Wow! Now a days all you find most plumbing companies are b***s*** repairmen who just want to sell you some other service you didn't call for. This company is to the point, and honest. They show their care for you and your family in that they don't B***S*** you and try and up sell, instead, Joe, knew how to handle the emergency. I bought this house just recently and feel like I didn't pay enough attention to its condition. Can you believe the previous owner had Jerry rigged B***Sh** hoses to hook up the water heater, and sprayed flex seal ... OMG! Cant express it enough how grateful I am to No Worries Rooter, for the quick response. Love that charm and take charge attitude that Mr. Joe has for his work. Very knowledgeable and helped us save a ton of money... He took care of everything after my water heater flooded our home... Call Joe and like me you'll have No Worries. We are a Family of 4, and really I don't mind to admit, Mr. Joe saved the day. Thanks No Worries for helping us. I know I'll be calling them from here on.

I recently called this company when our toilet backed up and flooded our bathroom. It was on the weekend and water was everywhere but they still came out ASAP. The techs that came out were personable, knowledgable and took care of everything for us. Will definitely recommend in the future.

We needed a report verifying that we had no waste drain issues in a house we were selling. At the last minute, the plumber I had been referred to couldn't do the job. I made multiple calls, trying to find someone, on the evening of the last day before the report was due, to confirm we had no drain problem and prepare a report I could send to the realtor. No Worries Rooter services were friendly and accommodating. Joe did the work and we had a report to send off the same night, after he had already worked an 18 hour day. The company provided great customer service, going above and beyond to help us out.

*Outrageously expensive* for the service offered. They wanted $995 in order to clear a sewer line.

I suffered the emergency trip charge ($350), assuming that their prices would be at least in the ballpark of other plumbers ($100 - $400) or that some of the trip charge would count towards the service provided. I did not have a clue what their standard prices were until I had already been charged for the trip fee. $1345 to clean a sewer line (trip charge + cost of service) is absolutely ridiculous! So I refused their service.

I hoped to recoup maybe half the trip charge since the only thing the plumber did was confirm the diagnosis of the problem; no work was performed. I was told that there is a no refund policy. They did offer a $200 credit towards future service, but this is worth little because of their markup.

With some patience, I waited a day and had another plumber visit, snake, and put a camera in my sewer line for $255 total (no trip charge). Perhaps using a water jet would have cleared the sewer line better, but it was not worth 4 times the price and no pricing options.

Our Home Warranty called this company. They called us immediately to set up an appointment. The lady that called was so very pleasant! They came the next day & installed a new water heater. The person they sent was so nice & explained everything! We would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again!

Five stars for this company, polite, on time, clean, honest and everything you would want in a plumbing company.

My dishwasher has been out of commission for almost a year. I thought it was the dishwasher itself that was broken. It was simply a clog that Joe was able to fix! Works perfectly!
My bathtub stopped draining and even before it stopped completely it was very slow. Now it guzzles the water down with no problem.

This company is the REAL deal... I had a an emergency situation and needed my hot water shut off valve replaced. They sent out a technician right away and also gave me a discount as well as replacing some of my old hoses under my sink. I highly recommend NO WORRIES ROOTER... they truly live up to their name. If you need a local plumber in the greater phoenix area get a hold No Worries Rooter. We've never been more impressed by a small buisness ever. He and his team was amazing through our difficult time. Joe treated our house as if of was his own and even better. I just can't say enough to thank him. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Joe and his assistant were friendly, professional. Joe took his time to listen to why I called. The orangey colored water came from the hot water heater. We didn’t realize how bad it was until he took the hot water heater off the platform. Joe took the time to explain everything thing that was going on with the plumbing in my home possible future problem to watch. He removed the reverse osmosis system in the kitchen and pointed out possible future problem with the garbage disposal. And at the last minute we discovered issues with the master bathroom double sink plumbing and fixtures which he said he could fix on this trip. Which was nice since it was approaching the end of the working day. It was more expensive than what I was expecting. But, I will say that I can rest easy knowing that the water heater and the plumbing with the double sink in the master bath will not be giving me problems in the near future.

They are dishonest.

I've used No Worries Rooter twice now and will absolutely continue to use them. As a home owner, there is always the sticker shock when it comes to home repairs, but the high quality work this company gives, makes every penny worth it. Joe, my service guy now for both issues, has been outstanding in professionalism, expertise, and workmanship. Hopefully, no more emergencies for awhile, but if needed, I will continue using No Worries Rooter. Thanks!!!

Awesome service, but at an obscenely expensive price. Joe came on a Saturday to help us out, and his service was off-the-charts outstanding. Super professional and friendly, and quickly diagnosed the blockage in the main drain outside the house and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Joe had all the latest tech gear onhand to quickly diagnose and remedy the issues. He cleared the blockage in the main drain quickly in 1.5 hrs, which cost us over $1000 bucks. Basic Service=$338 (45 minutes) + Root Service=$495 (45 minutes) + $200 trip charge. I give No Worries Rooter 5+ stars for top-notch service, but only 1 star for the exorbitant rate (1.5 hrs @ $1000 = $750/hr rate). If you want royalty service and are willing to pay the premium for it, then NWR is the place for you :-)

He explained everything that was needed to be done and did it quickly. My wife and I live in a modified fifth wheel. Our black tank got blocked up, and I ran into the surprisingly difficult task of finding a plumber who was willing to even come out, most said no as soon as I described our home. No Worries Rooter was the only company willing to even come out, and when they did, while it wasn't inexpensive, it was timely and we received very good service.

Our experience with No Worries Rooter was short and sweet. We were expecting guests for a dinner party in 3 hours when our sink clogged. We called No Worries Rooter and they were there within 30 minutes, and our drain was unclogged under an hour after our initial call. I would highly recommend this company.

My plumber was on time and courteous. He explained everything and went over several pricing options. While the price was a little higher than I was expecting, it was an amazing job. I've lived in my home nearly 9 years and have had no real plumbing issues. I'm very pleased with the job done and the kindness of our plumber. Talk about superior service available to ANYONE ANYWHERE in the valley! I called up on a weekend to get my tubs fixed and they had me booked in to be seen pretty quick -- a few days -- especially considering how far they had to come (Tolleson/Avondale). The work was done while explaining everything to me, not trying to pull a fast one using technical terms. The first company I called was offering a lower price, sure, but without a service guarantee (which is what sold me, this AZ water will wreck your showers if you're not careful). You get what you pay for, and with how tricky plumbing can be, why not spend a little more? I always shop local and home repair services are no exception.

We had No Worries Rooter come out a couple weeks ago to give an estimate of what my plumbing issues actually were. From the time they came to estimate to the finished job we knew we picked the perfect company! It turned out to be a bigger project than I expected but they did a fantastic job and took great care of us. We had several faucets and pipes replaced, rebuilt toilet and fixed a half working shower. This past Wednesday I woke up to a whole house sewer backup. No Worries Rooter was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Joe showed up that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He was very thorough in explaining all of the options that were available to correct the problem Turns out there was a tree root blocking the pipe and he was able to completely remove it. Very thankful that he did such a great job. I would definitely recommend No Worries Rooter.

This company is so amazing. Adam replaced the hot water heater on my property, and ensured the water heater was functioning with no leaks. He is very responsible with his job, take his job seriously. Work was done quickly and took the time to explain what was done. We will definitely get a service from No Worries Rooter if we have any plumbing issues. Our water heater decided to leak today, so I decided to replace it myself. Bought a new unit and tried to install it. Everything was going OK up until I turned the water back on. It started leaking and instead of going back and forth to get more parts I called No Worries. They came out in about an hour and Joe got everything fixed. He was very professional and got it up to code. I highly recommend No Worries Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

I recently had a situation where I was without water for 4 days. it was caused by another company (non plumber) and despite their promises to send a plumber to investigate and fix the issue they were slow in coming through.

My neighbor recommended Joe. As soon as I called I could tell he knew his profession. He was personable and seemed to really care about my situation. He had my water restored that same day.

They are fast and incredibly courteous. We replaced our tankless water heater and it was a big job and it was completed in 1 day.

My advice to all potential customers, get them to give you a list price of what a particular work you need costs. They will make excuses, but believe me they have a book with listed “standard” prices. Get a good idea what you’re getting into before you request a visit. They take your CC to secure their trip charge. If you give them that, you will dig yourself into a hole. Get a pre visit estimate - no matter how general and “ball park”. There are enough plumbers around to give you $0 visits.

I fully intended to use this business to help with disconnect/ reconnect of plumbing related to countertop installation. I agreed to the “trip charge” of $150. I figured it would be absorbed into the overall cost of the project - as every other plumber I have ever used that charges for a visit. I explained what the scope of the work was, and asked for an estimate, but was told that it would only be available after visiting. Anyhow, the cost turned out to be so exorbitant that I decided to just pay Joe the trip charge without any work done at all. Very personable, probably very competent, but shockingly expensive. I ended up doing the disconnect and replacing two valves myself.

Did you know rice and garbage disposals don’t mix? I learned this the hard way with clogged pipes and an informative lesson from Joe! My service was above and beyond and I appreciated the wealth of information, speed of service and professionalism I received. Joe lives up to the companies name and truly offers a “No Worries” experience.
