Sav-On Plumbing

Our kitchen sink was not draining and we were looking for a family owned plumber to help us out. Sav-On Plumbing was at our house within 2 hours! Their technician, Jesse, took one look under our sink and saw that the contractor who had recently installed a new sink and disposal had done it improperly. He immediately went to work replumbing the sink drain and cleaning the backed up drain line. Sav-On plumbing answered our call on the first ring, were polite and responsive to all our needs. We got the real sense that they take pride in their company and their work. They are professional in all phases of what they do with reasonable pricing. We highly recommend them for any plumbing work. Could not have been more satisfied.

I used Save-on plumbing to repair an outside water line leak. They were very professional from the time I called them until the job was finished. They set a time and called before arriving. They analyzed the problem and gave me a price. The job took a little longer than they expected but they kept their estimated cost. As a veteran, I was surprised to get a 10% discount when the job was finished.

Of all the plumbing companies I called to replace my water heater, not one was nicer to talk to than Janet. She even recommended I check whether or not my original water heater was covered under a warranty before scheduling an appointment. Turns out the original warranty had lapsed. After talking to the original installation company, and dealing with their not so professional and unfriendly friendly attitude, and already having called around getting quotes, I decided to call Janet back, and book an appointment. Her smile came through the phone, even during our first conversation. And any company, or person who is willing to help me save $1 instead of make their own, is hands down the type of person / company I prefer to do business with. I never write reviews, but Janet's and Jesse's (the man who replaced my water heater), personalities, and professionalism made it worth it. The warranty was by far the best I found, and they made a stressful situation a pleasurable one. The cost was comparable to what others had quoted me, but the service, was far above, even just over the phone. Thank you for helping make my experience a great one!

Sav-On replaced a leaky outdoor hose bib, replaced a faulty toilet shutoff, and rebuilt two toilets. Excellent quality of work, and was completed timely and for a reasonable rate. Jesse was fantastic, he's very skilled ... I definitely recommend Sav-On Plumbing and Jesse for home plumbing repairs.

Contacted for plumbing services and they were able to get us an appointment for the next day. The technician was super great about explaining everything that he was going to do and showing me examples, because my husband arranged the appointment but was not home for it. So I appreciated that the technician took the time to make sure I understood the work he was doing. Thanks!

Nancy answered the call and I shared I thought I might need to replace hot water heater. She stated she would send Jesse as it was possible it might just need to be repaired. Jesse arrived on time, and I was notified when he went on his way. Evaluated the system and did need to be replaced. He did provide some possible options but the system was installed in 1998 so it was not up to code. Jesse took care of the whole situation very effectively, efficiently and timely. Absolutely use Sav-on again; & Jesse if he's available. I also have no doubt they will send the best possible person for the situation.

We bought a new fridge and the guys who came out said that the valve behind the fridge needed to be fixed because it was leaking. Called Sav-on this morning. Sent someone out by 10am!! I am rude I forgot his name but he was super friendly and very professional. Definitely will call for any plumbing needs!

Sav-On plumbing booked me an appointment the next day and where on time with the arrival. The men where extremely polite and helpful. They installed a new faucet quickly and efficiently! The even fixed my bathroom drain so that it was usable until they could get the correct parts. Just in time for the holidays! They recommended support from another company when they couldn't do the more specialized repair. That is true professionalism. So impressed!

I had a water leak for a while on my kitchen faucet / sink and it’s hard to find a good plumbing service company due to past experience were not the best but when I had called Sav-On plumbing. I had spoken to Nancy she was very professional and had notified to me on what plumber she was going to send out and what time to expect him to arrive . Jesse had sent a text message when he was on his way . when Jesse had arrived he was very polite and professional he had explained the issue going on and the solution to fix it . Jesse had got the job done in a quick matter of time . I am very happy with their services provided and would definitely recommend Sav-On plumbing to family and friends .

We sprung a leak last night at midnight or so. I called save-on first thing this a.m., they had somebody out here by 10 am, he was all done in an hour or so. The young man was very knowledgeable, fast and contentious. We have used Save-On before this, and will use them again!

Observing Tom at work was like watching a virtuoso play a concert! We enjoyed a demonstration of excellent skills being employed by an expert that loves what he does! We are not wealthy people; but we felt fortunate to see such work for the price of the Sav-On ticket! Would recommend them to everyone!!!

Had Sav-On come back to replace all the frozen turnoff valves after they did such a great job on the urgent faucet repair. I’m helping my mom with some of the things that have been neglected over time, and Sav-On has been very helpful to us in that process.

Amazing from start to finish! Called after 5pm in a Sunday night and my call was answered. An appointment was scheduled between 12-2pm. Called Monday AM and they got me in an earlier time slot due to my plumbing issue getting worse.
Plumber Jesse was early for appointment- friendly, polite and had a great sense of humor.

We have a 3000 square foot manufactured home and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. If you have a mobile home or a manufactured home this company knows what they are doing! I will sing their praises to all of my friends and neighbors.

Manufactured home plumbing requires a knowledge that isn’t commonplace with all plumbers. We were told we had no plumbing vents by 2 plumbers in the last two years! Jesse found it no problem.

Brendan from Sav-On Plumbing came out and did an evaluation of some plumbing problems. He was efficient, courteous and professional during his visit. He was able to assist in helping to solve the plumbing problems I had encountered. We will need some subsequent visits by Sav-On Plumbing and I wont hesitate to call them. My first experience with the office was also positive and made me feel like I could trust this company to give me good service at a reasonable price! I highly recommend this company if you have plumbing problems.

We had Sav-On Plumbing replace two leaky bathroom faucets on our master bathroom tandem sink. Branden (our installer) gave us the option of Sav-On purchasing the faucets or us doing it ourselves, and he gave recommendations on what brands to buy if we did it - which we did. He even double-checked before he started the installation that what we purchased was what we really wanted, as it was brushed nickel versus polished silver for other things in our bathroom (we wanted the nickel - much easier to keep looking good!).

He arrived at the scheduled time (actually called and asked if he could come a bit early - no problem!), and did an excellent job - everything looks great and nicely aligned. He was professional, courteous, meticulous in his workmanship, and kept us informed during the entire process.

This review is being written nearly 3 months later - no problems with the installation, no more leaks! We highly recommend Sav-On Plumbing!

I had a clogged drain and Jesse came out within the hour. It ended up being more than just a clogged drain and Jesse had to come back He did so the same day. Sav-on Plumbing did a great job at our house. We had some issues with a garbage disposal, installing a dishwasher, and looking at options for a new water heater. Jesse arrived on time on three separate occasions to take care of the work. (We had to buy the dishwasher and, when we saw we needed a new water heater, we asked Jesse to sell us one and he delivered/installed it the next day. Jesse was professional, nice, courteous, and, importantly, liked our dog, Meg. Jesse explained all the work he would do, completed the jobs quickly, and answered all our questions. I had a leak in my kitchen and Tom came out to check it out and fixed it within an hour. I had called other plumbers and they wanted to take out the wall and do other funky things. Sav-on works with integrity and ethnically and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!!

Excellent customer service from Tom and Nancy and an outstanding service call from Jesse. Scheduled us first thing in the AM when we called desperately on a Sunday evening, Fixed our issue with an over tightened kitchen valve by previous owners that we couldn’t repair ourselves and answered a gazillion questions. Brandon took steps to diagnose the problem going from the easiest, least expensive and moving on from there. Turns out it was a problem with our faucet. I ran to Home Depot and purchased a new one. Brandon ran some errands and then returned to install it. I greatly appreciate having it fixed the same day! Service with this company has been excellent! Previously I had negatively reviewed this business. I was then called by the owner to say she would fully refund my payment since I was unhappy with the service. I was so surprised when it actually showed up on my bank statement. I would use this company again in the future because any company that stands by its customers (and employees) definitely has integrity and honesty. Rare these days!

They are very professional and reasonably priced. They are reinstalling a hot water heater that was not correctly installed and installing a citrus water softener. Service was set up very fast and Jesse was great to work with.

I've been able to count on this company for our personal home, several of our rentals and most recently, they came to the rescue on an issue at our commercial property. I came home from work to my toilet not flushing. I called them late at night and they had someone come out early the next morning. They worked quickly and explained everything they were doing including how much everything would cost. I highly recomend them!

I called Sav-On Plumbing because I had a problem with a water heater. I specifically wanted a local contractor and many of the companies I looked over were fake business names for call centers that sub-contract out the work. Sav-On sent out Jesse and he did a great job! I especially appreciate the attention to detail and use of quality water lines and valves. I can certainly recommend them in good faith.

Young fellow came in with an attitude and we have new cabinets just installed @nd made 3 inch large holes where he could reach making it impossible to use the size of the cabinet, then told me that was all he could do. Then the company had the Gaul to charge me $ 260.00

We called Sav-on Plumbing to unclog our main line that occurred at 5:30am. They offered to come out that day, but due to our work schedules we asked for them to come out the next day at a scheduled time. We were very happy with their professional accommodating service, friendly technician, and reasonable price. We inherited our house with its numerous plumbing problems and will definitely be calling on Sav-on Plumbing for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!

I phoned SavonPlumbing @ 630 they sent Jesse G in a couple hours. Jesse was early for the appointment. He took care of my leak put a few new fixtures on and took care of my needs.

Called to have a new wax ring to fix leak at the base of my toilet. Branden came in like I was bothering him and had to look in his menu for prices and then said I needed a new angle stop wich added to the price. They did offer me a reduced rate for the unnecessary repair. They did not replace the hose just the angle stop. Then, an hour later he tells me that I need a new flange. $200 more... then a new gasket... just kept finding new problems without explanation or showing me the problem. Left me with an over $600 quote. He was belittling, condescending and rude. Left a huge mess under the toilet.

Found a different plumber who said the flange didn't need to be replaced. Fixed me up good doing more work than this place was going to do for 1/3 the price and even fixed up a faucet that was giving me trouble. If you call be sure to expect them to add to your bill extra work.

I own a manufactured home and needed my hot water heater replaced. Jesse from Sav on plumbing came out and replaced the hot water heater with a larger model. Jesse did the job very quickly and professionally. It has been a year since Jesse replaced the hot water heater and all is well.

We had to contract a shower repair while we were away. I sent some pictures to them and they gave me an approximate cost. Sav-On showed up on time to meet my representative. They then followed up afterwards with a phone call to me confirming what they repaired. I felt like they were very honest and up-front and I am already planning an additional project for them.

Brandon the service technician was quite knowledgeable and provided useful advice around a couple of projects we discussed. However, he missed noticing a huge outdoor gas fire feature that I was unaware of, the presence of which completely changes our scope of the project, and I had to pay someone else $175 to point it out to me. We have several upcoming projects for Brandon and, if those are expertly handled, this review will easily become 5 stars.

Another great experience with Sav-On Plumbing this week. Our water heater went out, and Sav-On was there to save the day. The technician Jesse was professional, timely and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Sav-On for your plumbing needs!

We had a pipe leak in our kitchen. There was water all under the kitchen sink cabinets and some on the floor when we woke up this morning. Had no idea what caused this, just knew it had to be fixed and we needed a professional to do it. I called Sav-On Plumbing and they sent out Tom, who's the owner. This guy was awesome. Not only was he nice and professional, he took care of the situation and now the leak is fixed. Would definitely recommend these guys to family and friends.

I've used Sav-On Plumbing for over four years and every time is a home run. Tom and his crew will help even if it's after hours or on a weekend. They've replaced my hot water heater, had a leaking washing machine towed away, fixed a dog-induced water leak, winterized my summer home, helped me pick a toilet and then install it, and fixed a water leak in my rental home. I'm sure there's a few more, but I can't remember them all.

Found a leak in our yard. Called on a Sat. Jesse was here early Monday. Fixed the leak, better than expected, cutting no corners and doing it right. Rates were reasonable, some suggestions for improving other things were given, as well as the best way to address them. Loved the honest info. Would certainly use Jesse and Sav-On again.

The charge of the visit is $59.00 just to come out. He pull to pieces of plastic out of the garbage disposal. He told me he could fix the valve in laundry room, but he could not repair the hole in the wall that the repair would cause. No senior discount on service call.

We called Tom late on a Saturday night, and he was over first thing Sunday morning. Found the issue, and took care of it for us. I called him again on a Sunday morning because I thought I had a problem with my water heater, and it turned out to be an electrical issue. Tom was professional, fast, and courteous. I will call him for all my plumbing needs.

Two toilets that sounded like freight trains when flushed; a bathroom faucet that barely pour out water. One phone call to Sav-On Plumbing and the service technician was promptly there. Everything was done very professionally. We would highly recommend Sav-On Plumbing.

I own J N J Auto Service we discovered our drains were plugged Monday afternoon I called them Tuesday morning and they were there fast and fixxed our problem fast and a great price. I highly recommend them.

Within two hours, on a blazing hot SUNDAY, the boss himself ( TOM THORNTON ) effected repairs to a leaking water heater connection to a swamp cooler service line. Happily paid the initial $ 59.00 inspection fee. Granted, additional parts and labor was extra ( very reasonable ), the potential overnight damage and cost waiting for someone else was avoided. Old school value !

I cannot say enough THANK YOUs to Tom who saved me, from what could have been a fortune, to a more than reasonable price for repairing and installing a new kitchen faucet after the old one bursting into what became a flooded kitchen. Bad customer service Tom quoted 59$ to look at it then when we agreed he said it won’t be til 36 hours. Then mentioned it was an emergency he said no availability then hung up. Wish you could of helped

(Save on plumbing not at all, $283 bucks just to change the upstairs shower on and off faucet. I will never go with a small company again they charge too much, oh the good part I didn't have to pay the service call which was $49 bucks...)
