Needed AC fixed in the hot summer! Called competitors that told me they couldnt come out until 3-4 days! Mammoth came out within a few hours. Robert K. Was a great tech! Highly recommend this company for any repairs for their AC.

Mammoth has been helping me out with prepping a rental property for the next tenant. They have been extremely helpful in the large task. Joe Terranova did an outstanding job on yesterday addressing the needs for our home.
He went above and beyond his requirements to resolve our issues in regard to the window screens and front door step.
He also resolved some other issues i had on my to-do list such as replacing some lost stone work on the front veneer of the home, keeping the home up to par for the location it resides.
Kudos to Joe for stepping up and delivering 110% in-spite of the 110 degree weather.

We have tried a lot of handyman companies, and Mammoth by far is the best. Joe is our go-to guy and we request him for everything! He is always on time and delivers impeccable work. Not to mention he is so kind and a pleasure to be around. He has installed all our baseboards, changed light fixtures and even installed a new vanity and plumbing in our bathroom. We have been beyond happy with all his work and have many more plans to be completed in the future. Highly recommend!

I work for Same Day Garage Doors in Tempe / Gilbert Arizona and we do a lot of work for Mammoth Services at their properties they manage. Everytime I call I 9 of 10 times deal with Lydia. Everytime I interact with her she is always pleasant happy and eager to assist. When she needs to contact the home owner for approval and call me back she always does. He is super personable and always helpful with problem solving. He has gone out of his way multiple times to address any of my issues wether it be in office, or him running out to a property to help me or my team out.

Steve was my handyman, he did such a great job, showed up on time. Was very quick with the jobs I had for him, gave great costumer service. I have two twin boys that are going to be three in 2 weeks, I tried keeping them out of Steve’s way. He was very patient and nice with the boys, Over all satisfied with the work done. I will definitely be requesting Steve again when I need more help.

I do work regularly with Mammoth Services. Sam Kohlwey has always been super helpful and is quick to respond. I appreciate the care they take in making sure that work performed is properly and in good time. If you need handyman services, call and talk to Sam!
I work for an independent property owner who owns 10 homes in the Gilbert area. We have yet to find a reliable handyman company, until now! I called Mammoth on a Monday, and Leanna the office manger, immediately made me feel like our property was in good hands. She was able to schedule a handyman out to the property on Tuesday, the very next day! She was attentive to our needs and responded to my emails almost immediately. The tenant of the property couldn't say enough about what great work the handyman did. He was timely, personable, professional and did clean work. We will be using Mammoth as our go to handyman service from here on out. Almost forgot, on the emailed invoice, they give you explicit details and pictures of all work done. In my humble opinion, Sara Wendell is the most amazing person there at Mammoth (though she has made it way to easy to only ever need to interact with her). Leanna was professional and very helpful when my AC went out! Can't believe how quick the response was compared to other companies that would have taken 3-4 days to have the AC serviced. Very happy, and definitley will keep them in mind for the future!
From the receptionist, Lydia, to the repairman, Wes, mammoth services single handedly saved the day. They answered the phone every time I called, called back at Godly speeds, and were amazing with communication and punctuality. We needed to reschedule and although they were fully booked for the same day, they still came out and repaired the issue. Special thanks to Wes for serving this country, my husband and I are Veterans too so we love to see military folks in a civilian role being so happy by just working. Would certainly recommend.

Overall impressed. We were given a timeframe between 1-3PM and we got a message from Wes saying he was arriving in 26 minutes. I timed it and he showed up on the dot which I really appreciate since I respect their time and they clearly respect mine.
Wes was not only on time, but friendly. He fixed was was needed to be fixed with no issue at all.

If I could select no stars I would.
I moved into a rental using a property management company for the first time in my life and let me tell you...horrible conditions I received the house under.
Mammoth Services is the cleaning company they contracted and it's the worse cleaning job I've ever seen in my life AND this AFTER the callback I requested. I ended up still having to do that everything myself! She said she couldnt get any of the stains, hair, or gunk removed. According to the cleaner/company the shower needed to be resurfaced. They need to resurface that business license! Took me about 1.5 hrs. For the shower alone but I it got done! Don't even get me started on fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher and toilets!
I took almost 300 photos between the first cleaning service and callback.
I may not have been financially responsible, but I put buckets of sweat and hours of my own time to correct the mess.
I have hired them three times now to complete some small jobs around my house. Install garage cabinets, install ceiling fans and install a dog door. The work is great, always on time and knowledgeable workers. Sara at the office provides excellent customer services.

Joe from Mammoth was amazing. Worked super quickly and at a very high quality across two homes. Can't believe he was able to get everything done in a day on our list. Price was totally fair. Its so nice to have a reliable solution for handyman work. All of our past handymen were single person businesses that, while good, would be so overbooked that we could never reliably use them. With Mammoth were always assured quality and availability- they're our go-to now.
Sara and Mark were amazing. Sara was so nice and quick to answer my call, schedule, and follow up. Mark was very professional, efficient, and pleasantly genial.

I was extremely disappointed with Mammoth Services. My husband & I went to view a home and before the viewing appointment (around 15 minutes before) we were asked if we still wanted to view the house because an application had already been submitted for the house. What if the application falls through? Would you not want a back up? Then, when a representative for Mammoth Services finally arrived, he completely ignored me but introduced himself as JD to my husband; I had to introduce myself. Once inside, I asked if he was going to show us around or if we should just roam ourselves because he was just standing there on his phone- I could tell he was not interested at all. We showed ourselves around as he trailed behind more interested by what was going on in his phone. We WERE interested in the house & were willing to do whatever possible for it to be ours BUT based off of how we were treated, the last thing we want is to work with people like that. On to the next!

I very much appreciated his patience with answering all my questions and comforted by the fact that he let his company know what follow-up would be necessary. Wes has been to our rental house twice now. The first time he replaced the kitchen sink faucet that was leaking. The second was to replace some GCFIs in the kitchen. Both times Wes was extremely personable and professional. He was very quick and efficient as well. We will continue to use Mammoth Services when we buy our own home!

I have a property managed by OnQ Property Management who uses Mammoth. After a while I just used Choice warranty which initially seemed to aggravate OnQ. Perhaps I’m just the one unluckiest landlord where I get charged exorbitant prices (example, $95 for toilet constantly running) and sometimes the work has to be redone (I.e. the $95 toilet constantly running again 🤦🏻♂️). The toilet flappers are $7 at Home Depot btw. I tried to give them another shot but good Lord, enough already. Just another mammoth fail for me.

I want to share my appreciation for Robert the plumber from your company who did an outstanding job fixing our three toilets and two very difficult water sources one under the sink in the kitchen and one behind the refrigerator. The owner of this phone really never took the time to think about how calcium destroys pipes, fixtures and appliances. Robert removed all kinds of calcium buildup and fixed all three of our toilets and both of the water sources everything's working fantastic thanks to Robert. If I ever need Plumbing done for myself I will definitely contact Robert. He knows his stuff he's very good you have a good person there. THANK YOU ROBERT

I contracted Mammoth Services to do four home repairs.
#1-Replace the entire exterior garage entry door & frame.
#2-Replace a split fascia board on the roof eave.
#3-Replace one roof tile.
#4-Install rain gutter above the new door.
Long story short---the split fascia board turned out to be a Pandora's
Box.It took hours to complete the repair. The more they got into it the worse it got.
They would have finished a lot sooner if close enough was good
enough for them. But only perfect would satisfy them.
I highly recommend Mammoth Services and their techs Culley & Joe.
Mammoth has been a breath of fresh air in this industry. They are alway on top of their projects and service department. It has been a pleasure to work with them. Michele Tyler has very helpful on many occasions.

I needed to have a hot water heater flushed, and my property management company sent Mammoth. Scheduling was quick and efficient, and the technician (Robert Keyes) was professional. He was on-time and quick to complete the service. It was a very small, barely noticeable interruption to my day, contrasted to other service providers that can be much larger burdens. I'd use Mammoth for future service without a second thought.

Cullie stopped in and helped install my wired Ring doorbell. There wasn’t enough power from the original wiring and Ring provided an adapter. The adaptor needed to be plugged in and minor drywall work was needed to route the doorbell to the adapter from the outside to the inside. Not only did he arrive on time, he arrived early with a text message to let me know that he was on his way. He finished quickly and we finally have a doorbell. Thanks for the professionalism. Nightmare experience. Worst experience I’ve had with a company.
I had a “cleaning” scheduled through them. They claimed my water was turned off. I was at the property 1 hour before they came and it was working. I came as soon as they said the water wasn’t working and THEY SHUT THE VALVE OFF and claimed the water wasn’t working and so when I showed up no one was there and one of the sinks was left running. The cleaner left all the lights on and the door unlocked.. and didn’t clean a thing and I have tenants moving in tomorrow. OnQ Property management recommended them and it looks really bad on their end bc this was a disaster of an experience.
This is completely unacceptable. I am in complete shock right now.
Imagine if I didn’t come by the property….

What an awesome experience it has been to have worked with Mammoth Services.
It all began when we had decided to take our rental home, in Chandler AZ, and put it on the market to sell. The only hitch in this plan was we lived in Idaho. For all the necessary items and projects to prepare the home for sale, our first exposure to Mammoth Services, was via email and texting, which can be tricky at times. Our point of contact was a young man by the name of Mitch. Working with him couldn't have been any more informative, supportive, reassuring and a down right pleasure. Every small detailed question was responded to with a quick and concise explanation and also what the next plan of action would entail. Never once did we feel we were left in the dark or unsure of the on going progress, because of the distance.
We then were fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to travel to Chandler and see the progress for ourselves and we were defiantly not disappointed. Mitch's organization and timelines were right where he had accurately expressed in writing..with no surprises! Dusty and his crew were on the job, when we arrived, and we had the pleasure to have had an opportunity to walk through the project, with him, and he gave very professional explanations and suggestions of the work being done. What a refreshing experience to have had the fortunate luck to have had this long distance home project done, from start to finish, with such ease and great satisfaction. He found a capacitor in the attic fan unit that was close to going bad and replaced it before it did go bad which could have cost a lot more to fix if the fan unit was damaged saving me time, money, and aggravation. Robert answered the call to do some electric work for us and was very friendly, efficient, and neat. He told us everything he was doing and why, and checked with us first to make sure the estimated total for repairs was okay. He couldn't do one of the repairs we needed but was very helpful in suggesting things we could do. I would definitely recommend him and will have him back to do more work in the future.
We had a rental house in Mesa Az. and when there was any problem we needed fixed we called Mammoth Services. Because we live in a different state we needed a company we could trust, know that they would do what they said they would do and in a timely manner. Mitch was the best, stayed in contact with us, sent professional estimates, and worked within our time frame. We highly recommend them.
Our water heater blew after only 6 years. Knowing we would need to bite the bullet and buy a new one - called Mammoth. Leanna took my call and was able to get us seen that very day! They are the only ones we trust to come out and not up sell us to the hilt. Anyway….. Lawrence came out. And after accessing and made some calls for us (he could have just replaced it and called it good) he took the time to find out it was actually still covered under the warranty. He took it out - took it to Home Depot and brought a new one back and installed.

As an office manager of a sprinkler repair service company, I have worked with Leanna Rinehart for almost 6 years at Mammoth Services. Leanna and her office are easy to work with, quick to reply to questions, and have overall been a great property management company to work with! I would recommend any contractor to work with them, and I would recommend any homeowner to use them to manage their properties.

Wes from Mammoth Services came to fix my door. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've had 3 prior visits with another company and they had no idea what they were doing. Wes figured the entire problem in less than 15 minutes. He worked hard and was very efficient. I would definitely recommend Mammoth Services and ask for Wes. He was awesome!!

Wes came to fix our hot water heater, he knew what the problem was immediately, he even fixed the garage opener to our smaller garage. Excellent service and customer service.
From my experience working with Sara, she is on top of work orders and has excellent communication skills. She is easy to work with and has a great attitude and is notably motivated to make any service call a simple process.
Cali Hawkins has been great to work with on multiple maintenance projects. Her communication and organizations have been fantastic.
Leanna at mammoth is great. Always efficient and gets things done as quickly as possible.

Mammoth was very quick in getting my dishwasher and fridge repaired. Prices were reasonable and Samantha was a pleasure to work with.
From the beginning the communication for scheduling was easy and efficient. Joe and his co-worker showed up right on time. My husband showed them the work that needed to be done and they went right to it. Having people in your home can be nerve-racking, because as we have experience since moving to AZ, services are either outstanding or not good at all. They made me feel comfortable right away, and they just got the job done. My husband does most of the handyman work himself, but the property manager wanted these specific projects to be done by a professional company and I'm glad they called Mammoth Services.

Wes was super professional and on time from when he said he would be here. I have a large breed shy dog that warms up to no one and in the short time he was here doing the repair he befriended my dog. I used to use Mammoth for all things relating to property maintenance for my rental. They overcharge for many things because they are a GC that outsources tasks to other vendors like landscaping, cleaning, etc, but it was convenient to use them.
They installed a new AC unit three years ago and secured the 6 foot drain pipe with electrical tape instead of securing it with a hose clamp or something more substantial so the tiny 1 joint at the AC unit didn't break off. Three years later, I have to repair my roof for $750, because it did just that and leaked water for, what seems to be several months if not years. When I asked them to send someone out to properly secure the drain pipe, they refused to to do it. Something so simple, that they messed up on initially, that would cost them almost nothing to repair, and I guess my future business wasn't worth it. I have since stopped all services from Mammoth and use local vendors who have better pricing and treat me much better.

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve today. He came by to complete a previous plumbing job in our ceiling. Steve was not only detailed clearing away the patch build up for the recent water damage but he took the time to clear away old build up as well. He moved my sectional so it wouldn't get damaged and before he left he put everything back in place. I appreciated his professionalism and friendly demeanor.
Called and had a handyman out in less than a hour to remove some old cameras and wires outside on house and patch any holes. Very friendly and fast service. 5 stars for Cullie A

I had plumbing repairs done for my rental & Robert Keyes was professional & knowledgable with the repairs & knew exactly what needed to be done. Prior person came out & had no knowledge of the repair but when Robert came out, he knew exactly what to do, got the parts & fixed the issue. Satisfied with the repairs & service.
