Called requesting repair of a leaking water heater. They were able to come the same day, actually within a couple hours of my call. Quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. Explained how the system works, what likely caused the issue and how to prevent it from happening again. Also flushed the water heater. I had an outdoor faucet that was leaking and he gladly agreed to fix that while here (even though I had not mentioned that when requesting service). Kyle ensured that all aspects of the plumbing in relation to the water heater were tested and appropriate to prevent further issues. Very satisfied customer!!

I had water stop completely, I called this man, he told me to check a few things, I followed his steps, step by step, and he keep calling me to check back with me, he could have came out and charged me, but he guided me over the phone, 2 hours after replacing what he told me too, I instantly have water, I am thankful for his help and the money I saved, if I ever have something I can't fix and have to pay, he is getting my business. Mike got back to me extremely quickly and managed to find a spot in his schedule in order to quickly get my Mom back up and running. The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

horrible experience! $59.00 trip charge plus tax. Got the highest quote imaginable to where no one would ever pay that amount. Was told their vans were fully stocked and didn't even have a receptacle that was needed to do my job. If it wasn't for the trip charge that you pay to them to come out and then get the estimate, I would highly doubt they would remain in business. DON'T USE! TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!!!!

If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

Hot water heater died at 7am. Called John's at 7:15. Guys arrived around 2pm. Due to their schedule was going to have to wait 2 days for a new water heater. Some how they were able to send someone out at 5:30. Less than 4 hours later I got hot water again. Great company.
