Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. We needed someone to do a complete re-plumb on our property in Lakeside, AZ. Joe the owner and operator of Diggers Plumbing LLC researched and secured all the permits. He removed the old septic tank , replaced it with a new system and dug the entire leach field. He also re-plumbed the entire 1500 square foot house, including adding and moving plumbing stub outs in both bathrooms. It was a big job, well done.

I had a leak that was on my main water supply right after the city meter. I noticed this on a Friday and naturally the first thing I did was to look up a temporary fix so we could continue our regular routine through the weekend and have someone come out on Monday. Unfortunately that did not pan out. My leak became worse the following morning and I had to shut off the water to my home. I called several plumbers and none of them would take the time to come out on the weekend or even less try to give me a quote. Finally I called Michael ( wish Google gave me his number sooner) He immediately took initiative and told me what steps to take to make sure my leak didn't become a bigger issue. He then asked me to take pictures of the problem and was able to determine that the city of Mesa had to come and completely remove the meter temporarily since the water wasn't being shut off completely. Very early the next morning he had someone at my home cutting out the issue and replacing the section that was once leaking. Thanks to Michael and his team my family was only without water for 1 night and for a reasonable cost as well he got my problem fixed. I will make him my first point of contact for any future needs and have also let my friends and family know to do the same.

I recently had a situation where I was without water for 4 days. it was caused by another company (non plumber) and despite their promises to send a plumber to investigate and fix the issue they were slow in coming through.

Originally called Gold Star based on a referral and very glad that I did. Devin arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional and his quality of work was great.
