Best Water Filtration in Glendale AZ

We had bumble bee install a water softening system. We are pleased with our plumber, Lupe as he gave us lots of options to choose from and gave us time to think over our special circumstances. I would use bubble bee plumbing again!

I needed to have all the fixtures in 3 tub/showers replaced (old stuff was builder grade junk that had been in the house since built..time to upgrade). The 2 spare rooms were quick and easy with some soldering needed. The master, however, was a nightmare. The previous owners tried repairs on their own which included gluing in a broken screw. The plumber had to rig a pullling system to get the cartridge out. He did not give up and leave us with a half completed job. We are thrilled with the results and the quality of the work. Will, absolutely use them again. You get what you pay for people.

They come out on a Sunday and dealt with a troubling issue. They were professional and worked until the job was complete. We were impressed and would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue you may encounter. Jarold the service professional was outstanding, forthright and honest about the job and what he would be completing. Great job!!

Bill Messenger did a fabulous job fixing our master toilet and cartridge in second shower. He was professional, courteous and kind. I can tell he loves his job and the company he works for. It shows in all of the employee's work!!The customer service from the point of phone call to Chris who was setting up our service is fantastic. If you give awards for your team members for 5 star work, they deserve it too!!We have needed a lot of work in the recent couple of years and I wouldn't call anyone else to do the work. Keep up the amazing job. The culture of your organization must be a great place to work!! It shows in all you do.

Joe from Christian Bros. is extremely amazing. He was responsive, professional, and very willing to help us out in a few tough situations. He had to come out multiple times due to our damaged water heater and then again when our toilet unexpectedly flooded. Joe became part of our family over the past few days and we really appreciated having his help!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Ron Sorensen arrived on time for initial call. He diagnosed problem, had me call Raheem for part, and came back today to install part. A truly professional, customer centric service man. He is an asset to Sunstate Plumbing, and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Joey is AWESOME!! He's quick but thorough. Explained all of our options in a way we understood so we could make the best decision for our situation. Very honest and the price was perfect for the job. Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.
