When Bradley showed up at the house his uniform was nice and crisp and his appearance clean cut. He looked very professional. He wanted to know exactly what i wanted done instead of just jumping in and assessing the the job himself without my input. He kept the work area clean and was very respectful with the plants and flowers around the area. After job completion I followed up on his work and the soldered joints were very neat. Bradley was very courteous throughout the experience. I would recommend Bradley every time for future plumbing problems. They were prompt in coming out to do an underground drain repair and explained up front the pricing and the final pricing after install matched without any surprises. Being new to AZ we've found alot of services just overpriced as assume we aren't educated, but not the case with Trusted plumber. Very fair price, showed up on time and was wrapped up 30min ahead of schedule on a 3hr job. Will definitely be my go to plumber going forward.

We had a water heater threatening to blow so, in a panic, I called them for help. I'm sure it was just dumb luck, but Luis showed up in under an hour from the time of my call. Their administrative folks were very nice and professional. Luis shared his assessment of the problem and we discussed options, which led to my decision to pursue the original install company because of the warranty. But Luis was very kind and generous with his honest feedback. I felt no pressure from him to choose RotoRooter. Though I will likely have the original plumber fix my problem, I would not hesitate to call this company in the future. Great experience!

My mainline got clogged and sewage started backing up on a Saturday evening. When I called ER plumbing, they answered right away and sent someone out within 45 minutes. When Roland got here, he was kind, friendly, and got right to work. He was able to get the mainline cleared and we were back to being able to use our toilets and showers in no time. From my calling them to schedule service, to George Banks coming to the house to perform the service, everyone was courteous, polite, efficient and very professional. George did a superb job and very quickly showed that he knew what he was doing. In the future I will always call Christian Brothers for my heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Water is leaking from the bathtub faucet. I was unable to turn it off due to stripped hardware. The leak was handled and allowing time to save funds for further repairs.

Called for service on a clogged up drain and they were out within an hour and addressed the issue, Awsome guys and will be using them from now on!
