What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! Bumble Bee Plumbing saved me thousands because of their quick, efficient, and courteous service. On January 1st I noticed my garage ceiling was dripping water because of a bad drain pipe upstairs in the tub and paint was starting to pool in the ceiling. Long story short, I reached out to Bumble Bee and they were able to get someone out the same day I called. From their telephone greeting to the speed at which they handled everything, I was left extremely satisfied. Mike, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient was able to confirm my preliminary diagnosis and got right to work. After fixing the issue and cleaning up (they had to cut into the ceiling dry wall) I was explained everything that they did and why they did it and even recommended a remediation/restoration company (which I am using). If you have any plumbing issues, you'll be in good hands with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Awesome work!

Had a water main leak issue. Excellent service provided. Came out later in the day and stayed until the job was done right. Very professional, since pipe was already exposed he took that into consideration when quoting the repair cost. Pricing was very reasonable. This is a fairly new business start-up to my understanding but the quality and professionalism displayed you would think they’ve been around for many years. Would not hesitate to use them for any future needs that arise.

What a joke of a company!!! Guy showed up hour before he was suppose to. I wasn't there and he couldn't come back so i reluctantly told him he could go in my backyard to do the work. He supposedly did the detection. Waited weeks for the report after calling daily for a week before getting probably the rudest woman in the world on the phone. Then had to call back to get invoice sent over so I could pay. Phone calls from them started the next day threatening collections on me if my bill wasn't paid immediately!!! Got my water bill a month later and guess what! I still have a leak and now a $850 water bill. So leak is still there and I have to start all over again. I will never us or recommend this company to anyone.

Now you want to fix it?! I called and no one got back to me. Now you post something on here 2 months later. Par for the course for your company. I got it fixed from your competitor. They did a great job!!

I called 24/7 Plumbing & Rooterman because of a constantly plugged toilet. The serviceman fixed it once but it occurred again, not their fault. He explained that the builder grade toilet are rougher farther inside so the paper gets stuck. We bought and had him replace both toilets, better ones, voila, problem fixed. I really appreciated his work, advice and promptness.

Luis was sent to my house for routine maintenance on my water heater. He was on time and completed the job quickly. Luis was very nice and very professional. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I thought the $85 charge for looking at our leak and telling me to replace the caulking was a bit steep.
