One major company in the valley gave estimate of 2400.00 I’m not kidding another 500 which was reasonable but a lil hi then Roger came gave us quote an I’m not kidding in about hour an half he came an said all done water is on . I was talked out of going with another company by a family member who uses this company for their properties. I was glad I listened. They were able to come to the house to make an assessment, get a water heater installed, install a washing machine (that Lowes refused to do), replace 6 water valves and fix a kitchen leak all within a few hours. I also liked that they listened to your goals and discussed options available instead of just asking what you want them to do. As someone who doesn't know anything about plumbing, giving me feedback on my options and the pros and cons with each one was really important. Highly recommend this company.

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. He stated was in Phoenix finishing a job and would be to Mayer in 2 hours. He was a man of his word. I sent him pictures of the problem prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was professional, prepared, and repaired the problems quickly. I would recommend Rapid Fire to anyone needing plumbing fixes quickly and efficiently.

I was parked next to these guys at a gas station. I had my three I’ll turn on the car and for some reason my car died and would not start. I asked his guys if they had a quick second to help me. But no they couldn’t take a second out of their time to help a lady out. I hope if Their mom or sister or aunt ever get into a situation where they need a jump they’ll be a nice man to help them out is that what you’re supposed to do for your neighbor it’s like Christmas time so I would never ever recommend them or use them or their business

I worked with Cisco, who was friendly and informative throughout the process of having my tankless water heater descaled. He walked me through what he would do and showed me the process along the way.They are definitely looking to suggest products to you. This part of the visit felt pushy. They also really want to upsell you into an annual subscription for descaling your water unit, which felt weird to put a subscription model around.Further, as Cisco left he dumped the vinegar solution he used to descale our water heater into the street and it left a white residue behind that we had to clean up as he drove off. Careless. Took several washes and scrubbings of the street to get that white residue to come up.
