Very professional and courteous. Very quickly Replaced full valve kits for 3 toilets that were constantly. One also needed new O ring - which was great that he had all the supplies. Will have them back for faucet replacement.
James does great business and the quality of his work is unmatched.

3/7/23: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️James was able to respond to my water leak emergency right away! I had water everywhere! He was friendly and has years of experience. He took a video so that I could see what the problems were and fixed them with ease. His prices were very reasonable and he cleaned everything up nice. He has a great attention to detail. Excellent service. Installed new faucet. Showed me how to disengage the sensor feature if I decide I don't like it. Tightened the face plate (??) on my shower faucet also at no extra charge.

James was very responsive. He was able to come out the day after I contacted him look at my old water softener (which hadn't worked in years) and provide an estimate. He was able to replace my water softening system the following day. He provided an itemized list of costs, and there were no surprise costs after he gave the quote. He was friendly, courteous, and likeable. He went above and beyond to provide high quality work and tidied up after himself. This is a one man business, which is a plus, because I know who I am getting, and I know I will receive consistent, quality work. I highly recommend him. I will definitely be using this business for my future plumbing needs.

James came by to install a salt free water softener. I used him before to replace my water heater and I can’t recommend him enough. Professional, friendly, and makes recommendations Vs telling you what he wants to do. Repeat customer here!!!
I had refrigerator inlet water tube leaking. James suggested an alternate method to replace and fix the problem. The job was done to my satisfaction and reasonably priced. This is the first time I used Blue Eye Plumbing. They will be the first I will go to for any plumbing issues in the future.
Blue eye plumbing became my go-to plumber today. James was great - came right away, listened to everything I had going on with my project, then took his time to examine things and make his suggestions.
He was thorough, and even read through the entire manual of the shower I’m installing to make sure the suggested measurements and hookups matched his plan and our needs. His price was extremely fair and the work hes done so far is exactly what I needed. Our older house has needed a lot of plumbing work the past few months, and I just wish I’d found Blue Eye Plumbing sooner.

James went above and beyond. I tried installing bidet seat myself, and caused a leak. James had a full schedule, and couldn't make it until next Tuesday. I was in panic mode. I broke my mothers toilet. I asked if he could please come today. It is very hard for my 83 year old mother to go upstairs everytime she has to use the bathroom. He said sure, and came over as planned. What a nice and caring person. James is very efficient, professional, personable and reasonably priced. No cross-sell or upselling. I give James 10 stars

James put in an initial pressure reducer for us. He was very professional in all our interactions, charged the quoted price exactly and even told us how we could fix our leaky shower. You can tell James is a man with integrity. He does the interactions with clients and he does the job himself and makes sure it is done well. We will definitely be calling him when new plumbing needs arise. Highly recommended!

After calling a few other plumbers James with Blue Eye plumbing was the only one that returned my call right away. He did an excellent job installing my water heater. He was friendly and very courteous. His price to do the job was very reasonable compared to the others.

Knowledgeable plumber. Had an issue with pipe that connects to flush tank. Pipe was replaced with better quality pipe . Did good job and completed the task quickly .

James was very professional and right on time. He stayed until after dark to get the job done. He suggested a few repairs while he was there and was not pushy and explained why my 30+ year old pipes needed updating around the leaking area.
