I have used them 3x with my home warranty company. The tech was Kevin who was professional informative and answered all questions as well as fixing my problems. Highly recommend

The representative was professional and courteous. Replaced my garbage disposal without any issue.

The worst service I have ever encountered. Our home warranty company called them to come out to fix our tankless water heater. They sent out a man named mark. He was here for 10 minutes and said he got a code and knew what part to order and that he would call us as soon as he submitted the order. He never called, so I called him to follow up. He said, yea I called your home warranty company because I don't know how to fix your water heater. I then said, so you were dishonest while you were here, and said you were ordering the part and knew how to fix it? He replied with, yes, I probably should have told you I didn't know how to fix it. I went on to tell him the warranty company confirmed with them before they contracted with them that they knew how to fix our tankless water heater and what brand it is. The only response I got was, you should probably talk to my supervisor about this. Incompetent, stupid, and straight up rude, is how I would describe this company.

My water heater broke, the tech came out to inspect and he concluded “it wasn’t lit correctly”. He lit it, didn’t inspect anything and was on the road 15 minutes later.
I checked the water heater about 30 minutes later and it was off with a gas aroma around the area. Three weeks later we’re still waiting on a part that they want to replace on a 1992 water heater. They don’t call to give us updates or anything.

Gary came on time and was quite professional. Very friendly. Cleaned up after himself and made efforts not to scratch the floor by placing fabric down. Fixed the problems and now my drain is working, as is my garbage disposal.

They arrived during time frame we were given, solved our problem quickly, and were very professional.

Mathew was very professional, punctual, and kind. We enjoyed conversation with him. He took the time to explain what happened and gave us a better understanding on our garbage disposal. Highly recommend for future repairs.

I called them out to get an estimate on a water heater. They showed up on time and gave me a really reasonable price for a new water heater. They installed it the same day doing a very professional job and I couldn’t be happier with my service from the office to the technician who did the work. After coming home today, I inspected the replaced hose bibb and and main valve. I discovered trash left in the are and the foam wrap in the neighbors yard. The tech who did the work (Tony) had also left the Ground Wire disconnected from the Copper Pipe. I attempted to re-install the ground clamp but there was too much rust and could not clamp down on to smaller copper pipe than what was there since part of the pipe had been reduced from 1 to 3/4, then to 1 again. Had to run to Home Depot to pick up a pipe clamp to finish a job that my wife had paid 450 for that was NOT COMPLETE. On my way out to Home Depot, I find my cover to the Main shut off by the street left open as well. Seemed like Tony was in a hurry to get out there. NOT GOOD!!!!

Fixed quickly with no issue a sink leak as second opinion for OneGuard home warranty after a horrible experience with the first company they sent out. (Not to name any names but the first plumbing company's initials are MRP.) The first plumber said it was an installation and would cost an extra $150. That was after I called them a week after their visit, since they never called me.
The Anytime guy called me to let me know he was en route and again after the job to let me know he had fixed the problem.
I had used Anytime before successfully and was delighted with their continuing good manners as well as plumbing service.

Anytime Home Services was sent out by my home warranty company to repair a hot water heater that was not producing hot water. Turns out a leak had caused the water heater to short out and it needed to be replaced. The water heater was only 18 months old and was covered by warranty.

The repair person told us that for them to do the replacement, they would need to do additional services that totaled $425 and could not do the work unless these services were done as part of the installation. After checking the internet and talking to other repair people, none of the services, such as replacing piping, electrical, were not part of a standard water heater replacement or in this case even needed as they were just done 18 months ago. Worse part is that the home warranty company stood behind them instead of me their customer, and as a result, I also cancelled their contract.

I know repair companies that contract with home warranty companies do not get paid that much, but I feel they were just coming up with work that was not necessary or required to increase their fee that they would get from this job.

They were sent via our Home Warranty Company. We had a couple of very corroded pipes to be repaired or replaced as I was afraid they would burst as we had this happen a few days prior and now we are replacing 10K worth of water damage so I was being proactive. The plumber from Anytime, Kevin, showed up, a terribly unfriendly man and bluntly said warranty will not cover replacement and asked me how I was going to pay the 75.00 service fee, he was here about 3 minutes. I had another plumber come out, he said you just need to clean the corrosion off with a wire brush and they will be fine for years. Didn't charge me a penny. Anytime Home Services should be ashamed.

On February 11, 2022, Anytime Home Services came to my house to change a broken water heater. The technician informed me that aside from the water heater cost and installation costs, other costs needed to be paid by me outside of the expenses already paid to the home warranty company to open the claim. The expenses were detailed as such: Pan – $45, temp&preasure -$115, vent -$80, Gas hose $80, and Ball Valve $200. All totaling $520. I informed the tech that I had recently bought the house and had paid a plumber to replace the Ball Valve during the purchase process. His answer was, “Oh…none of the parts that I listed in the quote are necessary, but the company makes us charge customers for those parts due to warranty and liability”. I contacted the company and spoke to the lady in charge of this department. Her answer was basically the same “Even if the part is not needed, we still make customers change it.”
When the technician arrived four days later to change the water heater, I asked him to tell me what was wrong with the Ball Valve. After checking, he said there was nothing wrong with any of the parts in my current water heater, except for the water heater itself, and that the company simply does it to get more money from the customers.
Anytime Home Services engages in predatory practices against consumers. They purposely force customers into paying for parts and repairs that are not needed. They know customers have no recourse in the matter as many of them get assigned their services from their home warranty company. They are unethical and use the customer's situation to take advantage of the customers by charging them more money than necessary. They have great service people working for them that are professional in performing the repairs, but the company has removed their expertise from the decision-making process of what repairs are needed and what parts are needed to be changed. They only care about maximizing their profits through unethical and predatory practices.

AWFUL Company. Kevin needs to learn customer service. If he's that unhappy with his job, then it's time for him to move on and he should not be taking it out on the customers. One of the rudest service people I have ever encountered in my life. We argued about a drain leak and he kept claiming it was not leaking. I had to show him the drop of water coming from the sink drain. Then he said it was coming from the seal of the drain in the sink and said in a very unprofessional manner What do you want me to do about it. Really ? I said Fix It. Then he took a picture and said he had to call 2-10 home warranty. I said go ahead and call them now. He said it'll take to long and proceeded to leave saying I suppose you don't want to pay the $100.00 fee. I said NO, why would I, you refuse to do anything. Worst attitude ever. If this is a reputable company at all, you need to have Kevin attend some customer service training. Again, I have never seen someone so rude in my life. He had an attitude from the beginning when he arrived. He must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something.

I’ve had so many bad experiences with plumbing companies, I was super nervous about another one! When I called to make an appointment every person I spoke too was phenomenal! The technician who came out to my property I believe was Mark. He was very professional and got the job done! Me and my husband will be using this company if we ever encounter another problem at our home! Thank you Anytime Home Services

Gary and Matt were very professional, telling me what they were going to do next and keeping me updated on their progress. They were on time everyday with a call to let me know they were on their way. This was a very dirty job! They were thoughtful and considerate and left my home as clean as possible. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to my friends and family

Ryan is a great plumber... however the company is running a hell of a scam with ahs. I tried to give them a couple of opportunities to make it right and they declined. So here is my review.

3 times had to have them out. The third time Thomas, the'plumber was rude and argued with me that the cold water is always on the left. I pulled up online and showed him the national standard, and he told me, that's google, I'm the plumber, who are you going to believe. I told him I've lived in this house for 4 years and it's always been in the right, showing him my kitchen faucet and second bathroom. He then told me they were installed wrong. He laughed as he turned and walked away from me. I asked him to leave and will never use this company again.

One of the worst service, they gave me a window between 6am- 12 noon. I had my husband at home since I had to work. This Kevin guy calls me at 10:30am to let me know that he’s in my property and asked if I saw his text, I said no and said sorry That I was at work. I looked at my phone and saw he sent me a text at 10:13 am saying he was on the way. I told him that someone was there and I called my husband right away. I have a Ring camera so he just pulled up. Next thing he calls me back within 2 mins saying I’m still waiting I told him again he’s coming down and he’s aware, he then responded you should have responded to my text and hung up the phone. I was speechless. I’m at work saving lives as a doctor and this guy is probably having a bad day and is trying to transfer that negative energy to customers! I called the company no apology and from all the reviews I’m seeing here it’s nothing new to them. I guess this is the price I have to pay for having American home shield insurance.

Manuel was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He is such a professional hard worker who truly took the time to make sure the repairs were correctly done and also explained it in detail to me. Live him. Thank you to him for making us have a functional home and our day much brighter.

Matt, the installer arrived at my home this morning to replace my water heater. He was on-time and immediately went to work. He was very professional and was able to answer questions that I had as he continued to work. I was very confident that there would be no problems with the install because I could see that he could do it in his sleep. It took him 30 minutes or less and I was really impressed with him both as a technician and his customer service skills. If I owned a company I would use him as an example for my other employees. I would highly recommend ANYTIME HOME SERVICE for you plumbing issues. Their office staff are very pleasant, efficient and keep commitments as promised!!

Anytime Home Services was contracted out to us from our Home Warranty company. We called our warranty company on Friday afternoon regarding a plumbing stoppage. They informed us it would be 24 business hours before the service provider (Anytime Home Services) would be reaching out to us. Anytime Home Services is not open “anytime” they have typical Monday-Friday hours. Which was unfortunate for us, however we were understanding of this and waiting on Monday. We spent the entire weekend without any plumbing, no showers, no toilets, etc. I ended up calling them on Monday around 11 am to schedule an appointment. They stated the earliest they could get to us would be the next day, again unfortunate for us but we understood that they have other clients. Tuesday rolls around and the plumber comes out to look at our issue. He was there probably 10 minutes, at the most, and informed us he would need to come back another day as we needed something installed on our main line to clear the stoppage. We received a call from our Home Warranty company a few minutes later and they stated the cost would be $700 to install this part and the earliest the plumbers would be out to fix this would be Thursday. Which means we would be almost an entire week with no showers, toilets, etc. My husband took the liberty to call another plumber (well known, however I will not be naming them) They came out the same day we called and ironically found the part that the plumber from Anytime Home Services was going to charge us $700 to “install”. They are currently clearing the stoppage in our house for less then half what Anytime Home Services quoted us. I will be calling my Home Warranty company to inform them of what kind of company they send out to their clients. I am furious at this situation. After reading all the other reviews it seems that this company does not care about their clients that use them through their home warranty. I highly recommend anyone thinking of using this company to go elsewhere

Edit: my clearing was in fact on the ground. I did post this same review on their Facebook and for anyone who would like to see the picture of my ground clearing can do so on Facebook. Ironic they were going to charge me $700 for this. I have also called multiple times today to discuss this and not one person is there to answer.

This is the 2nd time At Home has been to my house for a home warranty service. Kevin was the service provider both times. He is outstanding! Not only the quality of his work but his integrity as well. Anytime Home will be the requested provider moving forward.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible, rude and unprofessional staff were sent by my homeowners Warenty to replace a valve in my shower. It has now been three weeks and it is still not fixed. A plumber came to my house yesterday and left with all my water turned off. They refuse to send someone out to turn my water back on when I did not ask them to turn it off in the first place. The receptionist Refused to let me speak to a manager, so, out of frustration, I said that I was going to go to their office and speak to a manager in person and the receptionist said that remark was threatening and said to ask my homeowners warenty to have a new contractor come out, leaving my whole house without any water even longer. Please, save yourself time and headache and look elsewhere. This whole process has been stressful and beyond unsatisfactory for a simple water valve replacement.

In response to the company's attempt to defame me as reason for not turning my water back on and stealing my property and refusing to come back:

I am the homeowner I was on a three way call with my tenant, who is black and said the “n” word from a cultural standpoint as that is the way she speaks and THE WATER IS CUT OFF IN MY ENTIRE HOUSE AND YOUR PLUMBER STOLE MY PROPERTY. I WANT MY SHOWER FIXTURES AND VALVES RETURNED TO ME. 20 days later your company made the problem worse. By “pull up” we only meant to speak to a manager because of your refusal to let us talk to a manager via phone we felt like we had no other option to get to the bottom of this issue. I simply want my property returned to me and for my water to be turned back on.

I will revise this review and include pictures of how they left my property.

Before I start, I have never left a review before but let me just say, I had a great company come out to my property! I called into my home warranty due to a leak that I had in my ceiling, I spoke with Cici to make an appointment, she was very helpful and got me seen with a plumber same day! Plumber was on time and had all the work done. Overall I will recommend Anytime Home Services to all my friends and family!

Anytime Home Service called me within 15 minutes to schedule. They put me on the schedule for next day, 6-11 on a holiday. Great company. Manuel was awesome! Professional van, clean and smiling when he arrived. Manuel was a great communicator and let me know what he was doing and why the entire time. Thank you for the fantastic service Manuel!

Decent services other than inspector left a mess and now rust stained my wall and just wiped once with an already dirty rag not helping any he should have just left removal up to crew who's doing the replacement

I was referred to Anytime Home Services by American Home Shield and was hesitant when their plumber showed up at my door. Not because of anything other than my experience with AmHomeShield vendors. It has been pretty horrible. Sam, 1 of the plumbers for Anytime Home Services, that services the Tucson area is a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to listen, to apply his knowledge and to reach out for second opinions should he get stumped. My particular problem was atypical as there were multiple things going on that were creating the problem. Sam worked thru it methodically, explained his findings to me along the way so that I understood and was conscious about safety, professional and empathy. I rarely write reviews but this one was earned. Anytime Home Services is lucky to have Sam as a team member. I think his customer service is a game changer. Thanks Sam!

Also, the company itself, the office team. They were really good at communicating with me throughout the process and working directly with American Home Shield.

I simply HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anytime Home Services.

Unfortunately, our hot water heater was about to go! Gary was great! He came to our house and knew right away what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and within a week was here fixing it. He communicated with us throughout the week and let us know 30 mins before he would be arriving. He informed us that some components of the heater were corroded due to hard water, he will be returning in a few weeks to give us a quote on a water softener. Thanks Gary for all your help. Give this guy a raise.

Dispatch scheduled 8-12am timeframe appointment... Technician called at 3 pm threatening to cancel the appointment if no one opened the door for him in 15 mins. Technician opened up shower trim & wrote up a bogus inspection report claiming someone had “vandalized/sabotaged” the shower control valve. Truth is the valve was seized due to calcium build up and technician couldn’t open the casing to access the cartridge & he didn’t want to have to replace the rough-in Assembly. In order to avoid having to complete the job due to his use of wrong tools... the technician wrote up the repair as a vandalism/sabotage leading to denial of claim through Home Warranty.

Technician was super nice explaining was wrong and parts that were replaced. Will be for sure using and recommending this company in the future

Put in a work order with my home warranty for my water heater they assigned this company technician Tony was at my house for over an hour didn’t even attempt to trouble shoot was just on the phone with the manufacturer because he didn’t know what my error code meant even though I told him multiple times what the manufacturer website said the error code was. Then he just left my house without saying anything at all to me just left no troubleshooting no communication nothing. I called my own plumbing company that I have a relationship with from work West Coast Plumbing and Air they came out within an hour of me calling troubleshooted and resolved the issue within 15 minutes my water heater just needed to be reset as it was apparently set to high and a safety high heat switch kicked in which is why even flipping it off at the breaker wasn’t doing anything. Had their tech simply at least attempted normal diagnostic steps for a not working water heater I’m sure they would have came to the same solution but he didn’t even try.

I was very impressed with your employee Patrick. He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to use my disposer. He was able to unclog our drain in a timely manner. I have never had a service person clean the area like he did. It was much appreciated and I would use and recommend your company again.

Technician came at recommendation of warranty company. He spent ten minutes diagnosing issues and left without repair. He was unprofessional and it seemed like he just did not want to be there.

Mike helped us fix a leaky faucet. He was awesome. He was on time, very respectful in our home and professional. He explained everything before he was going to fix it and afterwards told us what was the issue and what he did to resolve it. overall very good experience with our service.

Anytime home services was sent out to my house by my home warranty company last month. They replaced my hot water heater with a brand new unit. Just over 30 days later pilot light will not light, so again we are without hot water. They were not willing to come out and take a look at why the brand new unit was not working without a trip charge or a new home warranty service request. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

I am a new customer with Anytime Home Services and I needed my faucet to be replaced as it was damaged and leaking underneath my kitchen sink. I put my work order in around 9 am and not even 5 minutes passed I got a call to schedule! I was able to be seen same day and the technician was fast and efficient. Thank you Anytime Home Services!

My garbage disposal started leaking and I was assigned Anytime Home Services through my home warranty. I was more than pleased with the company from scheduling until the disposal was replaced. The front desk staff answered all of my questions and dispatch found me an appointment quickly. The technician was friendly and called ahead to let me know he was coming, I would recommend this company if you are looking for a professional and personable experience from start to finish.

Edit: After Talking with our home warranty company, they clearly called Anytime Home Services, where Anytime Home Services changed their tune so it was no longer a user error, but instead a flow restriction (Which they know is not covered under Home warranty policies). that is a blatant lie since the plumber that came out to check out the issue verified the water pressure while he was there and the water was hitting the back wall of the tub there was so much pressure!

Would rate a zero if I could.
The company came out, determined we had an issue with our shower valve due to normal arizona hardwater. They reported to our home warranty company that the issue was due to misuse on our side and now our warranty refuses to cover the issue. The person on the phone we talked to said they couldnt diagnose the root cause without seeing the valve, therefore they lied to the home warranty company claiming it was our fault.

They then tried to get us to pay for it out of pocket instead saying there is nothing they could do. I wish home warranty companies wouldnt use SCAM companies.

I was genuinely appreciative of the kindness of the scheduling staff and technician at Anytime Home Services. We had a water heater in need of repair/replacement and also had a four hour drive to make that day. We explained that we are unable to drive after dark and would appreciate an early appointment. They happily accomodated and the technician arrived promptly, professionally and with total understanding of our situation. It is often hard to find businesses anymore where they truly care about the customer. This one does!

We had the best experience with Gary! He was prompt, communicative, and professional. He repaired our water heater within a few days of the initial service call, the heating elements were terribly corroded. He was very personable and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much!! Our garbage disposal motor burned out and wouldn’t turn back on. I called my home warranty company and hey assigned Anytime. I was super grateful they had Saturday appointments because my work schedule is hard to work around. Plumber was on time and replaced my disposal quickly!

I called for an estimate for a water repair, and I got a quote. They came to my house, did the job, but when I got the bill it was five times more than what I was quoted.

Don't ever call this company. They will rip you off.

For a 24/7 service they are having trouble accommodating a basic faucet replacement. 10 days to order the faucet from amazon when 10 whole new EXACT SAME faucets are available at the local Surprise AZ home depot ...then they need another 2 days to schedule the repair. For a basic kitchen faucet repair! Also, when they give you an arrival timeline is 11am -5pm with no wiggle room for accuracy when they would actually show up ( so if you are a working individual you better cut that family vaca short so you can have paid time off to accommodate them ). Indifferent customer service, slow completion process and appointment time frames that are far away from consumer friendly. Thats what you get with a basic kitchen faucet repair ...may God be with you if you need more.

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! We were quoted $550 for a water heater install on top of what they were planning to charge our home warranty. When explaining the additional work, they indicated that they needed to reroute the pipes to install a drip pan on the water heater. On top of that, the tech asked for $65 cash for the service call (that our home warranty prepaid)... A week later, and a deposit paid, a new technician comes out and takes 2 minutes to drill a small hole and put the pan in along with the water heater. When my husband went to pay him, he indicated that we were overcharged. Upon calling the company they sent an explanation of charges that showed everything except what we were told we were paying for! When we inquired again, they said we can have a manager put something together for you... Again, no one can explain the charges, that the technician who actually did the work indicated that we were being overcharged for... BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

I have dealt with many plumbing companies, Anytime Home Services is by far the best one yet. I had 2 toilets that were not running and a garbage disposal that was not working properly. I spoke with a dispatcher who got me in same day with a licensed plumber and had all my issues fixed! Overall great experience :)

My sink was clogged in the kitchen and my home warranty AHS contracted anytime home services. I called them in 7/8, they scheduled me for 7/12 between 6am and 12pm. I called at 10.30 to the company since I had a meeting later around 12 and they said that the techs don't answer phone when they are out and that the person dispatched is quick, they came around 11.30. Spend under 5 min, turned on the water, was on the phone texting, then came back with one tool to try to open the clean out valve, said unable to open since it was glued shut, Said that the cabinet needs to be removed and a new clean out valve installed. I called a drain tech through yelp, who came the next day, removed the p trap and cleaned out the clog in under 30 min. I had asked anytime Home Services the day before why they can't open the p-trap to reel in a drain snake, and they said it may damage the p-trap. I asked the plumber that came in today about their comment and they said that didn't make sense. I don't know if it's the fact that their plumbers don't know what to do or they want to create a large invoice/cost for customer, either way, I will be staying away from them in the future! We had a problem with our shower leaking and a backed up commode. Ray came to our residence and was Very Professional and answered all our questions. He is a Great asset to this Comany! I would recommend Anytime Home Services and Ray to anyone who had household problems. Thanks again!

Mike came to fix a dripping shower and he was able to arrive earlier than the timeframe provided and was quick to diagnose the issue. He also took the time to ensure the location of the leak/drip was fixed. Great service all around.

Fidelity National Home Warranty sent us Anytime Home Services – Phoenix for a plumbing issue: a faulty valve. Anytime Home Services – Phoenix sent Kevin. The minute Kevin shoed up he started asking a million questions, in a very rude, aggressive and confrontational manner, directing the blame to previous contractors, ‘pre-existing condition’, etc. Basically, he tried anything else, but trying to look at the valve and fix it. Eventually, he checked under the sink and as he turned on and off valves, he broke a second valve, left it leaking and left outside to call the company. He ended up, not fixing anything, not telling us about the leaking valve. We discovered the leak 8 hours later. We had to turn off the water and stayed without water over the weekend.
It is hard for me to believe that Kevin has a plumbing license, based on our experience. We tried to escalate and explain to his supervisors his behaviors and lack of work. They did not try to make it right. Please be aware of this company’s and their employees lack of integrity, expertise and workmanship. At times, we were concerned for our safety with this employee in the house.

Very quick to reach out and schedule appointment. Antonio came out was extremely polite and replaced the shower cartridge in the guest bathroom in record time. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family!

My home warranty company sent anytime out several months ago to repair my toilet, after they came out they said they had to order a part, which took three months to arrive, when the three plumbers came back out to install the part they decided that they weren’t qualified to do the work and said I have to go with another company, even though they had assess the toilet issue several months ago. It was obvious they just didn’t feel like doing the job, and wasted over three months of my time, they really should change their name to a waste of time plumbing.

Tech that was sent to us was rude.
Anytime office has not been responsive or timely with the responses they give.
Appointment was scheduled out a whole month out. I've basically been without water for 2 months because the first and only time they sent any tech out he didn't touch the faucet. Just looked at it and said it's too crowded to be fixed... I cleared the space and they still haven't sent anyone out.
The kicker is, They were already paid by my home insurance...for a leaking faucet.. that they didn't even touch.. and has been scheduled out twice by ANYTIME.

Mike was very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. He provided me information about my garbage disposal and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was kind and helpful. He definitely went above and beyond with answering my unrelated plumbing questions. I would highly recommend Mike and Anytime Home Services.

Received a call from them on Saturday to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Monday morning comes and no show by the contractor. I called only to be told they do not service my area. You would think this would have been known before even scheduling an appointment time!

I had scheduled w this company to have someone come out today to have our sink fixed. It's now way past the time frame window that I was given and no one has called. I called the office several times but being that its sat and no one is there I left messages as the automated message suggested. We have been waiting all week to have someone come out. I specifically asked for it to be on a sat to make sure we were here as last time we scheduled we were in the process of moving in and the guy showed up earlier than the window we were provided and we got here 3 min after he left and they would not send him back out. The property management company assigned them to us again and I specfically asked for a call prior and no one came or called. This is an urgent situation and being that I have left several messages for the office to call me to hive me an update or tell me what is going on and no one has is awful and horrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is not an anytime home service this is a they will get to it when they feel like type home services company and they dont care about wasting the customers time at all.

Anytime Home Services was the best plumbing company I have dealt with. George, the service provider was professional, on time, courteous and repaired a dripping faucet that 3 other plumbers were unsuccessful in doing - and he did it quickly and successfully! I would definitely call them again!

My home warranty service sent out another vendor 2 weeks ago to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. He was here maybe 5-10 minutes and said that we had roots in our drain, probably throughout the whole house and the repairs would be costly (some can run as high as $8K to $10K to repair). He said someone would call me because they needed to check with a camera to see where the damage was. When they didn't call I called several times and spoke to a woman in the office. Each time I was told they would call me with a date and time. They never called. I tried calling my warranty company and waited more than an hour on hold. Finally reached them via Facebook. I was frustrated and told her everything, said I'd seen where they'd paid the vendor and didn't do anything. I told her I disputed the transaction with my bank and wanted someone different out ASAP. Ten minutes after talking to them I got a call from Anytime. My appointment was made for the next day. Antonio came out, was very nice, very professional asked what was going on and got to work. He checked pipes inside and out, flushed it several times, checked and cleaned out tub drain and was here about 30 minutes and got the job done. The good news, he saw nothing wrong with pipes, no roots or dirt. I am so pleased with the service I received, only wish they'd been sent out first. Warranty company followed up and I told them just how bad first vendor was and how wonderful Anytime was. I will recommend you to everyone I know and will make sure I tell everyone not to hire vendor #1! Thanks for hiring great employees and getting the job done!

Do Not Use This Company.
So my water heater broke. Then I call my first American home warranty an intern they assigned any time home services LLC to come and repair my water heater. It took them five days to give me an appointment . Once Kevin arrived he was very short and rude and he took him five minutes to write me an invoice with $510.00 for water heater replacement.
This is the part where you have to pay attention. Immediately after the invoice Kevin proceeded to tell me that he will not install my water heater unless one of his sister companies name Eco Dry to come out and give me a free estimate for repairing the very minor dampness on the platform where water heater sits on. So Eco Dry arrived with in 1 hour (AMAZING). Chandler Rep from Eco Dry (very nice guy and personable) started to mark the walls to be cut out very unnecessary and had me sign paperwork (my fault for not reading the fine prints) said nothing to worry about except my Home Owner Insurance deductible $500 and he will take care of the rest, so I signed paperwork, big mistake.
With in 2 hours Eco Dry guys showed up and started to rip and tear a whole bunch of dry wall which were all dry not even damp except the water heater platform. Then they proceeded to install equipment, fans dehumidifier just for show and took pictures to show insurance company for billing purposes. This is now 2 pm. The next morning Eco Dry supervisor showed up and yes confirmed everything was dry and removed all his equipment (nice guy) and left. By now I found out that Eco Dry have a sister company they work with called RMJ to make another appointment for them to come out and give me a dry wall repair and restoration which took another 4 days for them to come out. So RMJ comes out and by now I’ve caught up to their game for repair, but I stopped them and asked for an estimate before I sign any paperwork.
Guess what the estimated repair was from RMJ? It was estimated at $3300.00 . Can you believe it??
I declined and asked my Homeowners insurance company to send me a check and I will hire my own Honest contractor to do the repair.
Remember this all started with Kevin from Anytime Home Services LLC.
So here is the lesson to learn;
1- I had no choice but calling my home warranty company and home warranty company will assign a vendor of their choice. Then the vendor (Anytime Home Services) Will come out and submit repair repair proposal to the home warranty company.
2- you do not have to use that vendor instead you can ask your home warranty company to give you a check for the repair or replacement of your water heater or whatever that may be broken.
3- under no circumstances allow the vendor to recommend another company which they are in bed with to come in for a free estimate.
4- you can always contact and honest company of your choice for any repair required.

This is exactly why our premium Continues to climb is because all these three vendors are in bed together to charge the insurance company as much as they can and then then Company will increase your premium. It’s a vicious cycle out there this is why I took the time to write such detail review and I hope people read it and learn a lesson and don’t fall in the same trap as I did.

DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY. Home warranty company sent me to this company for a simple shower fix. The tech Jesse who is highly unprofessional and not qualified diagnosed the job. What was supposed to be two cartridges replaced, turned into cutting out drywall and making uncessary repairs. Three weeks went on and still no working showers, and upon multiple calls to dispatch i was called a liar and i didnt know what i was talking about. Long story short another company came over and had the repairs and showers working in 15 minutes.

My kitchen faucet sprung a leak and it was bad! Manuel from Anytime Home Services was amazing! He was on time and went above and beyond in every way. I'm working on a very tight budget and the repair ended up involving more than just the faucet as it was a result of needing a water pressure valve. Manuel was so compassionate and understanding about my situation. He explained everything, fixed what he could on that visit, and went over pricing for the next repair. He made sure he did the most possible so my family had use of our kitchen water supply. Since I had to save money for the next repair, there was some time in between visits. Manuel once again was amazing! He returned recalling all of the issues, brought the parts to try to fix the original faucet even though it was likely going to be a hassle for him; he did that to try to save me money so I didn't have to purchase an entirely new kitchen faucet. He installed the water pressure regulator and fixed all of the other issues. His professionalism, kindness, and integrity were outstanding. My experience with the entire team from beginning to end was excellent and I highly recommend!

Kakalea the plumber that came to my home yesterday was amazing! I received a courtesy call from him and text to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived he was so courteous and kind. He immediately started working on the issue with my garbage disposal. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything that was going on with my garbage disposal and bathroom sink.
Happy that I can now use my garbage disposal without it getting clogged!

Quickly resolved garbage disposal leak. We were very satisfied with the service

The vendor arrived. I welcomed him in the garage with my Chocolate Lab at my side. I was holding her by her collar. He said I didn't have control of my dog, so I put her in the house. No big deal, dogs are not for everyone. I showed him the water heater, tried to explain the rattling that had occurred that caused the phone call for service. Because I could not currently replicate the rattling, he didn't even look at the water heater, and became argumentative. He said I explained to you 3 times that there is no problem with the water heater, and when I was trying to ask questions, he said I wasn't listening and he was leaving. What? He was there for less than 2 minutes, never touched the water heater, or closer than 10 feet from the unit. As he walked out of the garage, I said I would call the home warranty to get a refund of the $75 service call. He turned to start speaking, and I closed the garage door. Super rude, condescending and zero customer service. I wrote a message to the home warranty, requesting a refund. I guess when it starts rattling again, I better video.

Patrick was our plumber HERO OF THE DAY! He fixed the problem with dishwasher and fridge. His knowledge of plumbing was stellar. The valves and waterline were all misplaced and he made sure to test everything before leaving. I recommend this company 1000%

I will start off saying Jessie did an amazing job, unfortunately everyone else was not. Poor attitudes from the dispatch to the supposed “lead” tech Mark. Save yourself the time and money but more importantly time. Because they will deny there’s problems and send someone only once a week. And if they do come out they might tell you that you would need to pay even if insurance is covering the costs. Mark tried up charging things multiple times and was super condescending and only stayed on the property for about 15 minutes. After he left we called him to tell him like 5 minutes later the leak was showing and they told us that we would have to reschedule a week from then. This is pushing our house restoration back further! Don’t go to them and if you do expect stupid unreasonable delays.

The person was honest and professional who showed up to my house.

They were dispatched from my home warranty to repair a leaking drain on my second floor that was leaking through to the first floor. The guy showed up and looked at a temporary fix that I had put down of silicon to stop more water damage being done to my house. They would not doing anything because I stopped the water leak, the person said that it had to still be leaking to fix anything. Basically I would had to left the water on while it was doing more damage to my house in order for them to fix my leak. Let that set in and if you use this company be aware of this.

my hot water in my shower was leaking pretty bad I called Anytime Home Services for the repair. Man they did above and beyond expectations with excellent customer service made me feel like family. The company send there tech “Tony” out to my home in Avondale he was fast friendly and very professional. Hands down if I have any more water issues I’m calling them first. This company was chosen to repair a leaky shower faucet handle by our Home Warranty. Although the technician was nice. He tried to remove the allen screw off the handle but was unable and subsequently stripped it. He somehow came to the conclusion the valve inside the wall needed to be replaced. He said he would have to cut a 12” hole in the drywall behind it to replace the valve. This was going to be a very costly repair even with the home warranty because of the work that needed to be done and subsequent drywall repair. Needless to say I got a second opinion and found a very reputable plumber with 30 years experience who was able to get the handle off and simply replace the cartridge inside. The valve was perfectly fine. Be careful of these companies that are contracted with your Home Warranty.

I gave Anytime Home Services a call last week because my garbage disposal had been leaking for quite some time unnoticed. They had Antonio out to my property the next morning, and had a new garbage disposal ready to replace. Both Antonio and the staff were professional, cheerful, and were able to answer all questions I had. I am very impressed and pleased with my service and will definitely be calling them for my next plumbing need!!!

The driver that was supposed to come to our house called to say he would be there in 40 minutes. We got to our house and he was not there. We had called him 2 minutes before to let him know we were right around the corner and he said fine. We got there and he was gone! We tried calling him and he didn't answer. This place is horrible. Believe these reviews! The office manager was supposed to call me back and never did! I think the good reviews on here are friends of the people. The must be. So many people have had the same experience as us.

We had Antonio and his assistant help us locate a slab leak. After two other plumbing company’s didnt do their jobs. However, due to insurance issues we had to go with another plumber. Sarah the office manager was understanding, professional and super easy to discuss my unusual situation with. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing services.

We were told by another company the day prior that we had a massive slab leak and should consider re-piping our whole home. Fortunately, we called Anytime for another assessment. Antonio came out earlier than expected, did an incredibly thorough job checking out our home and turns out we don’t even have piping near the slab (it’s in the attic)— now we know it’s the pool valve and not a massive inside fix. Very grateful to Antonio and Nick. Also had very good communication start to finish with the office. Highly recommend!

I booked a call through Home Warranty, but wasn't sure if it's covered, so I called the company and asked to call me with price regardless as the broken pipe needed to be repaired anyways for my tenant. They had an appointment scheduled between 11am and 5 pm, and were going to call 30 minutes prior. At 3:30 PM I called asking for update, no update. At 6 my tenant texted me that they showed up at 12:30 told her son it's not covered and left. I had to urgently find another company or my tenant would be without water or active leak. They lost my business that's for sure.

TLDR: DO NOT use this company. They tried to scam me out of $350.

I had low water pressure in the house. My home warranty sent this company out. The plumber correctly identified the problem as a faulty water pressure reducing valve. Plumber said that I have a non-standard water pressure valve size so to install a new one they would have to modify the piping with an estimated cost of $350 to me, while the new valve would be covered by my home warranty.

I said I would think about it. And I am glad I did.

I looked the part up online and found many examples of not only my exact valve for sale, but other brands and other models that had the same dimensions and would work (I confirmed dimensions on their drawings sheets). It was an expensive part ($200-300), but available.

I then called the plumber and told them about finding the part online, and asked for clarification. The person I spoke to put me on hold and talked with their supervisor for a few minutes and then came back and said something like, well yes it is a very expensive part and your home warranty wasn't going to cover it.

This was contradictory to what the plumber told me when he was here, that the home warranty would cover the part but not the necessary modifications.

So I called my home warranty, asked them to switch me to another plumber (Roman plumbing), and that other plumber came right out, confirmed it was the valve, and replaced it at no charge to me.

Bottom line - DO NOT use this company unless you want to get scammed.

Run very far away from this company if your home warranty company sends them! Novice plumbers, destroyed and damaged. Lied about it. Hours of headaches.

I originally put one star but after talking with the owner 3 stars are appropriate. Worst experience ever!!!! The older tech was rude and condescending. Told me it would be a 700 dollar repair and they would be back tomorrow, 4 days later he shows up for the repair. Does it and doesn't fix the problem now 5 days without clean water and im writing this review.

Unfortunately, our water heater broke and ended up flooding one of our rooms. Not only did our technician install a brand new water heater within a couple of days (which we are so grateful for), he also made improvements that we weren’t even expecting (like updating and rerouting pipes). We are so impressed with this service. Our technician absolutely went above and beyond! I would 100% recommend Anytime Home Services.

On august 12th our upstairs shower was leaking into our kitchen, we put a claim through our home warranty and they had anytime home services send out a plumber. Mark came out 3 times and could not figure out where the leak came from exactly. I'm not an expert but he didnt even take out any tools did not even bring them with him into the house. Just stood there and watched the ceiling while the shower ran and completely misdiagnosed the issue blaming it on cracked tile. Had my whole shower demolished by a Restoration company thanks to his misdiagnosis. Absolutely incompetent plumber. Had to call another plumber after the leak persisted after the installation of the new shower. EZ plumbing came out and diagnosed and treated the problem immediately. Stay away from anytime home services, there is a reason why you only pay 75$. Their plumbers have no clue what they're doing.

This company was assigned to me on a warranty call. The van was unmarked, the gentleman did not greet me, was rude and harsh. In the end they did not do the work (not covered by warranty) even after discussing on the phone what my issue is.

This company is contracted with my now former warranty company. The tech was rude and did a poor job fixing my disposal and the shower faucet. When I called to complain the office manager never returned my call. I asked my warranty company to wait until the job was satisfactory completed to pay them but it was too late. I have dropped Landmark Warranty too. I would avoid Anytime Home Services all the time!

Tech fixed the immediate issue and gave good advice on how to follow up with homeowner's insurance company for any hidden or unseen problems.

Our home warranty service assigned our case to this company because they saw that this company is supposed to be open 24HRS 7days a week BUT upon calling to why we have not gotten any response after claim was submitted, we found out that they are not open on Weekends nor open 24hrs it seems. Update!! Claim order was an emergency but we never gotten an call regarding the ticket. Called Landmark to notify the situation

Customer beware!! I never post reviews but am compelled to do so with these guys. Unprofessional, unethical, and will create problems to be able to charge more. They take advantage of the fact that they can convince the customer that there is a problem when there actually isn't, and get paid hundreds more. They will also leave you hanging to create a situation where you will be forced to use them by paying more. Stay away from this unethical business. There are many plumbing companies out there and you'd be better off going with one of them. Or you can learn the hard way with these guys.

I've had this company come out twice because they haven't repaired my water pipe properly the first time and here I am again with the same water leak a second time from the same companies repairs

Absolutely amazing! I had been struggling to get someone to come out to fix my garbage disposal. I called Anytime Home Service and John, the owner, was locking up for the night but was able to squeeze me in same day. Literally stopping by my house on his way home for the night. I am so grateful. He was kind, professional, and fast. What a tremendous experience! I would definitely recommend John and his company to friends and family.

We received an appointment for Anytime Home Services through our home warranty First American. The service technician, George was outstanding. He was on time, courteous and professional. He finished the work in under an hour and did an excellent job. He definitely gave us a great impression of the service and workmanship one is able to receive at Anytime Home Services

Anytime Home Services is not a 5 star company at all. The tech who came to my home to diagnose a faulty water heater was nice, but when he started writing up the estimate for the home warranty was when he, and the company, showed its true colors. Put unnecessary items on the estimate like a new drip pan which was fully intact and in working order, a new vent hood which also all piping was good and did not need any modification, a drip leg for $45 which if you do a basic search they cost $10 and take no time to install, and the best was plumbing modification for $165. This was the best one because it was a 50 gal tank and the replacement tank was also a 50 gal tank which means that all pipes leading into the water heater would not need to be modified. The top inlet and outlet lines are flex hoses (which the tech stole one by the way) which means then screw in from the wall and bend to the water heater. The pressure release valve was also a copper flex hose which also would not need any modifications, but this tech made sure to give my wife a great story on why everything needed to be modified. It is a shame that when you do a home warranty claim you get shady companies like this. Tried calling them several time to discuss this, but always have to leave a message with no call back. DO NOT USE ANYTIME HOME SERVICES!!! If you do you will he paying for unnecessary repairs and they will most likely steal your belongings.

Our garbage disposable was leaking heavily from the case, which is a clear sign of structural failure and a need for replacement. Rather than use whichever brand/spec Anytime would install by default, I explained I was already in talks with the home warranty company to cash out the coverage, which would allow us to put money towards a disposal of our choice.

Since installing a disposal isn't rocket surgery, this was the path we elected to take, as we had with past homes and home warranty companies.

The tech understood the situation and acknowledged that the disposal would need replacement after observing the leak. Our home warranty required a service call, even for a cash out, so this was mostly a formality.

It's been 3+ months since the visit and nothing has been submitted by Anytime to our home warranty company acknowledging the need for garbage disposal replacement. We called the home warranty company and they had nothing on record. I spoke with Anytime and the rep promised to follow up to make up for the miss.

Another month has passed and still nothing. The tech and the rep on the phone from Anytime have demonstrated a lack of integrity/honesty when it comes to doing business or keeping their word when follow up is needed.

I cannot recommend them for service/repairs just based on their shady busy practices, as experienced directly.

I recently had a non draining sink and contacted my home warranty for repair. They sent Anytime after 3 days of reporting the problem. Anytime did not submit a report till after 5 days of calling asking for a report to be submitted so the repair can be approved. They finally submitted the report (and 8 days of foul smelling drain clog) to the home warranty company claiming the drain clog was because of misuse and abuse. warranty and the Anytime to get an update, I finally was Anytime would not fix the drain clog because they said it was misuse and abuse and the home warranty denied the repair. I don't understand why any plumber seeing a clogged drain would not fix it on the spot but worse submit a report to the home warranty that makes no sense. This is the kitchen sink and there will always be food parts going down. This is not misuse or abuse!

Feeling frustrated after enduring 8 days of foul smell, I quickly called another plumbing company who cleared the clog in 10 mins without any problems and he was cheaper than the home warranty deductible. I was shocked and relieved that the issue was resolved so quickly after the previous company had been unable to help.

AVOID!!! Anytime plumbing especially for home warranty work. They are not interested in fixing the problem but just collecting the service fee. They not only took 5 days to submit an in accurate report, but had no interest in repairing the issue.

My guest shower was leaking from the 2nd floor onto my first floor townhome. I have had the worst possible experience one can have with a plumber. The plumber, Kevin, was very rude and not communicative what so ever. He replaced the rubber seal and left without even testing the shower to see if the leak was fixed.

About a week and a half later I discovered the shower was still leaking. When I called to let Anytime Home Svcs know I was met with facts: plumber has 30 year tenure and never has had a job recalled. That was not my experience. I told the staff that I was not comfortable with this plumber and requested a different one. I was told their only other plumber was out till 11/11. I caved and said fine send Kevin back.

11/3 came back to my home and was there for 15 minutes. In this time he tried recreating the leak. We ran water from the shower and listened below. I told Kevin that the leak doesn’t show immediately. He was not willing to wait. He immediately just said I have to get the shower taken out. Never stuck around to see where the leak was coming from.

And sure enough the leak started again shortly after he left, and the wood by the drain and piping was wet. Kevin would have saw this had he exercised patience and waited a little while longer. I was not asking for much. I called and texted the cell phone number Kevin called me from less than 5 minutes after he left, no answer. I called the office and they told me that Kevin said the shower would need to be replaced. How would Kevin know this? He didn’t see the leak.

I clearly need help to fix this issue and Anytime Home Services does care to get the issue truly resolved. The customer service is greatly lackluster. Save yourself some time. The job they do is rushed and they will defend their staffs shoty work before they help you get anything resolved.

Our home warranty, First American used them to come out on 2 occasions and they are the worst company I have dealt with in the 15 years I have had the home warranty. The Tech they sent has zero knowledge of plumbing repairs and actually blames you for the problem like the water is too powerful coming from the street or the water is not powerful enough coming from the street. That is all they diagnose. They are disrespectful . Do not use this company as they are a disservice and ignorant with no resolve.

I called based on a referral from American Home Shield AHS .For coverage on a water heater issue . After a day and a half leaving two messages to call me I called AHS . AHS called them to say they are busy and will call shortly. They called and said they could not have some one to my house for another two days. And then it would be between 11am and 5pm. six hour window that the best they could do. This company is terrible.. I can only imagine how the service would be after the installation of the heater based on the service before if there was an issue . I am in the process of getting another company to address the issue.

Warranty claim was filed on a Thursday- Anytime called on Thursday could not come out until the following Wednesday for a water leak repair. I explained to the office person exactly what it needed and asked if she wanted me to send pictures (it needed a new cartridge). Repair guy shows up at 7:30 on Wednesday states he has no parts in is his big fancy van and will need to order a part and reschedule for the next day. I called three times on Wednesday to verify the repair was going to be done the next day- never got a live person only a recording. Called at 8:01 on
Thursday finally reached a person who seemed very confused about her job and what she should be doing. After a frustrating call she said they had to order a part and she would call me back - I asked her specifically when she would call and she stated today (Thursday). It is now after their business hours and we received no call. I can only assume we will be without the repair for another weekend. I would not recommend this company to anybody. If you are a plumbing company and do not carry basic supplies in your truck there is a serious problem.

That changed after I had to have them come out 3 separate times for same issue through warranty co now that I no longer have the policy and problem was not fixed it will be out of pocket expense. Will not use this company for the repair.

I will NEVER use this company. I called my home warranty to inform them never to send this company and how unprofessional their workers are. Teach your drivers proper driving and representation of your company. I was cut off and flipped off my one of your “plumbers”. I have children in the car. We have a home warranty that covers replacement and install of a water heater. This company came out and wants to charge us an additional $325 to replace water lines that don’t need to be replaced, electrical that doesn’t need to be replaced or altered and Plumbing line reroute all of which our home warranty will not cover because they labeled as modifications and they were not part of the cause of the failure of the water heater. Do not use this company, they charge you for things you shouldn’t be charged for!

Everyone was so amazing and helpful in getting by our new hot water heater figured out. Chloe and her team worked diligently to get everything worked out with our home warranty company (even when the warranty company was a total pain or unresponsive). They communicated well throughout the process and went out of their way to squeeze our install into their busy schedule even though they were booked out just so we could finally have a hot shower (because thanks to the warranty folks, we were taking cold showers for almost a week and a half). Can’t thank them enough for their incredible service!

Plumbers that come out are argumentative and rude.
Takes minimum days, if not weeks to fix simple issues.

When plumbers do come out they have the wrong ticket info and can only do one part of the ticket.
Constant need to call in escalations, or repeat tickets for the same issues that never get fixed.

Took 2 1/2 weeks to replace a water heater. We had to shower elsewhere because their job is apparently that hard. Absolutely pathetic service. take your money else where.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Y'all act like you've never shopped in any business. Everywhere has mark ups. EVERYWHERE! Then some said they told me I needed this and that you do realize these parts do not last forever right? Say they don't replace it and it breaks next week or month. Anyway! My water heater went out on Sunday. I contacted my home warranty company who contracts Anytime Home Services. They called me a few hours later and scheduled a technician to come out Monday. Manuel was on time and gave me a run down of the next steps. Very courteous and professional. The repair was approved by the warranty company so I called the office on Tuesday and spoke to Sarah. She was very nice and let me know what was happening. Sarah called me Wednesday to say that the PO from my home warranty company had been received and we scheduled an install for Thursday. Chad was my install tech. Showed up on time. Gave me a run down of what he was doin. And I had a new one installed with all the extra parts in 45 minutes. I saved over half of what it would have cost if I called a regular plumber to do this.. Nothing but good things to say! Thanks guys!

My home warranty contacted this company as I had a clogged kitchen sink. They came out and told me it needs a clean out for $750 and my cabinets needed to be moved out. Also it wouldn’t be covered by warranty. Second plumber I called came out accessed the pipe under this sink and cleared it in about 20 min at minimal cost. That’s pretty concerning. Get a second opinion

The plumber didn't come the day expected, rather we waited 2 weeks for him to show. Instead of a 30-minute call before he was to come, he curtly gave a 5-minute window. ***He didn't even turn the water on*** in my kitchen to see where my leak (under sink) was coming from. $75 fee to my home warranty company for a surly individual to come out and tell me it isn't a covered leak under my plan. OK, I say, but if not covered, can you tell me how you'll fix it outside of my plan? Nope. He kept repeating it wasn't covered. This person was more concerned with getting in and out of my house in 5 minutes to earn the $75 authorization fee from my home warranty plan rather than earn the $500 - $1000 it might have been to fix outside whatever plan I have. Looks like Anytime Home Services (which only does plumbing, nothing else) doesn't need your business after all, folks.

Our AHS assigned this company to us. It started out great as they contacted us right away. Set an appt. Somehow though as we sat and waited on the scheduled day they called and said scheduling error. Needless to say I was quite upset. Our shower had 2 leaking handles in master and could not sleep. Long story short, Paige was very professional handling my yelling and kept her cool. She rescheduled us and said their tech we will be happy with. She apologized for the error. My hats off to Manuel (Manny) He is amazing, he spent alot of time trying to fix the problem same day but our home old and the replacement parts he thought would work did not. He located them and had to be rescheduled. He was delightful. He kept us informed all he was doing and what was going on . We was prompt, polite. I want his management to know he made us satisfied customers with this company. I have sent a message to AHS as I had called them when i was upset about our appt. being canceled on day of to let them know IF we ever have plumbing issues (hopefully not) we ONLY want this company and we ONLY want Manny. Just a quote to take out a bathtub and reinstall a shower was 4,200, all the shower materials I would have to buy as an extra from my own pocket, and they would pick up from “Home Depot”. Definitely overpriced for the quality of work they were trying to quote at best.

The appointment was made by me for an underground leak on my back wall. After waiting 4 days for availability on their calendar, they showed up to “fix my pipe”. I told them there was water coming up from underneath the ground and I thought a pipe was broken underground in my backyard when I made the appointment, I wanted to make sure this was something their compnay could fix. The tech came out and told me he didn’t have a shovel and couldn’t fix my issue because it wasn’t covered and he wasn’t prepared to fix it even if I could pay out of pocket. I was so upset I asked to speak to a manager. I also spoke to a manager at this company, Sarah. Who told me that the first visit is to diagnose the problem and then he would not have been prepared to fix the issue they were called out to do in the first visit. That was her excuse for him not having a shovel. I had a shovel, but neither one asked me that. So basically they had zero intention of fixing my broken underground pipe whatsoever. It’s was obvious what was wrong and the diagnosis and I was clear when I made the appointment. The home warranty company charged me to have the problem fixed in the first visit, not to have a consultation on the first visit. What company shows up to do a consultant without being prepared to fix the issue in the spot. It’s clear a pipe as broken underground, m having Zero experience in landscaping could tell that a pipe was broken underground. I waited 4 days for this compnay to come out, mean while all my grass and landscaping started dying.

I ended up having my landscaper fix it. It was fixed in 45 min for $50, so it apparently was not a huge job.

I initially had a good experience with this company. In the end the service man lied and attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace plumbing less than 5 months old. I will not use again

I called about a water leak. They came out and I was charged $75 from my home warranty company to tell me I had a water leak. They came the second time and were supposed to bring a locater to tell me where the leak was at. They didn't bring that and charged my home warranty company $350 for the locater that they didn't bring. They told me I had to replace the hot water line. So now I'm out of $425 just to tell me what I already knew. I knew I had a leak and that's the reason I called them but nothing was fixed and now out of $425. The home warranty company allowed me $1,000 for the job but Anytime took $350 and now I only have $650 to fix the leak. They also priced the job to replace the water line for $6,000. I have found a company to do the job for $3,800.

The staff and service people who responded were excellent. They worked with my warranty company and contacted for appts immediately. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Anytime home Services for all your needs

Very impressed with the overall level of service and professionalism. We had Sam install a new faucet and unclog our kitchen drain. Not only was he very friendly, but also knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Mike was fantastic to work with. He communicated during the scheduling process. When he arrived, he knew exactly what we needed and was prepared with the new disposal. After installation Mike ran leak checks to make sure the equipment was in working order. I was really pleased with the service and grateful to have my sink working again.

CON ARTISTS! I had a home warranty claim to replace a water heater & ended up paying an additional $560 for pipe modifications. They charged home warranty for 3 hours of labor where total installation was only 45 minutes. It turns out that the pipe modifications were a result of having to trim 1/4 of existing copper pipe to fit the new valve, literally 2 minutes of hacksawing. When I asked the office associate if the charges seemed reasonable their response was that it was a set rate and there were no reductions that could be made. ****, the tech was courteous, efficient & thorough, but Anytime Home Services is clearly in bed with the home warranty companies. Don't get caught in this SCAM!

Just had a great experience with Mark (plumber) and the great communications from the dispatcher. Was having a water pressure valve issue and they scheduled the time to check out the issue... they texted they would be there in 30 minutes on the scheduled day and time frame... they had to order the part then they rescheduled and installed with total professionalism and didn't try to over sell me on any other non needed services. Great job and thanks... just referred to a friend for a sewer line repair as Mark was leaving my home.

Let's start with no communication at all. Horrible customer service and they broke the pipes and won't repair it they say will come back with the parts next week and never did. I've been without kitchen sink for 2 months now and every time I call they say your service is closed, it was Done and I have to re open it and get charged again. Don't even start with them and that's not the 1st time I deal with them through the warranty and I end up getting another company to fix what they broke

Anytime has been an issue getting scheduled and getting the work done, every time. Between fighting with different plumbers to get basic issues fixed to them removing a functioning hot water heater because they thought home warranty would cash me out enough to replace it (which they didn't), these people have caused enough stress that I shouldn't have worked with them to begin with.

Old republic sent this plumbing company to fix our water heater.plumber came out twice.still no hot water! Each time they have to come out we are charged. Circuit breaker keeps tripping on the water heater.Stay away from this company.

Anytime Home Services, start to finish was excellent to work with. Their office staff was courteous and scheduled a technician within a couple hours of my call to American Home Shield. What knocked their service out of the park was their technician Mike N. He was the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician I have ever worked with in the plumbing industry. Mike called within my service window to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. He did a fantastic job and our plumbing issues were resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this company and this technician is an asset to their company.

Anytime Home Services was assigned to me from my home warranty company. I had a toilet that was running and a kitchen faucet leaking everywhere damaging my kitchen cabinets underneath. The office staff was SO courteous and figured out how to get me someone fast. The plumber was on time and fast. The toilet was fixed in a few minutes. He needed to return with a new hose for my kitchen faucet. They instructed me to not use my faucet for the rest of the day and hey were out the next day with the part! I will definitely be using Anytime Home Services again!

My home warranty company contracted Anytime Home Services to for a simple drain unclog. Should have taken 15-20 minutes. I've had several techs assigned through the warranty company, and can't say any of them have been great. However, Anytime Home Services was terrible at communication (I had to call their office for all scheduling and updates) and they did not fix the issue. Instead, they misdiagnosed the problem to the warranty company which has now caused more issues. If you have a choice, there are much better plumbing companies to work with. If you get assigned to Anytime through your warranty, request a new one.

We have American Home Shield as our home warranty company and this is not a knock on them as they have been more than great. This problem is with this poor excuse of a company called Anytime Home Services. We were scheduled to have a plumber come out to our house from the hours of 6am - 12pm. We were home all day as my wife and I both work from home. My wife was on the phone and sitting on the couch (which is 20 feet from the front door) and supposedly the plumber rang our doorbell (which is loud enough to wake the dead) which they didn’t do because again my wife would have heard it, I would have heard it with the chime being located close to my office and the dog would have certainly have heard it. After no one showing up we called Anytime Home Services to see what was going on. The initial customer service person was rude and basically said tough luck because we missed our appointment (again no one showed at our door and this is a common theme with other reviews). My wife asked to talk to the manager which was less than stellar as she again accused us of missing our appointment and that we were lying because we wanted a sooner appointment, hey lady we wanted our stuff repaired today not in 5 days why the hell would we purposely “miss our appointment and then lie about it”to get faster service when the faster service is 5 days past the day they were supposed to come out? I will never do business with this company again and I urge everyone to stay away from them.

Thank you so much. Eric was/is VERY knowledgeable in his field. Upon realizing he didn't have the tools (camera) to look into the shower drain in the Master bedroom, he didn't just leave us helpless he explained the problem as well as let us know that he passed the job on. However Eric DID FIX the shower faucet in the guest bathroom 😊😊😊😊today was the FIRST time i could turn on the shower, the faucet wasn't loose while trying to pull the button to change to shower neither was there excess water pouring out of the faucet and shower head at the same time. YES we are VERY PLEASED THANK YOU ERIC.

Anytime Home Services was fantastic from start to finish. I made a claim through my home warranty service for my faucet that wouldn't shut off. They called me within minutes of placing my claim. CiCi was very helpful working around my crazy work schedule. Antonio the technician was fast and on time. I'll be requesting Anytime Home Services again if I ever have another plumbing claim.

Service completed above expectations. Likely due to my vocal complaints. Regardless, the plumber was consistent and thorough. He I would recommend, still don't know if I'd recommend the company.

I would not use this service if I had option to select myself. This is a contract company through home warranty, which is not an issue, however, some companies with this agreement can give less than stellar service because they get paid regardless.

I needed service for a leaking toilet & ended up needed additional service when a new leak occured after the repair was done. While the plumber was nice and identified water floorboards and referred EcoDry to indirect, there were some little things he did that annoyed me.

I called the same day, spoke with Theresa in dispatch to see if the guy could come back and just fix that leak but they wouldn't do anything because the contract was closed. She didn't even offer to assist in contacting the warranty company to help reopen or make other arrangements.

I ended up waiting another 4 days before they could come out. I had to press Theresa to make scheduling accommodations and gave me some god awful range of 6 am- 11 am (I don't even think they're open at 6 am!) It's 9 am day of service and I'm still waiting for the plumber.

**Update** As of 11:01 am, I have not heard from the plumber.

**Update** after calling at 11:18 and speaking with Samantha in dispatch (very nice & helpful), the plumber finally showed at 11:44 am.

**Update** After much analysis, the plumber found the real issue of the leak, negotiated with the warranty company and getting me a be toilet next week. Now THIS is customer service.

I came in contact with this company through my home warranty company. They were supposed to come between 7am-11am. Their technician Kyle arrived at 12:30 pm, only after I called them. He assessed that I needed a new 40 gallon hot water heater in all of 10 seconds, asked me if I knew how this worked and proceed to quote me $1000 to install a new one on another day. For the honor of Kyle's 10 second evaluation I was charged $70. The national average for such services is $500-1000, so his quote was at the very top of the spectrum. After I told him that I'd keep his quote in mind and my home warranty company denied my claim based on his write up, his office called me on 3 separate occasions to try to schedule an appointment. I declined, because I got a 50 gallon hot water heater with installation for only $560 from another vendor. This company's staff is very polite, but they are out to take you for all you're worth!

Very poor service. Fixed our water heater but forgot to turn the water back on. Plumbing 101?When we called they wouldn't come back out. Doubly bad. We are elderly so cant do handyman things.Customer service was very rude. Manager was very rude.I would not use this company as they have NO customer service skills at all. They get there money and run. No apology at all. Call another company that values their customers.

I had both a garbage disposal leak and master bathroom plumbing backup happen around the same time, so I went through my home warranty company to get the issues taken care of. They assigned Anytime Home Services to come to my home to fix the issues. Scheduling was a breeze and Mike and George showed up very quickly on the appointment date. They were incredibly fast and professional and had my issues fixed in no time! From my experience, I would absolutely recommend this company to take care of your home whenever plumbing issues arise!

On 1/3 we called for water heater repair since we had lost hot water. The soonest they could get some here was 5 days later on the 7th. The morning of the 5th, water was coming up in the floor so our problem was also clearly a leak. When I called Anytime to explain, they said they would send a leak dectection specialist with the plumber on the 7th. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Plumber showed up on the 7th and said, you need the leak dectection specialist. Really?
I called the office and was told the first appointment for leak person was Monday 1/10, no one could explain why I was told her would come on day one!
Leak detection guy shows up and leaves saying, “that wall needs to be opened, the office will call you”. Instead of waiting I called office only to be told, “It is your responsibility to open the wall, when it is open we will reschedule a plumber” Why didn’t the Leak man tell us that?? I got a handyman to open the wall within 30 minutes and called the office to let them know, had to leave message. 3 hours later with no call back, I called again. This time I was told they couldn’t schedule us until we emailed pictures of the open wall and they would be reviewed by the office. Why wasn’t I told that 3 hours ago when told to open the wall?!
An hour after emailing pictures, I called again and was told, “Your warranty company has approved the repair, you should get an email from us in 15 minutes with an invoice for you to approve” Needless to say, no email was sent to me until the next day.
They then invoiced me for $3500.00 to re-route the line. Stating they would be breaking out dry wall and may need to charge more if they come upon problems. From the pictures we sent, THEY HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING WHICH PIPE WAS LEAKING! How could they estimate the costs when they wouldn’t know where they needed to re-route? I had enough of their stalling and dishonest communication. Called a local plumber who identified the problem and fixed it for 1/3 of what they were asking!! Their plumber Kevin had to come back to fix the hot water heater and was grumpy and surly with us because as he stated, “I didn’t get the plumbing job” Well, maybe he should go to work for an honest company!

I just purchased a home 3 months ago so this was my first time going through my home warranty company. Anytime home services was the plumbing company that was assigned for my toilet leak. The office staff was very understanding, kind and was able to explain the process for the diagnosis and a possible replacement. The next day i was seen by the plumber (Mark) who was on time and also gave me a heads up before arrival. Much appreciated. He was quick to diagnosis the issue. The following day my toilet was replaced and I have never been more happy to have a working toilet again.

Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. This company was contracted by my home warranty to repair my leaking, inoperable water heater. My water heater stopped working on a Thursday, they couldn't get anyone out until the following Monday. Not ideal but understandable. Mike called ahead on Monday during the 6 hour window I was quoted and advised me of his arrival time. That was about the only thing that went well. After spending over an hour and a half checking out my water heater I was told it needed to be replaced but they couldn't do it and the home warranty company wasn't going to cover it. Mike verified for me that the unit was under warranty and told me to contact the manufacturer. Upon contacting the manufacturer I was told that Mike had advised them that there was nothing wrong with my unit. No leak or issues and in order to work with me further they needed to be contacted by the technician regarding any issues as they were told there weren't any. I tried calling Anytime and left a message for a call back from Paige but no one ever reached out. I contacted them the following day and spoke to someone in the office. According to her there are no notes in the system as to the unit needing to be replaced. She doesn't have access to the technicians and cannot contact them for verification or to have them contact me or the manufacturer. She's going to talk to her manager Sarah and have someone contact me. Well... That never happened. Still waiting! I had to turn the water heater back on myself and verify that the top heating element is leaking and contact the manufacturer again to advise. At this point it seems they just collected the service fee, waited it out, told me what they thought would resolve the issue and I was out of luck. I will be contacting anyone I can to see if I have any recourse, although I'm sure there isn't any. Don't waste your time with them, try and find a company that can actually do the job their being hired for and have an interest in resolution, customer service and taking care of their clients, not just collecting the $$.

I had to put a 1 start just to make a review. Wouldn’t recommend i had barely made a request through our home warranty this was by far the worst the manager was by far rude! Didn’t even try to see if any availabilities but it says it’s open 24hrs 😒but easily to say i live far when i mapquested they are only 30 mins away 🤦‍♀️. Immediately cancel my request .

Anytime was assigned to me from my home warranty company to do a 2nd opinion. The first company lied about me not having ground level clean outs and said that the vent on the roof was a lateral clean out and the only way to snake the clog..... I called anytime to set up an appointment the next day with a window of 11am to 5pm. At 4pm I called to find out when they were coming out, I was very nice, but had been waiting all day and wanted to know if they could still make it. I spoke with, I believe Stacy. Stacy informed me that the warranty company had canceled the appointment. I asked why no one called to let me know and that I had been waiting for them not to show up for 5 hours. Stacy said the warranty company was supposed to have let me know. I said the warranty company is F-ing with me and then she took this as an opportunity to attempt to lecture me on professionalism. After waiting all day for them to not show up, I felt Stacy didn't have the right to lecture anyone on professionalism. I wasn't angry with Stacy, but I was angry with the Warranty company that was obviously F-ing with me at this point. Since I didn't let Stacy lecture me, she called up the warranty company and bad mouthed me to them. Thanks Stacy, for only seeing things from your point of view and throwing gas on fight that really shouldn't be going on in the first place. Now the warranty company said, Anytime Services was responsible for letting me know the appt. was canceled. They also said, Stacy said, she called me to cancel the appointment and I was very rude. I don't know if the Warranty company is telling the truth or not and their credibility is questionable at this point, but for the record, Stacy you didn't call me, I called you guys and found out that no one had any intention to show up. The warranty company also said that Anytime spoke with the 1st plumbing company about the situation. Why would you talk to them rather than making up your on decision on what you actually saw for yourself, hence remaining unbiased and neutral. That's a tad suspicious. Anyways Anytime Services, if someone makes an appointment with you and then someone else cancels it, you really should let the first person know. By the way Anytime services, here is a picture of my ground level clean out next to the house that apparently don't exist.

They came out that's it, collected their fee. They had cleaned drain few months back. Tech wouldn't do it this time. Poor service in my opinion😵

My outside hose bib was completely rusted over and leaking water. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem quickly.

Today an individual by the name of Kevin, from Anytime Home Services came to my home. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. Therefore, being a past employer, I can say with experience he represents your company extremely well.

The water heater they installed has been leaking for 3 weeks or so and they have not done anything about it. Now my floor is wet. I left a voicemail and hope they return my call soon and we resolve this quickly.

Had a plumber come out that lied to our home warranty and had no idea what he was doing. Call a real plumber like Pristine Plumbing that will actually do the work for a real price.

Anytime home services was dispatched by my home warranty company to fix a mainline drain clog. I read the reviews online, and tried to get a new company dispatched because of the other reviews. I filed the claim on a Saturday evening hoping they would come Monday. I left a voicemail Sunday 6/4/23 and called Monday 6/5/23 and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday morning 6/6/23. They didn't show up or call within the morning window. I called Tuesday afternoon to see if they could still make it; they couldn't. I called Wednesday because I still didn't know when they would be there; I found out they rescheduled to Thursday afternoon. The technician arrived at my house 6/8/23. He said he couldn't find the drain clean-outs. I asked him to remove the toilets and snake the drain through the sewer line inside. He told me it would be $250 and that the service wasn't covered under my warranty. I called my warranty company to request they authorize this service; they told me it was covered without special authorization. I asked the technician to do the work. He kept making excuses for why he couldn't complete the work including the toilets are full of water. I told him I would help him to dump the water into a bucket and that the clog was not severe enough that zero water would drain. He continued to make excuses until he eventually drove off. I called an out of network company who cleared the drain through the clean-outs the monkey described above couldn't find. You can't fix stupid, and this company won't try. Do not call them, they will try to scam you. If your warranty company assigns them, request a new company, and do not pay this company a cent. I'm not usually one to complete reviews, but this company should not be allowed to conduct business in any region.

I waited to write this review because I wanted to make certain that the repairs were done. This is the first time after using various plumbers that one of my toilets in the Master Bath was actually repaired. In the past, plumbers have been unable to repair this toilet for any length of time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. No past plumbers (there have been many) diagnose the running toilet properly. It was not the flapper or something else that was conjured up by previous technicians in which the repair would only last a day or so. However, this was not the case with Anytime Home Services. I am so fortunate that American Home Shield sent out Anytime. The previous company that was sent out did not diagnose the problem properly, and I refused to have them sent out the same company. Unfortunately, Anytime Home Services had to come out after the other company did not resolve my two problems--the garbage disposal and the toilet. Luckily, I have two toilets in my master bath. Thus, I was able to use the other toilet. I truly feel fortunate that Anytime was able to resolve a problem that has taken years to resolve! I truly recommend this company!

Nearly ran off the road when trying to pull over for an emergency vehicle on power Rd on 04/22/22. The driver refused to stop for the emergency vehicle. Then the driver was cutting people off and tailgating on the 60 all the way to Gilbert Rd. Beware of a mercedes license plate ending in 22232. The person drives like a maniac. Learn to drive professional if you have a business name on your van.

Anytime Home Services is a great company. Their service and staff is very professional and efficient. I would recommend their work to anyone who needs anything plumbing related.
