Roger made a service call this weekend to repair our water heater. He was friendly, efficient and professional and solved our problem! I would absolutely recommend Williams Plumbing & AC!

Called on a frigid Sunday. Teal answered and provided some suggestions on placing a hair dryer under our well cover to see if the well head had frozen. He also said to open our sink faucet. 10-15 minutes later, water began to flow. 20 minutes later we were back to full pressure.

Other plumbers would have never provided the suggestion and charged for a service call.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

I had a leak in the main sewer line in my home. I called spoke with the operator who was friendly and professional.She was able to get Kraven and Zach to my home within an hour. We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

As a property management company we have been doing bushiness with Vortex for years. for the most most part we have been satisfied with there work only having to call them back on a couple of occasions. the way the owner spoke to my son today however has me questioning the level of professionalism that can be expected from Vortex. we fear that even if they may be a cheap option it may be better to go with another option for drain cleaning in the future. we are now concerned with the cost of possible ramifications from such unprofessional conduct outweighing any amount of savings in the long run. -attached are images of texts between the owner and my son.
