We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. I had a clogged garbage disposal over the holiday & tried everything but couldn't get it to drain. Then yesterday afternoon I called Champion Plumbing!! The owner answered the phone and immediately I felt at ease...like my problem would be taken care of. Even though late in the day, he said someone could probably be there that day!

Less than 15 minutes later I received a call from the repairman who said he was finishing a job, but would arrive around 5pm...but before 4:30 he was at my home!! He was very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter my sink & disposal were in perfect condition once again!!

He offered to help me put all items back under the sink, left no mess for me to clean & took my clogged garbage with him!! 😄😄

I was charged exactly as quoted too!! What more could I have wanted to be happy you ask?? Absolutely NOTHING!! They were fabulous!! Thanks again Champion!!

Victor was knowledgeable, friendly and the utmost professional. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing, and then what he did.

They came out within an hour of me calling and unclogged my drain. Advertised a $49 drain and that’s exactly what they charged me. Will definitely be using them again.

We moved to our new home in Surprise in late July. On a Monday I spotted what I thought might be a small exterior plumbing leak. We had thunderstorms that weekend so I didn't think too much of it. By Friday mid morning when I came home we had a large puddle in the yard and water running down the driveway. I had tried to use Bumblebee on a previous repair but ended up going with a different very large company that called back first. Bumblee still did a great job of calling back over the next couple of days to make sure I did get the repair completed and I was happy with it. I decided I would give them a shot.I called Bumblebee and dispatch provided great communication. After speaking with a supervisor and the field techs she called back in less than a half hour and said someone will be out within a couple hours. She later called when Cody was en route. He showed up and was great! Friendly with a great personality, calm, patient and respectful. He was informative and did a great job of finding the leak in the line. He stayed until sundown finalizing the repair and kept a great attitude. I asked him about a couple other plumbing questions and he provided some honest feedback instead of trying to sell something I don't need. The very large company I used last time was incredibly sales focused and I didn't like it.I would highly recommend Bumblebee to anyone. Great friendly staff and excellent service. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but when I do they will be the ones I call!

Tony has fixed a pop up drain stopper I've had trouble with ever since it was a new installation a year ago. He gave me suggestions how I could make it drain better. Also gave advice on how to prepare the condo plumbing for summer when I'm gone. He is very professional. I highly recommend him!
