I called the 24hr after hours service tonight and the lady on the phone said it would be $150 to come out and an additional $85 for diagnostic fee which I was okay with paying… then they call back 5 minutes later and tells my husband it would cost over $900.00 dollars! This is crazy!! Start the conversation with $900 dollars and I would have hung up instead of wasting my time of getting all my info!

I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.

They came out within an hour of me calling and unclogged my drain. Advertised a $49 drain and that’s exactly what they charged me. Will definitely be using them again.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Starting with the estimate, David was upfront and clear about the work they would do and the charges for their services. They arrived on time to start the job and made sure we were clear on the work to be performed. Aside from being professional, they were very neat considering the work they were doing, re-routing my homes’ main water line, and took great care in navigating an irrigation system without any issues. In the end, David took us through the work he and the crew (Eduardo and Lupe) had done to make sure we were satisfied with the results. It was plumbing but it looked good! Should the need arise again, we’ll certainly be calling upon Bumble Bee Plumbing. And yes, they wore masks when we were together.

Micheal was so kind, courteous, responsive, and generous with his time. He didn’t just want to do a quick job and run, he took time to ask questions and made sure his job was 100% perfect before leaving. He worked on my toilet and my RO system. As a solo parent of two kids with not much time available for myself let alone to fix all the things that need fixing, I can’t recommend his company enough. He’s not just knowledgeable but he truly cares about those he’s gifted to help.

Worst driver ever

10/10/2023The kitty Liter Clog. The shower drain in a secondary bathroom in a rental somehow became clogged with kitty litter. Didn’t seem like it would be a big problem so we called George Brazil to send out a technician. They did, three hours after arriving the problem was not solved. Not to worry we will send out a second technician. They did and 10 minutes after he arrived he determined the solution would require digging under the floor in the bathroom over to the P-trap for the shower and replacing the P-trap and the corresponding lines. Time to worry! The cost would be $5300. He then asked would I like to proceed. I did, but not with that solution but getting another option. So I called Roto Rooter, the following day two young gentleman arrived, 10 to 15 minutes later the drain was cleared. The cost $376. Next time you have a challenge choice wisely, the cost of a poor choice could be significant. Thanks Roto Rooter and more importantly James and Tasha.

Tom, is a true professional, who is honest and the best there is! I have used him 3 times before and each time he is quick, efficient with competitive pricing. He came out in less than few hours to fix my main line pipe. Thank you Tom and I do definitely recommend his services and we keep him using him!

Super fast, inexpensive fix to a small leak in my irrigation shut off valve. Thanks to them I was able to avoid a much larger leak for a much lower cost. They are awesome!

This business is a average. Sure they have their commercials, but they do poor work. When working on mu house they talked derogatory about me in Spanish, not knowing I am fluent in Spanish

They called me a derogatory names and then asked to take a dump in my bath room.
