I found his service to be very professional, and polite. I also found him to be very personable! He explained everything available to me in very clear terms, which were considerable!! I definitely will be using Bumble Bee Plumbing in the future, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Dave Matta was so kind and efficient! Dave came out on Saturday after I found a water leak in my garage. He could have easily taken advantage of me as I was panicking since the leak was in the wall that is shared with my kitchen. He could have sold on me on an emergency fix that cost a lot of money or something that my homeowner's insurance didn't approve. He didn't. Instead Dave did the honest and human thing and assured me the leak was small and slow and it could wait another few days until my homeowner's insurance approved it. He gave me an estimate and left at no charge. He promptly came back out on Monday and did a great job with the repairs. I will definiely call Reddi Services again just based on Dave's honesty, kindness, and great customer service.
