We had a tankless water heater installed at the beginning of May. Solace Plumbing beat all other quotes I had. Dax was pleasant to work with and did the job (removing bad tank gas water heater and installing the tankless heater) quickly. We are happy with the tankless heater and impressed with Solace Plumbing - highly recommended!

I'm allowing two stars for the quick response and good communication from the scheduler. But, I feel I was ripped-off. I had a water leak under my park model home. It was only a few feet from the crawl space entry. The guy they sent took a look and said it was a bad elbow on a pipe that was capped off. He said he could cut it to remove the elbow joint and re-cap it. Then he said it would cost $265!
I asked him why it was so much and what the hourly rate was. He said it wasn't an hourly rate - just what the job costs because he has to go into the crawl space and work in the dirt. He said You don't want to go under there and do that, so this what you'll have to pay me to do it.
Twenty minutes later I heard him closing off the crawl space entry point. I went outside and found him standing, out of sight behind his truck, talking on his cell phone. He said he would give me a break and only charge $205 for the work. He was here for less than 30 minutes!

I contacted Plumbing Pros on Monday at 9am after the plumber I had scheduled notified me he couldn't be there that day. (My remodel project was on hold until I could get a plumber onsite.) Tony and Trevor arrived promptly and were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The work was done quickly and I am so appreciative of their services! Thank you again....you will definitely be the first one I call for any future service needs!

Again I received excellent service from Frank and Camcor. The communication with Frank was great. He was thorough and did a great job explaining everything. He also asked if there were any other problems before he left.

Second Opinion Plumbing provides expert service, at a very reasonable price. We originally hired them initially to install a tank-less water heater and water softener. Upon inspection it was decided that our plumbing was dated and needed to be replaced. The crew worked tirelessly the entire day, all the while being extremely polite and professional. Absolutely amazing! I had been struggling to get someone to come out to fix my garbage disposal. I called Anytime Home Service and John, the owner, was locking up for the night but was able to squeeze me in same day. Literally stopping by my house on his way home for the night. I am so grateful. He was kind, professional, and fast. What a tremendous experience! I would definitely recommend John and his company to friends and family.

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.

Arizona Delta Mechanical was the installer for my Home Depot water heater. Dodging my calls seems to be what they are best at! It especially hurt when the person answered the phone told me she could see the person I needed to talk to was at their desk and available.. and they didn't answer at all. Another transferred me to somebody that doesn't exist. And the third time I left a voicemail they never called me back. Great business! Here's the entire story of my experience using them as a contract plumber for home depot..

I purchased a water heater from Home Depot. When the contract installer (Arizona Delta Mechanical) came out to put it in, it did not fit. I asked the installer what size I needed to get. He was not allowed to tell me per his company's procedures and said to call the company directly. I called the company three times, and without going into great detail, they completely didhrf my call all three times. I'm a pretty darn nice guy, so don't know why this happened, except I think they just did not want to deal with it. I then called Home Depot six times asking for help with this situation. I never heard back! I ended up going with a local plumber, Strong Built Plumbing to get my water heater. It cost me more because they only install commercial grade water heaters, but it was worth it because the service was A-plus. After this experience, I will never go back to home Depot for anything, ever! Just know if you're shopping for water heater, there are better options than Home Depot.
