Initial call to schedule service was promptly returned, Joe called to give me updates on arrival time, pricing was very fair, and service was thorough addressing the problem. Trash company the guy come in and he just said you need a new ac without even check it and the estimate guy told me don't speak to me I don't have time to waste I will just write you an estimates. They said they will charge me 104$ they charge me 116$ for nothing. It's a scam company and I don't like the way they treat me.

I am the office manager of Studio J Dance Center in Asheboro, and we found ourselves in a pickle days before our fall classes are scheduled to start. We called Jay Carroll, and he graciously went above and beyond to ensure that our first day will go smoothly. Their professionalism is unparalleled and their knowledge and education on plumbing and heating always leaves us feeling confident and cared for. My husband called Williams heating and air this morning and they came out on the same day. On Wednesday, we were told by the competitor that we needed $3500 worth of work done to our unit. After careful consideration and the feeling that we were about to get ripped off, we called Williams. They came out and spent a couple of hours examining our unit and found that a simple relay switch was all we needed. We have a home warranty company that sent this crook to our home and they refused to pay to have the work that crook claimed we needed so that is why we chose Williams. I have to say they were very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for future use. Craig was very knowledgeable and honest. He didn't try to take advantage of us and that says alot about the kind of people Williams employ....kudos to you all.

I needed a plumber to check out and fix my Mom's hot water heater; problem is, she's in Greensboro and I live in New England. After reading reviews I gave Affordable a call. Mike got back to me extremely quickly and managed to find a spot in his schedule in order to quickly get my Mom back up and running. He coordinated with me very well over the phone (multiple calls) and was very professional. He got the job done at a very fair price. I can't recommend Mike and Affordable Plumbing highly enough!

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.
