Michael came to install a backwater valve after an incident in my home. He is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain in detail, every step of the instalation. I also felt comfortable asking him questions. He was very careful and clean with his work. He even removed one of my plants from the root that was in the way of the pipe he needed to work on, then replanted it back when he was done! The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

I had a problem that turned out to be minor. Travis came very quickly, was able to fix it immediately. He cleaned up afterward, and he also provided me with a lot of additional information about the system that was useful. The charge was just for the service call, and it was reasonable and lower than many others I've had to the house. A very positive interaction, and I'd definitely call him again.
