Closing on an older home and wanted the sewer lines inspected after being advised by my home inspector that it would be a good idea. Called on Wednesday afternoon and got an appointment next day in the morning (which is great as our 10 day inspection window was closing soon). Larry came out and did a thorough video inspection, giving me tons of information on what he was doing, what he found and what was required to remediate the issues he found. He emailed a thorough report which we utilized when submitting our BINSR report to the seller's agent. Overall responsive, friendly, thorough and was able to explain and answer questions. Corie and his guys did a great job. Worth every penny. Thought we only needed to install a couple cleanouts for our drainage line but ended up finding a bigger problem. He made sure we knew everything that was going on and exactly what he needed to do to fix everything. Corie even made sure to help us out the best he could with financing. These guys are great. I got a referral from a buddy to use these guys to filter and soften our garbage water that was affecting our daughter’s skin. Daniel came out, explained everything and set an appointment for install. Their customer service shattered expectations! I had them do a couple things outside the normal install without any pushback and they even were so thoughtful as to show up with a couple toys for my kids and one for my dog! In an era where customer service has one foot in the grave, these guys are doing it right and bringing back the “old school” way of doing things.

I have been recommending them to all my buyers who need sewer inspections on their homes they are purchasing. AZ Water, Drain & Sewer are not only reasonably priced they are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I and my clients have been very pleased!

I contacted AZ Water, Drain & Sewer thru their website and got a reply on the same day. I asked for the cost of their water leak detection for a suspected wall leak. They had Terrence come out to check first before they can give an estimate. He was very professional and explained all the next steps based on his initial findings. He's not pushy with offering to check other usual plumbing issues at the house for free and still very polite even if I declined. He had Pete from Bingham Restoration come (same day within 2hrs) to check the wall for any hazards like molds before they open the wall to thoroughly determine the cause of leak. Ends up the wall is dry, no molds or anything and found that the corner of my patio roof connecting to the wall has a hole. I feel bad as they all did this for FREE!!! I would have stuck with them if I had pipe leak as Terrence already explained what to expect and answered my questions which made me less nervous and less panicky. To AZ Water, Drain&Services, thank you! I would recommend you based on the good impression I got from your people.

Scheduling was a breeze they were able to accommodate a timeframe to worked with my schedule. The tech showed up on time, was extremely respectful, and did a great job. Their pricing is extremely reasonable as well. This is especially so considering they were able to come out and do the repair within only eight hours of submitting my request. These guys are awesome. Showed up within 5 minutes of when they said, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it same day. All in all, took about 2.5 hours to completely fix (replace) a dead water heater. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had been calling several of the larger water installation companies over the course of a few weeks in order to have an RO Water system installed in our home. Then, I had called AZ Water System early on a Monday morning and returned a call back from Larry within 10 minutes of leaving a voice message. After discussing our needs with Larry, he was able to schedule not only an inspection of our kitchen for a quote, but he also installed that same day.

We had AZ Water Systems come in and look at our fridge's ice maker that wasn't working correctly. They came the same day as we called! What was even more impressing is that they guarantee their repairs for 30 days, so if something else is wrong you do not have to pay for another service call before then. When our ice maker finally died, they promptly ordered replacement parts and will be back with them shortly. I've absolutely loved having them here. Where do I start? When I called in, AZ Water Systems was so busy I ended up having my call answered by the owner. I wanted a good after softener installed and didn’t know what my options were. Larry was able to guide me on needs/want options so I knew what to go after. After I made my decision, they sent a team member out to my home to inspect a few things to see where the install would take place so they could have the right parts on hand and get it done right the FIRST TIME. I scheduled for install and again the tech was very punctual on time and gave a courtesy call before arrival. No hassle or haggle on price. I recently had a Whole House Filtration System and a 5 Stage RO installed for my new home from AZ Water Systems. I located this company thru an internet search and chose them because they could advise me on and provide service to an existing water filtration system. I noted that they also provided plumbing that I would need for a faucet and toilet. A tech, Corie, visited me the next day, was extremely knowledgeable, and determined exactly what needed to be done. He was able to schedule a plumber for the next day (Saturday) at 9:00am. Plumber (Todd) showed up on time Saturday and he was very experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done. A service tech came to our home to provide an estimate on replacing our hot water heater. After briefly looking around, he verbally gave me two prices, $1500 or $1700 with an expansion tank on the heater. I purchased a new Rheem Smart Hot Water Heater frrom Home Depot and replaced it myself in less than 30 minutes. My total cost (with tax) = $648. If you're a DIY'er, definitely DIY !!

Installed R O system

We had Larry work on out last home to do some inspection work before resale, and we were very pleased with his follow-up and professionalism.

I asked Larry if he installed soft water systems, and RO systems, as we were going to need this in our new home, he said yes, and told me to let him know when we were getting closer to moving into our new home, that he would stop by the new home and check out what we needed.

That time came and I called Larry, as usual he answered on the second ring and we met out on the new home jobsite. I had some questions about the systems in particular and the installation, and Larry was very complete and informative about all the questions I asked.

Larry provided a detailed quote and price for both the soft water system and the RO for the kitchen.

We picked a date, and Larry showed up on time as usual. The installation went very well it was extremely detailed and clean work, and everything worked as planned.

A few weeks later I noticed that the water did not seem like it was softened, so I called Larry, he said he had an opening in the afternoon, and would drop by and check things out. He did show up as planned and checked out the system, made some corrections, and told us to check what we thought in a day or so, we did and still water did not seem softened, Larry actually called us back to check on what we felt, told him seemed still not softened. He was back out the same day, found a defective hose deep in the softener and replaced the compete tank no questions asked.

People this is service, no arguing, no questions asked and trustworthy. We were pleasantly surprised at how great this business treated us!

Larry is a true professional and is very trustworthy. His professionalism is above and beyond most I have experienced.

Been dealing with hard hard hard water for 15 years since I moved into this house in west Tempe. Called for water softener estimate to remove the calcium. Response was fast. Derek(I think? I was quoted $2200 to pressure was 2 drains that are located on a flat roof . This quote is outrageous as I had Rota Rooter do it last year for $500. When I mentioned it to your rep he said he could do it for $1600. What a joke !!!

This is so far the best plumbing company I've ever used in Arizona. And we will continue working with them in the future. I called and immediately got an appointment on the next day. Jason showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion. They helped us unclog some drains, and later we did a hydro jet. I hired other plumbers to hydro jet before, they took like 20 mins and didn't offer any proof that the line is thoroughly cleaned out. Our drain ends up running slow only weeks after the service. Cori did excellent work and was fast. And they came right out.

We realized a leak around 630 on a Thursday evening, we reached out to AZ Plumbing at 7 and spoke with someone right away even though it was later. She took our info and let us know we'd get a call from a company tech. Derek called us back about 10 minutes later to confirm what the issue was that we were having and that we were able to get our water shut off. He reached out to a Restoration company to schedule to come out to see us Friday morning and when they finished their initial work gave AZ Plumbing a heads up that they could come look at our leak. Larry came out, located the leak and was able to repair it for us within an hour. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them! :)

I called for an estimate concerning a whole house filtration system, but opted out to keep my existing water softener instead. I am going to have AZ Water Systems come out and swap out my RO system on my rental property and current home as well.

James was excellent. They gave me a quick price online and yes I understand if the job was very different upon arrival the cost could change but I needed an approximate price. Other companies wanted to come out and give a quote. Although I understand, coming out before quoting a price this was a simple slow drain. I needed a quick fix. We hired this company to come install a water softener and sink faucet for our home. When appointment day came they said that they had us on the schedule for another day and time, when we had confirmation for the day we schedule time off of work. Appointment #2 came and all of their technicians were unavailable to come out so we scheduled for a 3rd time. For appointment #3 I received a voicemail one hour prior to appointment that again, no one was available or coming. As you can imagine our family was very upset but with our time crunch called back to reschedule a 4th time and were not able to get through. We did not receive a call back, apology, or any solution to remedy the very poor unprofessional behavior. I would stay away from this company as they may waste your time like they did ours. There were multiple opportunities to provide a service and remedy the situation but they chose not to.

I had an odor coming from my shower drain and was worried I had a leak in the drain lines because that had happened to me before. Also, I was wondering if my entire bathroom drain was secure underneath my manufactured house. I called a couple days prior to my desired date and time and was able to get exactly what I wanted. The technician was awesome! On time and super nice. After investigating he let me know that there were no leaks in my drain pipe and everything was very secure. He suggested I might need a shower drain cleaning. (Which I ended up doing myself and which solved my problem!) I was pleased with a very nominal service fee to be reassured that my plumbing was in good shape. This company also put in a water softener for me last November and I'm very pleased with everything!

After calling a couple of other companies in the area and getting quotes for soonest next day repair and lengthy expensive replacement options, AZ Water offered to just come out same day and take a look. The tech showed up right on time, showed me where the repair was needed and explained repair / replacement options very matter of fact with no pressure. Well that’s my experience with Tyanna who answered the phone. I told her I had no hot water, she quickly took my info and she had me on the books immediately for someone to come out. I also received a notification text as well.

Derrick from the company came and took a look at my leaking water heater and gave me a quote. He came out quickly to my place to service the water softener and to test the water. He spent about a hour testing and setting the softener to make sure it was going through the cycles correctly. He came back in the morning after the regeneration of the softener that night, and tested the water for softness. He did all this for nothing. He did no repairs or replacement of parts- therefore no charge. What a service!!!

Unfortunately my mainline became clogged. I contacted AZ water Systems and had a man named Cori come out and inspect the house. He was very upfront and honest and professional about the work that needed to be done. The next day Todd came out and work on the pipe. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. A very professional experience. AZ Water Systems recently installed a water softener, sink, and RO system in our home. They were quick to quote and schedule the service when we decided to proceed. Due to unforseen circumstances they needed to delay the service, but they worked with us to make sure the job was done appropriately and in a timely manner. The service tech (Todd) was very nice and worked diligently to complete the job. They will definitely be at the top of our list for any future needs.

I found AZ Water Systems on Thumbtack on 4/5/22 and texted what I needed done (replace hot/cold washing machine vales, install 2 angle stops, install toilet shut off valve, and replace 2-bathroom sink pop-up assembly. They responded right away, and Matt was here the next day to do the work. I received a text from the office that Matt was on his way and within a few minutes he called to give me an approx. time of arrival. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Doing business with AZ Water was a pleasure.

Charged me 600 dollars plus to fix a leaky toilet and it took three trips to accomplish the work. Who knows if it will leak again.

When I decided to put a water softener system and RO in my new house Larry answered all my questions and put my mind at ease on what to expect. At installation he was punctual and professional and pricing is very reasonable. If you’re looking for a water system look no further then AZ Water Systems.

I used a third party app called Thumbtack that found this company for me and I sent them my project information. They initially were very prompt and sent a technician out the very next day to give us a bid /quote. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He mentioned that they might be more on the pricey side but that their work more than made up for it. He told me needed one piece of information from me before he could send me a written quote for the work. I got back to him 45 minutes later with the missing piece of information and he said he had to go back to the office and he’d send over the quote then. I never did receive the quote that night, but thought I’d wait until Monday morning to reach back out since it was the weekend. I reached back out to the technician directly on Monday morning and never heard back. Around 3pm Monday, I got back on the Thumbtack app and contacted the company through the message portal. Someone said that they were still missing the piece of information and I told them I had already given it to the technician. They said they’d have the technician reach back out to me, which he did and said he was working on it and that he’d have it over in the next few hours. It’s now been 48 hours later I still have no bid. I find it completely unprofessional that I am literally attempting to do business with this company but no one will respond back. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Corrie and Marcus were both very thorough in initially unclogging 3 stuck fixtures after my water softener ruptured and then installing a new softener, water heater and pressure regulator valve at the street. Professional in all aspects. I will definitely call them again in the future.

I contacted AZ Water Systems on 07/31/2021 to request a quote for a water softener/home filtration system install (including installing the loop) and to replace two leaking hose bib 360 valves with quarter turn valves. Within an hour of sending my email I received a response from Alisha Nielsen to schedule complimentary estimate visit and we agreed on a date for the following week.

When they came out that morning they were on time and actually asked if they could stop by early, which was nice. I met Corie Bennett and Marcus and we discussed the project and what we wanted. There was no hard sell or sales tactics to upsell something I didn't request, just two no nonsense professionals (Corie and Marcus) briefing me on the work required to complete the requested job. Corie and Marcus quoted the job at a very reasonable price for a 48,000 grain water softener/home filtration install including local loop and hose bib replacements and we had the scheduled date for the install.

When the install day came Marcus arrived during the window specified and was ready to get to work. He spent the whole day working on installing the necessary copper lines, drain hose, drain, and equipment for the water softener and by the waning hours of the daylight Marcus and Corie had the system up and running. Now it did take longer than I was expecting it didn't seem to phase Marcus and Corie, and from my perspective it was because Marcus and Corie were spending a great deal of time making sure the install was done right. They even helped apply the Stucco patch to the outside of the home were the new loop was located.

Since the install the water in the house has tasted better, smelled better, and all the water fixtures in the home have gone from constant calcium build up to crystal clear. I don't even have to squeegee the showers anymore to keep them spot free. The dishes come out of the dishwasher sparkling, and the clothes come out of the washer/dryer even softer than if I murdered Snuggles the Downy softener bear and used his blood to wash my clothes.

If you want a job done right, by professionals who care about the quality of their work and the dependability of their word, I wouldn't hesitate to use AZ Water Systems again. I will be sure that my next plumbing project uses AZ Water Systems.

Had a foundation leaking problem on a hot water pipe. They carefully examined the problem and explained what happened and the possible solutions to resolve the problem. They ended up rerouting the pipe and also replaced the water heater (which burned up when leaking). Overall, they are patient and the service is good.

By far, the best customer experience that I have received in a VERY long time!!! I had them out to change the valve under the kitchen sink. They finished the repair and then I asked if they could change the other. The bill seemed a little high, but I assumed it was normal because I added the extra work at the last minute, so I paid in full. A couple days later, I called the office to verify that it was accurate. I called at 10:48am and by 10:57am I already had a refund. And during that time I had received calls from Marcus (who did the work) and Corie (who quoted the work) to apologize. It was a very honest mistake but they went above and beyond to have the entire issue resolved in NINE minutes!!!! Now THAT is customer service!!!!!!!! Will definitely use them again!!!

AZ Water is great, Derek is fantastic. I moved into a house with ridiculous plumbing and I’ve called them four times in the past year, Derek has been my plumber for 3 of those appointments. He is knowledgeable, quick, loves my dogs, and always explains the work he’s done and gives me a heads up about other things to be aware of. We’re always very comfortable having him in the home. The other plumber we had one time was great as well, we will only use AZ Water for our plumbing needs!

Very quick to respond, showed up when they were scheduled to, and were able to come out within a week from us calling to change water filters and service our reverse osmosis water filtration system on our kitchen faucet.

I chose to go with this company because they could complete all work I was requesting in the timeframe I was looking to get it done and had great reviews. Unfortunately due to lack of events, communication and follow through with their team, they lost a pretty big job . Do I think their hearts are in the right place when selling it yes but maybe overcommitted to things they couldn’t fulfill. I hope they take this as a learning experience and no other customers have to go through what I did. Word of advice make sure they have the material and resources before they start the job.
