They set me up with everything I needed and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff just to make extra bussiness like some companies do. I felt very respected and David our contractor made sure he explained all my options and help me select the perfect water heater and package I needed for my house size. He also made sure I got my veteran discount. From the dispatch person who notified me before sending the contractors, to the other office lady who checked in with me and made sure I was happy with my service, to the 2 contractors that completed the installation of my water heater, I felt very satisfied with their customer service. I am very thankful for Michael Phay with Phay Plumbing. He called me back within minutes after I reached out and his knowledge was immediately evident. He was able to make an assessment from the pictures I sent him and fit me in the same day , it was late evening so it seems to me this was above and beyond. When I worked with previous plumbing companies I have had to wait days to get help so talk about being prompt! My issue was related to a dishwasher not draining. He quickly diagnosed the issue in the drain tube and walked my husband through the process as he did it so if it happens again we can fix it ourselves. While this is not necessarily an emergency with two toddlers, it was really great to get our dishwasher back with our busy family! We used a previous chain company for a similar issue and it was not a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Phay Plumbing and will 100% using them again if the need arises.

I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

AZ Leak Detection repaired my broken water main in April 2019. We experienced another leak that was a result of the collar that was installed. Adam responded immediately and corrected the issue causing the leak the same day. He is very courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and will use for future jobs.

Very responsive to a free quote, called me back a few hours after putting in a web request, in their last hour of operations on a Saturday, scheduled for Monday morning, compared with a competitor's quote and immediately gave them the job. Top notch plumber knowledge and very friendly, no up-sells or gimmicks, no hassles. Referred them to a neighbor who got the same service less than an hour later. Highly recommended and will look to them first for our next plumbing needs.

Chris went above and beyond when we needed some pipe cut and replacing faucets outside. He did an outstanding job and we will definitely call him back! Great guy to deal with!
