Our dishwasher was leaking the last time we used it. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the potential reasons that dishwashers leak. Nothing was found to be wrong with our unit, however, I now know what to look for if another leak happens.

Tyler the technician was very professional, asking right up front if he can enter and exit the house as needed. After the work done on the AC, he took the time to break down everything he checked and did, showing me pictures of the various parts and advising of what things may need work going forward versus what was looking good. It is rare to get this level of service from an AC Technician, especially when they are chosen by our home warranty company. I would definitely recommend working with both Thomas Home Services and Tyler in particular.

This company is absolutely horrible to work with. Our home warranty company has assigned them to complete an AC repair. At this point it has been two weeks and we still have no AC. The repair is approved and they were supposed to be out multiple times and continue to push us. Today, I called to confirm what time they would be here and was told they were just about to call me because it looked like they were going to have to push again. They said they’d call me back in a couple hours to discuss, and then no call. So I called back (multiple attempts to get through), and was told they are still working on it but will call me back before the end of the day. So here we are at the end of the day, they are closed and still no communication. We have no AC in our home, a toddler, and my wife is pregnant and none of this seems to matter to them. At the end of the day, these reviews seem manufactured because I cannot be the only person to experience this level of disappointment. My recommendation, if you have a choice, stay away at all costs. Unfortunately, we are without leverage and beholden to whatever Thomas Home Services decides.

Lastly, if Thomas Home Services wants to know what they can do to make me smile (their words, not mine), you can stop dragging your feet and have someone come and fix the AC in a timely manner. Since that hasn’t and won’t happen, you can stop asking me.

Had the pleasure of working with Jerome. He was well informed and professional. I feel confident I made the right decision to use Thomas.

Terry was great. I read some of the reviews on Yelp and was a little worried and not looking for to the experience but when Terry arrived he did a great job. He was very professional, he did an evaluation of the system and told me what the problem was. He installed a new thermostat because the old one was not sending a signal to the unit. He connected everything and made sure it turned on and work properly. He gave me his information and let me know if we had any other problems to give him a call. He also let me know that my units were older, coming up on 14 years and would need to be replaced in the near future and if we needed help with that he’s our guy. I would use Thomas Home Services again if they are sending out Terry.

Tyler arrived at our home today to service our AC. He was very professional, courteous , empathetic, and had a genuine concern of our issue. He went above and beyond to ensure that much needed cool air was once again flowing. Tyler was an absolute gem, but I am sure your company is already aware of his greatness. Thanks again Tyler.

My A/C went out and so we called this company and was very excited since they said a tech would come over that same day. A tech was on time and after 2 hours he fixed our air, so he thought. After 5 minutes it completely turned off and there was no air at all. I called the company right away and right away they dispatched him to come back, he said maybe it was the compressor so he checked the compressor after that it was not the compressor and it’s something else that he was going to need a level two tech to come out and take a look at. By this time he was already at my house for over five hours and so I assumed somebody would be over the next day. When customer service called me back they said it earliest they could have a technician would be Monday…. This means waiting in the heat with no AC for five more days! I feel like the company and this technician wasted my time took me away from work and now me and my 3 kids and are living in this house and have no AC. I’ve tried calling other companies but no other company will touch my unit since this company has already “started” work but not completed their work. I am beyond Frustrated and disappointed in this company

Destroyed my home by incorrectly installing AC. They refuse to fix my home so we have been living in a destroyed home with two young children thanks to them.

My boyfriend called on Monday for the Ac and they responded quickly to set up the appointment, Bryan came to check it out and figured out what the problem was quick as well, he walked me through and helped me understand what the problem was. Bryan was just awesome!

Dennis who installed a new water line to replace a cracked one did an awesome job. He was so nice and courteous. He did the work all day in the 108 degree weather. The whole service was great. On June of 2022, My A.C was not working properly so I contacted my insurance. the insurance company sent out Thomas Home Service (THS) to repair my A.C. They sent out their first technician which I found out later that he was a very inexperienced technician. THS technician examined my A.C and he stated the fan motor blew out. After he left, believing he repaired the A.C, that night it was blowing hot air. I called the next day about the issue and THS stated that it will be another week to sent out another technician to find the issue. I couldn’t wait so I hired another technician fro to get a second opinion. When he came out he stated that the technician from THS had cause major damage beyond repair. THS technician had the fan blowing inside the unit causing a oil leak in my unit. When the second technician came out from THS, i explained to him what happen. That’s when he told me that his company sends out the low level inexperienced technician first. unbelievable. Anyways he couldn’t repair it and he advised his supervisor. Fast forward to August of 2022, I had to call my insurance since THS don’t answer my calls to get an update on when THS coming back to my place To fix my a.c unit. my insurance told me that Thomas Home service was not going to come back out and they are not claiming responsibility for the damages that they have done. I had to pay out of pocket to hire another company to replace my unit. I was so angry because I had to wait About two months to get an update. And I had to call. No one called me. So if you thinking about calling Thomas Home service to get your A.C unit repaired reconsidered and call some one else. Do not call this company!!

I have never, ever done business with this company, yet they cold called my cell phone to remind me it is time for a checkup on my air unit. They implied that I was already their customer. I asked how they got the information and they said I was their customer through Home Advisor. After having a rather unpleasant conversation about the fact that I am NOT their customer, I end the call and discover an EMAIL saying the same thing. Here is the opening statement of the email: As an existing customer of ours, we are excited to announce our 4 th year in HVAC and offer you our heating system 18 point Safety Check/Fall Tune Up special! So, the bottom line is that these are not people I would trust. Ever.

I visited the Home Depot in Tempe yesterday, 7/2/2020 and although they had signs posted that masks were required, several people from this company chose not to comply with the Home Depot’s directive and therefore chose to put themselves and others, like me, at risk. If they can’t follow simple instructions off the job, how can I trust they’ll follow them on the job and I certainly do not want these men in my home. This is the main reason I am terrified to leave my house because of people like these. I did take pictures of the three men with their work shirt logo’s on and also notified this company directly but haven’t heard anything back yet. I’m just another concerned citizen who doesn’t want to die because people are reckless!

Wow! I thought I broke my refrigerator water system filter connection, Kelly knew just what to do and did it so quickly! Friendly, helpful, professional and super nice!

We really appreciated the Technicians Carlos and Chris. Not only they came to fix the issue with my AC, they also provided little education about the AC and delivered friendly and great service.

Our initial appointment got rescheduled due to an emergency on their end. However, they made us the priority the next day. Chris came out and repaired our unit and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and the communication was great.

It was horrific, didn't fix anything, made the situation worse, ignored multiple calls, voicemails, scheduled level 2 tech and no showed countless times, didn't call to notify, stay away, absolutely silly

Our service technician was Ty. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Aside from that he was very courteous and respectful of our home and safety while here. He made sure to ask if we had any questions before he left. I would certainly recommend Ty and Thomas Home Services to anyone in need of plumbing..

Called THS and they came out the next morning. Brian was fantastic, installed smart thermostat and we had to replace transformer because it's an old system. Did some other tests while in the AC and realized compressor was pulling very low amps. Installed a compressor saver. Had all parts ready to go. Will use THS again.

Jerome was our technician. He was polite and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing. He took photos to show what needed to be repaired on my roof top heat pump. He gave me several options for repair or replacement. We chose replacement. It was simple, quick and very reasonable with the financing they offered. They scheduled our installation as soon as possible. I highly recommend Thomas Home Services. We had several other companies tell us they would work on getting us a new unit and would never return our phone calls. Every time I called, Thomas Home Services answered the phone and actually helped us!

They showed up and rescheduling two times. I must say, their service is good. very professional. Their visit solved my problem. Even though, I was not happy about 2 times rescheduling. I am happy with their service.

Our techs came out and were just incredible. They took their time to be thorough and fixed our issue with the AC in the visit. Our last company took a month to solve any AC issues. Cannot recommend Thomas Home Services enough!

Fantastic job, installed AC/heat pump in a workshop in my garage. Works great! Found an AC leak caused by the builder subcontractor. Saved me a lot of money by finding that defect. Highly recommend this company.

We have used their services four times and have been very pleased every time. Prompt, courtesy, knowledgeable and priced right. We have older AC units but we have yet to hear them say they need to be replaced.

My technician Shamir was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the repair required to fix my AC. I'm also impressed that despite it being through a home warranty claim, my AC was only out for four days thanks to the responsive care THS showed concerning my case.

Great working with Alex! Whenever we need work done, I call, they come (usually in less than 24 hours for non emergency and a lot sooner if urgent!). Went above and beyond to help discover our water usage issues! Would highly recommend.

Professors of Plumbing installed a new AC/Heat unit on my mobile - i am very pleased with their work and attention to detail. Don just came out today to do the maintenance and he was awesome. So far i have not had a bad experience with any of their reps or servicemen.

My system was 17 yrs old and running poorly, Jerome came and examined every component of my system and sat with me for over an hr explaining everything to me slowly and patiently and most importantly in plain english I could understand and present me with several options. Other companies came out and looked at my system for 5 minutes and tried pushin expensive quotes on me without really explaining anything. Jerome was phenomenal and made a difficult so much less painful! I will refer Jerome and his company to anyone in need of A/C attention! Has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. I filed a claim with my warranty company on 4/5/22. Today is 6/6/22, and my AC issue is still not resolved. I’m tired of calling this company to be told “someone will call you back from dispatch” what do you think happens? No call. Over 2 months of dealing with these folks and my AC is still not fixed. I tell them that I have small children sweating at night because the “fix” they did is not working. Does anyone there care? They are showing me they do not. Terrible experience and it continues.
6/7/22 - the terribleness continues. I called yesterday and “dispatch will call you”, call never came. I finally get a hold of someone and they have the nerve to tel me that they did me a favor by sending two techs out to try to fix the unit almost 2 weeks ago. I told them they could have sent the entire company and it wouldn’t have mattered if my AC is still not working. Which it still is not working.
6/8/22- promised a call back, none made. GARBAGE service

Needed someone to come out quickly and get our washer/dryer up and running. They not only came out quickly but the technician gave me a lot of great info on how to keep my appliances running well, which was super helpful. Would recommend and will use them again.

Fabian and Clyde came from Thomas Home Services via First American Home Warranty. I can say that they were the easiest part of the home warranty process. They were quick to diagnose and adjust the issue.

Jerome was our tech, he was incredible! We had two other companies out before he came and they just band aided our system and quoted outrageous pricing. Jerome not only replaced our system at incredible price but fixed it also so we had cooling until our unit could be replace. He and his company did everything they said and more! I highly recommend Jerome in particular and Thomas home services in general!

Updated: I had a new heat pump installed in my condo. They did not remove any of the old system and left it out in front of my house, leaving me to have to find another company to pick the old unit up (for $300…). A few weeks later the company reached out after seeing the review and offered to refund the $300, saying their subcontractor wasn’t able to find the scrap outside the house... It took them another three weeks and sending a follow-up email to actually get the check out to me though. Overall they are really disorganized and doing anything with them requires constant follow-up on your part to get the job scheduled and completed. The install crew was great though so that’s the only thing that earns them 3 stars.

This company was assigned via First American Home Warranty. Terry Reichradt was on time and thorough checking my AC unit. Separate from the requested work order, he also provided an estimate for potential improvements I could get to reduce sound and improve air flow. He also provided a separate estimate for a new system installation, since my AC unit is 20 years old and will eventually need replaced. I will use this company again, if needed.

Refrigerator

I had an outdoor natural gas fireplace stop working and called Thomas Home Services 2 days before Thanksgiving. Several other companies told me several week wait, they were out here less than 24 hours later. Their technician Ty came right on time, explained all of his findings and recommendations, and was fast and friendly. Unfortunately the gas pipe was beyond repair but he left me with a quote for a new system.

Chris was was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better initial estimate and evaluation of my exterior drainage problem. Chris is top notch!!!

The work could not be done as the cause was not determined but the tech was A #1..

0 STARS!!!! Their experienced technicians have been to my house 5 times now. Everytime they come out, something new goes wrong with my HVAC system. We have gone over 1 month without a working A/C in Arizona heat. Appointments are never met. 99% of the time you get rescheduled to a different day. And then the reschedule gets rescheduled. They do not care about their jobs. You're systems will NEVER be fixed if you go here. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

Fantastic service! We called at 5pm on a Sunday and Alex was here by 6pm. He did a great job fixing the main water valve to the house and was kind enough to check the hose bib we replaced earlier while he was here. Great repair, service, and done quickly.

Yes My AC has been leaking since July 27.
Service was set for:
Aug 8th - inspected
Aug 13th - cancelled
August 20th - canceled 10min before appt, said technician did not have part
August 23rd -canceled 10 min before appt. dispatch said technician cut his hand went to emergency room
August 31st - NO call NO show, called them to reschedule and dispatch said technician cut his hand went to emergency room ..again!???
September 8th - NO call NO show, I called spoke to dispatch they are having a shortage of vehicles so some technicians are having to double up and “hopefully” get to all their appts…
Rescheduled me for Monday September 13th.. “hopefully we can keep that appt and wont have to reschedule you again.”
They never call to cancel, reschedule I have to call every time.

This picture is from today, The AC has been leaking since July 27. My ceiling after one month damage of leaking, however this is including with my husband going in the attic every 3 hours to dump the bucket of water that is full.

Professors of plumbing are a very professional company. They were on time did excellent work at a great price. I’ll be recommending them to family and friends.

I have not had an issue with Thomas Home Services. Had our AC go out in the summer and they were quick to get us a new one within the week! We recently had Bryan come out for an annual service tune-up and he was kind, helpful, knowledgable, and overall very friendly. Would recommend!

Home Warranty Claim had them come out 6 times in the last 2 months and no communication on why the day after they come then unit turns off. 2 months in Phoenix in the summer and my tenants cost me over $6000 in hotel nights. Finally it's all blamed on batteries which is 100% not true but they just want more money to come out and diagnose the real problem they couldn't find the other 6 times. No communication on what they actually did on any appointment. And too busy to return 5 voice mails !! Completely unprofessional !

This is the company that was recommended by our Home Warranty folks. The technician was Jerome and he was very honest with us. We have no heat coming to our master bedroom bath and we wanted to know why that is. It turns out that it is the furthest run from our furnace and we won't get heat in there. The solution is a more efficient furnace and some damp type thing. A more efficient air conditioner would help as well during the warmer months. We want our home warranty plan to work for us and to replace everything now requires itemized listings. Eventually piece mealing things will fail and the cost will add up. We have decided to wait until we have to replace it all.

Worst experience. Home owners sent them out. 21 days of drama in hot arizona. No info- phone calls not answered. I was given 4 different times the manager Kim was going to call me. She did not call me. One worker told me to not use the warranty company and he could sell me a unit for $7500 , on an 1100 sq ft. Condo. What a rip off. No professionalism what so ever. I had to file a complaint with my warranty. Finally the warranty assigned another vendor. In 2 days the new vendor did an inspection and replaced my AC. If no stars were available as an option. I would have rated them a BIG Fat Zero

The plumber that came out was spot on 10/10, but he's the only they have. Each time I had an appointment with him it got pushed back from Monday to Friday. If the gentleman that came out wasn't so personable and knowledgeable, this rating would be a 1. If they didn't cancel and push back so consistently, this would be a perfect score.

Came home Friday evening to no a/c. Technician Tyler was there within an hour and worked well past dark to get us running for the night. He came back Sunday with additional parts, and checked all aspects of the system, not just the obvious stuff. Great service!

Would NOT recommend. Called on a Monday and made an appointment for a technician to come to my house that Friday. He told me was not able to give me an estimate right away because he needed to see the costs of modifications. That’s fine but they never got in contact with me or updated me with any news. I’ve been calling everyday to see the status and every time they “promise” to call me the following day with an update. They never called me back, and when i call they “don’t know”. This company is so unprofessional, and i can’t imagine how their jobs are if they can’t even come up with a simple expense report. It’s been TEN days since the tech came & I’ve still heard nothing. My insurance company has told me they are ending the contract with them tomorrow.

A very unfortunate call on 4th of July weekend resulted in some quick and efficient work by Thomas Home Services, we had to wait for the darn home warranty to set it up but when they finally allowed Thomas Home Services to help, boy did they. I believe the first person that came out was Elam, For a couple years now we have had issues with our AC, I told Elam all about it and he took everything I told him and proceeded to examine every single working part of our AC, took apart panels to fully inspect and taking pictures to show me, pictures with a timestamp to show me he had just taken them, very happy he fully informed us of a major underlying issue, our AC was very very old and went over some repair options we could try but in the long run just more bandaids that would not be enough, so he put us in contact with Scott to help us go over some options to replace whole system, we are very happy with the financing option we took, Scott did wait for both my wife and I to be home to call us but called only to ask if he could just stop by, very nice to have a conversation about such a major purchase in person. This was on Monday, He promised us Thursday but made a couple calls and was able to get us the install on Tusday. The installer Gabriel and the other guy, I didn't catch is name only noticed the accent, Cajun perhaps, got to my house at 930 am, worked all day until 7pm ,until we had cold air blowing thru our vents. They did it all in triple digit heat, we are very thankful. Today we had a visit by Mateo Vazquez, he performed some adjustments to the system and helped educate us on how certain parts of the AC work and what things can lead to bigger issues, made me feel like our home and family are in his best interest, this kind of leadership and customer service is not taught, it's something that comes from experience and thoughtfulness, both of which you can tell Mateo has, thank you sir. All of the Thomas Home Services associates have been outstanding, from being in full professional uniform with our initial service technician to the fellas that look like they work in an office but aren't afraid to get dirty and ensure quality service, THANK YOU, to everyone involved in getting things right, we look forward to continuing our service and repair needs with Thomas Home Services.

On their latest visit they replaced a toilet. They arrived within the window of time we had scheduled for, and even tried fixing the issue first in order to try and prevent us from having to buy one. With all of our combined experiences with Professors of Plumbing, I would not hesitate one second to refer these guys to my friends and family, and in fact, I already have. Great company and highly recommended.

AMAZING company ! Had Yearly maintenance done. The price was very reasonable . Tyler explained what he was going to do and was knowledgeable on the whole system, he was on time , professional and courteous. Failed to honor appt time. I've now been without a/c for 6 days waiting on these fools to fix the issue. Sent a technician to my home last week on the 24th of June. Tech seemed new to the job. Asking me questions like I do a/c work. Because the issue was system freezing over, we had to reschedule after allowing the system to unthaw itself. I guess that takes 5 days in AZ heat. Had a new appt set for today; June 29th, 11am to 1pm. No-show. Called the office, my appt was suddenly 2pm to 4pm. No one told me. Waited patiently for 4pm. Its past 4pm and still no-show. The office is not answering any calls. So I called my warranty company and told them to find someone else or I'll find someone to fix it. I've used a company called Talon A/C in the past. Reliable, always shows up. Guess who I'm going with. Don't use these guys. They book more jobs than their capable of handling. Then get behind and customers suffer.

Copper pipe from main water line to pressure regulator had a leak which was repaired promptly and correctly

This is the worst company I've seen in a while. To take advantage of a recently widowed woman and charge $4,000 for a main line. Absolutely ludicrous! Not only did they overcharge her by about $3,800 but they decided to put her main shut off to the house before her irrigation valve and then stated for another $400 they would place the valve where it should be. Will be letting anyone and everyone on social media to beware of these thieves!

We had a new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal installed. I want to be clear here. The technician, Ty, was amazing! He was down-to-earth, kind, & professional and very skilled. Our complaint is with the company itself. We were scheduled for an estimate and Ty was not able to make it within the window we were scheduled for. Then we scheduled for the work to be done which was all to be completed in one visit. That day, we were contacted and told that Ty was on his way. I left home (my husband stayed) with our dogs so that they would not disturb him while he worked. After 2 1/2 hours, Ty still did not show up. This is incompetence on the part of the dispatchers or whomever it is that contacts customers when the techs are 'en route'. Because of this scheduling mishap, our one-day job turned into 2 days. On the second day, we were again told Ty was on his way. Once again, this was an incorrect estimate. When Ty was finally able to get here, he completed the work and we were very pleased with the job he did until the garbage disposal began leaking beneath the sink. So glad they have a warranty service. To their credit, they did send a technician out that day (not Ty) who did a very good job for us; however, we probably would not recommend Thomas Home Services unless you don't care about your time being wasted and having to be held hostage in your house waiting on a technician.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PLUMBING ISSUES! We’ve been “working” with Thomas Home Services for about a month now after detecting a water leak in our kitchen. I filed a claim through my home mortgage for someone to come to inspect the issue and they assigned it to Thomas Home Services. They contacted me and scheduled a technician to come two weeks out; which isn’t ideal but I get with COVID and staffing it can cause delays. Then, the day of the appointment their rep called me and said the technician who was scheduled called out sick, again, frustrating but I get it and they were able to get someone out after a couple days. Well the technician came and said he couldn’t identify where the leak was coming from because our kitchen cabinets being in the way. But, that was all they stated. Never went into detail as to what that work actually is, and we only found out later through numerous calls that they needed the cabinets removed to perform a leak detection.

So, now we had to call our Home Insurance and arrange for our cabinets to be removed. After a WEEK of back and forth between Thomas and our Insurnace company I was finally able to talk to another rep from Thomas after numerous messages from myself and the home insurance rep. The rep said I could only schedule a follow up appointment after kitchen cabinets we’re removed. But, I had to provide a date to the insurance company in order to schedule the cabinet removal. I was finally given a date and thought this issue would be resolved. NOPE! Two days after scheduling the follow up appointment, and having our kitchen cabinets removed and sink disabled, I get an alert from our home mortgage company that Thomas Home Services DROPPED our appointment! They did this without notice and without explanation. Again, we’ve already had our kitchen torn apart to accommodate them and perform the service. After another day of silence I was able to get ahold of another rep who explained that they were never staffed to take on work from the home mortgage company and it was too much. So why would they accept jobs to begin with?!?!? Now we’re starting back at square one with a new plumbing company and without a functioning kitchen all because Thomas Home Services could not follow through with their commitments. I will NEVER use this company again and I highly discourage anyone from using this sub-par, unorganized, and unprofessional company too.

Professors of Plumbing and Air charged me 3 hrs labor to replace the rubber seal around my kitchen sink drain! I was scammed. And to top it off, the plumber misidentified the problem and I should have just replaced the garbage disposer, which was worn out and rusted. And they will solicit you every few weeks for more services once you have used them. Annoying!

Initial experience was not great, but I received a call from Emily explaining what happened and asking if I could give them another chance. I understand things happen so I did and I am very happy I made that decision. The onsite tech Jeremy was fantastic and did a great job repairing my dishwasher. This local, family owned business, will absolutely be my 1st call should I need service for my appliances in the future.

Mateo came out to our condo and worked on the AC unit that several prior techs came out and worked on. We had problems with water leakage, cooling, and overall loudness/rattling. One of the prior techs from the company came out and did some work on the cooling aspect, then we had a water leak as well, so a tech (who is no longer with the company) came out and took the entire unit out to clean it. Unfortunately, some of it was put back together wrong, a couple of screws went missing, and it wasn't cleaned well. (Most likely why that tech is no longer with the company). Anyways, Mateo came and figured out the problems immediately. He explained everything to us, cleaned everything THOROUGHLY, tightened everything up, and it became quieter than I thought possible! He was an amazing tech and an incredibly nice person. I can't recommend him highly enough!! Thanks Mateo!

Still fixing mistakes this company made over 15 months later, that should tell you what to expect. This company will not follow through, performs hastily, and poorly. Decided to use them one more time because the issue was warranty covered but a technician never showed up to our appt so we used another company and paid for the parts and install.

Riley was an exceptional technician completely determine to find the resolution to fix the problem. He expended close to 3 hours checking, trouble shooting and inspecting and double checking his work. I will recommend the company he represents to any one. Thank you very much for your service.

I had THS come quote installing a bathroom sink for me. They quoted a ridiculous price of $1200, but only told me that after having a tech come to my home for a service fee. I asked if the price would be different if I bought the sink elsewhere myself, and they said no, this is the price either way... so why did I waste my money on the service fee when they could have told me the cost over the phone, or at least a range depending on options?

These are shady business practices.

The tech who came out was quite kind. I felt bad for him because he know the price was ridiculous - I could see it in his demeanor. I hope he finds a company to work for that doesn't put him in those challenging situations due to their intensely inflated prices.

Our heater wasn't working, Brian came and didn't rest until he had every component working effectively again. My technician was Mateo he was on time, very professional an extremely thorough. I had a previous company trying to fix my heating and AC unit and after four visits still we're unable to fix it. Mateo spent 3 hours and checked everything and was able to fix it. I would recommend this service to anyone I was very pleased

Had scheduled 2 separate times and they no showed both times even though the called and text saying they were on their way. Wasted 2 days waiting on them. Absolutely horrible experience and would not let this business anywhere near friends and family!

Replace capacitor, cleaning up the bost and freeze etc.

My wife had them come out when our pipes had backed up. They were prompt on the initial service. They needed to clear a drain through a pipe access from the roof of our house that was blocked by a solar panel. They did not mark the pipe they needed access to so when the solar company came out they were unsure of the panels to remove. I had to make many phone calls to try and resolve this. They did not call me back when they said they would. I finally get put on hold to then be told that their piece of equipment they need to use is broken and they wont be getting it fixed until the end of the month. Their recommendation was to find another company to do the job. We have been without this bathroom for a month already. I would not recommend working with this company from my experience.

I scheduled them to come out and fix my heater they never showed up or called.i rescheduled two more times and they missed those appointments to. No call no show three days of work missed and still I have them another chance they scheduled a 5 to 7 pm and I get a call from the technician explaining to me how it's already past 7 pm dark outside and if he comes now he wouldn't be able to do a good job. Unbelievable!!!!

When I called, I got a live person on the line very quickly, no long holds. They were professional, easy to talk to and eagerly sent a technician in a very short time as my ac was not working on a hot, 106 degree day. The technician Don was polite, and knowledgeable, His uniform was clean and pressed, not all wrinkled and messy. He knew what he was doing, and did not waste time nor poke around. I would highly recommend. Also, the prices were very fair for the service rendered.

This company is the worst they never call you back they never tell you there not showing up to your appointments they keep pushing appointments out appointments after appointments and never really know when they will be able to get your ac installed. They always have excuses for everything. They are quick to take your money but nothing else. This has been the worst company I have ever worked with. Don’t use them!

Professional service from start to finish. Jeremy showed yon time to install our new dishwasher. While I am sure he has a ton of experience installing this type of applicance, he took the time to read through the installation instructions to make sure he did it correctly for this model. He even cleaned up all of the packing material from the new dishwasher. I would definitely use this company again.

Our washing machine broke, and with 7 people in the house that isn’t a joke. We called Thomas Home Service and they were able to provide same day service! Jesse came out and diagnosed the issue, and had to drive across town to get the part for our LG washer. He kept us informed of what was happening along the way, and was very friendly. He got us up and running and we are so happy with the service!

I had called POP frantic because my ac was not working. I also was having plumbing problems. They sent out technician, Jerome, the same day and he was a pleasure!! After him looking at everything, he explained what was going on with my ac unit. He even took me outside and showed me everything he was talking about. He answered all my questions. I had an excellent experience with the crew of Thomas home services when they installed my HVAC unit. The difficulty of the install with the removal of the old unit was as challenging as the replacement unit had been since both had to be disassembled to fit through the scuttle hole in the ceiling. Chris Hamilton and his crew did a phenomenal job during the install, would highly recommend him to anyone for servicing or replacing their AC or HVAC unit. Jervon Montgomery gave me a very fair price and was very knowledgeable and professional as the sales rep, definitely an asset to the company. Again excellent service throughout. The technician from Thomas Home Services named Chris came to do maintenance work on my AC unit and ductwork. He informed me what else needed to be done to my unit to make it run more efficiently. He also looked at the ductwork and informed me of what was missing and what was needed to make my home cool evenly, since some rooms received cooler air more than others. Chris was very professional and did a great job.

I was made aware of the appointment and timing of arrival every step of the way with the mobile alerts. The technician Ty showed up on time and patiently and respectfully answered all of our questions. The repair and installation was done well with no mess left behind. He tested the system thoroughly and extensively to make sure everything was working. I would recommend Thomas Home Services to others.

Unfortunately, I've had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Our experience was plagued by empty promises, poor communication, and charges for services which were never performed. And overall, it's extremely expensive for what you actually get.

We signed up with Thomas Home Services because we believed (as they so adamantly pitched) that they were better than a typical home warranty company. We liked the idea of having our major appliances professionally maintained properly, and replaced at appropriate times, instead of putting band aids on things until they permanently break. The monthly price seemed steep (even discounted for us, it was $65/month), but we were assured that it covered two visits per year dedicated to checking on air conditioning, one visit per year to check on plumbing, and $75 per visit when they came to fix stuff.

After a couple months, we called for them to come check our fridge's ice maker because it wasn't making ice. They came, attempted to fix the ice maker, but instead broke it even more (it now also leaks a large amount of water onto the floor every day). We were told it would be $50 for them to come out with the parts they needed to fix the fridge, which we agreed to and (stupidly) we paid them before they came back. They never came back.

I had to talk to a customer service person over the course of a month to find out they wouldn't cover the fix for the fridge because it was a pre-existing condition (my house is 8 years old.. literally everything is a pre-existing condition), and eventually get my money back. The customer service people I talked to were very nice and understood my situation, agreeing that I should get refunded, but I always had to be the one to initiate and follow up several times with no action taken by supervisors for over a month.

We've cancelled our services permanently. At this point, it'll be cheaper for us to just buy a new fridge ourselves and pay an A/C specialist to actually maintain our A/C than to dump money into this black hole.

They were extremely responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to work with! We would definitely use their services again!

Previous part installed to fix ice maker not fixing problem. Reordered part to see if replacement will fix issue. Initial part and service paid in full so second round no charge. Fingers crossed issue gets resolved for ice maker

The service is excellent. Ty is very personable and efficient. He explained every step he took. And answered all my questions.

They sent somebody out on Thursday and he said he couldn't fix the A/C and that somebody else would come between 11:00 and 1:00 on Tuesday. I called at 1:00 on Tuesday and Melissa said he was running behind and would be there between 1:00 and 3:00. I called at 3:00 and Melissa said he had just finished his previous job and was on his way to our house. I called again at about 6:45 and they were closed. I called the after hours number and left a detailed message. No call. We got a call this morning that we were scheduled today between 2:00 and 4:00. So why weren't we first on their list today since they LIED TO ME THREE TIMES YESTERDAY??? So here we are again. Still no technician. I would go with a more reputable company if you could.

From scheduling the initial appointment to the consultation, I’ve really enjoyed working with this company. I’m now just waiting for the final repair. Give them a try! Matthew is a great representative for their team.

I’ve actually used them for both plumbing and AC issues and they’ve been terrific to work with. Our recent AC tech was very thorough and found the actual problem after it was mid-diagnosed by a different company. I know they will be my first call for any future problems.

This is a dishonest, shady company. I would definitely NEVER hire them! Thomas Home Services was dispatched to my home via my home warranty to repair my downstairs a/c unit that stopped cooling. This has been the absolute worst experience, I’m surprised they are even in business. First, during the initial call they scheduled me for 4 days out , but sent a confirmation for 5 days out. (I’m in AZ it’s well above 100 degrees) No biggie, I can wait another day. Then on the day of service they call me to push me out another day. At this point I feel like I’m at their mercy, so agree. When the tech came out, he was unprofessional, seemed like he was on something. He did not tell me what causing the unit not to cool and immediately tried to sell me a new unit instead of determining what the issue was. Even after speaking to his manager, my only option was to buy a new unit. I declined and asked them submit the report to my home warranty, then I’ll decide next steps. After a week there has been no report submitted and they wouldn’t even answer calls from the warranty provider.

A different company was assigned and it was a day and night experience. I was scheduled within 1 day and the a/c unit was repaired. A new motor was needed and installed. All covered under my warranty.

We had a toilet go out at our business. Ty was a our plumbing tech, and he was great! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick to come out too. Thank you!

The only stressful encounter was the two day waiting as first day not able to show up due to Israel having another plumbing emergency. Understood. April 12th.
April 13th was supposed to be here between 11 and 2 pm did not show up until after 5pm. It is understood that many times plumbing situations and emergencies do come up but once Israel showed up he was very professional and courteous.
And got the job done efficiently. After a 2 day wait almost, job was done within the hour. I'm sure if my situation was drastic it would have been treated on an urgent basis but water filling up in kitchen sinks with odor and residue is kind of hard to tolerate.!

Refrigerator maintenance

Thomas Home Services efficiently resolved an a/c issue that 2 previous companies were unable to remedy. Emily, in the office, was cordial, efficient and caring of the situation. She communicated very well throughout the process. The technicians, Will and Gavin, were both friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the necessary parts on hand and effectively resolved the problem. I would highly recommend this company for any a/c and other repairs.

Utilizing Thomas Home Services has resulted in the most negative experience we have ever endured with an AC installation. The service tech, Jerome was pleasant when selling us the system, but wasn’t forthcoming and misled us. He told us if we financed through their financing we wouldn’t have a payment until December (2 months after the system was installed) and the system was just installed on 09/25/2020. He told us he would arrive in the morning with the techs to get the project started and then he would return at the end of the install to ensure everything was completed. The first tech arrived at 8:30am and then 2 more techs arrived within the hour. The first outdoor units that were delivered were the wrong size. Then they were supposed to replace the pads that they sat on, we had to point that out, so they did correct that. Then we find out around 2:30pm in the afternoon when Jerome finally shows up that he actually ordered the completely wrong system ( He ordered electric when we have a gas system) which he apologized for but never communicated or contacted us throughout the day until he showed up. He told us he would be helping the techs to get it done. I asked him to complete the SRP paperwork for our refund, he started it, received a call, said he needed to leave but would return and we never heard from him again. I guess I should have expected this especially how he hinted at how the owner’s son who was one of the techs on our installation doesn’t have the same work ethic as the owner. We contacted the office and spoke with the office manager, Emily who informed us that the individual responsible for completing the paper work for SRP would return on Thursday, complete the paper work and we would have it no later than Friday, 10/02/2020. Here we are, Friday and I check the mail and we have a bill to pay our first payment due on 10/18/2020, not 2 months later. So, I contact the company, Emily is out of the office and the receptionist talks with her supervisor who is supposed to return my call. I am still waiting for that return call. On a side note, the techs that did the installation were at our house from 8:30am – 10:00pm and they were very respectful and did a good job! The rest of the experience has been extremely negative and we will never recommend this company to anyone, be aware as you will be lied to and deceived! This company hasn’t resolved any of our issues to date.

Professors of plumbing and air came and fixed the heating in my house which had gone out after a Chevrolet hours long power failure. They were here well within the time window that was quoted to me, and I can say from personal experience that does not happen in every situation, at least not to me. I was very happy at the timeliness and professionalism of the technician. And this might sound silly, but my cats liked him as well.

Do not use P of P! We were referred to them through our home warranty company to come out and fix our AC unit in the middle of June. We had to wait 4 days before they could come out and they told us they would be out on a Monday between 11 am and 1 pm. At 1:20 pm no one had showed up or called. When we called them, they informed us that their tech had called in and they would have to reschedule our appointment for Friday at the earliest! They did nothing to try and accommodate our situation and told us there was nothing else they could do. We had to end up calling our home warranty company and rescheduling with a different service. We would have been more understanding if someone had at least called us to tell us what was going on but we heard nothing from them until we called after waiting around all morning. Even worse, we scheduled time off work to accommodate the appointment. They were completely unprofessional and disappointing. Do not waste your time with them!!!!

Fridge repair, Best repair company I have ever used. My warranty tepair people couldn't fix or repair for the last 3 weeks. I called Thomas Home, and Emily in the office was very nice and scheduled me right away. My apot. Was for 11am-1pm. Kelly my technician was hete at 9am, they called first to ensure I was home, when Kelly arrived, he was polite and new right away what was wrong. After waiting 3 weeks for my warranty company to do something, Kelly fixed and was out in 20 min. If you need repairs go to Thomas Home Repair absolutely 💯 recommended.

They came and installed two new units. After the first day I noticed the upstairs unit never shut off. After a service call they came out and fixed it. Working great now, but the bottom unit now blows warm air. Units are brand new so I called them. They said it would take two days for an appointment between 1 and 3. It's now that day at 3:45. No one has come or called. I called Thomas and they said someone came by at 1230. I wasn't home because I wasn't expecting them until 1. Now I am punished again I have to wait until Monday sometime for them to come out. 83 downstairs guess I'll live upstairs. The install team was great, customer service not so much. After the sale youre not important.

Ty Hust was the plumber assigned to helping me get a new hot water heater. I have a home warranty and my water heater burnt out. Ty came out and was detailed taking pics and letting the warranty company a new hot water heater was necessary. The warranty company ordered a new one. Ty brought the new one and got it installed. Man... I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our AC went out a couple weeks ago, and we had been fighting with the home warranty company about getting it replaced ( since it literally caught fire and was dead dead) with no luck. Thomas had come to our home before in order to complete minor ac repairs, and they were extremely professional. When I called to explain to them Thursday 6/17/21 it had been since the Sunday before that my kids and I had no ac, They immediately transferred me to Jerome the field supervisor, he listened to the struggle we were having and instantly helped! Not a great service, I'm afraid. It was largely just quoting huge extortionate estimates, particularly for AC. Additionally, the plumbing service for labour seemed a bit much and did not seem as knowledgable. The plumber was timely, but the AC/tech came so late in the evening and whilst they were kind enough to waive off the plumbing call out charge, I just felt all around money driven vibes. Still haven’t sent through any reports or evidence of a tune-up as most companies do. I suggest people do not use this company.

Mr. Fabian calibrated both Compressors and moved on in side on the Blowers under the Roof and Found one of the Blowers was not working right and tried to repairs it but was (Blower-Housing) was not align to the Motor and was off setting the Impeller making it rub the housing needs repair.

Would not reccommend using this company at all. A/C went out on Sunday and the earliest a tech could come out was Thursday afternoon. My home warranty company gave me this company's name to use. Called the company on Sunday to schedule an appointment and no one answered or returned my calls. I had to call 14 times on Monday to speak with someone to get an appointment scheduled and they scheduled 4 days out. The tech came on Thursday and said he did not have a part to fix my unit and would be out first thing Friday morning between 7am-8am. No one showed up or called to let me know the tech could not make it so I started calling at 8:30 to see what was going on. After being on hold for 20 mins and speaking to someone who then transferred me to someone else, I was told the previous tech was having van issues and would not be able to make it. I was told a 32 foot ladder was needed to get on my roof, so they were looking for a tech who could accommodate that. I can get on my roof using a 8-10 foot ladder and let them know that. Miracously they found a tech who could come out as promised. There seemed to be no sense of urgency or empathy at all from anyone that was spoken with, which is horrible considering this is AZ and the temps are well over 100 degrees this week. This also doesn't seem like it's a one time bad experience for someone using this company either based off of reviews either.

Our service technician Jerome was great at explaining the problem and offering solutions to getting it fixed quick. He went above and beyond to get our financing approval locked down and overall provided us with great customer service.

On installation day we also had 2 other gentleman working to complete the new duct work and installation of our new AC unit. Both of them were very knowledgeable and polite.

We won’t hesitate to use Professors of Plumbing and Air in the future.

I used Thomas Home Services thru my home warranty company. As soon as they were assigned a work order by my home warranty company, I received a call from them to schedule an appointment. They scheduled to send someone in 2 days, however, they were able to prepone it by 1 day due to some openings in their availability.
Elam was the one who arrived on their behalf. He took time to listen and ask me the right questions. He went thru his process / checklist to diagnose the exact issue and identify an optimal resolution. He explained his approach to me, and went on to apply the resolution after confirming requisite coverage details. Once complete, he again explained what he had done. He also gave me a background of his company / owner and he seemed like someone who values customer service. Appreciate the work he did.

Adding to this horrible experience - a competent repair person was hired and saw that the work was done incorrectly causing additional failures to the unit. None of the expensive repairs were needed! Both units are functioning correctly now once the sabotage was corrected. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My home warranty company assigned my AC repair to them and it has been a nightmare. The office staff/manager cannot even return a phone call (Emily); technicians show up four hours late for appt. with no updates or just never show up (Jerome, Terry); a promised portable unit was NEVER delivered; and one week later unit not repaired. Worst experience ever DO NOT USE.

We used Thomas Home Service to replace our upstairs AC+heater in Oct 2021. Jerome was our contact technician and lead that worked on our project. Jerome and team was very professional, upfront, no games, thorough, did a good job, on time and patient. One area of improvement is to provide more details regarding the financing company Synchrony Bank. Not that Synchrony was bad, but would have liked to get additional details on their interest rate and finance charges. I would suggest to not be shy to ask questions and get all the needed clarification. Overall I would high recommend Jerome, his team and Thomas Home Services

We could not be any happier with the service received. We were told by another company who cleaned the vents that our ducts were leaking air and needed to be sealed. James inspected our ducts and advised the duct work was in good condition and did not require sealing. He also advised that we did not need insulation ( recommended by another company). Based on his honesty I would definitely use them in the future.

[Service, Timeliness, Technician] Eric was very experienced and found the problem within a few minutes and was quick to point out another problem that I had him rectify. I am 80 years old and still stuck on the 1975 prices, but very satisfied with the work and you are on my speed dial, is there still a speed dial? oh well you know what I mean.

Service tech Bryon is the best tech I have ever had come to my house. Knowledgeable, courteous, and not pushy.

I called Thomas home services after feeling cool air instead of warm when my heat I had change the thermostat up to 75 Wednesday night. They promptly dispatch someone the same day to my home. Bryan was the HVAC technician they sent and was I glad he quickly analyzed what the problem was up on the roof. He went out without a hesitation and returned. He told me in simple terms. What the problem was. He was professional and told me what he was going to do and how he was saving money and how I would save money on my heating bill. I wanted to give it time so I could see and feel if what he did worked. Last night, I was happy and comfortable that Heating what is providing heat, but it wasn’t running constantly like before. On one at around 2 AM for short intervals the temperature was comfortable. I had it set at 70 this morning it came on. It’s working great. Brian is an excellent professional technician amiable. Nice and agile. He was not able to get up on that roof two or three times he fixed it I highly recommend him. Home services without hesitation.

Shorter version: STAY AWAY. Don't believe the 5 star reviews. Took months to fix AC in Phoenix summer and charged me with Bogus charges.
Longer Version: If your warranty sent you here, you are dead. Alex shows up on first appointment. He came up with $750 bogus uncovered repairs that need to be done ASAP. I didn't bite. He tried to upsell their own home warranty, which I think is illegal. Now the real senior technician came down 2 weeks later to do the fix. He basically says Alex is wrong and the actual issue is something else and everything should be covered. Warranty company issues a purchase order for parts. Thomas home services gives me an appointment 1 week later to do the install. Nobody shows up. No call or message. When I call them they say it is not their responsibility to let me know. They say the parts are not available and they didn't verify before hand.
Warranty company issues another purchase order. This time Thomas takes a week to confirm the parts are really available. Then they give me another appointment 1 week out again.
And oh by the way, the bogus $750 charges Alex cooked up are back. And they wont give me invoice or breakdown. I had to pay before they do the work. Till date no official receipt. And what ever they said they are charging me, the install guys had no idea when I asked them when they were working.
All those months, the girls at front desk and girls at dispatch ave me literal hell. (Looking at you Annika, Emily, Kimberly and Carly. Hope you guys rot in hell). They blocked my number so, I had to get multiple google voice numbers to talk to them.

Tyler and the crew at Thomas Home Service were prompt, professional, and resolved my AC issues all in one day. Tyler was easy to work with and explained every step of the process and the repairs he was going to do.

The AC at my house went out on Monday morning and with my wife being 38 weeks pregnant, we were a bit panicked about staying at home.

My AC was not cooling and Thomas was recommended by my home warranty company. They gave me an appointment 10 days from when we called. I am in Arizona and it is regularly over 100 degrees every day. I left messages to try and move up the appointment and was never able to talk to a person. Messages were never returned.

I got a new thermostat in October. My air was working but when I went to use the heat for the first time this year it didn’t work. I called Professors of Plumbing & Air on Tuesday and they were able to accomodate me with my work schedule and have someone out on Thursday evening. While you are waiting for your technician to arrive the company provides a link so you can see where your driver is located and how far away!

Jerome, the technician, called me when he was on his way and once he arrived. He was very polite and informative. The problem just happened to be some wiring with the new thermostat. He was able to correct the issue and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. I was his last stop of the day so I really appreciated him being so thorough and checking on my furnace as well. He confirmed my air and heat are both working before leaving. The process was quick and easy!

How do you spell Angel? As of this past Monday, I spell it Alex Thammaronga, the air conditioning technician from Thomas Home Services. My AC was totally dead and in a manufactured home it was becoming an oven. Alex was not only efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, he went above and beyond explaining the problem and options. Never once did he try to up sell or add services. He understood my specific problems, called his supervisor for options, and promised to get me the best resolution and the best price possible. WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED THE SAME EVENING! Alex kept his promise and the Thomas company is everything you would want in a AC repair company. I wish they sold used cars too. Lol. Their motto should be the GOLDEN RULE because that is their philosophy. Love them.

They canceled on me twice. They didn't even notify me they just pretended apt didn't exist. When they showed up they charged me 75 bucks and didn't fix broken pipe in tub. I reported fraudulent behavior to cc company. Next report them too BBB talk about shady.

I had reached out to this company to get my counter top ice machine repaired. On the day of our appointment we got a call from Mandy in the office letting us know that our technician had reviewed our case and was certain they could not help! Bad news? No! They took the time and care to ensure we didn’t pay a service charge when there was no chance they could help us. That is gold medal service in my book! Jerome came and did an estimate for us after another company gave us a really high quote. He was honest and didn't try to upsale us like others. Came right away and replaced everything even saving us money in the process. We are coming to this company from now on.

I will never use them. We bought a house and had them put a new ejector pump in the basement during the inspection process. Actually the buyers agent hired them because he knew the owner. After living in the house about a month I noticed the holding tank overflowing, so I thought something might be wrong with the pump, so we got a hold of the agent who told us who the plumber was. I called the plumber and they were friendly on the phone, and the said they would come check it out and it would be under warranty if they installed it wrong, or if it was a part malfunction. So the plumber came out and he said the valve was shut off above the pump, and now the pump is either jammed or ruined because someone shut the valve off. So he kept asking if I had a home warranty and it would be covered under that. I told him that I don't have a home warranty and I never shut the valve off and the only one that would have any reason to shut it off would be the person that installed it. He insisted that it wasn't him that turned it off, but he would talk to the owner of the company and see what they would do for me. After talking with the owner or manager we got an estimate of almost 700 dollars to fix it if it was clogged and about 1000 if they had to install a new one. So we talked to the listing agent who hired these plumbers and asked if there was anything he could do. He called the owner who he knew and Pulled some strings. They said they would fix it for about 400 dollars if it was clogged and still be about 1000 if it had to be replaced. Well I was very disappointed in their so called warranty, and they wouldn't give the benefit of the doubt that it was their mistake. Even though it would have only taken an extra 20 minutes out of the technicians day to pull it out and fix it they wouldn't do it. So I decided to pull it myself and sure enough it was just jammed and probably stopped because of thermal overload. So needless to say they would have had a happy customer if they would have made even a small attempt to fix the issue, but they wanted 400 dollars to do a 10 to 20 minute job, and they acted like that was doing me a huge favor. Even though it was probably their mess up in the first place.

We have used Thomas Home Services multiple times over the last fifteen years keeping our AC unit functioning in the hot AZ summers. When we finally decided to buy a whole new unit a few months ago, we shopped around trying to find the best deal for the money. Will Thomas came in with a very competitive bid. His workers replaced our entire unit outside and up in the attic in one several hour visit, evening adding an extra worker in the late afternoon to insure the job was finished that day. Our new unit is quieter, more efficient, and the wireless thermostat they installed allows us to control the ac from our phones.

Took over 6 weeks and 2 service appointments to fix my AC during the peak heat of the summer. First technician lied to me, customer rep on the phone lied to me. I think if I hadn't threatened to continue to be annoying that they would have probably not fixed it on the 2nd attempt. They didn't even need parts! Just competent technicians which they seem to lack. Just really really bad service all around. You have to call them and really stay on top of it otherwise they just ignore you and let you wait.

My washer was on the fritz and I needed it back in action ASAP with 3 kids and a sick dog. Originally when I called for an appointment they had scheduled me 5 days out from my call. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the team called the next day and said they had a cancellation. Technician Kelly showed up and was able to diagnose the problem with my Maytag washer in minutes. Not only did Kelly fix the problem, he also gave me tips on how to avoid the problem happening again and how to fix it in the future.

Got a new AC unit from them, a couple of weeks later a fuse went. Riley came out and made sure it was replaced and everything else was in good working order. He was awesome! Stuff happens but Emily and Riley went out of their way to fix it. Definitely recommend.
