom faucet. Both were extraordinarily pleasant, very professional, timely and knew their craft at the expert level. I am delighted with the caliber of their work and highly recommend them and Jimmy’s Plumbing whenever the need arises.

I am more than pleased with the service provided. Our plumber Rachel was on time, courteous, and very professional. There was an odor coming from our toilet that a previous plumber was unable to find. Rachel found the issue which was the two bolts securing the toilet to the floor were loose causing the odor to escape around them. Rachel fixed the problem and cleaned up after leaving the area nicer than she found it. Jimmy's will always be my go to plumber from now on.

Jimmy's Plumbing gives great service. The employees are friendly and very responsive. Anytime we need a plumbing problem addressed, we call Jimmy's Plumbing and know we'll be well cared for.

Had an appointment for 5-21 @ 1pm. Took half day off work for appointment. I called at 1:30 after no one showed up. I was told it should be another hour to hour and a half before someone could come. I cancelled the appointment.

My experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had sewer drain unclogged. took about an hour most spent on getting equipment to work properly. was charged over $400 Will never call them again & will tell others. They over charged for what they did. I have worked in refurbishing homes for 20 years and know this is an outrageous charge.

I have used Jimmy’s Plumbing many times, most recently to install a new water heater. Charlie arrived at my home within an hour of my call to assess the problem. He then gave me three options with the total cost of each. Installation was timely, clean and well done. They even organized the inspection that the city had to sign off on (for the gas part of the water heater). I highly recommend Jimmy’s Plumbing and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Called them at 8am on Monday. Said they would be out today but if not they would call and set it up for Tuesday. I sat here all day never called. The next day they answered and sent me to voicemail. NEVER again

My father in law, who is 82 woke up Sunday morning to find the plumbing stopped up. We called around and the first one to respond was Jimmy's Plumbing. After talking, he recommended that we call the City of High Point first since there would be no charge. After the city came out and said it was not their problem we called back.

They were out within 45 minutes, cleared the line but found a problem, which they came out on Tuesday to repair. When digging up the lines they found the problem, which they said was actually the city of High Point's problem and called the city out. After a couple hours of discussion and multiple city trucks and inspectors, the people at Jimmy's showed the city why it was their problem so there were no further bills send to my father in law.

This was my first experience with a plumbing company but I doubt others would have been as concerned about protecting my father-in-law's interest as they were. As a matter of fact most of them never called us back from our Sunday morning SOS call.

I'd recommend them just for their integrity and responsiveness. When you don't have the expertise it is worth calling a company that is fair, honest and has your best interest in mind. That is what we experienced.

We have used Jimmy’s for multiplie issues at our home. They have always been fair, prompt, repliable, and have always done the job right the first time.

Had a simple main line clog. Chances are it took them more time to get here than it did for them to do the work. $245 and 30 minutes later my drain is fixed.

Highway robbery for such a fast task mostly done by a machine, and diagnostics were given by me. There was no guess work or anything.

I'll avoid service and do the work myself.

Called to clear sewer line. They came out, but said they could not complete the job until a needed piece of equipment was repaired. After 3 weeks they told me they could not guarantee when their equipment would be working again, allowing them to fix my blockage. This was 3 weeks of the only correspondence being initiated by me. I told them I couldn't wait...they responded understood . Two days later they sent me a bill for over $750.00!!!!. My issue with this company goes beyond poor service, poor communication and broken down equipment. The technician claimed in two phone conversations that he had identified the problem as being beyond my property line (the middle of street) and the responsibility of the city, and he could prove this to the city once his equipment was repaired. This was not true, as the technician had not even accessed the clean outs on the sewer line!!!! The line was merely clogged.

They have done great work for my home and rentals -- update as of 04/05/2022 called today to inquire about my bath room tub not draining -- the receptionist was so rude -- she talked over me and just would not let me explain the situation -- she just kept repeating that I needed my septic tank pumped -- I simply asked that they come and. Verify this as septic tank pumping is quite expensive -- either way her rudeness and inability to allow me to speak is why I am updating my review and why I have ordered my property manager to remove them from servicing my 27 rental units-- all she said was OK -- so OK I no longer recommend this business

I bought my home 3 years ago. I didn't know any plumbing companies. I called Jimmy's to fix my shower (that I tried to fix and screwed up). Anthony showed up and did a great job. All new fixtures over 2 hours of work and the bill was just under 500 bucks. I have not one complaint they are very fair and the price is also fair. I will use them again if I need them. We need more companies like this!!!!

A new toilet purchased six months ago broke and one plumbing company came to fix it but within three weeks it broke again. This time I called Jimmy's Plumbing & Repair, where they offered a more reasonable price to come and evaluate what was wrong with it, and a rough estimate of what it may cost. Not only did they come out in a timely manner, but they called when they were on their way. The repair man was professional, friendly, and fixed the toilet with a few minutes that it worked beautifully at this time. He never left giving me outrageous quotes for future repairs of water heater and pipes as the other company did either, nor did they make an appointment with me and cancel at the last minute!!!!!! I had a blockage that flowed into my shower and bathtub. After another plumber from a large company came. I was told it was going to cost $1,500, my back yard was going to be dug up and they couldn't do it for a week and a half. Toby from Jimmy's came out the same day, cleared the blockage in less than an hour and it cost me $169. Toby was very professional, efficient and friendly. I was very impressed and will never use anyone else from now on.

Will never use this company again. Terrible experience. Not a BBB accredited company - for a reason - look at their reviews on the BBB site.

I called them to repair a pump they installed for me a few years ago. The only thing positive about my experience was that they did come out that day to diagnose the issue. After that, they missed three appointments to come fix - no call, no show. I had to call to find out where they were and when they were coming. They finally came, and did fix the pump, but - they overcharged me and incorrectly logged the time. Tech was here for 1.5hrs, and they charged for 2.75hrs. When I questioned, they changed it to 2.25hrs and said the extra time was for the time it took him to pick up a part. He didn't leave the site while he was here to pick anything up. I questioned why they were charging for this, and why they didn't pick up the part on any of their other trips to the supply store over the two weeks I had to wait for them to actually show up and they didn't have a good answer, but refused to adjust the invoice. I've never been charged for the time it took someone to pick up a part - unless it was something they realized they needed on site. In this case, I paid (a lot) for the same day diagnostic visit in addition to the repair visit - so that they could come prepared. Horrible experience as a customer here - worst I've ever had with any service company (and I renovate old houses, so have a lot of opportunities to work with different service companies) - and I want to make sure you don't have to endure the same with this company.

Was told 100 per hour and if the outside water source needed to be replaced 46 and any parts 6. They came and found out the water was just not turned on at the source. They turned it on took a total of 30 min and charged me 197.14 according to their prices how does any of this add up. Nothing was replaced and they were only here 30 min. Where is 197.14 come in. Needless to say RIPPED OFF!!!

Need pipes fixed and called as they were great reviews. The first time they came out they told me to get a carbenter to fix my bathroom toilet. It stops ups. They wouldnt touch the bathroom sink. They went on the roof or one did anyhow. One stayed by my gate and played with the dog. Said pipes were fixed. Nope as soon as I went to wash dishes the pipes were still clogged. It took them over a week and two emils and calls for them to come out. Needless to say they were back on the roof when the clog is under the house. The younger man again stayed at my fence and played with the dog. My husband was told they busted my pipes, they cleaned up a little and then told my husband charlie would call me. No phone call! I had to clean the sludge from my bathroom sink that was left in there and the used gloves that were left on ground. Upon leaving the plumber told my husband that the sink was unclogged and would be ok for a little bit. Im guessing a little bit was once they left. I am using buckets to wash my dishes as the sink was never unclogged. I wish I never called them as the problem is now way worse since they busted a pipe or pipes and now there is mud getting in the pipes which is going to cost way more. They also call once they are turning on the road not knwing if someone is home. They do not scedule anything.

This is an e-mail for warren and pepe.I have had no water for 2 whole days and it really sucked.those 2 guys did a fantastic job.i was really worried about having a whole cut in my house.But they had to do it to get at my pipes to fix the job.they fixed my water problem and even put a cover in my wall to cover up the hole.luckily it was behind my washer so u cant see it at all.great job guys.if I have any other problems i will call u guys 1st.you both did a great job.I even gave them a million dollar tip for a job well done.ask warren he will tell you.lol.thanks again guys on a job well done..............

Matt & Co Worker came & found water leak under our sink,repaired pretty quickly.This was on Friday 2/12/2021,I assume they were in a hurry,close to quitting time forgot to put my access panel door back on,i went out later about 35 degrees & noticed it laying on the ground with muddy foot prints on the inside of the door,bent it a little but I fixed it.Its all good though we all get in a hurry from time to time.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with their service. They were knowledgeable, punctual, polite, willing to answer my questions I had, and explained answers in terms I could understand. I am very pleased with the workmanship and price of the job too.Next time I need a plumbing repair, I will be calling Jimmy,s Plumbing and be requesting Torin and Bud.

Quoted one price, bill was almost twice the amount I was quoted. I called the office and the lady told me the price was higher because they sent 2 men. It still took them 2 1/2 hours to complete a job I was told would take about 1 hour to complete. She said the manager would call me Monday that was a week ago no phone call.

Charged nondisclosed drive time fee of 100 dollars an hour. Customer beware. This is deceptive and wrong. Policy never communicated by company. Do not use, go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Last August $13,000 damages were accomplished by a lousy plumber to my home I’d been in 6 weeks.
Since then I have had 3 other plumbers, not fix my continual issues.
Jimmy’s was highly recommended through our neighborhood list serve.
They came out the same day I called. Were punctual & even in the pouring rain found a solution.
I am so pleased & grateful.

Jimmy's took our call on Easter Friday. While most would have put us off until the following week they came right out! Our technician was Anthony C and a helper, they were professional and awesome to be point blank... Ran a snake over 10 times outside to in..... Upgraded pipes and definitely saved our Easter! Couldn't be more happy these guys rock!

I was having problems with leaking sink and I had to replace my commode. I also had to get my kitchen sink unstopped. After the repairs were finished the owner was passing by my house to get to another customer and stopped. While he was there he wanted to know is everything good and I said yes . Called them 2 weeks ago and again 1 week ago, was told oh you are still in the queue. I guess maybe by Christmas I'll get my plumbing done. Very unprofessional service, would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Super quick, friendly, and efficient service.

Called at 4PM and set up repair for the next day. Asked to be called with a time frame once they had schedule made so I could inform tenants. Never heard anything, called at 2:30 and went to voicemail. Called next morning and was told the repairman was in a meeting and they would call when he got out. Still no call back. If they are too busy to get to a job they should just say that.

It is such great comfort to know from the time you make that first phone call,, every one you deal with is professional, the work will be done right. To them every person that calls is special. .

I don't like to put negative reviews but there's a limit for everything. I need sewage service done in my yard I start calling Jimmy's Plumbing and and finally they sent one technician. He was on the phone all time. He left and told me that he will send me the estimate. And never get any. And now I'm trying to get in touch with them again but in the last two weeks he's been just telling me that I'll will be there. I hope this review help other people and also Jimmy's Plumbing do better in customer service.

We called Jimmy's Plumbing at my place of employment because one of our patient bathrooms was Un operational. Jimmy's sent Rachael G out and she had the bathroom back up and running in less than 10 minutes. Rachael was professional and had a positive attitude. She did an excellent job, and I would recommend her for your plumping needs any time!

Jimmy's Plumbing called me the day before their scheduled visit and said they could work us in immediately. I was thrilled! Jesse and Brad showed up about 15 minutes later and fixed our problem within the hour. They were professional and courteous and we will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs .

Bad experience. Took over 2 weeks to fix an issue at my business and they didn't clean up after themselves. I tried to set it up before we opened because they had to shut the water off yet they never showed. Never using them again.

Didn't call or show on scheduled date. They texted days later asking if I'd be home, well no... I work too. I'll try to give them another shot but not optimistic.

During the pandemic & holiday, we experienced our first plumbing issue. Charlie was quick to respond to my after-hours phone message & worked us in their busy schedule the next day, for repairs. He went above & beyond to find the culprit of our leak. He was polite, diligent, detailed with his work & wore PPE due to the pandemic. The front office staff was so helpful with my questions & quickly responded to my inquiries. I trust Jimmy’s plumbing with all of our plumbing needs & highly recommend them.

Promo, polite & efficient

I had an emergency today, called Jimmy's Plumbing, let them know I had an emergency. Meanwhile, one of the service techs had to leave work but nobody called to let us know we wouldn't have quick service. I understand this company is a very good plumbing company, but their lack of communication caused us to use an additional 53,000 gallons of water.

Well pleased. Speedy response. Knowledgeable and courteous technician. Everything was clearly explained. Work was completed to my satisfaction.

My tankless water heater was in need of maintenance so I used this service. I was quoted a price over the phone that I thought I understood, but received a bill that was higher than expected. I immediately called and spoke with Torin and he quickly adjusted the bill to match my expectations. The service itself was good... the technician arrived on time and was friendly. Overall, not a bad experience, but you might want to get an estimate in writing or make sure the details of pricing are gone over thoroughly before committing.

Very professional and personal technicians removed my old worn out gas water heater and installed the new one in a matter of hours unlike the last one installed by another plumbing company that took 2 days and was not up to code. I highly recommend Jimmy’s Plumbing to anyone needing work done.
